Description

Method and system for judging driving user behavior, computer equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of data processing, in particular to a method and a system for judging driving user behaviors, computer equipment and a storage medium.
Background
In modern society, dangerous driving behaviors have become a part of social security, and they threaten the life safety of driving users, passengers and pedestrians all the time. According to investigation, except for drunk driving and force-irresistance factors, the cause of most traffic accidents is poor driving habits of driving users. Bad driving habits mainly include improper steering, lane changes and turning around, acceleration, deceleration, etc.
In the related art, the dangerous driving behaviors are mainly identified by monitoring the driving behaviors of the driving users by utilizing the camera in the vehicle, but the data volume is less and the precision rate is lower.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve at least one of the problems occurring in the prior art or the related art.
To this end, one aspect of the present invention is to provide a method for determining driving user behavior.
Another aspect of the present invention is to provide a driving user behavior determination system.
Yet another aspect of the invention is directed to a computer device.
Yet another aspect of the present invention is to provide a computer-readable storage medium.
In view of the above, according to an aspect of the present invention, a method for determining driving user behavior is provided, including: acquiring a running video of a vehicle, and identifying the running video to acquire distance information between the vehicle and a front vehicle; and judging whether the driving user of the vehicle has dangerous driving behaviors or not according to the vehicle distance information and the vehicle distance threshold value.
The method for judging the behavior of the driving user provided by the invention has the advantages that the driving video outside the vehicle is collected by the video equipment outside the vehicle, the vehicle distance information between the vehicle and the vehicle in front is identified according to the driving video, the driving behavior of the driving user is analyzed by utilizing the vehicle distance information and the pre-stored vehicle distance threshold value, and then whether the driving user has dangerous driving behaviors in the driving process of the vehicle, such as dangerous driving behaviors of approaching the distance between the vehicle and the vehicle in front, dangerous overtaking and the like is judged. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the dangerous driving behavior of the driver can be accurately identified based on the driving video outside the vehicle, the safe driving of the driver is ensured, and the accident occurrence probability is reduced.
The method for judging the driving user behavior according to the present invention may further include the following technical features:
in the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: under the condition that the driving user is judged to have dangerous driving behaviors, scoring the dangerous driving behaviors and/or recording the times of the dangerous driving behaviors of the driving user; in the event that the score of the dangerous driving behavior exceeds a score threshold and/or the number of times the driving user has dangerous driving behavior exceeds a number threshold, pushing driving education information to the terminal of the driving user and/or reducing the number of orders dispatched to the terminal of the driving user.
In the technical scheme, under the condition that the driver has dangerous driving behaviors, the dangerous driving behaviors of the driver are scored or the number of times of recording is carried out, and if the dangerous driving behaviors of the driver are serious or the driving behaviors violating the traffic rules frequently occur, the driver is forbidden (the order is forbidden) and educated. For example, relevant driving education information is pushed to the driving user and tested, and the test is disabled after passing. Or the driver can carry out inclined order dispatching according to the driving habit of the driver during order dispatching, if the driver frequently has behaviors of approaching the vehicle and dangerous overtaking, the order dispatching amount is reduced, and the probability of dangerous driving behaviors of the driver is reduced.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the method further includes: and sending out alarm information under the condition that the driving user is judged to have dangerous driving behavior.
In the technical scheme, under the condition that the driving user is judged to have dangerous driving behaviors, real-time early warning can be performed on the driving user, for example, contents of 'the current distance between vehicles is too short', 'traffic accidents possibly happen when overtaking in the current condition, please drive carefully' and the like are broadcasted through voice, and early warning is sent to the driving user so as to remind the driving user of the dangerous driving behaviors.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the determining, according to the vehicle distance information and the vehicle distance threshold, whether a driving user of the vehicle has a dangerous driving behavior specifically includes: acquiring the current running speed of the vehicle, and inquiring a vehicle distance threshold value corresponding to the current running speed; and acquiring the current vehicle distance in the vehicle distance information, comparing the current vehicle distance with a vehicle distance threshold value, and judging that the driving user has dangerous driving behavior of too short vehicle distance under the condition that the current vehicle distance is smaller than the vehicle distance threshold value.
