The consumption condition of the user and the parking cost generated by parking can be simultaneously obtained by detecting the NFC personal identity terminal, so that the parking of the user is facilitated, the difficulty of the parking system for accurately calculating the parking cost payable by the user is reduced, and the user is benefited.
In a specific embodiment, the NFC pin may be time-limited to pay the parking fee, that is, the parking fee paid by the user is set to be delayed to be paid, and of course, the parking fee may also be set by the user to be paid in real time, and is specifically defined by the user. The delayed account-arriving time can be unified into a specific time, for example, a specific time after 12 hours.

In summary, the disclosed automatic charging method, system and storage medium for closing a parking lot includes: the entrance barrier senses a driving vehicle, and a camera arranged at an entrance shoots a picture of the driving vehicle; the parking system identifies the license plate number of the vehicle driven into according to the shot picture, and inquires the information of the vehicle owner and the NFC personal identity terminal held by the vehicle owner according to the license plate number to acquire the position of the NFC personal identity terminal; when the distance between the position of the NFC personal identity terminal and the entrance barrier is smaller than a preset threshold value, the entrance barrier is released; the exit barrier senses the vehicle which is driven out, and a camera arranged at the exit shoots the picture of the vehicle which is driven out; the parking system identifies the license plate number of the outgoing vehicle according to the shot picture, inquires the corresponding entry record according to the license plate number of the outgoing vehicle, and if the entry record exists, the parking system acquires the position of the NFC personal identity terminal according to the NFC personal identity terminal corresponding to the license plate number in the entry record; when the distance between the position of the NFC personal identity terminal and the exit gate is smaller than a preset threshold value, the exit gate is released; the parking system obtains the release information of the exit barrier gate, automatically calculates the parking fee generated by the released vehicle, and sends the prepayment information of the parking fee to the NFC personal identity terminal corresponding to the released vehicle for prompting. When a vehicle enters, the parking system inquires the corresponding NFC personal identity terminal and positions the NFC personal identity terminal by identifying the license plate number, so that the real identity of the vehicle owner and the authenticity of the license plate number can be identified, and the vehicle entering the parking lot is guaranteed to be a legal vehicle; when a vehicle drives into the parking lot to park, a guidance prompt for guiding the vehicle to park is arranged in the driving channel, so that the vehicle owner can be helped to park in the preset parking space as soon as possible, and the time for the vehicle owner to search for the parking space is saved; when a vehicle is driven out of the parking lot, a driving record corresponding to the license plate number of the driven vehicle is inquired, whether the vehicle is an illegal vehicle can be judged by inquiring whether the driving record exists or not, when the vehicle is a legal vehicle, the vehicle is released by an exit barrier, when the vehicle is an illegal vehicle, the parking system gives an alarm, and the parking system can help to check the illegal vehicle by identifying the illegal vehicle, strengthen the control on the vehicle and facilitate the assistance of a vehicle management department to enforce law; when parking fee payment is carried out, the parking system sends the prepayment information of the parking fee to the NFC personal identity terminal corresponding to the released vehicle according to the NFC personal identity terminal corresponding to the license plate number, the parking fee can be paid quickly without the need of independent card swiping or code scanning of the vehicle owner, the parking fee is calculated according to the parking time, the time of the vehicle entering the garage and exiting the garage is not calculated, and the accuracy of the parking system in calculating the parking time is improved.

Claims (10)
1. An automatic charging method for a closed parking lot, comprising:
when the vehicle is driven in, the following steps are executed:
the entrance barrier senses the entering vehicle, a camera arranged at the entrance shoots the picture of the entering vehicle, and the entering vehicle is released;
the parking system identifies the license plate number of the vehicle driven into according to the shot picture, and inquires the information of the vehicle owner and the NFC personal identity terminal held by the vehicle owner according to the license plate number to acquire the position of the NFC personal identity terminal;
when the vehicle is driven out, the following steps are executed:
the exit barrier senses the vehicle which is driven out, and a camera arranged at the exit shoots the picture of the vehicle which is driven out;
the parking system identifies the license plate number of the outgoing vehicle according to the shot picture, inquires the corresponding entry record according to the license plate number of the outgoing vehicle, and if the entry record exists, the parking system acquires the position of the NFC personal identity terminal according to the NFC personal identity terminal corresponding to the license plate number in the entry record;
when the distance between the position of the NFC personal identity terminal and the exit gate is smaller than a preset threshold value, the exit gate is released;
the parking system obtains the release information of the exit barrier gate, automatically calculates the parking fee generated by the released vehicle, and sends the prepayment information of the parking fee to the NFC personal identity terminal corresponding to the released vehicle for prompting.
