Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
A method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium for paying taxes according to an embodiment of the present application are described below with reference to the drawings.
Specifically, in order to make the description of the tax payment method more clear to those skilled in the art, the tax payment method in the present application involves: the first account institution, the clearing institution, the tax institution, the user terminal and the second account institution.
The first account institution (bank and non-bank payment institutions) refers to an initiator of national bank tax payment transaction, and a payment institution or bank which provides application code scanning service for users and initiates the transaction.
The second account mechanism is a banking mechanism which provides account system service for the user in national bank tax payment transaction and is responsible for receiving transaction information and carrying out processing such as account deduction or account entry.
The user terminal is used for completing tax payment declaration by the user through an electronic tax bureau webpage, a tax hall, a tax self-service machine and the like, and the user terminal can directly acquire tax payment identification information or scan a tax payment two-dimensional code through a first account mechanism application program in the user terminal to acquire the tax payment identification information.
The clearing institution is an institution approved by the Chinese people bank and responsible for processing fund clearing services related to the payment institution and the bank, and can provide a direct connection channel for the first account institution and the tax institution and provide network payment services for users in tax payment.
The tax authority refers to a tax collection agency.
In practical application, there are many ways to pay taxes, for example, as shown in fig. 1, a user selects non-payment tax information through a relevant page of an electronic tax bureau, the payment mode is selected as online banking payment, the payment is clicked, a user terminal page jumps to a settlement center page, the settlement center page shows order details and a payment bank for the user, the user confirms the payment order and selects the payment bank, the user terminal page jumps from the settlement center page to a bank gateway page, the bank gateway page shows payment information for the user, the user selects a bank account and inputs payment information on the bank gateway page to confirm payment, the bank informs the payment result to the settlement center, the user page jumps to the settlement center page and shows the payment result, and finally, the settlement center informs a tax institution of the payment result and updates the tax payment state of the user.
From the above example, it can be seen that after the user selects the online banking payment mode, the user terminal page undergoes 3 hops in the internet environment, the transaction link is too long, the payment failure rate caused by the hops is high (generally, the failure rate is increased by about 30% every hop), and the user terminal page is easy to hijack in the hopping process, and the user needs to check payment contents for many times, and the user terminal page shows information redundancy and other problems.
According to the tax payment method, a first account mechanism obtains tax payment identification information through a user terminal (such as an application program corresponding to a bank payment mechanism and a non-bank payment mechanism) through a code scanning mode and the like and sends the tax payment identification information to a clearing mechanism, the clearing mechanism obtains tax information to be paid corresponding to the tax payment identification information from a tax institution and sends the tax information to the first account mechanism, a payment request is obtained from the first account mechanism, payment is carried out from a second account mechanism which is bound in a signed mode, and finally the clearing mechanism confirms information with the tax institution according to a payment result to obtain tax payment receipt information.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a payment method for paying taxes according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
For more clear description of the tax payment method of the present application, first, description is made on the clearing house side, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step 101, acquiring tax payment identification information sent by a first account mechanism.
And 103, sending the tax payment identification information to a tax institution for inquiry, and receiving the tax information to be paid corresponding to the tax payment identification information fed back by the tax institution.
In practical application, a user sends a payment information inquiry request to a first account mechanism through a user terminal, wherein the payment information inquiry request comprises encrypted tax payment user numbers, tax payment item information and collection authority code information, the first account mechanism can directly forward the payment information inquiry request to a clearing mechanism, and can also process the payment information inquiry request to obtain tax payment identification information, encrypt the tax payment identification information and send the tax payment identification information to the first account mechanism, so that the clearing mechanism can obtain the tax payment identification information sent by the first account mechanism in various ways and can be selected according to actual needs.
As a possible implementation manner, a payment information inquiry request sent by a first account mechanism is received, wherein the payment information inquiry request comprises encrypted tax payment user numbers, tax payment item information and collection department code information; and decrypting the agent payment information query request, and extracting tax payment identification information, such as tax payment user numbers, tax payment item information, collecting organ code information and the like, wherein the encryption mode can be symmetric encryption, asymmetric encryption and the like, and can be selectively set according to actual safety requirements.
Further, after the clearing mechanism receives the tax payment identification information sent by the first account mechanism, the clearing mechanism acquires the information of the tax to be paid, such as units, names, details of the tax payment, such as amount, and the like, corresponding to the tax payment identification information through a direct channel with the tax institution.
And 105, sending the information of the tax to be paid to the first account mechanism, and receiving a payment request sent by the first account mechanism.
And 107, sending the payment request to the second account mechanism for processing, confirming information with the tax institution according to the payment result fed back by the second account mechanism, and acquiring tax payment receipt information.
