In the description of the present disclosure, the term "plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a live screen shot of an abnormal live broadcast in an actual live broadcast scene, and the live broadcast content shown in fig. 1 is a loop broadcast advertisement. In addition, the situation that the live content has only one picture occurs in the live broadcast, such as recruiters or network part-time advertisements. Such live broadcasting is abnormal live broadcasting instead of actual live broadcasting, which causes low quality of live broadcasting content due to repeated playing content and affects watching experience of users. At present, for such abnormal live broadcast, manual review is generally needed to screen the live broadcast content, a large amount of labor cost is needed, and the real-time performance is poor and the efficiency is low.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a determination scheme for abnormal live broadcast, which determines that the current live broadcast of a target account with similarity to a preset number of historical live broadcast screen capture data greater than a preset similarity threshold is abnormal live broadcast by comparing the current live broadcast screen capture data of the target account with the similarity of the historical live broadcast screen capture data, so that in a live broadcast process of the target account, whether live broadcast content of the target account is abnormal live broadcast or not can be automatically determined, efficiency of determining live broadcast content as abnormal live broadcast is improved, and labor cost required for manual review is reduced.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining an abnormal live broadcast according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 2, the method for determining an abnormal live broadcast includes the following steps:
step S201, acquiring currently live screenshot data of the target account.
In specific implementation, when the target account is in live broadcasting, a terminal used by the target account can upload the current live broadcast data of the target account to the server, and the live broadcast data can be live broadcast data with preset duration. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the obtained current live screenshot data (live screenshot) of the target account may be screenshot data of real-time live data of the target account, screenshot data of live data within a preset time duration of the target account may be obtained, and screenshot data of live data with a random time duration may also be obtained. For example, a live shot is taken every 5 seconds, or every 3 seconds. For another example, a plurality of screenshots of the current live broadcast at any time are obtained.
Step S202, calculating similarity between current live screen capture data of the target account and a plurality of historical screen capture data, wherein the historical screen capture data are screen capture data which are played live.
In specific implementation, the server side can store historical screen capture data (historical live screen capture) in advance, and if the advertisement is played circularly or the picture type is abnormally live, the current live screen capture of the target account has higher similarity with the historical live screen capture. Whether the current live screenshot of the target account is similar to the historical live screenshot can be calculated, for example, the similarity between the current live screenshot of the target account and the historical live screenshot of the target account is calculated by using image comparison and other technologies or a pre-trained image comparison neural network model.
Note that the historical screen capture data is screen capture data of a live broadcast already played, for example, a screen capture of live broadcast content already played before the current live broadcast time of the target account.
In a practical application scenario, the historical screen capture data includes one or more of the following:
the method comprises the steps of screen capture data of historical abnormal live broadcast, screen capture data of any current live broadcast historical moment of the target account, and screen capture data of any current live broadcast historical moment of other accounts.
In specific implementation, the historical screenshot data of the abnormal live broadcast in the historical screenshot data may be screenshot data confirmed as the abnormal live broadcast, all screenshot data confirmed as the abnormal live broadcast in a live broadcast platform, or screenshot data of a target account confirmed as the abnormal live broadcast.
The screen capture data of any one historical moment of the current live broadcast of the target account in the historical screen capture data can be screen capture data of preset duration of the current live broadcast of the target account, and can also be screen capture data of a certain historical moment of the current live broadcast of the target account.
The screenshot data of any one historical moment of the current live broadcast of other accounts in the historical screenshot data may be a screenshot of live broadcast content that has been broadcast before the current live broadcast moment of the other accounts, and it should be noted that the other accounts may be one or more live broadcast accounts.
The method for determining abnormal live broadcast in the embodiment of the disclosure can also be applied to scenes in which multiple accounts live broadcast the same content. For example, the current live broadcasts of the account a, the account B, and the account C are all the broadcast video 1, and for example, the account D and the account E are currently live broadcasts of the same anchor a, that is, the anchor a performs live broadcast activities through the two accounts D and E at the same time.
In an actual application scene, historical screen capture data can be stored in a database, and the screen capture in the database can only comprise a historical abnormal live screen capture, can also only comprise screen capture data of any current live broadcast historical moment of a target account, and can also only comprise screen capture data of any current live broadcast historical moment of other accounts; the method can also comprise a screenshot of the historical abnormal live broadcast and screenshot data of any current live broadcast historical moment of the target account, or comprise the screenshot of the historical abnormal live broadcast and screenshot data of any current live broadcast historical moment of other accounts, or comprise the screenshot data of any current live broadcast historical moment of the target account and the screenshot data of any current live broadcast historical moment of other accounts; the method can also comprise screenshot of historical abnormal live broadcast, screenshot data of any current live broadcast historical moment of the target account and screenshot data of any current live broadcast historical moment of other accounts.
