After the first payment rule is generated, the secure payment server can access an HLR or an NGBOSS to obtain each registered terminal identifier and each registered terminal SIM card identifier corresponding to the user information according to the user information query corresponding to the first rule. And comparing the payment terminal identification and the auxiliary terminal identification with each registered terminal identification respectively, comparing the payment terminal SIM card identification and the auxiliary terminal SIM card identification with each registered terminal SIM card identification respectively, generating a second payment rule according to the payment terminal identification, the payment terminal SIM card identification, the auxiliary terminal SIM card identification, at least one standby terminal identification and the standby terminal SIM card identification if each registered terminal identification comprises at least one other terminal identification except the payment terminal identification and the auxiliary terminal identification and comprises at least one other terminal SIM card identification except the payment terminal SIM card identification and the auxiliary terminal SIM card identification, and corresponding the second payment rule with the user information. When the auxiliary terminal corresponding to the auxiliary terminal identifier and the auxiliary terminal SIM card identifier cannot carry out mobile payment confirmation, the secure payment server can carry out mobile payment confirmation by using the standby terminal meeting the second payment rule, so that the applicability of the mobile payment method is improved.

The fifth priority identifier may be set to 5, the sixth priority identifier to 6, the seventh priority identifier to 7, the eighth priority identifier to 8, the ninth priority identifier to 9, and the priority ranking from high to low is: a fifth priority identifier 5, a sixth priority identifier 6, a seventh priority identifier 7, an eighth priority identifier 8 and a ninth priority identifier 9.

Claims (15)

1. A mobile payment method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a secure payment server receives a mobile payment request, wherein the mobile payment request comprises a first terminal identifier, a first terminal user identity card identifier and a service identifier; the mobile payment request is sent by the first terminal after passing the verification of the payment platform;
the secure payment server obtains user information according to the first terminal identification and/or the first terminal user identification card identification, and obtains a first payment rule corresponding to the user information according to the user information; the first payment rules are pre-generated and correspond to the user information one by one;
the secure payment server obtains a second terminal identifier and a second terminal user identification card identifier according to the first terminal identifier, the first terminal user identification card identifier, the service identifier and the first payment rule;
the secure payment server obtains the mobile network state of the second terminal corresponding to the second terminal identification and the second terminal user identification according to the second terminal identification and the second terminal user identification;
If the secure payment server judges that the mobile network state of the second terminal is the networking, the secure payment server sends payment verification information to the second terminal;
the secure payment server receives payment confirmation information sent by the second terminal and completes mobile payment according to the payment confirmation information;
the method further includes a mobile payment registration procedure before the secure payment server receives the mobile payment request, the mobile payment registration procedure including:
the secure payment server receives a mobile payment registration request sent by an application terminal, wherein the mobile payment registration request comprises an application terminal identifier and an application terminal user identity identification card identifier;
the secure payment server takes the application terminal identifier as a payment terminal identifier and the application terminal user identification card identifier as a payment terminal user identification card identifier, and acquires the user information according to the application terminal identifier and/or the application terminal user identification card identifier;
the secure payment server acquires each registered terminal identifier corresponding to the user information and each registered terminal user identification card identifier according to the user information;
The secure payment server removes the application terminal identification from each registered terminal identification to obtain at least one fifth terminal identification, and sends out the application terminal user identification card identification from each registered terminal user identification card identification to obtain at least one fifth terminal user identification card identification;
the secure payment server sends auxiliary terminal selection information to the application terminal, wherein the application terminal selection information comprises each fifth terminal identifier and each fifth terminal user identity identification card identifier;
the secure payment server receives auxiliary terminal confirmation information returned by the application terminal, wherein the auxiliary terminal confirmation information comprises auxiliary terminal identifications and auxiliary terminal user identification card identifications, the auxiliary terminal identifications are one of the fifth terminal identifications, and the auxiliary terminal user identification card identifications are one of the fifth terminal user identification card identifications;
the secure payment server sends payment platform selection information to the application terminal and receives payment platform confirmation information returned by the application terminal; the payment platform selection information comprises at least one payment platform identifier to be selected, and the payment platform confirmation information comprises at least one payment platform identifier for confirming binding;
The secure payment server generates the first payment rule according to the payment terminal identifier, the payment terminal user identification card identifier, the auxiliary terminal user identification card identifier and the service identifier, and corresponds the first payment rule to the user information.
2. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
if the secure payment server judges that the mobile network state of the second terminal is a disconnected network, acquiring each registered terminal identifier corresponding to the user information and each registered terminal user identity identification card identifier according to the user information;
if the secure payment server judges that at least one third terminal identifier exists after the first terminal identifier and the second terminal identifier are removed from each registered terminal identifier, and at least one third terminal identifier exists after the first terminal identifier and the second terminal identifier are removed from each registered terminal identifier, acquiring a fourth terminal identifier and a fourth terminal identifier meeting the second payment rule according to each registered terminal identifier, each registered terminal identifier and each second terminal identifier and a second payment rule; wherein the second payment rule is pre-generated and corresponds to the user information one by one;
The secure payment server obtains the mobile network state of a fourth terminal corresponding to the fourth terminal identifier and the fourth terminal user identification card identifier according to the fourth terminal identifier and the fourth terminal user identification card identifier;
if the secure payment server judges that the mobile network state of the fourth terminal is the networking, payment verification information is sent to the fourth terminal;
and the secure payment server receives the payment confirmation information sent by the fourth terminal and completes mobile payment according to the payment confirmation information.
3. The method as recited in claim 2, further comprising:
and the secure payment server terminates the mobile payment if the secure payment server does not acquire the fourth terminal identification and the fourth terminal identification meeting the second payment rule according to each registered terminal identification and each registered terminal user identification card identification.
4. The method as recited in claim 2, further comprising:
and if the secure payment server judges that the mobile network state of the fourth terminal is the network disconnection, terminating the mobile payment.