And step 109, sending the tax payment receipt information to the first account mechanism so that the first account mechanism generates a tax payment result according to the tax payment receipt information and sends the tax payment result to the user terminal.
Specifically, after the information of the tax to be paid is sent to the first account mechanism, the first account mechanism sends the information of the tax to be paid to the user terminal for display, and the user can determine whether the information of the tax to be paid is correct, so that after the user confirms the information of the tax to be paid, the first account mechanism can receive a payment instruction of the tax to be paid, and determine that the second account mechanism (namely, a signed bank account) generates a payment request according to the payment instruction of the tax to be paid, so that the first account mechanism sends the payment request to the clearing mechanism, and the clearing mechanism sends the payment request to the second account mechanism, so that the second account mechanism processes the payment request to generate a payment result which is fed back to the clearing mechanism.
Furthermore, the information is confirmed with the tax institution according to the payment result fed back by the second account institution, and various ways of acquiring the tax payment receipt information are provided, as a possible implementation way, under the condition that the payment result indicates that the payment is successful, the tax receipt service locking interface is called to send a bill locking request to the tax institution; receiving a ticket locking result fed back by the tax institution; under the condition that the ticket locking result indicates that tax payment can be executed, generating a tax payment receipt request and sending the tax payment receipt request to a tax institution; and receiving tax payment receipt information fed back by the tax institution.
In addition, when the ticket locking result indicates that the tax payment is not executable, a refund request is sent to the second account mechanism so that the second account mechanism performs refund processing.
The ticket locking request mainly refers to whether a clearing mechanism requests a tax institution to pay or not, and because a plurality of clearing mechanisms possibly request the tax institution, such as an online clearing mechanism, a union pay clearing mechanism and the like, can simultaneously avoid repeated payment, and the payment flexibility and efficiency are improved.
In the tax payment method of the embodiment of the application, tax payment identification information sent by a first account mechanism is acquired; sending the tax payment identification information to a tax institution for inquiry, and receiving tax information to be paid corresponding to the tax payment identification information fed back by the tax institution; the method comprises the steps that tax information to be paid is sent to a first account mechanism, and a payment request sent by the first account mechanism is received; sending the payment request to a second account mechanism for processing, confirming information with a tax institution according to a payment result fed back by the second account mechanism, and acquiring tax payment receipt information; and sending the tax payment receipt information to the first account mechanism so that the first account mechanism generates a tax payment result according to the tax payment receipt information and sends the tax payment result to the user terminal. Therefore, the technical problems that a user side page needs to jump for multiple times and the payment failure rate is high in the tax payment mode in the prior art are solved, the tax information to be paid is acquired from the tax institution through the clearing mechanism and is sent to the first account institution, the payment request is acquired from the first account institution, payment is carried out from the signed and bound second account institution, and finally the clearing mechanism confirms the information according to the payment result and the tax institution to acquire tax payment receipt information.
In order to more fully describe the above embodiments, the present embodiment provides another tax payment method, which is described by using the first account institution side, and fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another tax payment method provided in the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the steps of:
step 201, acquiring tax payment identification information, and acquiring the tax to be paid information corresponding to the tax payment identification information by calling an information query interface of a clearing institution.
Specifically, the first account mechanism may receive tax payment identification information sent by the user terminal, such as tax payment identification information, including a tax payment user number, tax payment item information, tax collection authority code information, and the like, where the user terminal may send a payment information query request, where the payment information query request includes an encrypted tax payment user number, tax payment item information, and collection authority code information, and may decrypt the payment information query request, extract the tax payment identification information, and send the tax payment identification information to the clearing authority, or directly forward the payment information query request to the clearing authority.
Therefore, after acquiring the identification information of the tax payment, the first account mechanism calls the interface of the clearing mechanism for inquiring the information of the tax payment to acquire the information of the tax payment corresponding to the identification information of the tax payment, that is, after acquiring the identification information of the tax payment, the clearing mechanism inquires the information of the tax payment to the tax institution, and the tax institution returns the information of the tax payment to the clearing mechanism, so that the clearing mechanism returns the information of the tax payment such as the unit, name, details of the tax payment such as the amount, and the like.
And step 203, generating a payment request according to the information of the tax to be paid, and sending the payment request to a clearing mechanism for the clearing mechanism to transfer to a second account mechanism, wherein the payment request comprises account information and payment amount of the second account mechanism.
And step 205, receiving the tax payment receipt information fed back by the clearing mechanism, wherein the tax payment receipt information is obtained after the clearing mechanism confirms the information with the tax institution according to the payment result fed back by the second account institution.