2. The automatic charging method for a closed parking lot according to claim 1, wherein binding the license plate number with the NFC personal identification terminal before the vehicle enters the parking lot comprises:
the country authentication center that the vehicle management is connected matches the resident personal information of storage in the country authentication center database according to car owner's information, and wherein, car owner's information includes: ID card number, name, certificate and license plate number, resident's personal information includes: name, ID card number and certificate photo, the information of matching includes: name, identification card number and certificate photo;
when the resident personal information is matched, the national identity authentication center acquires the license plate number provided by the vehicle management and stores the license plate number in the resident personal information, and meanwhile, the national identity authentication center updates the information stored in the authorized NFC personal identity terminal and binds the license plate number with the NFC personal identity terminal.
3. The automatic toll collection method for a closed parking lot according to claim 2, wherein the parking system recognizes the number plate of the incoming vehicle from the photographed picture, and thereafter further comprising:
the parking system is connected with an authorization library which stores authorized NFC personal identity terminals, and the NFC personal identity terminals matched with the identified license plate numbers are inquired from the authorization library;
when the NFC personal identity terminal is not matched, the parking system judges that the license plate number of the driven vehicle is the imitated license plate number, locks the vehicle with the imitated license plate number, and reports the shot vehicle picture and the imitated license plate number to a vehicle management station.
4. The automatic charging method for a closed parking lot according to claim 2, wherein the parking system acquires the location of the NFC personal identification terminal, and when the distance from the location of the NFC personal identification terminal to the entrance barrier or the exit barrier is greater than a preset threshold, the method comprises:
the parking system controls a camera at the entrance barrier gate or the exit barrier gate to shoot a picture of a driver, the shot picture of the driver is compared with a certificate photo in a driving record and in owner information corresponding to a license plate number, and when the similarity of the shot picture and the certificate photo reaches a similarity threshold value, the entrance barrier gate or the exit barrier gate releases the vehicle.
5. The automatic charging method for closed parking lot according to claim 1, wherein the parking system recognizes the number plate of the outgoing vehicle from the photographed picture and inquires the corresponding incoming record according to the number plate of the outgoing vehicle, and thereafter further comprising:
if the driving record does not exist, the parking system judges that the license plate number of the driven-out vehicle is suspected, locks the modified license plate number, and performs networking alarm according to the shot vehicle picture and the modified license plate number.
6. The automatic charging method for closed parking lot according to claim 1, wherein after the entrance barrier releases the entering vehicle, comprising:
the parking system locks the driving-in vehicle and starts a guidance prompt in the parking lot driving-in channel, wherein the guidance prompt is used for guiding the driving-in vehicle to drive into a preset parking space;
the driving vehicle enters the channel according to the guidance prompt and is parked at a preset parking space;
a monitor for monitoring the parked vehicles in real time is arranged on the preset parking space, and when the parking of the vehicles is monitored, the monitor sends parking information to a parking system; when the parked vehicle is monitored to be started and is far away from the monitoring range, the monitor sends out information to the parking system.
7. The automatic charging method for closed parking lot as claimed in claim 6, wherein the parking system automatically calculates the parking fee generated by the vehicle, comprising:
the parking system calculates parking cost generated by parking the vehicle according to the received parking information and the received outbound information of the vehicle and the parking duration of the vehicle.
8. The automatic charging method for a closed parking lot as claimed in claim 7, wherein the parking system automatically calculates a parking fee incurred by the vehicle, and particularly further comprises:
the parking system acquires a payment list stored in the NFC personal identity terminal, and judges whether the payment time of the payment list is within a vehicle parking time period and whether the amount of commodities purchased by a specified merchant reaches a preset amount;
when the payment time of the payment list is in the vehicle parking time period and the consumption amount of the specified merchant reaches the preset amount, the parking system reduces and avoids the corresponding parking fee according to the consumption amount on the basis of calculating the parking fee generated by the vehicle parking time.
9. A system comprising a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors comprises means for performing the automatic charging method for closing a parking lot of any one of claims 1-8.
10. A storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a computer program executable for implementing the automatic charging method for a closed parking lot according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