And storing screenshots of historical abnormal live broadcasts, screenshots of any current live broadcast historical moment of the target account and screenshots of any current live broadcast historical moment of other accounts into different databases, and determining the database related to the historical screenshots according to the actual application scene.
It should be noted that, the number limit of the historical screen capture data may also be set according to the actual application scenario, for example, the plurality of historical screen capture data may be 30 historical screen captures, or the time interval covered by the historical screen capture data may be set, for example, the plurality of historical screen capture data may be historical screen captures 20 days before the current time.
Step S203, when the similarity between the current live screen capture data of the target account and the preset amount of historical screen capture data is larger than a preset similarity threshold value, determining that the current live screen of the target account is abnormal live screen.
In specific implementation, a similarity threshold value can be preset, similarity comparison is carried out on the current live screenshot of the target account and the plurality of historical screenshots, and if the number of similarities, larger than the preset similarity threshold value, of the current live screenshot of the target account and the historical screenshot data is a preset number, the current live screenshot of the target account can be determined to be abnormal live.
For example, the historical live broadcast screenshot comprises 20 historical live broadcast screenshots, when a preset similarity parameter threshold value is 95% and the preset number is 2 from the current live broadcast screenshot of 10 target accounts, the similarity parameter between the obtained current live broadcast screenshot of the target account and the 20 historical live broadcast screenshots can be calculated by using the technologies such as image comparison, and the like, if the similarity parameter between the screenshot 1 and the historical screenshot a is 95.2% and the similarity parameter between the screenshot 9 and the historical screenshot c is 95% in the 10 live broadcast screenshots, it can be determined that the current live broadcast of the target account is abnormal live broadcast.
In order to further improve the accuracy of identifying abnormal live broadcast, after the similarity between the current live broadcast screenshot data of the target account and the preset number of historical screenshot data is determined to be greater than a preset similarity threshold value, verification request information can be sent to the target account; upon determining that the target account does not properly respond to the verification request information: and determining that the current live broadcast of the target account is abnormal live broadcast, or repeatedly sending verification request information to the target account, and determining that the current live broadcast of the target account is abnormal live broadcast when the times that the target account incorrectly responds to the verification request information is larger than a preset time threshold value.
In specific implementation, after the similarity between the current live screen capture data of the target account and the preset amount of historical screen capture data is determined to be greater than a preset similarity threshold, verification request information can be sent to the target account for confirming whether the target account performing real-time live broadcast has an actual anchor live broadcast for live broadcast activity, wherein the verification request information can be a verification request message for requesting the target account to move a preset graphic control to an appointed position, in other words, the verification request information can be correctly responded to the verification request information only by being manually triggered by a user to which the target account belongs.
As shown in fig. 3, the verification request information in the form of the verification code shown in fig. 3 needs to be slid by a user (e.g., a live anchor or a staff member) using a target account to a specified position to complete the verification request, in other words, the verification request information needs to be manually operated by a person to trigger a response of the verification request information to be sent to the server.
If the target account does not correctly respond to the verification request information, the current live broadcast of the target account can be directly determined to be abnormal live broadcast. The incorrect response to the verification request information may mean that no response is made to the verification request information. For example, the fact that the user of the target account does not perform any processing on the verification code received at the current time may also mean that the user does not respond to the verification request message within a preset time period. For another example, after sending the verification request information to the target account, the response of the target user to the verification request information is not received within 30 seconds, which may also mean that the verification request information is responded, but no correct response is made. For example, the user of the target account does not move the picture in the passcode to the specified location, but moves to another location.
If the target account does not correctly respond to the verification request information, the method can reflect that the target account can circularly play the live broadcast content of the video or the picture, no actual anchor is in live broadcast activity, and can also repeatedly send the verification request information to the target account to confirm whether the actual anchor is in live broadcast activity or not. And determining whether the current live broadcast of the target account is abnormal live broadcast or not according to the condition that the frequency of the target account for correctly responding to the verification request information is greater than a preset frequency threshold value.
For example, when the preset number threshold is 3, the number of times that the target account does not correctly respond to the verification response information is 4, and if the number is greater than the preset number threshold, it may be determined that the live broadcast is an abnormal live broadcast. When the verification request information is repeatedly sent to the target account, the interval duration of sending the verification request information, that is, the cooling duration, may be set according to the actual application scenario, for example, 1 minute. After the target account correctly responds to the verification request information received again, the verification request information can not be continuously and repeatedly sent to the target account.
In an actual application scenario, for abnormal live broadcast, a recommendation weight value for recommending the current live broadcast of a target account to other accounts can be reduced.
During specific implementation, the recommendation weight value of the abnormal live broadcast is reduced, namely the distribution weight distributed to other accounts by the abnormal live broadcast is reduced, so that the abnormal live broadcast can not be seen when other accounts use a live broadcast platform, more normal live broadcasts can be seen, and the watching experience is improved.
