Description

Method and device for generating filing information
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to a method and a device for generating filing information.
Background
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a resource management system, which can supervise, analyze and manage each link in enterprise operation activities, thereby providing guidance and basis for enterprise production, decision-making, and organization operation.
Currently, business interfacing with customs is required for any enterprise involved in import and export business. For example, in the process of importing and exporting materials or goods, corresponding filing information needs to be submitted to customs. However, the existing ERP system does not include a function related to generating the filing information required by customs for import and export services, so that related workers can only generate the filing information required by customs through manual work or a third-party system. If the processing is carried out manually, the working efficiency is low due to large workload; if the processing is performed by the third-party system, once the import and export business process is adjusted, the third-party system needs to be developed for the second time, which may be limited by the open source of the third-party system, resulting in large operation and maintenance limitations.
Therefore, it is necessary to add a function of generating filing information required by customs for import and export services based on the existing ERP system.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for generating filing information, which can make up the defect that an ERP system in the prior art cannot generate the filing information required by customs aiming at import and export services, thereby improving the working efficiency of workers.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for generating filing information, where the method is applied to an ERP system, and the method includes:
receiving input purchasing information, wherein the purchasing information is used for indicating material information of at least one material adopted for producing a first product, and the first product is a product needing to be exported;
converting the material information of the at least one material into first record information according to a preset first mapping relation, wherein the first record information is used for customs to determine whether the at least one material is allowed to be purchased or not;
and outputting the first filing information.
The first product is for export, and at least one material for producing the first product needs to be imported, and the customs is filed with the material according to the material needs of the customs regulation import. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, according to a conversion relationship between preset material information and docketing information, for example, a first mapping relationship, information of at least one material adopted for producing a first product may be converted into first docketing information required by customs, and the first docketing information is output to customs, so that customs may determine whether to allow import of at least one material. The method can make up the defect that the conventional ERP system cannot generate the filing information required by customs, thereby improving the working efficiency of related workers.
Optionally, converting the information of the at least one material into first record information according to a preset first mapping relationship, including:
generating a first material list according to the information of the at least one material, wherein the first material list comprises enterprise material codes corresponding to each material in the at least one material and bonded identification information of each material, and the bonded identification information is used for indicating whether the materials need to be subjected to bonded import or not;
screening materials needing bonded tax from the first material list according to the bonded tax identification information to obtain a second material list;
and converting the enterprise material codes of the materials included in the second material list into customs material codes according to the first mapping relation to obtain the first record information.
The first list of materials may be considered to include all materials required to create the first product, and all materials may be classified as bonded materials and non-bonded materials based on bonded identifications of the materials. In the embodiment of the invention, the first material list can be screened through the bonded identifier, so that the second material list is obtained. That is, each material in the second list of materials is a material that needs to be imported for bonded. Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the enterprise material code of each material in the second material list may be converted into a corresponding customs material code, so as to inform the customs of the type information of the material that needs to be imported with bonded tax.
Optionally, the method further includes:
receiving an input first operation instruction, wherein the first operation instruction is used for creating a preset first type order, and the preset first type order comprises an enterprise material code of at least one defective material and the quantity of each defective material;
converting the material code of each defective material in the at least one defective material into a customs material code according to the first mapping relation to obtain second recorded information, wherein the second recorded information is used for customs to carry out export management on the at least one defective material;
and outputting the second filing information.
The preset first type of order may be considered a return order for handling a return of defective material. For defective materials, the return process can also be considered as an export process, and thus the preset first type order can also be considered as an export order for the defective material. In the embodiment of the present invention, the enterprise material code corresponding to each defective material may be converted into the customs material code according to a conversion relationship between the preset enterprise material code and the second filing information, for example, a second mapping relationship, so as to obtain the second filing information. By outputting the second record to the customs, the customs can manage the export process of the defective materials.
Optionally, the method further includes:
receiving at least one product information required by the first product for customs declaration at the input outlet;
converting the at least one product information into third recorded information according to a preset second mapping relation, wherein the third recorded information is used for customs to determine export detail information of the first product;
and outputting the third filing information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, before the first product is exported, according to a conversion relationship, for example, a third mapping relationship, between the preset product information and the record information, at least one product information required for exporting the first product may be converted into third record information required by customs, and the third record information is output so that customs may determine detailed detail information of the exported first product.
