In this way, a test order number can be generated for a single or multiple test data items with large data volume, such as an electrocardiogram, wound image data, and the like, and the test order number is encoded into the two-dimensional code as additional data together with the communication account information of the target medical/medical professional. When a user scans the two-dimensional code to establish communication with a target medical/medicine professional, the detection single number can be triggered to display and output. The detection unit number is provided with a trigger item, and the related physical examination data can be called after the trigger item is triggered. By way of example and not limitation, the trigger items are set for the display area of the detection single number or the area nearby the display area, a frame is formed, and when the frame is clicked, the display of the associated physical examination data can be triggered.
Preferably, in order to facilitate the user and/or the target medical/pharmaceutical professional to visually check the basic detection data of the user during communication, a plurality of single detection data items can be further processed in a distinguishing manner, specifically: acquiring single detection data in the physical examination data, judging whether the size of each single detection data exceeds a preset single value, and taking the single detection data which does not exceed the preset single value as additional basic data; and for single detection data exceeding a preset single value, synthesizing the single detection data to form additional enhancement data and generate an additional enhancement data single number, and encoding the additional basic data and the additional enhancement data single number which serve as additional data together with the communication account information of the target medical/pharmaceutical professional into the two-dimensional code.
In this embodiment, it is preferable that the communication connection between the user and the target medical/pharmaceutical professional is established through an instant messaging tool. The communication between the user and the target medical/medical professional can be communication interaction requiring friend verification by the target medical/medical professional, and the user becomes a conventional contact object of the target medical/medical professional after the verification is passed; or temporary communication interaction without friend verification.
Preferably, a temporary communication interaction of the user with the target medical/drug professional is established. Specifically, an instant messaging tool and a corresponding instant messaging account used when the user terminal performs code scanning operation are obtained, and a temporary communication interaction interface between the user and the target medical/pharmaceutical professional is established through the instant messaging tool.
The temporary communication interaction may be anonymous communication or real-name communication.
When the temporary communication interaction is anonymous communication, any information capable of embodying or identifying the identity of the user is not displayed to the target medical/pharmaceutical professional. Therefore, the privacy of the user can be protected, and the influence of remote inquiry on the life of the user is reduced.
When the temporary communication interaction is real-name communication, the personal health record of the user in a system server and/or other associated servers can be called according to the real-name verification information of the user by utilizing the characteristics of the real name, and the personal health record is output to the user and/or target medical/medical professionals on the temporary communication interaction interface; and acquiring the physical examination data to update the personal health record.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the self-service terminal is further provided with a user identity information acquisition structure for acquiring user identity information on site. Specifically, before or after the user uses the medical detection apparatus for detection, the user identity information may be acquired through the user identity information acquisition structure, and the acquired user identity information and the physical examination data may be mapped and stored.
As an example and not by way of limitation, the user may be prompted to perform identity detection when the user enters the detection area of the self-service terminal, and the user identity information acquisition structure is automatically started after the user does not deny the user; or when the user starts the medical detection instrument for detection, the user is prompted to carry out identity detection, and after the user confirms, the user identity information acquisition structure is started; the user can also be prompted to carry out identity detection when the user finishes detection through the medical detection instrument, and the user identity information acquisition structure is used after the user confirms.
Further, when the user terminal scans the digital code, the user identity authentication content corresponding to the communication account can be acquired according to the communication account information on the user terminal to be used as the online user identity information, and the online user identity information and the physical examination data are mapped and stored.
Preferably, the method further comprises the step of verifying the identity of the user, which may be as follows:
comparing the user identity information acquired by the identity information acquisition structure as the on-site user identity information with the on-line user identity information, and judging whether the on-site user identity information and the on-line user identity information are consistent;
when the judgment is consistent, the identity verification is passed, and the user identity information is transmitted to the target medical/medicine professional together corresponding to the physical examination data;
when the user terminal and the field user identity information are inconsistent, acquiring close user identity information associated with the user terminal or the user identity authentication content, comparing the close user identity information with the field user identity information, and judging whether the close user identity information is consistent with the field user identity information;
when the judgment result is consistent, starting an information acquisition structure on the user terminal to acquire real-time image data, voice data and/or fingerprint data so as to verify whether the close user agrees to perform inquiry;
and when the verification is passed, mapping and storing the identity information of the close user corresponding to the physical examination data and transmitting the mapping and storing information to the target medical/medicine professional.
By performing the identity verification, the privacy and information security of the inquiry user can be further protected.
The close user may be, for example, a family, a friend, or a managed patient of the user. The association relationship between the close user and the user terminal is preferably preset by the user.
As a typical example, taking parents as an example, considering that elderly people or people with inconvenient actions are difficult to perform self-service inquiry through their user terminals, a user may set the parents as associated close users and verify the identity information of the parents, so that the user may help the parents perform remote self-service inquiry through their mobile phones.
In this embodiment, the physical examination data measured by the medical detection apparatus includes one or more of body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, body fat, height, and weight. According to the needs, the system can also comprise body fluid detection items such as blood, urine, saliva and the like, and image detection such as remote self-service electrocardiogram detection, remote control X-ray, ultrasonic examination and the like.
Referring to fig. 5, the medical detection apparatus comprises a control module, a communication module and a detection structure interface module, the detection structure interface module and the communication module are connected with the control module, the control module is connected with a main controller of a self-service end through the communication module, the control module responds to operation through detection operation keys on a display screen or a keyboard, and the control module is connected with one or more external electronic thermometers, electronic blood pressure meters, electrocardiographs, oximeters, body fat detectors and electronic weighing scales through the connected detection structure interface module to collect physical examination data of human bodies.
Of course, other professional detection structures can be further provided according to the needs, for example, when the body fluid detection function and the image detection function are provided, the body fluid detection analyzer for blood, urine, saliva and the like can be externally connected through the detection structure interface module, and the electrocardiogram detection device, the remote control X-ray and ultrasonic examination device can also be externally connected.
As a typical example, the control module of the medical detection apparatus may include a processor, a memory, a keyboard/display screen, and a power management module. The control module can be connected with an identity information acquisition structure of the self-service end through the communication module and can generate a unique user ID code corresponding to the user, and the user ID code is associated with a physical examination data record of the user detected through the medical detection instrument; the processor may be externally connected to a clock oscillator circuit, an interface expansion circuit, and a printing module, for example, a user may print the detection data record as needed. The communication module can adopt WiFi, 3G, 4G and 5G networks, and the operation method and the attention points of the medical detection instrument can be displayed through the display screen to remind a user.
It should be noted that, the user may also directly perform remote inquiry with medical/pharmaceutical professionals on the remote inquiry machine cabinet of the self-service end according to needs. As a typical example, when the display structure outputs information of medical/pharmaceutical professionals providing on-line inquiry service, two-dimensional code scanning inquiry options and on-site inquiry options are set simultaneously corresponding to the medical/pharmaceutical professionals, and when a user selects the on-site inquiry option under a target medical/pharmaceutical professional, the communication account information of the target medical/pharmaceutical professional is obtained, and communication between the user and the target medical/pharmaceutical professional is established. Particularly, when a user needs to buy the medicine, a pharmacist can be consulted on the self-service end, and the medicine can be directly bought on a medicine selling machine cabinet of the self-service end immediately after the consultation is finished.
In this embodiment, preferably, the physical examination data is stored in the cloud server, and the user, the medical/pharmaceutical professional, or other persons with permission can query the physical examination data and the related information thereof through the identification information, the detection order number, and/or other verification information as required.
Referring to fig. 6, another offline and online combined self-service medical inquiry method is disclosed as another embodiment of the present invention, which comprises the following steps:
s210, communication between the user and the medical/medical professionals is established, self-help physical examination item information selected by the medical/medical professionals corresponding to the user is obtained, and self-help physical examination orders are generated.
The communication mode between the user and the medical/pharmaceutical professional can be established through the user terminal or the self-service terminal. Preferably, the user establishes communication with the medical/pharmaceutical professional via his own handset.
S220, the self-service end obtains the self-service physical examination order information, starts a medical detection instrument to collect physical examination data of a user, and codes the physical examination data and the communication account information of the medical/medical professionals together to generate a digital code; or generating a detection sheet number corresponding to the physical examination data, wherein the detection sheet number is associated with the physical examination data, and the detection sheet number and the communication account information of the medical/medical professionals are coded together to generate a digital code.
In this embodiment, the physical examination data may be encoded together with the doctor communication account information, or a detection order number associated with the physical examination data may be encoded together with the doctor communication account information. The physical examination data, the test order number and the doctor communication account information can be coded together as required.
The physical examination data may include detection items and measurement values corresponding to the detection items, and may also include specific detection time, detection method, detection device model, detection standard, and the like, as required.
When the detection order number is generated corresponding to the physical examination data, the detection order number may be generated based on the self-service physical examination order, for example, the detection order number is made to be the same as the order number of the self-service physical examination order, or corresponding characters or symbols are added to the order number of the self-service physical examination order to indicate that the detection order number corresponds to the detected data. By way of example and not limitation, for example, the order number of the self-service physical examination order is 2020040456, and 2020040456 can be directly adopted to generate a detection order number, so that the relevance between the two is conveniently embodied; further, for the convenience of user differentiation, a character D, such as 2020040456D or 2020040456# D # may be added at 2020040456 based on a preset rule to distinguish the self-service physical examination order number from the test order number, and to reflect the connection between the two numbers.
The generated detection single number can be mapped and stored with corresponding physical examination data, the physical examination data can be inquired according to the detection single number, and the detection single number can also be inquired according to the physical examination data.
And S230, collecting the operation information of the digital code scanned by the user terminal, establishing communication with the medical/medical professionals on the user terminal according to the communication account information, and transmitting the physical examination data to the medical/medical service terminal where the medical/medical professionals are located.
In this embodiment, preferably, the physical examination data is stored in the cloud server, and the user, the medical/pharmaceutical professional, or other persons with permission can query the physical examination data and the related information thereof through the identification information, the detection order number, and/or other verification information as required.

