Fig. 1b is a flowchart illustrating a goods information management method according to an exemplary embodiment, which may include the following steps, as shown in fig. 1 b.
In step S100, commodity information about commodities to be supplied by a supplier is acquired, wherein the acquired commodity information is stored in a staging database. Step S100 may be referred to as an acquisition step.
In this embodiment, the server 160 may obtain, from the electronic device 120, the commodity information about the commodity to be supplied by the supplier 121, which is input by the supplier 121, in a wired manner or a wireless manner. Illustratively, the supplier 121 may collect and arrange commodity information about commodities that need to be sold on shelves (i.e., commodities that the supplier 121 is to supply) according to a data upload template provided by the server 160, and import the commodity information into an intermediate database by, for example, logging in the server 160 via the electronic device 120, and accordingly, the server 160 may acquire the commodity information from the intermediate database.
Of course, the supplier 121 may also edit and/or update the commodity information stored in the intermediate database by means of the electronic device 120, for example, by logging in the server 160, and the edited and/or updated commodity information is stored in the intermediate database.
In one possible implementation, the merchandise information related to the merchandise to be offered by the supplier may include, but is not limited to, basic information of the merchandise to be offered by the supplier and/or description information of the merchandise to be offered by the supplier.
The basic information of the goods may include, but is not limited to, the name of the goods, the model number of the goods, the OE number of the original factory part of the goods, the brand number of the goods, the specification of the goods, the price of the goods, the producer/supplier/packager of the goods, and the like. For example, if the commodity is an accessory commodity, the basic information of the commodity may further include related information such as a name and a model of the commodity to which the accessory commodity is adapted. The description information of the article may include, but is not limited to, text, pictures, audio, video, etc. used to describe the article.
It should be noted that the present disclosure does not specifically limit the specific contents (kinds of goods) of the goods, and the goods related to the present disclosure may include, but are not limited to, highly specialized goods such as automobile parts, airplane parts, ship parts, medical equipment parts, and the like, and it should be understood that the automobile/airplane/ship/medical equipment parts are units constituting the whole of the automobile/airplane/ship/medical equipment and products serving the automobile/airplane/ship/medical equipment, which are parts and parts constituting the automobile/airplane/ship/medical equipment, and the number of parts constituting the automobile/airplane/ship/medical equipment may be very large, for example, there may be tens of thousands of parts constituting the automobile.
In step S130, predetermined commodity information satisfying a predetermined condition is screened from the commodity information stored in the intermediate database. Step S130 may be referred to as a screening step.
In this embodiment, the server 160 may screen the commodity information stored in the intermediate database according to a predetermined condition, remove the commodity information that does not satisfy the predetermined condition, and only retain the commodity information that satisfies the predetermined condition, where the commodity information retained after the screening processing is performed on the commodity information stored in the intermediate database by the server 160 is the predetermined commodity information.
It should be understood that the present disclosure does not specifically limit the specific content of the predetermined condition, and any condition that can be used for the server 160 to screen the predetermined commodity information from the commodity information stored in the intermediate database may be used as the predetermined condition. Of course, the present disclosure is not limited to the setting manner of the predetermined condition, and in a possible implementation manner, the server 160 may set the predetermined condition in advance according to the application requirement and/or the predetermined rule.
In one possible implementation, step S130 may include: and aiming at each commodity information in the commodity information stored in the intermediate database, matching at least one preset field of the commodity information with the corresponding field stored in the corresponding database according to the matching sequence so as to screen out the preset commodity information.
In this embodiment, the predetermined condition may include a matching order and a matching field, where the matching field is a corresponding field stored in a corresponding database, and the matching order is used to specify an order to be followed when matching is performed using the corresponding field. For each commodity information stored in the intermediate database, the server 160 may sequentially match at least one predetermined field of the commodity information with the matching field according to the matching order; if each predetermined field in the at least one predetermined field of the commodity information matches with the corresponding matching field, the server 160 may determine that the commodity information is predetermined commodity information; otherwise, the server 160 may determine that the goods information is not the predetermined goods information.
For example, assuming that the predetermined condition includes a first matching field, a second matching field, and a matching order specifying that matching is performed first according to the first matching field and then according to the second matching field, the server 160 performs the following processing for each item information stored in the intermediate database: the server 160 matches the first matching field with a first corresponding predetermined field of the commodity information; if the first matching field matches with the first corresponding predetermined field, the server 160 matches the second matching field with a second corresponding predetermined field of the commodity information, and if the first matching field does not match with the first corresponding predetermined field, the server 160 determines that the commodity information is not predetermined commodity information and ends the screening process for the commodity information; if the second matching field matches with the second corresponding predetermined field, the server 160 determines that the commodity information is predetermined commodity information, and if the second matching field does not match with the second corresponding predetermined field, the server 160 determines that the commodity information is not predetermined commodity information and ends the screening process for the commodity information.
In this case, the server 160 may determine that the product information in which the predetermined field of the product information stored in the intermediate database matches with the one field included in the predetermined condition is the predetermined product information.
In one possible implementation, step S130 may include: and matching with corresponding fields stored in a target commodity database and corresponding fields stored in a target brand database respectively, wherein the target commodity database is used for storing information related to target types of commodities to be sold by the commodity information management system, and the target brand database is used for storing information related to target brands of the commodities to be sold by the commodity information management system.
In this embodiment, the predetermined condition may include a matching sequence and a matching field, where the matching field is a target category field of the product stored in the target product database and a target brand field of the product stored in the target brand database, and the matching sequence is used to specify a sequence to be followed when matching is performed using the corresponding field.
