All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a file sharing method based on hierarchical nodes according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the node-based file sharing method includes the following steps:
s101: and establishing information nodes, setting the association between the nodes and constructing a hierarchical structure.
The information nodes are abstract mapping models of enterprise employees in a computer, correspond to the enterprise employees one by one and keep information synchronization; the data structure is one or more of an array, a stack, a queue, a table, a tree, and a graph.
The hierarchical structure is a tree structure formed by connecting information nodes according to an enterprise organization architecture; the information nodes in the hierarchical structure have hierarchical attributes, can perform bidirectional interaction with the information nodes directly connected, and need to be confirmed or approved by the related information nodes when interacting with the information nodes not directly connected.
Further, the information synchronization means that the actually occurring working behavior of the enterprise employee pushes the information to the corresponding information node through the communication medium, and the information node pushes the information to the corresponding enterprise employee through the communication medium when receiving the information. The tree structure means that the information nodes store a node association table, transmission channels exist between adjacent associated information nodes, and the nodes are connected with the nodes to form the tree structure.
The transmission channel is used for transmitting the authority change information of the file between the information nodes;
the communication medium comprises an intelligent terminal, a computer terminal, network communication equipment and the like.
S102: and establishing a file sharing area, and reading and writing files in the file sharing area through the information nodes.
The file sharing area is a file storage area deployed on an enterprise local area network server or a cloud server; the information node shares the file to the file sharing area and then automatically has all operation authorities to the file, and the information node acquires the file from the file sharing area and needs corresponding authorities.
Further, the information nodes can select batch sharing and group sharing. The batch sharing refers to sharing a plurality of file authorities to other information nodes at one time; the group sharing refers to that a group can be established by taking a unit or other classification as a standard, and when the file authority is shared, the group can be selected to be shared to each information node in the group.
S103: the file authority is controlled by the information nodes, and the file authorities of the information nodes at different levels are associated.
The permission change refers to the change of one or more permissions of reading, uploading, downloading, modifying, renaming and deleting of the file.
The file authority of the upper level in the hierarchical structure is greater than or equal to the file authority of the lower level, and the file authority of the lower level is less than or equal to the file authority of the upper level.
The information nodes are established and correspond to the enterprise staff one by one, so that information synchronization and real-time updating are guaranteed; the operation of accessing the shared file is simplified by establishing the file sharing area to store the file; the file sharing area ensures the legality of the file operation of each information node by setting the access authority of the information node to the file, and prevents information leakage caused by random browsing and transmission of company files; by establishing the association between the information nodes, the method limits the approach of file sharing, and ensures that the upper level approves and audits in the process of file sharing except the direct file sharing between the upper level and the lower level, so that the file sharing is more standard and safer.
Fig. 2 is a schematic information node diagram of a file sharing method based on hierarchical nodes according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes an information synchronization unit 201, a node attribute unit 202, an authority processing unit 203, and a node association unit 204.
The information synchronization unit 201 includes a file uploading function, a file downloading function, a file encryption function, a file classification function, and the like, and provides a possibility of perfecting functions for a file system, and improves usability of the file system.
Further, the file classification function means that files can be classified when the files are uploaded, so that the system can perform corresponding processing on the files of different levels after the files are uploaded, and meanwhile, the nodes of different levels have different operation permissions on the files. Furthermore, the file classification can be combined with an enterprise tree information node architecture, if the enterprise management architecture is divided into five levels, the files are also divided into five levels, and each level represents the file sharing range and the mode needing to be processed; meanwhile, the third-level employees can be limited to set the file level to be two-level, three-level or four-level, wherein the third-level files mean that only the first-level, second-level and third-level employees have related operation authorities.
The node attribute unit 202 records information of employees in a real enterprise mapped by a computer, including name, job number, identity, work skill, and data of historical operations performed on files.
The function of the authority processing unit 203 is that when the authority of the information node to a file is changed, the authority processing unit 203 updates the authority of the information node to the file according to the authority change.
The node association unit 204 is configured to record an identifier of a directly associated information node of the information node, and construct a hierarchical structure.
Furthermore, the hierarchical structure is a tree structure formed by connecting information nodes according to an enterprise organization architecture;
furthermore, the information nodes in the hierarchical structure have hierarchical attributes, can perform bidirectional interaction with the information nodes directly connected, and need to be confirmed or approved by the related information nodes when interacting with the information nodes not directly connected.
The embodiment of the invention particularly discloses an information node schematic diagram of a file sharing method based on a hierarchical node, and the components and functions of the information node are clarified. The information node provides a basic file processing function and an expansion function for the file system through the file processing unit, so that the usability of the file sharing system is increased; the information node creates an abstract mapping model for the enterprise staff in the computer through the data storage unit, and the abstract mapping model corresponds to the enterprise staff one by one, so that information synchronization and real-time updating are guaranteed; the information nodes construct a hierarchical structure through the node association unit, and the hierarchical structure is an abstract mapping of an enterprise organization structure in a computer and a main basis of a file sharing application approval process.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a file sharing area of a file sharing method based on hierarchical nodes according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a file sharing unit 301, an access control unit 302, and an authority processing unit 303.
The file sharing unit 301 is a unit for storing a file uploaded by an information node in a node-type file sharing method, and is deployed on an enterprise local area network server or a cloud server.
Further, the file sharing unit 301 includes a temporary folder and a shared folder.
