The system of claim 1, wherein: the condition information of the exchange requirement comprises equivalent information or inequality information, the equivalent information and the inequality information are distinguished through whether exchange money is equal or not, the processing module sends the equivalent information or the inequality information to the auxiliary card module, the auxiliary card module generates blank electronic cards corresponding to the types of the electronic cards for both parties of the exchange according to the condition information, and the processing module writes exchange data into the blank electronic cards of both parties of the exchange according to the condition information.

The system of claim 7, wherein: the system comprises a processing module and a payment module, wherein the processing module sends a payment signal to the payment module when the condition information comprises the inequality information, the payment module sends payment information to both exchange parties according to the payment signal, and the payment information is displayed in a percentage mode.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein: the payment module is used for sending recharging information to a card holder of the auxiliary card, the payment module sends a recharging signal to the processing module after completing payment, and the processing module adds money to the auxiliary card.