In the technical scheme, the current running speed of the vehicle is acquired, a vehicle distance threshold corresponding to the current running speed is inquired, for example, a vehicle distance allowed under the current running speed specified by a country (the country has different following distance specifications for different vehicle speeds), the current distance between the vehicle and a front vehicle (the front vehicle is a vehicle running in the same direction as the vehicle) is compared with the vehicle distance threshold, and if the current distance is smaller than the vehicle distance threshold, the vehicle is determined to be too close to the front vehicle. The technical scheme provides a vehicle following too close identification method based on the vehicle exterior video, which can effectively identify the behavior of a driving user too close to a previous vehicle in the process of travel by combining with the current running speed information.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the acquiring a current driving speed of the vehicle specifically includes: acquiring positioning track data of a vehicle, and acquiring coordinate change data of the vehicle within a preset time period according to the positioning track data; and calculating the current running speed of the vehicle according to the coordinate change data in the preset time period.
In the technical scheme, a Global Positioning System (GPS) device of the vehicle is used for acquiring Positioning track data of the vehicle, and coordinate change data within a preset time period is acquired, where the coordinate change data is a distance within the preset time period, so as to calculate a current driving speed of the vehicle, and further determine whether a driving user has a dangerous driving behavior too close to a distance between preceding vehicles by combining the current driving speed.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the determining, according to the vehicle distance information and the vehicle distance threshold, whether a driving user of the vehicle has a dangerous driving behavior specifically includes: acquiring the current vehicle distance and the previous vehicle distance in the vehicle distance information, calculating a vehicle distance difference value of the current vehicle distance and the previous vehicle distance, and comparing the vehicle distance difference value with a vehicle distance threshold value; judging whether the vehicle runs on a section where overtaking is forbidden and/or whether the vehicle is in an overtaking dangerous state; and under the conditions that the vehicle distance difference value is larger than the vehicle distance threshold value and the vehicle runs on the section where the overtaking is forbidden and/or is in an overtaking dangerous state, judging that the driving user has dangerous driving behaviors of dangerous overtaking.
In the technical scheme, a vehicle distance difference value between a vehicle distance (for example, the vehicle distance at the last time point) on the vehicle and the current vehicle distance is calculated, and if the vehicle distance difference value is larger than a pre-stored vehicle distance threshold value, the vehicle is accelerating and overtaking. Further, whether the vehicle runs on a section where overtaking is forbidden and/or is in an overtaking dangerous state is judged, and if yes, it is determined that the driving user has dangerous driving behaviors of dangerous overtaking. According to the scheme, whether the driving user has dangerous driving behaviors of dangerous overtaking or not can be accurately identified and judged so as to avoid traffic accidents.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, determining whether the vehicle is traveling on a section where overtaking is prohibited and/or is in an overtaking dangerous state specifically includes: acquiring positioning track data and/or map information of the vehicle, and judging whether the vehicle runs on a section where overtaking is forbidden according to the running video, the positioning track data and/or the map information; and/or acquiring steering information of the front vehicle according to the driving video, and judging whether the vehicle is in an overtaking dangerous state or not according to the steering information and/or the vehicle distance information.
In the technical scheme, for judging whether the vehicle runs on the section where overtaking is forbidden, on one hand, the positioning track data or the map information (the map information can be directly acquired by using a network) of the vehicle is combined to judge whether the vehicle runs on the section where overtaking is forbidden, such as a viaduct, an intersection, a tunnel and the like; on the other hand, since the overtaking prohibition route is generally provided with an overtaking prohibition instruction, the determination may be made by recognizing the travel record. For example, the judgment can be made by identifying a turn signal of the vehicle ahead, and if there is an oncoming vehicle, the judgment can be made by identifying the distance between the oncoming vehicle and the vehicle, for example, if the oncoming vehicle is too close to the vehicle, the behavior of dangerous passing is considered.
In any one of the above technical solutions, preferably, identifying the driving video to obtain the vehicle distance information between the vehicle and the vehicle ahead includes: and identifying the multi-frame image sequence of the running video, acquiring the vehicle distance information in each frame of image sequence, and calculating the vehicle distance information between the vehicle and the front vehicle according to the vehicle distance information in each frame of image sequence.
