Claims (16)

1. A mobile payment method, comprising:
the safety payment server receives a mobile payment request, wherein the mobile payment request comprises a first terminal identification, a first terminal user identification card identification and a service identification; the mobile payment request is sent by the first terminal after verification through the payment platform;
the secure payment server acquires user information according to the first terminal identification and/or the first terminal user identification card identification, and acquires a first payment rule corresponding to the user information according to the user information; the first payment rule is generated in advance and corresponds to the user information one by one;
the secure payment server acquires a second terminal identification and a second terminal user identification card identification according to the first terminal identification, the first terminal user identification card identification, the service identification and the first payment rule;
the secure payment server acquires the mobile network state of the second terminal corresponding to the second terminal identification and the second terminal user identification card identification according to the second terminal identification and the second terminal user identification card identification;
if the secure payment server judges that the mobile network state of the second terminal is networking, the secure payment server sends payment verification information to the second terminal;
and the secure payment server receives payment confirmation information sent by the second terminal and completes mobile payment according to the payment confirmation information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the secure payment server judges that the mobile network state of the second terminal is the disconnected network, acquiring each registered terminal identification and each registered terminal user identification card identification corresponding to the user information according to the user information;
if the safety payment server judges that at least one third terminal identification exists after the first terminal identification and the second terminal identification are removed from each registered terminal identification, and at least one third terminal user identification card identification exists after the first terminal user identification card identification and the second terminal user identification card identification are removed from each registered terminal user identification card identification, acquiring a fourth terminal identification and a fourth terminal user identification card identification meeting the second payment rule according to each registered terminal identification, each registered terminal user identification card identification and the second payment rule; the second payment rule is generated in advance and corresponds to the user information one by one;
the safety payment server acquires the mobile network state of a fourth terminal corresponding to the fourth terminal identification and the fourth terminal user identification card identification according to the fourth terminal identification and the fourth terminal user identification card identification;
if the secure payment server judges that the mobile network state of the fourth terminal is the networking state, the secure payment server sends payment verification information to the fourth terminal;
and the secure payment server receives payment confirmation information sent by the fourth terminal and completes mobile payment according to the payment confirmation information.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and the safety payment server terminates the mobile payment if a fourth terminal identifier and a fourth terminal user identification card identifier meeting the second payment rule are not obtained according to each registered terminal identifier and each registered terminal user identification card identifier.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and if the safe payment server judges that the mobile network state of the fourth terminal is the disconnected network, the mobile payment is terminated.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining, by the secure payment server, a second terminal identifier and a second end user identification card identifier according to the first terminal identifier, the first end user identification card identifier, the service identifier, and the first payment rule comprises:
and if the safe payment server judges that the first terminal identification, the first terminal user identification card identification and the service identification meet the first payment rule, the safe payment server acquires the second terminal identification and the second terminal user identification card identification from the first payment rule.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein before the secure payment server receives the mobile payment request, the method further comprises a mobile payment registration process comprising:
the safety payment server receives a mobile payment registration request sent by an application terminal, wherein the mobile payment registration request comprises an application terminal identifier and an application terminal user identity identification card identifier;
the secure payment server takes the application terminal identification as a payment terminal identification and the application terminal user identification card identification as a payment terminal user identification card identification, and acquires the user information according to the application terminal identification and/or the application terminal user identification card identification;
the safety payment server acquires each registered terminal identification and each registered terminal user identification card identification corresponding to the user information according to the user information;
the safety payment server removes the application terminal identification from each registered terminal identification to obtain at least one fifth terminal identification, and removes the application terminal user identification from each registered terminal user identification to obtain at least one fifth terminal user identification;
the safety payment server sends auxiliary terminal selection information to the application terminal, wherein the application terminal selection information comprises each fifth terminal identification and each fifth terminal user identification card identification;
the safety payment server receives auxiliary terminal confirmation information returned by the application terminal, wherein the auxiliary terminal confirmation information comprises an auxiliary terminal identification and an auxiliary terminal user identification card identification, the auxiliary terminal identification is one of the fifth terminal identifications, and the auxiliary terminal user identification card identification is one of the fifth terminal user identification card identifications;
the secure payment server sends payment platform selection information to the application terminal and receives payment platform confirmation information returned by the application terminal; the payment platform selection information comprises at least one payment platform identifier to be selected, and the payment platform confirmation information comprises at least one payment platform identifier for confirming binding;
and the safety payment server generates the first payment rule according to the payment terminal identification, the payment terminal user identification card identification, the auxiliary terminal user identification card identification and the service identification, and corresponds the first payment rule with the user information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein before the secure payment server receives the mobile payment request, the method further comprises a mobile payment registration process comprising:
the safety payment server receives a mobile payment registration request sent by an application terminal, wherein the mobile payment registration request comprises an application terminal identifier and an application terminal user identity identification card identifier;
the secure payment server takes the application terminal identification as a payment terminal identification, takes the application terminal user identification card identification as a payment terminal user identification card identification, and sends auxiliary terminal acquisition information to the application terminal;
the safety payment server receives auxiliary terminal provided information returned by the application terminal, wherein the auxiliary terminal provided information comprises an auxiliary terminal identifier and an auxiliary terminal user identity identification card identifier;
the safety payment server acquires the user information according to the application terminal identification and/or the application terminal user identification card identification;
if the safe payment server judges that the payment terminal identification, the payment terminal user identification card identification, the auxiliary terminal identification and the auxiliary terminal user identification card identification correspond to the user information, sending payment platform selection information to the application terminal and receiving payment platform confirmation information returned by the application terminal; the payment platform selection information comprises at least one payment platform identification to be selected, and the payment platform confirmation information comprises at least one payment platform identification for confirming binding;
and the safety payment server generates the first payment rule according to the payment terminal identification, the payment terminal user identification card identification, the auxiliary terminal user identification card identification and the service identification, and corresponds the first payment rule with the user information.
