These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are included in the scope of the claims of the present invention which are filed as the application.

Claims (8)

1. A resource aggregator regulation and control information interaction system based on WebService is characterized by comprising a ubiquitous regulation and control platform and a resource aggregator operation platform;
WebService front servers are deployed on the ubiquitous regulation and control platform and the resource aggregator operation platform;
an AGC control receiving service client and a day-ahead plan/market clearing interactive service client are deployed on the WebService front-end server on the ubiquitous regulation and control platform side and are used for calling an AGC control interactive service interface and a day-ahead plan/market clearing interactive service interface which are externally issued by the WebService front-end server on the resource aggregator operation platform side;
the ubiquitous regulation and control platform is further used for packaging and issuing AGC commands and time, next day and previous day plans and market clearing prices through the WebService client according to the preset requirements of the WebService server on the resource aggregator side operation platform on an externally issued interactive service interface;
the system comprises a resource aggregator operation platform side WebService front-end server, a market declaration data interaction service client, a load terminal monomer information interaction service client, a market declaration data interaction service interface and a load terminal monomer information interaction service interface, wherein the WebService front-end server on the resource aggregator operation platform side is provided with the aggregate total data interaction service client, the market declaration data interaction service client and the load terminal monomer information interaction service client;
the resource aggregator operation platform is further used for packaging and uploading aggregate total data, market declaration information and load terminal monomer information through the WebService client according to the requirements of an interaction service interface issued by the WebService front-end server on the ubiquitous regulation and control platform side;
the communication between the interaction service interface issued to the outside by the WebService server on the resource aggregator side and the interaction service interface issued to the outside by the WebService front server on the ubiquitous regulation and control platform side adopts an HTTPS protocol.

The WebService-based resource aggregator regulation and control information interaction system according to claim 1, wherein said ubiquitous regulation and control platform is deployed with a point table data interaction submodule, a file data interaction submodule and an intra-day period data interaction submodule;
the point table data interaction submodule is used for receiving aggregated total sum data of the ubiquitous regulation and control platform and issuing AGC commands and time;
the file data interaction submodule is used for receiving the load terminal single information of the ubiquitous regulation and control platform;
the daily periodical data interaction submodule is used for receiving the market declaration information of the ubiquitous regulation and control platform and issuing the daily plan/market clearing.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the resource aggregator control information interaction system based on WebService comprises a national network resource aggregator operation platform and a third party resource aggregator operation platform.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the WebService pre-server is in a dual-server redundant hot-standby mode.
5. The WebService-based resource aggregator control information interaction system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said load terminal monomer information comprises a resource static model and resource dynamic data, stored in CIM/E file; the resource static model comprises station capacity, name, region and investor information, and the resource dynamic data comprises active data, reactive data and current data.
6. A resource aggregator regulation and control information interaction method based on WebService is characterized by comprising the following steps:
data is sent to the ubiquitous regulation and control platform through the resource aggregator operation platform,
and the combination of (a) and (b),
issuing data to a resource aggregator operation platform through a ubiquitous regulation and control platform;
the resource aggregator operation platform is the resource aggregator operation platform in the resource aggregator regulation and control information interaction system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5; the ubiquitous regulation and control platform is the ubiquitous regulation and control platform in the resource aggregator regulation and control information interaction system according to any one of claims 1 to 5;
the sending of data to the ubiquitous regulation and control platform through the resource aggregator operation platform comprises the following steps:
a resource aggregator operation platform prepares to upload the data of the ubiquitous regulation and control platform;
the resource aggregator operation platform generates corresponding service data according to the type of the data to be uploaded;
the resource aggregator operation platform calls an interaction service interface corresponding to the service data, which is externally published by the WebService front-end server on the side of the ubiquitous regulation and control platform, through a corresponding service client on the WebService front-end server;
the resource aggregator sends the service data to the ubiquitous regulation and control platform on the operation platform;
the data is issued to the resource aggregator operation platform through the ubiquitous regulation and control platform, and the data issuing method comprises the following steps:
the ubiquitous regulation and control platform prepares to issue data of a resource aggregator operation platform;
the ubiquitous regulation and control platform generates corresponding service data according to the type of the issued data;
the ubiquitous regulation and control platform calls an interactive service interface corresponding to the service data, which is externally issued by a WebService front-end server on a resource aggregator operation platform side, through a corresponding service client on the WebService front-end server;
the ubiquitous regulation and control platform issues service data to a resource aggregator operation platform;
the interactive service interface communication adopts an HTTPS protocol.
7. The WebService-based resource aggregator regulation information interaction method according to claim 6, wherein said resource aggregator operating platform generates corresponding service data according to a type of data to be uploaded, comprising:
if the uploaded data is aggregate total sum data, the resource aggregator operation platform organizes aggregate resource total sum power and aggregate resource quantity according to aggregate total sum data point numbers distributed by the ubiquitous regulation and control platform unified information point table;
if the uploaded data is load terminal monomer information, the resource aggregator operation platform distributes market declaration data point numbers for the resource aggregators according to the ubiquitous regulation and control platform unified information point table, 96 different time scales are distinguished through one data point, and the data point comprises 96 values which are 15 minutes every day and are separated every day;
and if the uploaded data is market declaration information, the resource aggregator operation platform generates a load terminal monomer resource static model file and a resource dynamic data file.
8. The WebService-based resource aggregator regulation information interaction method according to claim 6, wherein said ubiquitous regulation platform generates corresponding service data according to the type of data delivered, comprising:
if the issued data is AGC data, the ubiquitous regulation and control platform organizes AGC commands and time information according to AGC control data point numbers distributed by the unified information point table;
if the issued data is day-ahead plan/market clearing data, the ubiquitous regulation and control platform issues day-ahead plan data point numbers distributed for all resource aggregators according to the unified information point table, 96 values are issued in 15-minute intervals in the next day in total day, and 1 value is issued every 15 minutes in a clearing time range according to clearing price data point numbers distributed for all the resource aggregators according to the unified information point table.