The temporary folder is a folder for temporarily storing files by the information node, wherein the files do not meet the sharing requirement or belong to unfinished versions. The folder exists in the file sharing unit 301, but the folder and the files in the folder are only visible, and if an information node wants to share the files in the folder, the information node may send the files to the shared folder.
The shared folder is a folder allowing permission to be shared, and in the shared folder, the information node has all operation permissions of files uploaded by the information node at the direct subordinate level. The information node can share the operation authority of the information node to a certain file to other information nodes. It is emphasized that the information node has a hierarchical attribute, and can perform bidirectional authority sharing with the directly connected information node, and the authority sharing with the information node which is not directly connected needs to be confirmed or approved by the related information node.
The access control unit 302 defines the authority types of the files and the operation that can be executed by each authority, and records the operation authority of each information node in each file.
Further, the authority types of the files comprise reading, uploading, downloading, modifying, renaming and deleting of the files.
The authority processing unit 303 is configured to, when an information node changes the authority of another information node to a file in the file sharing area, update the authority of the corresponding information node to the file and push a message to the related information node by the authority processing unit 303.
Further, when the permission processing unit 303 receives a permission change request, it may determine whether a flow of the request conforms to a hierarchical structure, and then determine whether to change the permission.
The embodiment of the invention particularly discloses a schematic diagram of a file sharing area of a file sharing method based on hierarchical nodes, and defines all components and functions of the file sharing area. The file sharing area stores files with permission to be operated by the information nodes in the file storage unit, the information nodes do not need to find the files shared by different information nodes in different places, and the file sharing area is convenient, quick and clear at a glance. The file sharing area opens the file to the information unit with the operation authority through the access authority unit, and meanwhile, the information node can not contact the file without the operation authority, and the information safety is guaranteed through authority control. The information processing unit audits the permission change, so that the file sharing validity is guaranteed, and information leakage caused by random file flow is limited to the maximum extent.
The following describes a file sharing system based on hierarchical nodes according to an embodiment of the present invention in detail with reference to fig. 4 and 5. It should be noted that the embodiments of the file sharing system based on the tree node architecture shown in fig. 4 and 5 can be applied to execute the methods shown in fig. 1 to 3.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a hierarchical structure of a file sharing system based on hierarchical nodes according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the hierarchical structure includes: information node 401, information node 402, information node 403, information node 404, transmission channel 405, transmission channel 406, transmission channel 407.
The information nodes in the hierarchical structure have hierarchical attributes, can perform bidirectional interaction with the information nodes directly connected, and need to be confirmed or approved by the related information nodes when interacting with the information nodes not directly connected. In particular, the hierarchical structure is a tree structure connected by information nodes according to an enterprise organizational architecture.
The information node 401, the information node 402, the information node 403 and the information node 404 together form a simple tree-like hierarchical file sharing structure; in particular, the information node 401 and the information node 402 form a tree association, and the information node 402 and the information node 403 and the information node 404 form a tree association; further, the information node 401 is a parent node of the information node 402, the information node 402 is a child node of the information node 401, the information node 402 is a parent node of the information node 403 and the information node 404, and the information node 403 and the information node 404 are child nodes of the information node 402; a transmission channel 405 exists between the information node 401 and the information node 402, a transmission channel 406 exists between the information node 402 and the information node 403, and a transmission channel 407 exists between the information node 402 and the information node 404.
Furthermore, the hierarchical structure is formed by connecting information nodes according to an enterprise organization architecture, wherein the information nodes are abstract mapping models of enterprise employees in computers and correspond to the enterprise employees one by one.
Further, the transmission channel refers to a channel for transmitting authority change information of the file between the information nodes.
Taking fig. 4 as an example, the information node 403 has a reading right to a file, and applies for sharing the reading right to the information node 404. Because the information node 403 and the information node 404 are not directly related information nodes, according to the limitation of the hierarchical structure, the information node 403 must first submit a sharing application to the information node 402, and after the information node 402 receives a push message and passes the verification, the information node 404 receives the message push and has a reading right for the file.
The embodiment of the invention particularly discloses a hierarchical structure of a node type file sharing system, which mainly comprises information nodes and a transmission channel, wherein the information nodes are connected into a tree node architecture to ensure the specification and the safety of enterprise file sharing; in addition, information nodes in the tree-shaped node architecture correspond to enterprise employees one by one, and the enterprise cooperation efficiency and the production efficiency are improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a configuration module of a hierarchical node-based file sharing system according to an embodiment of the present invention, including a data structure configuration unit 501, a node hierarchy configuration unit 502, and an access right configuration unit 503.
The data structure configuration unit 501 is configured to configure information of employees in a real enterprise mapped by information nodes, including names, job numbers, identities, work skills, and data of historical operations performed on files.
The node hierarchy configuration unit 502 configures the relationship between the parent node and the child node of the information node according to the node association table.
The access right configuration unit 503 is used for configuring file operation rights for the information node.
Further, the configuration module can update the node association table of the information node by using the node level configuration unit 502 to reestablish the transmission channel. For example, an information node needs to add a lower level information node, the configuration module needs to modify child node information of a node association table in the information node by using the node hierarchy configuration unit 502, and the configuration module needs to modify parent node information of a node association table in a lower level information node by using the node hierarchy configuration unit 502.
The configuration module schematic diagram of the file sharing system based on the hierarchical nodes provided by the embodiment of the invention provides node configuration, data configuration and authority configuration for the system, enhances the flexibility of file sharing, and improves the enterprise cooperation efficiency and the production efficiency.
The above description is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