In the technical scheme, the image sequence of the driving video outside the vehicle is identified by using an image identification technology, and the vehicle distance information between the vehicle and the front vehicle in the driving video is judged. The judgment of the vehicle distance is completed by combining the identification of the multi-frame image sequence, namely, the vehicle distance result identified by the multi-frame continuous image sequence is taken and averaged to be the vehicle distance under the current speed of the vehicle (if the distance is too small, the driving user may have habitual too close following behavior). When the vehicle distance is identified, only the distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle in the running video is calculated, and the vehicle type of the front vehicle is not considered; if there is no vehicle in front, it means that the vehicle distance is far and it is not necessary to recognize. Also, the calculation of the vehicle distance may only take into account the minimum distance between two vehicles, e.g. the distance between a vehicle in front and the closest point of the vehicle when the vehicle in front is turning.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a driving user behavior determination system, including: the processing unit is used for acquiring a running video of the vehicle and identifying the running video to acquire the distance information between the vehicle and the front vehicle; and judging whether the driving user of the vehicle has dangerous driving behaviors or not according to the vehicle distance information and the vehicle distance threshold value.
The judging system for the behaviors of the driving users collects the driving videos outside the vehicle by using the video equipment outside the vehicle, identifies the vehicle distance information between the vehicle and the vehicle in front according to the driving videos, analyzes the driving behaviors of the driving users by using the vehicle distance information and the pre-stored vehicle distance threshold value, and further judges whether the driving users have dangerous driving behaviors in the driving process of the vehicle, such as dangerous driving behaviors of approaching the distance between the vehicle and the vehicle in front, dangerous overtaking and the like. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, dangerous driving behaviors of the driver can be accurately identified based on the driving video outside the vehicle, the safe driving of the driver is ensured, and the accident occurrence probability is reduced.
The system for judging the driving user behavior according to the present invention may further include the following technical features:
in the above technical solution, preferably, the processing unit is further configured to score dangerous driving behaviors and/or record the number of dangerous driving behaviors of the driving user when it is determined that the driving user has the dangerous driving behaviors; the judging system for the driving user behavior further comprises: and the sending unit is used for pushing the driving education information to the terminal of the driving user and/or reducing the number of orders dispatched to the terminal of the driving user when the score of the dangerous driving behavior exceeds a score threshold value and/or the number of dangerous driving behaviors of the driving user exceeds a number threshold value.
For example, relevant driving education information is pushed to the driving user and tested, which may be disabled after passing.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the method further includes: and the warning unit is used for sending warning information under the condition that the driving user is judged to have dangerous driving behaviors.
In the technical scheme, under the condition that the driving user is judged to have the dangerous driving behavior, real-time early warning can be carried out on the driving user, for example, contents such as 'the current distance between vehicles is too close', 'traffic accidents possibly happen when the vehicle overtakes in the current condition, and the driving user is requested to be carefully driven' are broadcasted in a voice mode, and early warning is sent to the driving user so as to remind the driving user of the dangerous driving behavior.
In any one of the above technical solutions, preferably, the determining, by the processing unit, whether the driving user of the vehicle has a dangerous driving behavior according to the vehicle distance information and the vehicle distance threshold includes: acquiring the current running speed of the vehicle, and inquiring a vehicle distance threshold value corresponding to the current running speed; and acquiring the current vehicle distance in the vehicle distance information, comparing the current vehicle distance with a vehicle distance threshold value, and judging that the driving user has dangerous driving behavior of too short vehicle distance under the condition that the current vehicle distance is smaller than the vehicle distance threshold value.
The technical scheme provides a vehicle-following too-close recognition method based on the outside-vehicle video, which can effectively recognize the behavior of a driving user too close to a previous vehicle in the process of traveling by combining with the current traveling speed information.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the acquiring, by the processing unit, the current running speed of the vehicle includes: acquiring positioning track data of a vehicle, and acquiring coordinate change data of the vehicle within a preset time period according to the positioning track data; and calculating the current running speed of the vehicle according to the coordinate change data in the preset time period.