Optionally, converting the at least one product information into third filing information according to a preset third mapping relationship, including:
generating a first finished product list according to the at least one product information, wherein the first finished product list comprises a product code of the first product, and an enterprise code of each material in at least one material of the first product, the unit consumption, the loss rate and the bonded tax identification information of each material are formed, and the bonded tax identification information is used for indicating whether the material is bonded tax material or not;
screening out materials without the bonded identification information from the first finished product list to obtain a second finished product list;
and converting the product code of the first product included in the second finished product list into a customs product code according to the third mapping relation, and converting the enterprise material code of the material in the second finished product list into a customs material code according to the first mapping relation, so as to obtain the third record information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first product list may be considered to include a product code of the first product, an enterprise material code of materials required for forming the first product, and unit consumption, loss rate and bonded identification information of each material, and the materials forming the first product may be classified into bonded materials and non-bonded materials according to bonded identifications of the materials themselves. And screening the first finished product list through the bonded identifier so as to obtain a second finished product list. That is, each material in the second list of products is a material that needs to be imported for bonded. Further, the product codes of the first products in the second product list are converted into corresponding customs product codes and the enterprise material codes of the materials in the second product list are converted into customs material codes, so that the customs can be informed of which bonded materials the first products are made of and the consumption condition of each bonded material.
Optionally, the method further includes:
receiving an input second operation instruction, wherein the second operation instruction is used for creating a preset second type order, and the preset second type order comprises a product code of at least one defective product and the quantity of each defective product;
converting the product code of each product in the at least one defective product into a customs product code according to the third mapping relation to obtain fourth recorded information, wherein the fourth recorded information is used for customs to import and manage the at least one defective product;
and outputting the fourth filing information.
The preset second type of order may be considered a return order for handling returns of defective products. For defective products, the return process may also be considered an import process, and thus the preset second type of order may also be considered an import order for the defective product. In the embodiment of the present invention, the product code corresponding to each defective product may be converted into the customs product code according to a preset conversion relationship between the product code of the first product and the customs product code, for example, a third mapping relationship, so as to obtain the fourth filing information. By outputting the fourth filing information to the customs, the customs can manage the import process of the defective products.
Optionally, the method further includes:
determining whether tax payment is needed according to the import number and the use number of the materials for producing the first product;
if the difference value between the import number and the usage number is smaller than a preset threshold value, outputting first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for indicating the amount of the tax to be paid to the customs;
and if the difference value between the import number and the use number is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, outputting second prompt information, wherein the second information is used for indicating that the tax fee does not need to be paid to the customs.
In the embodiment of the invention, the number of the imported materials can be regarded as the number of the materials which are recorded to the customs by the enterprise in the material purchasing stage, and the number of the used materials can be regarded as the number of the materials which are actually consumed by the enterprise to produce the first product. The difference between the number of inlets for the material and the number of uses for the material may be considered as the actual inventory number of the material, and the predetermined threshold may be considered as the theoretical inventory number of the material. If the difference value between the import number and the use number is smaller than a preset threshold value, the situation that a possible part of materials are used for internal sales or the material loss rate is high in the actual production process is indicated, and at the moment, corresponding taxes need to be paid to a customs department; if the import number and the use number of the materials are larger than or equal to the preset threshold value, the material loss generated in the process of producing the first product by the enterprise is in the range allowed by customs, and at the moment, the customs department does not need to pay tax fees.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for generating filing information, where the apparatus includes:

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Bonded: goods imported by domestic enterprises approved by customs are stored, processed and assembled in domestic appointed places under the supervision of customs, and various import taxes are temporarily paid.
And (4) processing trade: the enterprise imports all or part of the original and auxiliary materials, parts, components and packaging materials, and the finished products are exported again after processing or assembly.
For any enterprise involved in import and export business, it is necessary to interface with the customs department, especially to process trade business. In this trade mode, the enterprise may apply for bonded for imported materials. However, the enterprise needs to record the information of the finished product and/or the information of the bonded material forming the finished product to the customs department in the whole production cycle of producing the finished product so as to receive the management of the bonded material by the customs department.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of an existing ERP system. Included in fig. 1 are materials management module 101, production module 102, and sales module 103. The material management module 101 is mainly used for managing material information, purchase information, inventory information, and supplier information, and reduces purchase and inventory costs by precisely managing inventory and inventory. The production module 102 is mainly used for managing product material information, product process information and production order information. And based on the production type and the customer demand, a demand plan and a production plan are made, the production cycle of the product is managed, and continuous data are provided for production process improvement and cost analysis. The sales module 103 is mainly used to manage sales plan information, sales order information, and shipment information.