the self-service end which is arranged facing the public is provided with a medical detection instrument and a display structure, physical examination data is collected through the medical detection instrument, medical/medicine professional information for providing on-line inquiry service and a digital code of a target medical/medicine professional are output through the display structure, and the digital code is associated with communication account information of the target medical/medicine professional. The self-service end is preferably a self-service inquiry room comprising a medicine selling machine.
And the user terminal is provided with a communication structure and a scanning structure, scans the digital codes of the target medical/medicine professionals through the scanning structure, and establishes communication with the target medical/medicine professionals through the communication structure after the codes are scanned successfully.
And the medical/medicine service terminal is arranged facing medical/medicine professionals and used for establishing communication with the user terminal so as to provide consultation service for the user and receive the physical examination data.
In the embodiment, the system also comprises a system server, wherein the system server is connected with the self-service terminal, the user terminal and the medical/drug service terminal and performs information interaction;
the system server can acquire a digital code generated by a target medical/medicine professional selected by a user, wherein the digital code is a two-dimensional code.
The system server is configured to:
when the two-dimensional code is generated, acquiring physical examination data, judging whether the size of the physical examination data exceeds a preset capacity value or not, and coding the physical examination data serving as additional data and the communication account information of the target medical/medical professional into the two-dimensional code when the physical examination data does not exceed the preset capacity value; when the communication with the target medical/medicine professionals is established, the physical examination data is transmitted to a user terminal and a medical/medicine service terminal for displaying;

