Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of an embodiment of the disclosure. The application scenario diagram includes two terminal devices 110 and a server 130, and a user can log in the relevant interface 120 through the terminal devices 110. Communication between the terminal device 110 and the server 130 may be performed through a communication network.
In an alternative embodiment, the communication network may be a wired network or a wireless network.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the terminal device 110 is an electronic device used by a user, and the electronic device may be a computer device having a certain computing capability, such as a personal computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook, an electronic book reader, and the like, and running instant messaging software and a website or social software and a website. Each terminal device 110 is connected to a server 130 through a wireless network, where the server 130 is a server cluster or cloud computing center formed by one server or several servers, or is a virtualization platform.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving the search information input by the user, the terminal device 110 sends the search information to the server 130, and the server 130 may search for an object conforming to the search word according to the search information, then sort the searched objects, and finally send the sorting result to the terminal device 110, and then display the sorting result to the user through the interface 120 by the terminal device 110.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a resource recommendation method, as shown in fig. 2, according to an exemplary embodiment, including the following steps.
In step S21, a set of resources corresponding to the search information is determined.
The search information here is information input by the user through the terminal device, and may be a search word, or may be information such as numbers, letters, symbols, and the like.
After the user inputs the search information through the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment sends the search information to the server, and the server determines a resource set corresponding to the search information according to the search information.
When the resource set corresponding to the search information is determined, the determination can be performed according to a preset rule, for example, according to the matching degree of the search information and the resource title or the matching degree of the search information and the resource text, and if the matching degree exceeds a threshold value, the resource is used as the resource corresponding to the search information.
Wherein, the preset rules and the threshold values can be manually preconfigured in the server.
Since one search information may correspond to a plurality of resources, it is determined that the set of resources to which the search information corresponds.
In step S22, a first candidate resource is selected from the set of resources according to preset operations performed by the respective accounts on the resources in the set of resources.
In step S23, a search intention corresponding to an intention rule that the resource information of the first candidate resource conforms to is determined, and the search intention is taken as a search intention corresponding to the search information.
The search intent herein may be the intent of a resource that the user wants to search for, such as, in a live platform, the intent of a work that the user wants to search for popular users to post, the intent of a work that the user wants to post at a geographic location, the intent of a work that the user wants to search for a type of work.
The preset operation may be a clicking operation of the user on the resource, for example, the resource is a video resource, and the preset operation may be an operation of the user for clicking and watching the video resource, an operation of the user for clicking and approving the video resource, or an operation of the user for clicking and focusing on the video resource.
If the resource is a video resource, the resource information for the resource may include a click through rate and/or a number of accounts that are of interest to the account that issued the video resource.
If the resource is a video resource, the intent rule may be that the click rate is greater than or equal to M and/or that the number of accounts focused on by the account publishing the video resource is greater than or equal to N, where M and N are positive integers. Here, M and N may be empirical values.
How to determine the search intention corresponding to the search information is exemplified below.
Taking video resources as an example, firstly, according to historical information<query,video,click>(query represents a search term, video represents a video, click represents whether or not clicked), and any one of the queries within a predetermined time period is determined i Pressing video i Statistics of click-through for each video i . Obtaining query i Video with highest click rate j Through video j Corresponding click-through j Computing video j Click Ratio of (C) j . Obtaining published video j Fan amount fan corresponding to account number j . The intention rule corresponding to the intention of the hot user is clickRatio j Not less than M and fas j And (5) not less than N. If video is calculated j Click Ratio of (C) j Not less than M, and the obtained release video j Fan amount fan corresponding to account number j And if not less than N, the search intention corresponding to the search word query is a popular user intention. Can be represented by the following expression:
wherein, hit Bigv represents a hot user.
In implementation, after the search intention corresponding to the search information is determined, resources meeting the search intention in the resource set can be determined.
Specifically, in the resource set, the resource corresponding to the resource information of the selected first candidate resource is used as a second candidate resource conforming to the searching intention.
For example, if the first candidate resource is resource 1 and the resource information is account a for publishing resource 1, the resource published by account a is used as the second candidate resource meeting the search intention.
In step S24, a second candidate resource is selected from the resource set according to the search intention corresponding to the search information, and the recommendation parameter corresponding to the second candidate resource is adjusted.
In implementation, the second candidate resource is selected from the resource set according to the search intention corresponding to the search information, and the recommendation parameter corresponding to the selected second candidate resource is adjusted, which can be selected and adjusted in the following two ways.
A mode one,
And selecting a second candidate resource conforming to the search intention from the resource set, and then increasing and adjusting recommended parameters corresponding to the selected second candidate resource by using a preset first weight.