According to the technical scheme, the GPS device of the vehicle is used for collecting the positioning track data of the vehicle, the coordinate change data in the preset time period is obtained, the coordinate change data is the distance in the preset time period, the current driving speed of the vehicle is calculated, and whether the driver has dangerous driving behaviors too close to the distance of the front vehicle or not is judged according to the current driving speed.
In any one of the above technical solutions, preferably, the determining, by the processing unit, whether the driving user of the vehicle has a dangerous driving behavior according to the vehicle distance information and the vehicle distance threshold includes: acquiring the current vehicle distance and the previous vehicle distance in the vehicle distance information, calculating a vehicle distance difference value between the previous vehicle distance and the current vehicle distance, and comparing the vehicle distance difference value with a vehicle distance threshold value; judging whether the vehicle runs on a section where overtaking is forbidden and/or whether the vehicle is in an overtaking dangerous state; and under the conditions that the vehicle distance difference value is larger than the vehicle distance threshold value and the vehicle runs on the section where the overtaking is forbidden and/or is in an overtaking dangerous state, judging that the driving user has dangerous driving behaviors of dangerous overtaking.
In the technical scheme, the distance difference between the previous distance (for example, the distance at the previous time point) of the vehicle and the current distance is calculated, and if the distance difference is larger than the pre-stored distance threshold value, the vehicle is accelerating to overtake the vehicle.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the determining, by the processing unit, whether the vehicle is traveling on a section where overtaking is prohibited and/or is in an overtaking dangerous state includes: acquiring positioning track data and/or map information of the vehicle, and judging whether the vehicle runs on a section where overtaking is forbidden according to the running video, the positioning track data and/or the map information; and/or acquiring steering information of the front vehicle according to the driving video, and judging whether the vehicle is in an overtaking dangerous state or not according to the steering information and/or the vehicle distance information.
In any one of the above technical solutions, preferably, the identifying the driving video by the processing unit to acquire the vehicle distance information between the vehicle and the vehicle ahead includes: and identifying the multi-frame image sequence of the running video, acquiring the vehicle distance information in each frame of image sequence, and calculating the vehicle distance information between the vehicle and the front vehicle according to the vehicle distance information in each frame of image sequence.
When vehicle distance recognition is carried out, only the distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle in the running video is calculated, and the vehicle type of the front vehicle is not considered; if there is no vehicle in front, it means that the distance is far and it is not necessary to identify. Also, the calculation of the vehicle distance may only take into account the minimum distance between two vehicles, e.g., the distance between a vehicle in front and the closest point of the vehicle when the vehicle in front is turning.

In this embodiment, when it is determined that the driving user has a dangerous driving behavior, the dangerous driving behavior of the driving user is scored or the number of times is recorded, and if the dangerous driving behavior of the driving user is serious or a driving behavior violating a traffic rule frequently occurs, the driving user is prohibited (order pickup is prohibited) and education is performed.
In some embodiments, in the case that it is determined that the driving user has dangerous driving behavior, warning information may also be issued to remind the driving user that dangerous driving behavior has occurred.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining driving user behavior according to still another embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps:
step 302, acquiring a driving video of a vehicle, and identifying the driving video to acquire distance information between the vehicle and a front vehicle;
step 304, judging whether a driving user of the vehicle has dangerous driving behaviors or not according to the vehicle distance information and the vehicle distance threshold value;
and step 306, sending out alarm information under the condition that the driving user is judged to have dangerous driving behaviors.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the driving user has a dangerous driving behavior, a real-time warning may be given to the driving user, for example, contents such as "the current distance is too close", "a traffic accident may occur when the driving user overtakes the vehicle in the current situation, and please take care of driving" are broadcasted in voice, and a warning is given to the driving user to remind the driving user that the dangerous driving behavior has occurred.
In some embodiments, under the condition that the driving user is judged to have dangerous driving behaviors, the dangerous driving behaviors can be scored and/or the times of the dangerous driving behaviors of the driving user can be recorded while the alarm information is sent out; in the event that the score of the dangerous driving behavior exceeds a score threshold and/or the number of times the driving user has dangerous driving behavior exceeds a number threshold, pushing driving education information to the terminal of the driving user and/or reducing the number of orders dispatched to the terminal of the driving user.
