The system is developed on the basis of a real case handling process scene, relies on a public security internet to encrypt a proprietary cloud, and combines a multi-party hardware technology to provide an online inquiry platform for inquiring police officers and parties. The system takes the party as the center, improves the complex operation of the traditional audio and video and reduces the deployment difficulty. The inquiry public security personnel can issue documents and arrange filing evidence on line, the party can realize operations such as online signature and identification, and the like, and the remote integrated management of cases is realized.
The system is a modern application system which takes science and technology as a core and integrates high efficiency, safety, convenience and the like, so that the case handling efficiency is improved all the time, the traditional running type case handling current situation is changed, and the running problem of the public security personnel at all places is solved. The method has the greatest advantages of saving case handling time, reducing case handling cost, lightening burden of the masses, improving evidence obtaining efficiency and saving a great amount of social resources such as people, property, things and the like. And the cooperation can be carried out in multiple levels, multiple layers and multiple places, so that the timeliness and the high efficiency of information are guaranteed. The system is dedicated to promoting informatization and case handling depth fusion, continuously improves law enforcement and case handling efficiency and quality, strengthens remote case handling result conversion and resource utilization, and realizes 'remote case handling is burden reduction of policemen and the policemen and common people are benefited' by using a new concept and mechanism.

A system for remote on-line query forensics, comprising: the mobile phone evidence collection system comprises a public security intranet (1), an evidence collection end (2), a remote evidence collection end (3) and a server (4), wherein the evidence collection end, the remote evidence collection end and the server are respectively in two-way connection with the public security intranet (1), the public security intranet (1) is a public security encrypted internet special cloud network, the remote evidence collection end (3) comprises a mobile network (31) and a mobile phone applet (32), the mobile phone applet (32) is erected in the mobile phone APP, and the mobile phone applet (32) transmits data information to the public security intranet (1) through the mobile network (31);
the evidence collection end (2) comprises a main control unit (24), and a small program management module (21), a public security management background (22) and an audio and video device (23) which are respectively electrically connected with the main control unit (24);
the applet management module (21) is used for identifying users who are inquired for foreexamination and managing the normal operation of each module in the mobile phone applet (32);
the public security management background (22) is used for logging in by public security personnel and managing the functions of each module of the evidence collection end (2) in the mobile phone applet;
the audio and video equipment (23) is used for displaying audio and video in the inquiry and forensics process and storing the audio and video to a local disk in time, the audio and video equipment (23) is uploaded to the server (4) through the public security intranet (1), and the server (4) is a virtual server.
2. The system for remote on-line inquiry forensics according to claim 1, wherein: the applet management module (21) comprises a login module (211), an identity recognition module (212), a document viewing module (213) and a video interrogation module (214);
the login module (211) is used for logging in the applet at the mobile phone APP end by a user for identity authorization, reading all information in the applet for storage, and then inputting the name and the identity card of the user to be compared with the name and the identity card of a public security worker in a background system;
the identity recognition module (212) is used for uploading the identity card on the front side of the user, recognizing the name and the identity card number, and if the recognition is successful, confirming the information and finishing the confirmation; if the identification fails, clear identity cards need to be uploaded again; if the binding fails, prompting that the auditor does not exist;
the document checking module (213) is used for checking the document data of the related inquiry notice and the right obligation notice preset by the public security officer after the user enters the interrogation room, and performing signature confirmation after checking the document data without errors;
the video interrogation module (214) is used for carrying out video conversation between the two parties through cloud video after the user confirms that the notice is correct; the public security personnel carry out the operations of inputting inquiry notes, inputting lists, inputting calling notice books and displaying suspect pictures set by the background for the users to identify; and finally, the user confirms that the file is correct, clicks to agree, signs and stores the file.