As can be seen from the above, the existing ERP system does not include a related function of generating filing information required by customs for import and export services, so that related workers can only manually process data related to import and export services, and the work efficiency may be low due to a large workload.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present invention provides a method for generating filing information, where the method is based on a new ERP system, that is, a function related to generating filing information for import and export services is added on the basis of an existing ERP system, so as to solve the problems of large workload and low work efficiency that are faced by manually generating the filing information in the prior art.
For ease of understanding, an application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention is first described. Fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating a new ERP system according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is different from fig. 1 in that a functional module for generating filing information for import and export business is added to the existing ERP system in fig. 2. For convenience of description, the newly added functional module will be referred to as docket module 104 hereinafter. The docketing module 104 may obtain relevant data from other sub-modules of the ERP system to generate docketing information required by customs. For example, docket module 104 may obtain procurement information from materials management module 101, product materials information from production module 102, and sales order information from sales module 103.
Based on the architecture diagram of the new ERP system shown in fig. 2, the following describes a technical solution provided by the implementation of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for generating filing information, where the flow of the method is described as follows:
step 301: the ERP system receives input purchasing information, wherein the purchasing information is used for indicating information of at least one material adopted for producing a first product, and the first product is a product needing to be exported.
The first product may be considered a product produced for export purposes and it is first necessary for the enterprise to determine the type of specific material required to produce the first product. For example, it can be known from a sample of a certain finished product of a first product which materials the first product consists of. In the embodiment of the invention, after the material types included in the first product are acquired, the related staff of the enterprise can input the material information into the ERP system, so that better management can be conveniently carried out.
As one possible implementation, the ERP system receives input procurement information indicating information indicative of at least one material employed to produce the first product.
See table 1 for a listing of materials managed within an enterprise. The information of at least one material may be considered to be information required within the enterprise to facilitate more detailed management of the material. For example, the information for the at least one material includes at least a business material code and a business material name. For each material, the enterprise material code assigned to the material inside the enterprise has uniqueness.

Step 302: the ERP system can convert the information of the at least one material into first record information according to a preset first mapping relation, and the first record information is used for customs to determine whether to allow the at least one material to be purchased to be imported or not.
For at least one material for producing the first product, the enterprise can determine which materials need to be purchased from the country and which materials need to be imported according to the actual conditions in the production process and the customs regulations. For example, on one hand, an enterprise may consider its own cost and quality factors, and for the same material, if the imported material has a lower cost and a better quality, the enterprise may give priority to import the material; on the contrary, if the domestic material cost is lower and the quality is better, the enterprise can preferentially consider purchasing the material from the country. Customs, on the other hand, specifies a list of materials that an enterprise is allowed to import, i.e., materials that appear on the list are allowed to be imported, while materials that do not appear on the list are only available for domestic purchase. For imported materials, an enterprise can apply for bonded tax to customs, i.e., the customs department does not need to pay tax for the time being, but the customs department needs to supervise the whole production cycle of the imported materials for producing the first product. For example, before the materials are officially imported, records need to be made to customs to inform customs of the types of materials that need to be imported for the processing of the first product.
As a possible implementation manner, the ERP system may convert the information of the at least one material into first record information according to a preset first mapping relationship.
The first recorded information can be regarded as the management information of the customs to the imported material. For example, the first recorded information includes a customs material code and a customs material name. It should be understood that the material to be imported is only allowed to enter the country after the material to be imported submits the first docket information to customs. That is, customs may determine whether to allow at least one material import for producing the first product based on the first docket information.
Considering that the customs and enterprises have different management modes for materials, for example, for an enterprise, in order to control the production cost, the use condition of each material needs to be known in detail, so that the division of the materials is more detailed; and for customs, the division of materials is wider. That is, the customs material code and customs material name specified by customs may be considered to comprise a collection of multiple materials. Therefore, the preset first mapping relationship can be regarded as a corresponding relationship between the enterprise material code and the customs material code. At least one material information of an enterprise can be directly converted into first record information required by customs record through the preset first mapping relation. Compared with manual processing, the working efficiency is improved, and the error rate in the information conversion process is reduced.
In some possible embodiments, some of the at least one material used to produce the first product may need to be imported and another part may be purchased domestically without requiring documentation of the material purchased domestically to the customs. Therefore, the ERP system needs to screen the input information of at least one material and remove part of the materials needing to be purchased from China, so as to record the information of the materials needing to be imported to customs.