In some embodiments, preferably, in step 102 of fig. 1, step 202 of fig. 2, and step 302 of fig. 3, the step of identifying the driving video to obtain the vehicle distance information between the vehicle and the vehicle in front includes: and identifying the multi-frame image sequence of the running video, acquiring the vehicle distance information in each frame of image sequence, and calculating the vehicle distance information between the vehicle and the front vehicle according to the vehicle distance information in each frame of image sequence.
In this embodiment, the image sequence of the driving video of the outside of the vehicle is recognized by using the image recognition technology, and the inter-vehicle distance information between the vehicle and the preceding vehicle in the driving video is determined. When the vehicle distance is identified, only the distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle in the running video is calculated, and the vehicle type of the front vehicle is not considered; if there is no vehicle in front, it means that the distance is far and it is not necessary to identify. Also, the calculation of the vehicle distance may only take into account the minimum distance between two vehicles, e.g. the distance between a vehicle in front and the closest point of the vehicle when the vehicle in front is turning.
In some embodiments, preferably, in step 104 of fig. 1, step 204 of fig. 2, and step 304 of fig. 3, the specific step of determining whether the driving user of the vehicle has a dangerous driving behavior according to the inter-vehicle distance information and the inter-vehicle distance threshold is as shown in fig. 4, and includes:
step 402, acquiring the current running speed of the vehicle, and inquiring a vehicle distance threshold value corresponding to the current running speed;
and step 404, acquiring the current vehicle distance in the vehicle distance information, comparing the current vehicle distance with a vehicle distance threshold value, and judging that the driving user has dangerous driving behavior of too close vehicle distance under the condition that the current vehicle distance is smaller than the vehicle distance threshold value.
In this embodiment, the current running speed of the vehicle is obtained, a vehicle distance threshold corresponding to the current running speed is queried, for example, a vehicle distance allowed at the current running speed specified by a country (the country has different following distance specifications for different vehicle speeds), the current distance between the vehicle and a front vehicle (the front vehicle is a vehicle running in the same direction as the vehicle) is compared with the vehicle distance threshold, and if the current distance is smaller than the vehicle distance threshold, it is determined that the vehicle is too close to the front vehicle. The technical scheme provides a vehicle-following too-close recognition method based on the outside-vehicle video, which can effectively recognize the behavior of a driving user too close to a previous vehicle in the process of traveling by combining with the current traveling speed information.
In some embodiments, preferably, in step 402, acquiring the current driving speed of the vehicle specifically includes: acquiring positioning track data of a vehicle, and acquiring coordinate change data of the vehicle within a preset time period according to the positioning track data; and calculating the current running speed of the vehicle according to the coordinate change data in the preset time period.
In the embodiment, a GPS device of the vehicle is used for collecting positioning track data of the vehicle, coordinate change data in a preset time period is obtained, the coordinate change data is a distance in the preset time period, the current driving speed of the vehicle is calculated, and whether a driver has dangerous driving behavior too close to the distance between the front vehicle and the vehicle is judged according to the current driving speed.
In some embodiments, preferably, the specific steps of determining whether the driving user of the vehicle has a dangerous driving behavior according to the inter-vehicle distance information and the inter-vehicle distance threshold in step 104 of fig. 1, step 204 of fig. 2, and step 304 of fig. 3 may further be as shown in fig. 5, and include:
step 502, obtaining the current vehicle distance and the previous vehicle distance in the vehicle distance information, calculating the vehicle distance difference value of the current vehicle distance and the previous vehicle distance, and comparing the vehicle distance difference value with the vehicle distance threshold value;
step 504, judging whether the vehicle runs on the overtaking forbidden road section and/or is in an overtaking dangerous state;
step 506, under the condition that the vehicle distance difference is larger than the vehicle distance threshold value and the vehicle runs on the section where the overtaking is forbidden and/or is in the overtaking dangerous state, judging that the driving user has dangerous driving behaviors of dangerous overtaking.
