The first connection portion 311 is connected to a side of the intermediate connection portion 313 near the traveling end of the cleaning robot 1000. The second connection portion 312 is connected to a side of the intermediate connection portion 313 away from the traveling end of the cleaning robot 1000. The first connecting rod 321 and the second connecting rod 322 are symmetrically arranged, and a plurality of connecting holes arranged at intervals are arranged on the water absorption rake body 20. One end of the first link 321 and the second link 322 is fixed in the connecting hole of the suction rake body 20, so that the suction rake body 20 is fixedly connected with the rotating rod 32.

Referring to fig. 3 and 5, in some embodiments, the roller brush assembly 10 includes a housing 11, a roller brush 12, and a trash can 13. Wherein, the housing 11 is fixedly connected with the middle connecting part 313 of the mounting bracket 31, and the housing 11 comprises a groove 111 with an opening facing the ground. The roller brush 12 is accommodated in the groove 111, and the end of the roller brush 12 is connected to the housing 11. The garbage box 13 is accommodated in the groove 111 and is disposed on a side of the housing 11 away from the advancing end. When the roll brush 12 rotates in the groove 111 of the housing 11, the roll brush 12 sweeps the floor to catch the garbage into the groove 111, and drops into the garbage box 13 from the groove 111.
Specifically, the housing 11 includes a top plate 112, the top plate 112 is disposed parallel to the ground and is disposed on a side of the housing 11 away from the ground, and the housing 11 is fixedly connected to the intermediate connection portion 313 through the top plate 112. The roll brush 12 is a rod-shaped body, and the roll brush 12 includes at least one. Each of the roll brushes 12 is approximately fitted into the groove 111, and the roll brush 12 includes a brush roller 121 and a plurality of brush strips 122 attached to the surface of the brush roller 121. The end of the brush roller 121 is movably connected to the housing 11, each brush strip 122 is substantially V-shaped, the brush strips 122 are arranged on the surface of the brush roller 121 at intervals, and a part of the brush strips 122 extend from the surface of the brush roller 121 to the outside of the groove 111 and contact the ground. When the cleaning robot 1000 performs a task, the rolling brush 12 rotates counterclockwise, the brush strip 122 cleans the ground, and garbage such as paper scraps, plastic bags or toothpicks on the ground is rolled into the groove 111 from the side of the rolling brush 12 close to the traveling end and falls into the garbage box 13 disposed on the side of the housing 11 away from the traveling end, so that the garbage in the sewage on the ground is avoided. Thus, when the cleaning robot 1000 executes a cleaning task, the rolling brush 12 rolls up the existing garbage on the ground and collects the garbage into the garbage box 13, so that the problem that the cleaning effect of the water absorption rake body 20 is influenced due to the fact that the water absorption pipe 21 of the water absorption rake body 20 is blocked by the garbage because the garbage exists in the sewage is avoided.
In certain embodiments, the roll brush 12 includes a first mount 123 and a first mount 124. Wherein, the first mounting member 123 is provided at an end portion of the roll brush 12, and the roll brush 12 is connected with the housing 11 by the mounting member. The first mounting member 123 is connected to the housing 11 by a first dismounting member 124.

The first mounting member 124 may include a plurality of first mounting members 123 respectively disposed at two sides of the opening 1231, the first mounting member 123 is fixedly connected to the end of the housing 11 through the first mounting member 124, the first mounting member 124 includes a first knob portion 1241, and a user can screw the first knob portion 1241 to detach the first mounting member 124. It can be understood that, since the roller brush 12 is a wearing part, the brush strip 122 will be worn away by rubbing against the ground during the rotation of the roller brush 12, resulting in a reduced cleaning effect of the roller brush 12 against the ground, and the roller brush 12 needs to be removed. If the user wants to replace the roller brush 12, the first mounting member 124 is removed from the first mounting member 123, and the first mounting member 123 is disconnected from the housing 11, so that the roller brush 12 can be removed from the recess 111 of the housing 11. In this way, the first mounting member 123 and the first dismounting member 124 are arranged, so that the rolling brush 12 can be conveniently dismounted, and the rolling brush 12 assembly can be conveniently replaced by a user.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the waste bin 13 includes a bottom plate 131. The bottom plate 131 is disposed on a side close to the ground and includes a plurality of through holes 1311 disposed at intervals.
It can be understood that, since the cleaning robot 1000 sprays the cleaning water to the floor through the liquid spraying device 400 and then the floor is washed by the washing and brushing device 500, the cleaning water becomes sewage after the floor is washed by the washing and brushing device 500, and the sewage may include garbage such as paper scraps, garbage bags, or toothpicks, the roll brush assembly 10 may roll the garbage on the floor into the garbage box 13 while rotating the roll brush 12 to roll the garbage into the garbage box 13, and may also roll the sewage into the garbage box 13. Therefore, in order to allow the sewage dropped into the garbage box 13 to fall back to the ground, the floor of the garbage box 13 is provided with a plurality of through holes 1311 arranged at intervals, the sewage can fall back to the ground from the through holes 1311, and the garbage remains in the garbage box 13. In this way, the sewage swept by the rolling brush 12 and caught in the garbage box 13 can be returned to the ground through the through hole 1311.
In some embodiments, the housing 11 includes a side plate 114, the side plate 114 includes a mounting slot 11411, and the waste bin 13 further includes a second mounting member 132 and a second removal member 133. The second mounting member 132 is disposed at one end of the bottom plate 131, the second mounting member 132 includes a flange 1321 extending from the end of the bottom plate 131 to the side plate 114, the flange 1321 is inserted into the mounting groove 11411, and the garbage box 13 is connected to the housing 11 through the second mounting member 132. The second mounting member 133 is connected to the second mounting member 132 and the side plate 114, respectively.