As a possible implementation manner, after receiving the information of the at least one material, the ERP system may generate a first material list according to the information of the at least one material, and store the first material list. For example, the first item list may be stored to a database and may be accessed by a table name of the first item list. The first material list may include an enterprise material code corresponding to each material of the at least one material, and bonded identification information of each material. The bonded identification information can be used to distinguish which materials in the first material list are those to be imported and which are those to be purchased domestically. When the entry of the materials needs to be recorded in the customs, the system can search the first material list according to the input table name of the first material list, and screen the materials needing bonded from the first material list through bonded identification information to obtain a second material list. The second material list may be considered to include only the materials with the bonded identification information, and further the enterprise material codes of the materials included in the second material list are converted into the first record information according to a preset first mapping relationship, that is, a corresponding relationship between the enterprise material codes and the customs material codes.
Please refer to table 2, which is a table of correspondence between the enterprise material codes and the customs material codes, and between the enterprise material names and the customs material names. For example, the second material list formed after screening may be considered to include the first column information and the second column information in table 2, that is, the materials corresponding to the enterprise material codes "10-1234", "10-1235" and "10-1237" in the first column information are the materials that need to be imported with bonded taxes. And respectively converting the enterprise material codes into customs material codes through the first mapping relation, and correspondingly converting the enterprise material names into customs material names. The information in the third column and the information in the fourth column in table 2 are the first record information required by customs. And the customs can determine the category of the materials which are planned to be imported by the enterprise according to the first record information.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002391774310000121
Figure BDA0002391774310000131
Step 303: the ERP system outputs first filing information.
The ERP system can output the obtained first record information after converting the information of at least one material into the first record information according to a preset first mapping relation. For example, the first recorded information may be output by printing and then submitted to customs by relevant staff, or the first recorded information may be directly sent to the customs system through an interface between the ERP system inside the enterprise and the customs system. The output form of the first filing information is not particularly limited here.
In some possible embodiments, after the import materials required to produce the first product are filed in customs, the customs only needs to be entered into customs according to the procurement order of the enterprise when the import materials arrive at the port. See table 3 for a purchase order for a business. The purchase order of the enterprise mainly comprises an order number, an enterprise material code, the quantity, the unit price, the total price and the like. For example, the ERP system may generate a blank import customs clearance according to an operation instruction input by a worker, and associate an order code of the purchase order with the import customs clearance, so that the import customs clearance can obtain data information in the purchase order. And the staff supplements and inputs the information of customs clearance, trade state, exemption property, customs port and the like, thus forming a complete import customs clearance. The customs can be informed of the specific quantity of the imported bonded materials through the import customs declaration form, and the imported materials are taken and stored in the warehouse.
TABLE 3
Order numbering Enterprise material coding Number of Unit price of Total price
20200224 20-1234 1000 1.5 1500
20200224 20-4563 2000 2 4000
In some possible embodiments, it is considered that there may be some fraction of defective material in the material of the inlet, i.e. the material has quality problems that do not meet the requirements for producing the first product. At this time, the defective materials with quality problems need to be returned. That is, for such defective materials, the enterprise needs to record the defective material export to the customs.
As a possible implementation, when the staff determines that the imported material has defective materials, a first operation instruction may be input to the ERP system. The first operation instruction can be considered as an operation performed by a worker according to the condition that the defective material needs to be returned, and aims to create a preset first type order corresponding to the defective material returning process. That is, the preset first type of order may be considered an order that is dedicated to handling defective material returns. The preset first type order comprises an enterprise material code of at least one defective material and the quantity of each defective material. Similar with the import process of material, the customs is informed also to the class of defective material in the return process of defective material, consequently can convert the enterprise material code of each defective material in at least one kind of defective material into customs material code according to predetermined first mapping relation, obtains second filing information. The second recorded information can be output in a printing mode and then submitted to customs by related workers or the second recorded information can be directly sent to a customs system through an interface between an ERP system inside an enterprise and the customs system. The output form of the second filing information is not particularly limited here. And the customs can manage the export process of the at least one defective material according to the second record information provided by the enterprise.
The embodiment mainly aims at the material import stage for producing the first product to generate the required record information of customs, and since the first product is exported, the first product also needs to be managed by customs at the export stage to generate the required record information of customs. The following description is directed to a method for generating filing information required by customs in an export phase of a first product.