In one possible implementation, after determining that the current live broadcast of the target account is an abnormal live broadcast, storing screen capture data of the current live broadcast of the target account.
During specific implementation, a plurality of live screenshots collected from live data of the target account can be stored as historical screenshot data, so that accuracy of identification on whether current live of the target account is abnormal live or not is improved, and accuracy of identification on whether current callback of other accounts is abnormal live or not is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for determining an abnormal live broadcast according to an exemplary embodiment, where as shown in fig. 4, the method for determining an abnormal live broadcast includes the following steps:
step S401, acquiring currently live screen capture data of the target account.
In specific implementation, the screenshot data may be a screenshot, and the current live screenshot of the target account may be obtained at a preset sampling interval.
Step S402, calculating the similarity between the current live screen capture data and the historical screen capture data of the target account.
The historical abnormal live screenshot data in the historical screenshot data can be screenshot data confirmed as abnormal live, all screenshot data confirmed as abnormal live in a live platform, screenshot data confirmed as abnormal live in a target account, and screenshot data of any current live historical moment of other accounts. The screen capture data of any one historical moment of the current live broadcast of the target account in the historical screen capture data can be screen capture data of preset duration of the current live broadcast of the target account, and can also be screen capture data of a certain historical moment of the current live broadcast of the target account; the screen capture data of any one historical moment of the current live broadcast of other accounts in the historical screen capture data can be screen capture data of preset duration of the current live broadcast of other accounts, and can also be screen capture data of a certain historical moment of the current live broadcast of other accounts.
In specific implementation, the similarity between the current live screenshot and the historical screenshot of the target account can be calculated by using an image comparison technology.
Step S403, determining whether the similarity is greater than a preset similarity threshold, if so, executing step S404, otherwise, executing step S401.
In the specific implementation, in an actual application scene, a similarity threshold value is preset, the similarity between the current live screenshot of the target account and the historical screenshot is greater than the preset similarity threshold value, the current live screenshot of the target account may be live videos of circularly played advertisements or pictures, the current live screenshot of the target account is further judged, step S404 is executed, otherwise, the current live screenshot of the target account is continuously obtained, whether the current live screenshot of the target account is abnormal live is identified in real time, and step S401 is executed next.
Step S404, judging whether the quantity of the screen capturing data of the target account, the similarity of which between the current live screen capturing data and the historical screen capturing data is larger than a preset similarity threshold value, is larger than a preset quantity, if so, executing step S405, and otherwise, executing step S401.
In specific implementation, it is determined that the number of screenshots of the target account, the similarity of which between the current live screen and the historical screenshot is greater than the preset similarity threshold, is greater than the preset number, the current live content of the target account is reflected to be repeated with the historical live content, the possibility that the current live content of the target account is the same as the current live content of other accounts in a circulating mode is increased, step S405 is executed next, the target account is verified, and if the number of screenshots of which the similarity between the current live screen and the historical screenshot of the target account is greater than the preset similarity threshold is smaller than or equal to the preset number, whether the current live content of the target account is abnormal live or not is continuously identified.
Step S405, sends the authentication request information to the target account.
In specific implementation, the verification request information in the form of the verification code shown in fig. 3 needs to be triggered by the user to send verification response information to the server through sliding the image, when the user slides the image to a designated position, the user can determine to send correct verification response information to the server, when the user slides the image to a non-designated position, the user can determine to send incorrect verification response information to the server, and when the user does not perform verification operation on the verification request information, the user can determine that the target account does not send verification response information to the server.
Of course, it should be noted that the authentication request message shown in fig. 3 is only used as an example, and in other embodiments of the present disclosure, other forms of authentication request messages may be used, such as selecting a specific picture from a plurality of pictures, selecting a plurality of words from a plurality of words in a specified order, and so on.
Step S406, determining whether the target account correctly responds to the verification request message, if so, executing step S401 next, otherwise, executing step S407 next.
In specific implementation, if the response information of the target user to the verification request information is not received, or the response information of the wrong verification request information is received, the target account can be regarded as incorrectly responding to the verification request information, step S407 is executed next, whether abnormal live broadcast is performed is further determined, if the response information of the correct target account to the verification request information is received, whether the current live broadcast of the target account is abnormal live broadcast is continuously identified, and step S401 is executed next.
Step S407, determining whether the number of times that the target account incorrectly responds to the request message is greater than a preset number threshold, if so, executing step S408, otherwise, executing step S405.
In specific implementation, after determining that the target user incorrectly responds to the verification request information, it is determined whether the number of times that the target account incorrectly responds to the request information is greater than a preset number threshold, for example, 3 times. If the number of times that the target account does not correctly respond to the request information is less than or equal to the preset number threshold, the verification request information is repeatedly sent to the target account, or the verification request information is sent to the target account again after a preset time period, that is, step S405 is executed.