And step 207, generating a tax payment result according to the tax payment receipt information, and sending the tax payment result to the user terminal.
It can be understood that, after displaying the information of the to-be-paid tax, the user can determine whether the information of the to-be-paid tax is correct, so that after the user confirms the information of the to-be-paid tax, the user can receive a payment instruction of the to-be-paid tax, determine a second account mechanism (namely a signed bank account) according to the payment instruction of the to-be-paid tax, send a payment request to the second account mechanism through the clearing mechanism, where the payment request includes account information and payment amount of the second account mechanism, so that the second account mechanism processes the payment request to generate a payment result (payment success or payment failure) and sends the payment result to the clearing mechanism, and the clearing mechanism performs information confirmation with the tax mechanism according to the payment result and obtains the receipt information of the to-be-paid tax.
It can be understood that the payment result may be successful or unsuccessful, and the failure information is directly displayed to the user when the payment is unsuccessful, and when the payment is successful, the payment receipt information fed back by the clearing mechanism is also received, more specifically, the clearing mechanism determines that the payment is successful according to the payment result, calls the tax receipt service locking interface to send a ticket locking request to the tax institution, receives the ticket locking result fed back by the tax institution, generates a tax payment receipt request to be sent to the tax institution when the ticket locking result indicates that the tax payment can be executed, receives the tax payment receipt information fed back by the tax institution to be sent to the first account institution, and the first account institution generates a tax payment result according to the tax payment receipt information fed back by the clearing mechanism and sends the tax payment result to the user terminal for display, for example, the successful tax payment is displayed.
In the tax payment method of the embodiment of the application, tax payment identification information is acquired, and the tax information to be paid corresponding to the tax payment identification information is acquired by calling an information query interface to be paid of a clearing mechanism; generating a payment request according to the information of the tax to be paid, and sending the payment request to a clearing mechanism for the clearing mechanism to transfer to a second account mechanism, wherein the payment request comprises account information and payment amount of the second account mechanism; receiving tax payment receipt information fed back by the clearing mechanism, wherein the tax payment receipt information is obtained by the clearing mechanism after information confirmation is carried out on the tax payment receipt information and the tax institution according to a payment result fed back by the second account institution; and generating a tax payment result according to the tax payment receipt information, and sending the tax payment result to the user terminal. Therefore, the technical problems that a user side page needs to jump for multiple times and the payment failure rate is high in the prior art in a tax payment mode are solved, the first account mechanism receives tax information to be paid acquired by a clearing mechanism from a tax institution, sends a payment request from the first account mechanism, pays from the second account institution bound by a signing and binding mode through the clearing mechanism, and finally obtains tax payment receipt information for information confirmation of the clearing mechanism and the tax institution according to a payment result.
In order to more fully describe the above embodiments, the present embodiment provides another tax payment method, which is described by using a user terminal, and fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of another tax payment method provided in the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the method may include the steps of:
step 301, scanning the tax payment two-dimensional code to obtain tax payment identification information.
Step 303, the tax payment identification information is sent to the first account mechanism.
Specifically, the user needs to perform tax payment declaration to the tax institution in advance, and as a possible implementation manner, the user terminal sends a tax payment declaration request to the tax institution; the tax payment declaration request comprises a tax payment user number, tax payment item information and collection agency code information, and the tax payment two-dimensional code generated after the tax payment agency processes the tax payment user number, the tax payment item information and the collection agency code information is received.
Specifically, after the taxpayer completes declaration in the modes of an electronic tax bureau webpage, a tax hall, a tax self-service machine and the like, the webpage or the window displays a tax payment two-dimensional code for the user, and the user uses the user terminal to scan the code to acquire tax payment identification information. It can be understood that the tax payment identification information is unique, and different tax payment identification information is used for different tax payment information declares.
And further, sending the tax payment identification information to the first account mechanism.
And 305, receiving and displaying the to-be-paid tax information fed back by the first account mechanism, wherein the first account mechanism acquires the to-be-paid tax information corresponding to the tax payment identification information by calling an to-be-paid information query interface of the clearing mechanism.
Step 307, generating tax payment confirmation information according to the information of the to-be-paid tax, and sending the tax payment confirmation information to the first account mechanism, so that the first account mechanism generates a payment request which corresponds to the information of the to-be-paid tax and comprises the second account mechanism.
Step 309, receiving a tax payment result generated according to the tax payment receipt information fed back by the first account mechanism and displaying the tax payment result; and the first account mechanism receives the tax payment receipt information which is obtained by the clearing mechanism according to the payment result fed back by the second account mechanism and the tax institution through information confirmation.
