For example, the user may trigger the "i want to alarm" virtual function key to trigger the self-help alarm request through the touch screen of the self-help police terminal. Meanwhile, the user can input the identity authentication information of the user through various identity authentication components so as to initiate an identity authentication request to the police self-service terminal.
S220, under the condition that the identity authentication request is confirmed to pass the identity authentication, self-service processing is carried out on the self-service alarm request to generate alarm information.
Correspondingly, after receiving the self-service alarm request input by the user, the police service self-service terminal can require the user to firstly perform identity authentication, and after receiving the identity authentication request of the user, authenticate the user identity authentication information input by the user. And if the user identity is confirmed to pass the authentication, self-service processing is carried out on the self-service alarm request input by the user.
For example, assuming that a self-service alarm request input by a user at a self-service police terminal is a self-service criminal case alarm request, the self-service police terminal prompts the user to perform identity authentication after receiving the self-service alarm request, and the user can send user identity authentication information to the self-service police terminal through a fingerprint collector, an identity card reader, a camera or a sound pickup. And the police self-service terminal acquires the user identity authentication information sent by the identity authentication part and authenticates the user identity authentication information. After the user identity authentication information passes the authentication, the user can send an alarm operation instruction to the police self-service terminal. The police self-service terminal can respond to the alarm operation instruction to generate alarm information.
Illustratively, the user completes the filling of the alarm record and the uploading of the evidence through the police self-service terminal, and completes the self-service processing of the self-service alarm request under the condition that no police personnel are required to be present. After the user fills in the alarm record and inputs the electronic signature handwriting, the police officer receives the alarm record filled by the user through the police terminal, and when the police officer finishes auditing the alarm record, the police officer initiates a network call to the police self-service terminal to enable the user to finish modifying and determining the alarm information under the guidance of the police officer. The police self-service terminal receives the electronic signature handwriting input by the user, namely the user confirms that the alarm record is filled in really and commits to fill in the user again, electronic signature information is generated according to the electronic signature handwriting and is used for being combined with alarm information to form an alarm picture, and the alarm picture is encrypted and stored. Finally, the alarm receipt can be printed out through a printer and used for saving the alarm certificate by the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the user identity passes the authentication, the self-service alarm request is self-service processed by the police service self-service terminal, the self-service processing of the police service is realized, and the problems of low timeliness and confidentiality and the like caused by manual face-to-face processing of the report information in the existing alarm process are solved, so that the workload of police service workers is reduced, and the confidentiality of the police service processing can be increased.