In this embodiment, a vehicle distance difference between a vehicle distance (e.g., the vehicle distance at the previous time point) on the vehicle and the current vehicle distance is calculated, and if the vehicle distance difference is greater than a pre-stored vehicle distance threshold, it indicates that the vehicle is accelerating to overtake. Further, whether the vehicle runs on a section where overtaking is forbidden and/or is in an overtaking dangerous state is judged, and if yes, it is determined that the driving user has dangerous driving behaviors of dangerous overtaking. According to the scheme, whether the driving user has dangerous driving behaviors of dangerous overtaking or not can be accurately identified and judged, so that traffic accidents are avoided.
In some embodiments, preferably, the step 504 of determining whether the vehicle is traveling on a section where overtaking is prohibited and/or in an overtaking danger state includes: acquiring positioning track data and/or map information of the vehicle, and judging whether the vehicle runs on a section where overtaking is forbidden according to the running video, the positioning track data and/or the map information; and/or acquiring steering information of the front vehicle according to the driving video, and judging whether the vehicle is in an overtaking dangerous state or not according to the steering information and/or the vehicle distance information.
In this embodiment, for determining whether the vehicle is traveling on the no-passing road section, on one hand, the positioning track data or the map information (the map information can be directly obtained by using the network) of the vehicle is combined to determine whether the vehicle is traveling on the no-passing road section, such as a viaduct, an intersection, a tunnel, etc.; on the other hand, since the overtaking prohibition road segment is generally provided with an overtaking prohibition instruction, the determination may be made by recognizing the travel record. If the oncoming vehicle is in the overtaking dangerous state, the judgment is carried out by identifying the distance between the oncoming vehicle and the vehicle, for example, if the distance between the oncoming vehicle and the vehicle is too close, the behavior of dangerous overtaking is considered.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining driving user behavior according to another embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps:
step 602, acquiring a driving video of a vehicle, and identifying the driving video to acquire distance information between the vehicle and a front vehicle;
step 604, acquiring the current driving speed of the vehicle, inquiring a vehicle distance threshold corresponding to the current driving speed, acquiring the current vehicle distance in the vehicle distance information, comparing the current vehicle distance with the vehicle distance threshold, and judging that the driving user has dangerous driving behavior of too short vehicle distance under the condition that the current vehicle distance is smaller than the vehicle distance threshold; and/or obtaining the current vehicle distance and the previous vehicle distance in the vehicle distance information, calculating a vehicle distance difference value between the current vehicle distance and the previous vehicle distance, comparing the vehicle distance difference value with a vehicle distance threshold value, judging whether the vehicle runs on a section where overtaking is forbidden and/or is in an overtaking dangerous state, and judging that the driving user has dangerous driving behaviors of dangerous overtaking when the vehicle distance difference value is larger than the vehicle distance threshold value and the vehicle runs on the section where overtaking is forbidden and/or is in the overtaking dangerous state;
and 606, under the condition that the dangerous driving behaviors of the driving user are judged, warning information is sent out, the dangerous driving behaviors are scored and/or the frequency of the dangerous driving behaviors of the driving user is recorded, and under the condition that the score of the dangerous driving behaviors exceeds a score threshold value and/or the frequency of the dangerous driving behaviors of the driving user exceeds a frequency threshold value, driving education information is pushed to a terminal of the driving user and/or the quantity of orders dispatched to the terminal of the driving user is reduced.
One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for identifying a vehicle passing by, which can analyze driving behaviors of a driver in combination with data such as driving videos outside the vehicle and vehicle positioning track information, and further determine whether the vehicle is too close to a preceding vehicle during driving, and the specific steps of the method are as shown in fig. 7:
step 702, collecting the running video of the vehicle in real time. The driving video of the vehicle is collected in real time through an automobile data recorder and other external video equipment.
In step 704, the current driving speed of the vehicle is calculated. The coordinate points of the vehicle can be obtained based on the GPS track data of the vehicle, and the current running speed of the vehicle can be calculated according to the coordinate points.