8. The method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the first payment rule comprises:
the first verification information: the payment terminal identification, the payment terminal user identification card identification and the service identification;
the second verification information: the auxiliary terminal identification, the payment terminal user identification card identification and the service identification;
third verification information: the auxiliary terminal identification, the auxiliary terminal user identification card identification and the service identification;
fourth authentication information: the payment terminal identification, the auxiliary terminal user identification card identification and the service identification.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the first payment rule further comprises:
a first priority identifier corresponding to the first verification information, a second priority identifier corresponding to the second verification information, a third priority identifier corresponding to the third verification information, and a fourth priority identifier corresponding to the fourth verification information; the priorities corresponding to the first priority identifier, the second priority identifier, the third priority identifier and the fourth priority identifier are different from each other.
10. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
the safety payment server obtains each registered terminal identification and each registered terminal user identification card identification corresponding to the user information according to the user information inquiry in a preset time period;
if the fact that each registered terminal identification does not comprise the payment terminal identification and/or the auxiliary terminal identification is judged and known, and/or each registered terminal user identification card identification does not comprise the payment terminal user identification card identification and/or the auxiliary terminal user identification card identification is judged and known, mobile payment registration change prompt information is sent to a user terminal corresponding to the user information when a preset condition is met;
and receiving a mobile payment registration change request sent by the user terminal, and starting a mobile payment registration change process to update a first payment rule corresponding to the user information.
11. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
the safety payment server obtains each registered terminal identification and each registered terminal user identification card identification corresponding to the user information according to the user information query;
and if the registered terminal identifications comprise the payment terminal identifications and at least one standby terminal identification except the auxiliary terminal identification and the registered terminal user identification card identifications comprise the payment terminal user identification card identifications and at least one standby terminal user identification card identification except the auxiliary terminal user identification card identifications, generating a second payment rule according to the registered terminal identifications and the registered terminal user identification card identifications and corresponding the second payment rule with the user information.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the payment platform validation process of the first terminal comprises:
a network element device receives a payment platform verification request sent by a first terminal, wherein the payment platform verification request comprises a first terminal identifier, a first terminal user identity identification card identifier and a service identifier;
the network element device acquires the user information according to the first terminal identification and/or the first terminal user identification card identification, and locally inquires and acquires a corresponding first payment rule according to the user information; wherein the first payment rule is pre-stored locally;
if the network element device judges that the first terminal identification, the first terminal user identification card identification and the service identification meet the first payment rule, the network element device sends a payment platform verification request to a payment platform through a policy charging control server;
the network element device sends payment platform verification passing information returned by the payment platform through the policy charging control server to the first terminal; wherein the payment platform verification passing information is sent after the payment platform verifies that the payment platform verification request passes.
13. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
and if the network element device judges that the first terminal identification, the first terminal user identification card identification and the service identification do not meet the first payment rule, terminating the mobile payment.
14. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
and the network element device terminates the mobile payment if the first payment rule is not acquired according to the user information.
15. The method of claim 12, wherein the network element device, prior to receiving the payment platform verification request sent by the first terminal, further comprises:
the network element device receives a bearing request of the first terminal, wherein the bearing request comprises the first terminal identification and the user identification card identification of the first terminal;
the network element device obtains the user information according to the first terminal identification and/or the first terminal user identification card identification, and sends a payment rule query request to the policy and charging control server, wherein the payment rule query request comprises the user information;
the network element device receives a payment rule query result returned by the policy charging control server; if the policy charging control server queries the corresponding first payment rule according to the user information, the payment rule query result comprises the first payment rule corresponding to the user information; if the policy charging control server does not inquire the corresponding first payment rule according to the user inquiry information, the payment rule inquiry result comprises prompt information of the corresponding first payment rule which is not inquired; and the first payment rule corresponding to the user information is pushed to the policy charging control server by the secure payment server.
16. The method of claim 12, wherein the payment platform verification passes an information carrying platform login warning prompt.