For example, there are 5 resources in the resource set, which are respectively 1 resource, 2 resource, 3 resource, 4 resource and 5 resource, and the recommended parameters corresponding to the resources are respectively 1 recommended parameter, 2 recommended parameter, 3 recommended parameter, 4 recommended parameter and 5 recommended parameter. And the selected second candidate resources conforming to the intention are the second candidate resource 1 and the second candidate resource 2, the recommendation parameter 1 is multiplied by a preset first weight larger than 1, and the recommendation parameter 2 is multiplied by a preset first weight larger than 1, so that the recommendation parameters 3, 4 and 5 are unchanged.
The preset first weight is a value greater than 1 due to the incremental adjustment performed on the second candidate resource. The first weight preset here to be greater than 1 may be 1.2.
Because the recommendation parameters of the second candidate resources conforming to the search intention are increased and adjusted, the resources conforming to the search intention can be recommended to the searching user preferentially, so that the recommendation can be more accurate.
A second mode,
And selecting a second candidate resource which does not accord with the searching intention from the resource set, and then reducing and adjusting recommended parameters corresponding to the selected second candidate resource by using a preset second weight.
The second weight preset here is a value less than 1 due to the reduced adjustment made to the second candidate resource.
Because the recommendation parameters of the candidate resources which do not accord with the search intention are reduced and adjusted, the resources which accord with the search intention can be recommended to the searching user preferentially, so that the recommendation can be more accurate.
In step S25, resource recommendation is performed according to the recommendation parameters of the resources in the resource set.
In specific implementation, the plurality of resources may be ranked according to the size of the recommendation parameter of each resource, for example, the larger the recommendation parameter is, the smaller the recommendation order is, that is, the resource with the larger recommendation parameter is preferentially recommended to the account.
In one possible implementation, after determining the recommended order of the plurality of resources, the plurality of resources is presented according to the recommended order.
In specific implementation, all resources can be displayed to the account according to the recommendation order, and a preset number of resources can be displayed to the account according to the recommendation order.
In a possible implementation manner, the recommended parameters corresponding to the resources can be determined according to the operation parameters, wherein the operation parameters are operation parameters for executing preset operation on the resources by each account.
Taking a live broadcast platform as an example, the preset operation can be click watching of the resource, praise of the resource, attention to the resource, and any combination of the three.
Specifically, the operation parameters of the preset operation performed on the resource in the preset time can be weighted and summed, and the recommended parameters corresponding to the resource are determined.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, firstly, a resource set corresponding to search information is determined, then, a first candidate resource is selected from the resource set according to preset operations executed by each account on resources in the resource set, the search intention corresponding to the intention rule conforming to the resource information of the selected first candidate resource is determined, the determined search intention is used as the search intention corresponding to the search information, then, a second candidate resource is selected from the resource set according to the search intention corresponding to the search information, recommended parameters corresponding to the selected second candidate resource are adjusted, and finally, resource recommendation is performed according to the recommended parameters of the resources in the resource set. Because the second candidate resource is selected according to the search intention to adjust the recommendation parameters, the resources which are more in line with the search intention of the search user are recommended to the search user preferentially, so that the resources can be recommended to the user more accurately, and the recommendation efficiency is improved.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart of a complete method of resource recommendation, according to an exemplary embodiment, specifically comprising the steps of:
s31, determining a resource set corresponding to the search information;
s32, determining recommended parameters corresponding to the resources in the resource set according to the operation parameters, wherein the operation parameters are operation parameters for executing preset operation on the resources by each account;
s33, selecting a first candidate resource from the resource set according to preset operations executed by each account on the resources in the resource set;
s34, taking the search intention corresponding to the intention rule which accords with the resource information of the first candidate resource as the search intention corresponding to the search information;
s35, taking the resource corresponding to the resource information of the first candidate resource selected according to the preset operation in the resource set as a second candidate resource conforming to the searching intention;
s36, selecting a second candidate resource conforming to the search intention from the resource set;
s37, increasing and adjusting recommended parameters corresponding to the selected second candidate resources by using a preset first weight;
s38, recommending the resources according to the recommended parameters of the resources in the resource set.
It should be noted that S36 may be replaced by selecting a resource that does not conform to the search intention from the resource set; if S36 is replaced by the above method, S37 is replaced by reducing and adjusting the recommended parameters corresponding to the selected second candidate resources by using a preset second weight.
In particular implementations, the above method may be used to train a precision ordering model, which is then used to recommend resources for searching users. It should be noted that, a marking feature may be added to the precision ordering model during the training process, so as to mark whether the recommended parameters are weighted or downweighted. This can be represented by the following means:
wherein feature is <query,video> For searching the features of the video in the information query, if the user searches for intent, the feature is marked as 1, otherwise, the feature is marked as 0. In the training process of the neural network model, the recommendation parameters are weighted or reduced by the marks, so that the accurate ordering model can better capture the weight raising information of a recommendation resource in a specified query.