The method of claim 1, wherein the secure payment server obtaining a second terminal identification and a second terminal identification card identification based on the first terminal identification, the first terminal identification card identification, the service identification, and the first payment rule comprises:
and if the secure payment server judges that the first terminal identifier, the first terminal user identification card identifier and the service identifier meet the first payment rule, acquiring the second terminal identifier and the second terminal user identification card identifier from the first payment rule.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises a mobile payment registration procedure prior to the secure payment server receiving a mobile payment request, the mobile payment registration procedure comprising:
the secure payment server receives a mobile payment registration request sent by an application terminal, wherein the mobile payment registration request comprises an application terminal identifier and an application terminal user identity identification card identifier;
the secure payment server takes the application terminal identifier as a payment terminal identifier, takes the application terminal user identification card identifier as a payment terminal user identification card identifier, and sends auxiliary terminal acquisition information to the application terminal;
The secure payment server receives auxiliary terminal providing information returned by the application terminal, wherein the auxiliary terminal providing information comprises an auxiliary terminal identifier and an auxiliary terminal user identity identification card identifier;
the secure payment server obtains the user information according to the application terminal identification and/or the application terminal user identification card identification;
if the secure payment server judges that the payment terminal identification, the payment terminal user identification card identification, the auxiliary terminal identification and the auxiliary terminal user identification card identification correspond to the user information, sending payment platform selection information to the application terminal and receiving payment platform confirmation information returned by the application terminal; the payment platform selection information comprises at least one payment platform identifier of a candidate rule, and the payment platform confirmation information comprises at least one payment platform identifier for confirming binding;
the secure payment server generates the first payment rule according to the payment terminal identifier, the payment terminal user identification card identifier, the auxiliary terminal user identification card identifier and the service identifier, and corresponds the first payment rule to the user information.
7. The method of claim 1 or 6, wherein the first payment rule comprises:
first authentication information: the payment terminal identifier, the payment terminal user identification card identifier and the service identifier;
second authentication information: the auxiliary terminal identifier, the payment terminal user identification card identifier and the service identifier;
third authentication information: the auxiliary terminal identifier, the auxiliary terminal user identity card identifier and the service identifier;
fourth authentication information: the payment terminal identifier, the auxiliary terminal user identification card identifier and the service identifier.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the first payment rule further comprises:
a first priority identifier corresponding to the first verification information, a second priority identifier corresponding to the second verification information, a third priority identifier corresponding to the third verification information and a fourth priority identifier corresponding to the fourth verification information; the priorities corresponding to the first priority identifier, the second priority identifier, the third priority identifier and the fourth priority identifier are different from each other.
9. The method as recited in claim 7, further comprising:
the secure payment server obtains each registered terminal identifier and each registered terminal user identity identification card identifier corresponding to the user information according to the user information inquiry in a preset time period;
if judging that each registered terminal identifier does not comprise the payment terminal identifier and/or the auxiliary terminal identifier, and/or each registered terminal user identifier does not comprise the payment terminal user identifier and/or the auxiliary terminal user identifier, sending mobile payment registration change prompt information to a user terminal corresponding to the user information when a preset condition is met;
and receiving a mobile payment registration change request sent by the user terminal, and starting a mobile payment registration change process to update a first payment rule corresponding to the user information.
10. The method as recited in claim 7, further comprising:
the secure payment server obtains each registered terminal identifier and each registered terminal user identification card identifier corresponding to the user information according to the user information inquiry;
And if judging that each registered terminal identifier comprises at least one standby terminal identifier except the payment terminal identifier and the auxiliary terminal identifier, and each registered terminal user identifier comprises at least one standby terminal user identifier except the payment terminal user identifier and the auxiliary terminal user identifier, generating a second payment rule according to each registered terminal identifier and each registered terminal user identifier, and corresponding the second payment rule to the user information.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein the paymate verification process of the first terminal comprises:
the network element device receives a payment platform verification request sent by a first terminal, wherein the payment platform verification request comprises a first terminal identifier, a first terminal user identity card identifier and a service identifier;
the network element device obtains the user information according to the first terminal identification and/or the first terminal user identification card identification, and obtains a corresponding first payment rule in a local query mode according to the user information; wherein the first payment rule is pre-stored locally;
If the network element device judges that the first terminal identifier, the first terminal user identity identification card identifier and the service identifier meet the first payment rule, sending a payment platform verification request to a payment platform through a policy charging control server;
the network element device sends the payment platform verification passing information returned by the payment platform through the policy charging control server to the first terminal; the payment platform verification passing information is sent after the payment platform verification request passes.