The user terminal is provided with an instant messaging tool, and the instant messaging tool comprises all applications or programs with instant messaging functions, can be a special instant messaging tool and can also be a comprehensive tool with the instant messaging function. And acquiring an instant communication tool and a corresponding instant communication account used when the user terminal performs code scanning operation, and establishing a temporary communication interaction interface between the user and the target medical/drug professional through the instant communication tool, wherein the temporary communication interaction is anonymous communication or real-name communication.
When the temporary communication interaction is real-name communication, the personal health file of the user in a system server and/or other associated servers is called according to the real-name verification information of the user, and the personal health file is output to the user and/or target medical/drug professionals on the temporary communication interaction interface. Meanwhile, the physical examination data can be acquired to update the personal health record.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the self-service terminal is further provided with a user identity information acquisition structure for acquiring user identity information on site. Specifically, before or after the user uses the medical detection apparatus for detection, the user identity information may be acquired through the user identity information acquisition structure, and the acquired user identity information and the physical examination data may be mapped and stored.
Preferably, when the user terminal scans the digital code, the user identity authentication content corresponding to the communication account can be acquired according to the communication account information on the user terminal as the online user identity information, and the online user identity information and the physical examination data are mapped and stored.
The system server may include an identity verification module configured to:
comparing the user identity information acquired by the identity information acquisition structure as the on-site user identity information with the on-line user identity information, and judging whether the on-site user identity information and the on-line user identity information are consistent;
when the judgment is consistent, the identity verification is passed, and the user identity information is transmitted to the target medical/medicine professional together corresponding to the physical examination data;
when the user terminal and the field user identity information are inconsistent, acquiring close user identity information associated with the user terminal or the user identity authentication content, comparing the close user identity information with the field user identity information, and judging whether the close user identity information is consistent with the field user identity information;
when the judgment result is consistent, starting an information acquisition structure on the user terminal to acquire real-time image data, voice data and/or fingerprint data so as to verify whether the close user agrees to perform inquiry;
and when the verification is passed, mapping and storing the identity information of the close user corresponding to the physical examination data and transmitting the mapping and storing information to the target medical/medicine professional.
By performing identity verification, the privacy and information security of the inquiring user can be further protected.
In this embodiment, medical instrument disinfecting equipment can be arranged on the self-service end. Because medical test devices are often used directly or indirectly on the human body, sterilization prior to use can improve safety of use. Specifically, setting up a casing such as self-service end, the casing surface is equipped with operating button, and one side that is close to operating button is equipped with power control storehouse, and the inside of casing forms the disinfection chamber, the disinfection chamber is equipped with heating element, the internal surface distribution ultraviolet disinfection lamp of casing including putting the thing basket, putting thing basket lower extreme surface and lateral part. The number of the ultraviolet disinfection lamps can be four groups or more, and the ultraviolet disinfection lamps are uniformly distributed on the inner surface of the machine shell. The operating button can control the on-off and the disinfection time of the heating plate and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp. Reminding information can be set on the self-service end to inform a user, and different disinfection modes and disinfection time are used for different medical detection instruments.