Specifically, for each item information stored in the intermediate database, the server 160 matches the category field and the brand field of the item information with the target category field stored in the target item database and the target brand field stored in the target brand database, respectively, in the matching order, and if the category field of the item information matches the target category field stored in the target item database and the brand field of the item information matches the target brand field stored in the target brand database, the server 160 determines that the item information is the predetermined item information. Otherwise, the server 160 determines that the goods information is not the predetermined goods information.
In step S150, the predetermined commodity information is encoded to obtain encoded information for uniquely identifying the commodity to which the predetermined commodity information corresponds, wherein the interchange relationship between the predetermined commodity information and the encoded information is stored in the commodity code interchange relationship library. Step S150 may be referred to as an encoding step.
In this embodiment, the code information of the product is used to uniquely identify the product, and a corresponding relationship should exist between the product information of the product and the code information of the product, and the product code interchange relationship library may be used to store the corresponding relationship, which may be referred to as an interchange relationship.
The server 160 may employ any suitable algorithm to encode the screened predetermined product information to obtain the encoded information of the product corresponding to the predetermined product information, so that the product corresponding to each predetermined product information has unique encoded information (identification). The server 160 also stores the correspondence between the screened predetermined commodity information and the code information obtained by the coding into a commodity code interchange relation library.
In one possible implementation manner, the encoding information of the article corresponding to the predetermined article information may include at least one of a category field, a train system field, an attribute field, a brand field, and a serial number field of the article, and step S150 may include: and determining the corresponding field content of the commodity corresponding to the predetermined commodity information according to the predetermined commodity information, and determining the value of the field included in the coding information of the commodity according to the determined field content. Illustratively, the attributes of the merchandise include, but are not limited to, singlets, assemblies, packages, and the like. Illustratively, the server 160 sequentially generates serial numbers of the commodities in the warehousing order of the commodities.
In a possible implementation manner, the coded information of the commodity corresponding to the predetermined commodity information may further include at least one of an anti-counterfeit check field, a supplier coded field, and a sourcing coded field of the commodity, and step S150 may include at least one of the following processes: generating an anti-counterfeiting identification code of a commodity corresponding to the preset commodity information, and taking the generated anti-counterfeiting identification code as a value of an anti-counterfeiting check field included in the coding information of the commodity; generating a supplier identification code of a commodity corresponding to the predetermined commodity information, and using the generated supplier identification code as a value of a supplier code field included in the code information of the commodity; and determining sourcing information related to the source of the commodity corresponding to the predetermined commodity information according to the predetermined commodity information, and using the determined sourcing information as the value of a sourcing code field included in the code information of the commodity, wherein the sourcing information comprises at least one of commodity batch, production place, specification, storage place, price, brand and contact way of a supplier.
FIG. 1c is a diagram illustrating a format of encoded information for an article of merchandise according to an example embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1c, the encoded information includes 20 bits, wherein bits 1-3 represent a category field, bits 4-6 represent a vehicle family field, bit 7 represents an attribute field, bits 8-10 represent a brand field, bits 11-14 represent a serial number field, bits 15 represent an anti-counterfeit check field, bits 16-19 represent a supplier code field, and bits 20 represent a sourcing code field.
In a possible implementation, a suitable algorithm may be further employed to verify the obtained encoded information; if the obtained encoding information is verified to be correct, the following step S170 is executed; if the obtained coding information is not verified to be correct, the step S150 is returned to be executed again until the obtained coding information is verified to be correct.
In step S170, predetermined commodity information and code information are entered into a commodity master database, wherein commodities entered by the commodity master database are commodities to be sold. Step S170 may be referred to as a logging step.
In this embodiment, the server 160 may record the predetermined commodity information and the encoding information into a commodity master database, so that the commodity corresponding to the predetermined commodity information is successfully shelved on the server 160. It should be understood that the goods on-shelf by the server 160 should include at least price information of the goods in addition to the goods information and the code information of the goods.
According to the commodity information management method disclosed by the invention, the obtained commodity information is subjected to screening processing, so that the commodity information which does not meet the preset condition can be removed, and only the commodity information which meets the preset condition is reserved, therefore, a strict commodity loading threshold (whether the threshold is the commodity information of the commodity meets the preset condition or not) can be set to check and control the quality of the commodity to be loaded, and in this way, only the commodity which meets the preset condition can be sold, so that the inferior commodity and the counterfeit commodity can be prevented from being sold.
In addition, the screened predetermined commodity information meeting the predetermined condition is coded to obtain the coded information for uniquely identifying the commodity corresponding to the predetermined commodity information, so that compared with the prior art, each commodity on the shelf has unique coded information (identity), and the commodity can be accurately and quickly positioned.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a goods information management method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the goods information management method may include the following steps.
In step S210, commodity information about commodities to be supplied by a supplier is acquired, wherein the acquired commodity information is stored in a staging database.
In step S220, predetermined commodity information satisfying a predetermined condition is screened from the commodity information stored in the intermediate database.
In step S230, the predetermined commodity information is encoded to obtain encoded information for uniquely identifying the commodity to which the predetermined commodity information corresponds, wherein the interchange relationship between the predetermined commodity information and the encoded information is stored in the commodity code interchange relationship library.
In step S240, predetermined commodity information and code information are entered into a commodity master database, wherein commodities entered by the commodity master database are commodities to be sold.
For the above steps S210 to S240, reference may be made to the foregoing detailed description of steps S110 to S170, which is not described herein again.