Referring to fig. 4, based on the architecture diagram of the new ERP system shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for generating filing information, where the method is applied to an export phase of producing a first product, and a flow of the method is described as follows:
step 401: the ERP system receives at least one product information required by the input export first product to carry out customs declaration;
although the first product is exported as a finished product, it is necessary for the enterprise to determine the information about the material consumed in the process of producing the first product. For example, when the first product is produced into a mass production stage, the material consumed by the first product per unit of production may be considered to be substantially stable. In the embodiment of the invention, after the first product enters the mass production stage, the related staff of the enterprise can input at least one product information of the first product of the production unit into the ERP system, so that the enterprise can conveniently manage the production condition of the first product of the unit.
As a possible implementation, the ERP system receives input of at least one product information required for the export of the first product to customs clearance.
See table 4 for a material consumption table for the first product of a production unit. The at least one product information may be considered information within the enterprise that is needed to facilitate management of the process of producing the first product. For example, the at least one product information may include a product code for a first product, enterprise material codes for materials comprising the first product, and a specific consumption and loss rate for each of the enterprise material codes. The product code assigned to the first product by the enterprise is unique within the enterprise.
TABLE 4

XSPM-A855 10-1234 0.05 0
XSPM-A855 20-2578 0.03 0
XSPM-A855 30-3247 0.01 0
Step 402: and the ERP system converts at least one product information into third recorded information according to a preset second mapping relation, and the third recorded information is used for customs to determine export detail information of the first product.
In the first product export process, it is still material information that customs needs to supervise. The material information refers to the consumption of various materials in the process of producing the first product. In the embodiment of the invention, before the first product is formally exported, information of materials consumed by the first product in a production unit needs to be recorded in customs, so that the customs can determine detailed information of each material in the exported first product.
As a possible implementation manner, the ERP system may convert the at least one product information into third recorded information according to a preset second mapping relationship.
The third record information may be regarded as management information of consumption of the materials constituting the first product by the customs. For example, the third dockee information includes a customs product code, a customs material code, a unit consumption, and a loss rate.
Considering that customs and enterprises also have differences in management modes of finished products, for example, for an enterprise, in order to know sales conditions of finished products, even the same kind of finished products can be divided more finely according to sizes of the finished products and audience groups; and for customs, the division of finished products is also wider. That is, the customs product code specified by customs may be considered to comprise a collection of various enterprise product codes. Therefore, the preset third mapping relationship may be regarded as a corresponding relationship between the enterprise finished product code and the customs product code. The preset third mapping relation can directly convert at least one product information into third record information required by customs record.
In a possible implementation manner, aiming at that part or all of at least one material consumed by the first product of the production unit is imported material, the system can screen at least one product information input, remove the material purchased from the country consumed by the first product of the production unit, and record the information of the imported material consumed by the first product of the production unit to the customs.
As a possible implementation manner, after receiving the at least one type of product information, the ERP system may generate a first product list according to the at least one type of product information, and store the first product list. For example, the first finished product list may be stored to a database and accessed by a table name of the first finished product list. The first product list may include an enterprise product code for the first product, an enterprise material code for each of at least one material forming the first product, a unit consumption, a loss rate, and bonded identification information for each material. The bonded identification information can be used to distinguish which of all materials in the first product list are imported materials and which are non-imported materials. When the finished product materials are required to be filed in customs, the system can inquire the first finished product list according to the input table name of the first finished product list, screen out the materials without the bonded identification information from the first finished product list through the bonded identification information, and convert the enterprise finished product codes in the first finished product list into the customs product codes according to a third mapping relation, namely the corresponding relation between the enterprise product codes and the customs product codes, and the first mapping relation, namely the corresponding relation between the enterprise material codes and the customs material codes, so as to obtain third filing information.
Please refer to table 5, which is a third filing information table. The customs material codes "423" and "571" indicated in the second column of information are customs material codes corresponding to the imported materials consumed in the first product of the production unit. The customs can determine the quantity of the imported materials consumed by the first product of the production unit according to the third record information, and then manage the imported materials at the export stage of the first product.
TABLE 5
Customs product coding Customs material coding Unit consumption Rate of loss

Step 403: and the ERP system outputs third filing information.
The ERP system may output the obtained third filing information after converting the at least one product information into the third filing information according to the preset second mapping relationship. For example, the third recorded information may be output by printing and then submitted to the customs service by the relevant staff, or the third recorded information may be directly sent to the customs service through an interface between the ERP system and the customs service in the enterprise. The output form of the first filing information is not particularly limited here.