the self-service end is arranged facing the public, a medical detection instrument and a display structure are arranged on the self-service end, physical examination data are collected through the medical detection instrument, and on-line inquiry information is output and provided through the display structure;
the user terminal is provided with a communication structure and a scanning structure;
a medical/drug service terminal set for medical/drug professionals for establishing communication with the user terminal to provide consultation service for the user;
the system server is used for establishing communication between the user and the medical/medical professionals, acquiring self-service physical examination item information selected by the medical/medical professionals corresponding to the user, generating a self-service physical examination order and sending the self-service physical examination order to the self-service end;
the self-service end can start a medical detection instrument according to the self-service physical examination order information to collect physical examination data of a user, and codes the physical examination data and the communication account information of the medical/medical professionals together to generate a digital code; or generating a detection sheet number corresponding to the physical examination data, wherein the detection sheet number is associated with the physical examination data, and the detection sheet number and the communication account information of the medical/medical professionals are coded together to generate a digital code.
In this embodiment, the physical examination data may be encoded together with the doctor communication account information, or a detection order number associated with the physical examination data may be encoded together with the doctor communication account information. The physical examination data, the test order number and the doctor communication account information can be coded together as required.
The physical examination data may include detection items and measurement values corresponding to the detection items, and may also include specific detection time, detection method, detection device model, detection standard, and the like, as required. The acquired physical examination data can be stored on a cloud service.
When the detection order number is generated corresponding to the physical examination data, the detection order number may be generated based on the self-service physical examination order, for example, the detection order number is made to be the same as the order number of the self-service physical examination order, or corresponding characters or symbols are added to the order number of the self-service physical examination order to indicate that the detection order number corresponds to the detected data.
When the scanning structure of the user terminal scans the digital code, establishing communication with the medical/medicine professional on the user terminal according to the communication account information;
after the user and the medical/drug professional establish communication at the user terminal, the self-service end can transmit the physical examination data to the medical/drug service terminal where the medical/drug professional is located.

According to the needs, the self-service medical inquiry system provided by the invention can also carry out big data monitoring, analysis and decision-making according to the user detection information; and tracking and limiting the control medicines according to the detection data, the inquiry information and the purchase information.
It needs to be said that, can also set up other functional module on the self-service end, for example, can also be provided with camera, microphone, speaker, keying unit and payment assembly on the self-service end, the payment assembly can include one or more in bar code collector, the ware of punching the card, fingerprint sampler and the camera of paying of face of punching the card, and its structure and circuit connection can refer to prior art, and no longer describe herein.