Step 706, determine the distance between the vehicle and the vehicle ahead. And recognizing the image sequence of the running video of the vehicle by using an image recognition technology, and judging the distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle in the running video of the vehicle. The calculation of the vehicle distance takes into account only the minimum distance between two vehicles, such as the distance between a vehicle in front and the closest point of the vehicle when the vehicle in front turns. The judgment of the vehicle distance is completed by combining the recognition of the multi-frame images, namely, the vehicle distance results recognized by the multi-frame continuous images are taken and averaged to be used as the vehicle distance under the current speed of the vehicle (if the distance is too small, the driving user may have habitual too close following behavior). When the vehicle distance is identified, only the distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle in the image is calculated, and the vehicle type and the like of the front vehicle are not considered; if there is no vehicle in front, it means that the vehicle distance is far and it is not necessary to recognize.
And step 708, judging whether the vehicle is too close to the vehicle. The distance between the vehicle and the vehicle ahead is compared with the allowable vehicle distance at the current driving speed specified by the country (the country has different following distance specifications for different vehicle speeds), and whether the vehicle is too close to the vehicle ahead is judged.
Furthermore, real-time early warning can be carried out on the driving behavior of the driving user according to the recognition result of the driving behavior of the driving user, such as voice broadcast reminding; and meanwhile, scoring and recording the behaviors of the driving users, and if the driving users frequently have behaviors violating the traffic rules, closing the behaviors (forbidding the order taking) and performing education. For example, driving-related educational courses are pushed to the driver-related educational courses and tested, and the driver is forbidden after the test is passed; or the driving user can carry out inclined order dispatching according to the driving habit of the driving user during the order dispatching, and if the driving user frequently has the behavior of passing close to the car, the order dispatching amount is reduced.
This embodiment of the present invention can make a judgment for a driver who is in danger of driving behavior or who has had a rear-end collision. In addition, the method can also be applied to afterwards liability judgment. For example, if the passenger complains that the driving user has dangerous driving behaviors, the passenger calls a vehicle exterior driving video corresponding to the order, inputs the driving video into the recognition model, and recognizes the driving video by combining with the track data, and if the driving video does exist, corresponding penalties are given to the driving user.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a method for recognizing dangerous overtaking behaviors is provided, which may analyze driving behaviors of a driver in combination with data such as driving videos outside a vehicle, vehicle GPS track information, and map information, so as to determine whether the driver has dangerous overtaking behaviors while the vehicle is driving, and may remind the driver to avoid traffic accidents. The identification method may include the following two specific embodiments.
In a specific embodiment, the first step of identifying the overtaking behavior of the dangerous road segment is as shown in fig. 8:
and step 802, collecting the running video of the vehicle in real time. The driving video of the vehicle is collected in real time through an automobile data recorder and other external video equipment.
In step 804, it is determined whether the vehicle is traveling on a section where overtaking is prohibited, such as a viaduct, an intersection, a tunnel, etc., by combining the vehicle GPS track data and map information (the map information can be directly obtained through a network), and the section where overtaking is prohibited is generally provided with an overtaking prohibition instruction, so the determination can be performed by using an image recognition technology.
In step 806, if the current road segment is a dangerous road segment, the relative position of the vehicle and the vehicle ahead at the current moment is identified. The method comprises the steps of extracting a picture sequence of a driving video corresponding to a current road section, and judging the relative position of the current moment of a vehicle and a vehicle in front in each frame of image through an image recognition technology.
And 808, judging whether dangerous overtaking behaviors exist or not according to the change of the relative positions of the vehicles. For example, the vehicle distance in the next frame image significantly changes from the vehicle distance of the current frame.
Further, the driving behavior of the driving user can be scored and recorded according to the recognition result of the driving behavior of the driving user, and if the driving user frequently has behaviors violating the traffic rules, the driving user is prohibited (order taking is prohibited) and education is performed. For example, driving-related educational courses are pushed thereto and tested, and the tests are waived after the tests are passed.
In a second specific embodiment, the overtaking behavior in the dangerous situation is identified, and the specific steps are as shown in fig. 9:
and step 902, collecting the running video of the vehicle in real time. The driving video of the vehicle is collected in real time through an automobile data recorder and other external video equipment.
And 904, judging whether the vehicle has overtaking behaviors or not according to the driving video. And judging the relative position of the vehicle at the current moment and the vehicle in front in each frame of image by an image identification technology, and judging whether overtaking behaviors exist or not by comparing the change of the relative positions of the vehicles in each frame of image.