The system for remote on-line inquiry forensics according to claim 1, wherein: the public security management background (22) comprises a public security personnel management module (221), an applet end user management module (223), a background login function module (224) and a forensics module (228);
the public security personnel management module (221) is used for performing addition, deletion, modification and check operations on the data of the public security personnel and inputting login data;
the small program end user management module (223) is used for adding the data of the user needing interrogation; after the user uses the identity card to identify at the APP end of the mobile phone, the user information input by public security personnel is automatically matched, and connection is automatically carried out according to the preset room number;
the background login functional module (224) is used for managing public security personnel, and the public security personnel log in the system through the set number and the set password;
the evidence obtaining module (228) is used for inquiring the record, obtaining the notice and obtaining the evidence list by the public security personnel, stamping after the user confirms that the signature is correct, and exporting and printing the document.
4. The system for remote on-line inquiry forensics according to claim 3, wherein: the public security management background (22) further comprises a role authority module (222), a seal module (225), an assignment module (226) and an inquiry writing module (227);
the role authority module (222) is used for managing the menu authority of different levels of public security personnel for logging in the system;
the seal module (225) is used for uploading one-to-one seal pictures by public security personnel, so that the seal operation is convenient to carry out in the preparation of interrogation data;
the identification module (226) is used for public security personnel to display preset information needing identification to a user, so that the user can conveniently identify the information in the interrogation;
and the inquiry record module (227) is used for filling the inquiry record by the police personnel at the background, storing the inquiry record to a local disk and printing the inquiry record.

The system for remote on-line inquiry forensics according to claim 1, wherein: the audio and video equipment (23) comprises a split high-definition video terminal (231), an intelligent desktop touch terminal (232) and a conference panel (233), the split high-definition video terminal (231) is provided with a camera and an audio and video interface, the intelligent desktop touch terminal (232) is matched with the split high-definition video terminal (231) for use, and can be used as a touch control screen of the split high-definition video terminal (231), and meanwhile, the intelligent desktop touch terminal can be used as fault backup equipment of the split high-definition video terminal (231), and can be automatically switched by one key; the screen of the conference flat plate (233) is subjected to backlight processing for inhibiting blue light, so that the electronic whiteboard can quickly respond and write smoothly, two-dimensional codes can be generated by writing records and annotations, and the two-dimensional codes can be shared or stored by scanning the two-dimensional codes.

The system for remote on-line inquiry forensics according to claim 1, wherein: the server (4) adopts a flexible video coding architecture, self-adaptive calling rate is adaptive to various network accesses, video SVC layering is dynamically adjusted in real time according to bandwidth changes, Opus coding is adopted for audio, and ultra-wideband and full-band voice are supported.

The system for remote on-line inquiry forensics according to claim 1, wherein: the public security intranet (1) adopts a TCP acceleration algorithm, dynamically detects the congestion state of the network and adjusts a retransmission backoff mode, reduces network delay and increases network throughput.
8. A method for remote on-line challenge forensics, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, inputting inquiry evidence-obtaining time and identity information of participators by the public security personnel in a public security management background, and establishing an inquiry evidence-obtaining working room by a remote inquiry evidence-obtaining platform;
s2, the public security personnel inform the user of the room number of the evidence collection studio by telephone/short message;
s3, logging in by the user who is inquired for evidence at the mobile phone applet terminal, and logging in by the public security personnel at the inquiry and evidence obtaining studio;
s4, the public security personnel confirms that the environment where the user who is inquired for evidence is private and not interfered, and starts to inquire for evidence;
s5, starting a multi-party audio and video call, controlling the inquiry and evidence obtaining order by public security personnel, carrying out online evidence collection by a user, and carrying out record management and video recording by the public security personnel;
s6, after the inquiry and evidence collection are finished, the inquired and evidence collected user signs and confirms online, and the public security personnel stores the inquired and evidence collected audio and video and the record;
and S7, the public security personnel archive the materials which are inquired and proved and upload the materials to a public security intranet.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the method comprises: the method is also used for remote online pre-examination, trial and hearing of parties, and court work of court in dispatching houses, traffic police teams, court houses, inspection houses.