Claims (11)

1. An offline and online combined self-service medical inquiry method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
medical examination data of a user is collected through medical detection instruments on the self-service end, and medical/medicine professional information providing on-line inquiry service is output through a display structure of the self-service end;
acquiring a digital code generated by a target medical/medical professional selected by a user, wherein the digital code is associated with communication account information of the target medical/medical professional;
and the operation information of scanning the digital code by the user terminal is collected, the communication with the target medical/medical professional is established on the user terminal according to the communication account information, and the physical examination data is transmitted to the medical/medical service terminal where the target medical/medical professional is located.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: the digital code is a two-dimensional code, physical examination data is acquired and whether the size of the physical examination data exceeds a preset capacity value is judged when the two-dimensional code is generated, and the physical examination data serving as additional data and the communication account information of the target medical/pharmaceutical professional are coded into the two-dimensional code when the physical examination data does not exceed the preset capacity value;
when the communication with the target medical/drug professional is established, the physical examination data is displayed on the user terminal and the medical/drug service terminal where the target medical/drug professional is located.

The method of claim 2, wherein: when the physical examination data is judged to exceed a preset capacity value, a detection order number is generated corresponding to the physical examination data, the detection order number is related to the physical examination data, and the detection order number is used as additional data and coded into the two-dimensional code together with the communication account information of the target medical/medical professional;
when the communication with the target medical/medicine professionals is established, the detection single numbers are displayed on the user terminal and the medical/medicine service terminal where the target medical/medicine professionals are located, and the detection single numbers can call up the associated physical examination data after being triggered.

The method of claim 1, wherein: the method comprises the steps that an instant communication tool and a corresponding instant communication account used when a user terminal conducts code scanning operation are obtained, a temporary communication interaction interface of a user and the target medical/medicine professional is established through the instant communication tool, and temporary communication interaction is anonymous communication or real-name communication;
when the temporary communication interaction is real-name communication, calling a personal health file of a user in a system server and/or other associated servers according to real-name verification information of the user, and outputting the personal health file to the user and/or a target medical/drug professional in the temporary communication interaction interface; and acquiring the physical examination data to update the personal health record.

The method of claim 1, wherein: the self-service end is provided with a user identity information acquisition structure for acquiring user identity information on site, the user identity information is acquired through the user identity information acquisition structure before or after a user uses a medical detection instrument for detection, and the acquired user identity information and the physical examination data are mapped and stored.

The method according to claim 1 or 5, characterized in that: when the user terminal scans the digital code, the user identity authentication content corresponding to the communication account is obtained according to the communication account information on the user terminal to be used as the online user identity information, and the online user identity information and the physical examination data are mapped and stored.

comparing the user identity information acquired by the identity information acquisition structure as the on-site user identity information with the on-line user identity information, and judging whether the on-site user identity information and the on-line user identity information are consistent;
when the judgment is consistent, the identity verification is passed, and the user identity information is transmitted to the target medical/medicine professional together corresponding to the physical examination data;
when the user terminal and the field user identity information are inconsistent, acquiring close user identity information associated with the user terminal or the user identity authentication content, comparing the close user identity information with the field user identity information, and judging whether the close user identity information is consistent with the field user identity information;
when the judgment result is consistent, starting an information acquisition structure on the user terminal to acquire real-time image data, voice data and/or fingerprint data so as to verify whether the close user agrees to perform inquiry;
and when the verification is passed, mapping and storing the identity information of the close user corresponding to the physical examination data and transmitting the mapping and storing information to the target medical/medicine professional.
8. An offline and online combined self-service medical inquiry method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing communication between a user and medical/medical professionals, acquiring self-help physical examination item information selected by the medical/medical professionals corresponding to the user, and generating a self-help physical examination order;
the self-service end acquires the self-service physical examination order information, starts a medical detection instrument to acquire physical examination data of a user, codes the physical examination data and the communication account information of the medical/medical professionals together to generate a digital code, or generates a detection order number corresponding to the physical examination data, the detection order number is associated with the physical examination data, and codes the detection order number and the communication account information of the medical/medical professionals together to generate the digital code;
and collecting operation information of scanning the digital code by the user terminal, establishing communication with the medical/medical professionals on the user terminal according to the communication account information, and transmitting the physical examination data to the medical/medical service terminal where the medical/medical professionals are located.

when the two-dimensional code is generated, acquiring physical examination data, judging whether the size of the physical examination data exceeds a preset capacity value or not, and coding the physical examination data serving as additional data and the communication account information of the target medical/medical professional into the two-dimensional code when the physical examination data does not exceed the preset capacity value; when the communication with the target medical/medicine professionals is established, the physical examination data is transmitted to a user terminal and a medical/medicine service terminal for displaying;