And step 906, if the overtaking behavior exists in the vehicle, continuously judging whether the overtaking behavior is dangerous overtaking behavior. Judging whether the front equidirectional vehicle has left turn or turning around intention, for example, judging by identifying a steering lamp of the front vehicle; if there is an oncoming vehicle, the distance between the oncoming vehicle and the vehicle is recognized to make a determination, and if the distance between the oncoming vehicle and the vehicle is too close, the behavior is considered to be dangerous overtaking.
Further, the driving behavior of the driving user can be scored and recorded according to the recognition result of the driving behavior of the driving user, and if the driving user frequently has behaviors violating the traffic rules, the driving user is prohibited (order taking is prohibited) and education is performed.
The dangerous overtaking identification of the two specific embodiments can be realized by extracting frames from the running video through the cloud, and can also set the related algorithm on the terminal, identify dangerous overtaking behaviors in real time based on the acquired data, and intervene the driving user in real time according to the identification result, such as voice broadcasting and the like. For example, when it is detected that the vehicle has an intention to turn to overtake the vehicle according to the vehicle trajectory data, whether the current road section is a dangerous road section or whether overtaking is influenced by a vehicle ahead is identified, whether the current overtake behavior is dangerous or not is judged, and if the current overtake behavior is dangerous, contents such as 'traffic accidents possibly occurring when overtake the vehicle under the current condition and please drive carefully' are broadcasted in a voice manner to warn a driver. Furthermore, the data can be uploaded to the cloud after the driving user is identified to have the overtaking behavior in real time by the terminal, and the cloud carries out secondary identification verification on the driving user behavior. In addition, the embodiment can also be applied to the afterwards liability assessment. For example, if the passenger complains that the driving user has dangerous overtaking behaviors, the passenger calls the driving user's driving video outside the vehicle corresponding to the order, inputs the video into the recognition model to recognize dangerous overtaking, and if so, gives corresponding penalties to the driving user.
In the second aspect of the present invention, a driving user behavior determination system is provided, and fig. 10 shows a schematic block diagram of a driving user behavior determination system 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Wherein the system 10 comprises:
the processing unit 12 is used for acquiring a running video of the vehicle and identifying the running video to acquire distance information between the vehicle and a front vehicle; and judging whether a driving user of the vehicle has dangerous driving behaviors or not according to the vehicle distance information and the vehicle distance threshold value.
The system 10 for judging the behavior of the driving user provided by the invention utilizes the device outside the vehicle to collect the driving video of the vehicle, the processing unit 12 identifies the distance information between the vehicle and the vehicle in front according to the driving video, and analyzes the driving behavior of the driving user by utilizing the distance information and the pre-stored distance threshold value, so as to judge whether the driving user has dangerous driving behaviors in the driving process of the vehicle, such as dangerous driving behaviors of approaching the distance between the vehicle and the vehicle in front, dangerous overtaking and the like. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the dangerous driving behavior of the driver can be accurately identified based on the driving video outside the vehicle, the safe driving of the driver is ensured, and the accident occurrence probability is reduced.
Fig. 11 shows a schematic block diagram of a driving user behavior determination system 20 according to another embodiment of the present invention. Among other things, the system 20 includes:

and an alarm unit 26 for issuing alarm information in the case where it is judged that the driving user has a dangerous driving behavior.

For example, relevant driving education information is pushed to the driving user and tested, and the test is disabled after passing. Or the driving user can carry out inclined order dispatching according to the driving habit of the driving user during order dispatching, if the driving user frequently has the behaviors of too close following the vehicle, dangerous overtaking and the like, the order dispatching amount is reduced, and the probability of dangerous driving behaviors of the driving user in the follow-up process is reduced. Under the condition that the driver has dangerous driving behaviors, the driver can be warned in real time, for example, contents such as 'the current distance is too close', 'traffic accidents may happen when the driver overtakes the vehicle under the current condition, and please drive carefully' are broadcasted in voice, and the driver is warned that the driver has dangerous driving behaviors.

When vehicle distance recognition is carried out, only the distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle in the running video is calculated, and the vehicle type of the front vehicle is not considered; if there is no vehicle in front, it means that the vehicle distance is far and it is not necessary to recognize.