In some embodiments, when the first product is processed and needs to be exported, the customs department can be exported according to the sales order of the enterprise. See table 6 for a sales order for a business. The sales order of the enterprise mainly comprises an order number, an enterprise product code, quantity, unit price, total price and the like. For example, the ERP system may generate a blank export customs clearance according to an operation instruction input by a worker, and associate an order code of a sales order with the export customs clearance, so that the export customs clearance may obtain data information in a purchase order. And the staff supplements and inputs the information of customs clearance, trade state, exemption property, customs entry port and the like, so that a complete export customs declaration can be generated. The customs declaration form may inform the customs of the export quantity of the first product.
TABLE 6

In some possible embodiments, it is considered that the first product of the outlet may have inferior products of departments, that is, the inferior products have quality materials, which do not meet the use requirements of users. At this time, the defective products with quality problems need to be returned. That is, for such defective products, enterprises are required to import and record defective products to customs.
As a possible implementation, when the worker determines that the defective product exists in the exported first product, the second operation instruction may be output to the ERP system. The second operation instruction can be considered as an operation performed by the staff according to the condition that the defective product needs to be returned, and aims to create a preset second type order corresponding to the defective product returning process. That is, the preset second type of order may be considered an order that is dedicated to processing defective product returns. The preset second type order comprises a product code of at least one defective product and the quantity of each defective product. Similar to the export process of the first product, the return process of the defective product also needs to inform the customs of the category of the defective product, so that the product code of each defective product in at least one defective product can be converted into the customs product code according to the preset third mapping relation, and the fourth record information is obtained. The fourth recorded information can be output in a printing mode and then submitted to customs by related workers or the fourth recorded information can be directly sent to a customs system through an interface between an ERP system inside an enterprise and the customs system. The output form of the fourth filing information is not particularly limited here. And the customs can manage the import process of at least one defective product according to the fourth record information provided by the enterprise.
In some possible embodiments, the customs needs to supervise the import materials used to produce the first product to prevent the enterprise from privately using the import materials used to produce the first product for other purposes. For example, imported materials have been privately used to produce and sell products other than the first product. Thus, when the first product is sold, the enterprise needs to account with customs for the quantity of imports and the quantity of uses of the material.
As a possible implementation manner, the ERP system may determine whether to reimburse the tax fee according to the import number and the usage number of the material for producing the first product. The import number of the material can be regarded as the quantity of the material which is put on record by the enterprise to the customs in the material purchasing stage, and the usage number of the material can be regarded as the quantity of the material which is actually consumed by the enterprise to produce the first product. The difference between the number of inlets for the material and the number of uses for the material may be considered as the actual inventory number of the material, and the predetermined threshold may be considered as the theoretical inventory number of the material. If the ERP system determines that the difference value between the material import number and the material use number is smaller than a preset threshold value, outputting first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information indicates the amount of the tax to be paid to the customs; and if the difference value between the import number of the materials and the use number of the materials is larger than or equal to the preset threshold value, the ERP system outputs second prompt information, and the second prompt information is used for indicating that the tax is not required to be paid to the customs, namely the tax is 0.
For example, the customs allows a loss rate of 3% of the input material, if the number of the material inlets of the enterprise is 1000, the number of the first product at the outlet is 900, and the number of the material consumed for producing one first product is 1, then theoretically, the number of the material consumed by the first product at the outlet is: when 900 × 1+900 × 3% ═ 927, the preset threshold can be considered as the number of theoretical stores of inlet materials, i.e. the preset threshold is 73. If the number of the used materials is 950, the actual inventory number of the imported materials is 50, which is smaller than the preset threshold value, and indicates that an enterprise may use part of the materials for producing other products or the loss rate of the enterprise in the production process is high, then, for the number of the materials smaller than the preset threshold value, the ERP system can output first prompt information to a worker after calculation, and the first prompt information indicates the amount of the tax required to be paid to customs for the import and export business.
For another example, the customs allows the loss rate of the imported materials to be 3%, if the number of the material inlets of the enterprise is 1000, the number of the first products at the outlet is 900, and the number of the materials consumed for producing one first product is 1, then theoretically, the number of the materials consumed by the first products at the outlet is: when 900 × 1+900 × 3% ═ 927, the preset threshold can be considered as the number of theoretical stores of inlet materials, i.e. the preset threshold is 73. If the number of the used materials is 920, the actual stock number of the imported materials is 80, and is larger than a preset threshold value, which indicates that the material loss generated in the process of producing the first product by the enterprise is within the allowed range of the customs, and then the ERP system can output second prompt information to the staff after calculation, wherein the second prompt information indicates that the import and export business does not need to pay tax fees to the customs.