Specifically, the side panel 114 includes a first sub-side panel 1141 and a second sub-side panel 1142. Are respectively arranged opposite to the two ends of the top plate 112 and are vertical to the ground. The mounting groove 11411 is disposed on the first sub-side plate 1141. The first sub-side plate 1141 further includes a first opening 11412, the end of the trash box 13 extends from the first opening 11412 in the recess 111 of the housing 11, and the second mounting member 132 is attached to the side plate 114. The flanges 1321 are inserted into the mounting slots 11411 to restrict the freedom of the upper and lower ends of the waste bin 13. The second mounting member 132 and the first sub-side plate 1141 are provided with opposite threaded holes, and the second mounting member 132 and the first sub-side plate 1141 are fixed by the second dismounting member 133 through the threaded holes respectively. The second mounting member 133 includes a second knob portion 1331, and when the second mounting member 132 is fixedly connected to the side plate 114, a user can screw the second knob portion 1331 to screw the second mounting member 133 into the threaded holes of the second mounting member 132 and the first sub-side plate 1141. When detaching, the user unscrews the second knob portion 1331 to remove the second detaching element 133 from the screw holes of the second attaching element 132 and the first sub-side plate 1141, so as to disconnect the second attaching element 132 and the first sub-side plate 1141. The user then withdraws the waste bin 13 from the first opening 11412 to remove the waste bin 13 from the recess 111. It will be appreciated that since the waste bin 13 is of limited capacity, when the bin 13 is full of waste, it is necessary to empty the bin 13 of waste. Therefore, the second mounting member 132 and the second detaching member 133 can fix the garbage box 13 to the housing 11, and the garbage box 13 is easily detached to remove the garbage box 13 from the housing 11 for removing garbage.
In some embodiments, the housing 11 further includes a fixing portion 113, the fixing portion 113 is disposed in the recess 111 and fixed on the side plate 114 of the housing 11, and the fixing portion 113 is disposed at one end of the garbage box 13.
Specifically, the fixing portion 113 is rectangular and is fixedly disposed on the second sub-side plate 1142 and opposite to the first opening 11412. The fixing portion 113 includes a second opening 1131, the second opening 1131 is disposed toward the first opening 11412, and an end of the trash box 13 extends into the fixing portion 113 from the second opening 1131 to connect with the second sub-side plate 1142. When the second mounting member 133 is removed from the second mounting member 132 and the threaded hole of the first sub-side plate 1141, the garbage can 13 can be drawn out from the second opening 1131 of the fixing portion 113, and the garbage can 13 can be taken out from the recess 111 of the housing 11. Thus, through the arrangement of the fixing portion 113, one end of the garbage box 13 can be mounted on the housing 11 through the fixing portion 113, and the garbage box 13 can be taken out from one end of the second mounting member 132 only by detaching the second mounting member 133, which is convenient and fast.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the leading edge body 20 further includes a water collecting member 22, the water collecting member 22 is used for collecting sewage on the ground, the water collecting member 22 includes a through groove 2231 perpendicular to the ground, and the suction pipe 21 is disposed in the through groove 2231.
Specifically, the water collection member 22 includes a first baffle 221, a second baffle 222, and a main body plate 223. The first shutter 221 is disposed on a side of the main body plate 223 away from the traveling end, and the second shutter 222 is disposed on a side of the main body plate 223 close to the traveling end. The first barrier 221 is disposed in contact with the ground. The first baffle 221 includes a first fastening portion 2211, the second baffle 222 includes a second fastening portion 2221, the main plate 223 includes a protruding portion 2232 connected to the first fastening portion 2211 and the second fastening portion 2221, the first baffle 221 is fastened to the protruding portion 2232 through the first fastening portion 2211 and fixed to the main plate 223, and the second baffle 222 is fastened to the protruding portion 2232 through the second fastening portion 2221 and fixed to the main plate 223. The first and second blocking plates 221 and 222 can be detached from the main body plate 223 by pulling the first and second engagement portions 2211 and 2221, respectively, to disconnect the protrusion 2232. It should be noted that, because the first baffle 221 is in contact with the ground, when the cleaning robot 1000 moves, the first baffle 221 may rub against the ground and wear, and when the first baffle 221 is worn to a certain extent, the first baffle 221 needs to be replaced, so that the first baffle 221 can be conveniently detached and replaced by the first fastening portion 2211 and the protruding portion 2232, the through groove 2231 is disposed on the main body plate 223, the water suction pipe 21 is connected to the through groove 2231, and one side of the water suction pipe 21 close to the ground is spaced from the ground so as to suck sewage into the sewage tank 200 of the cleaning robot 1000.
Further, the water absorption rake body 20 further comprises an obstacle avoidance wheel 23. Obstacle avoidance wheel 23 includes a plurality of, evenly sets up in the tip of catchment piece 22 and keeps away from the one side setting on ground. The obstacle avoidance wheel 23 serves to protect the water collection member 22 from direct collision of the water collection member 22 with an obstacle. The obstacle avoidance wheel 23 can rotate in the horizontal direction to reduce friction with the obstacle when contacting the obstacle, so as to prevent the obstacle from continuously influencing the water absorption raking body 20.
Referring further to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the mounting assembly 30 further includes a flexible connector 34, wherein the flexible connector 34 is movably connected to the water collecting member 22 and the mounting bracket 31, respectively. The mounting assembly 30 further includes a plurality of elastic connectors 34, and the plurality of elastic connectors 34 are respectively connected to the second connecting portion 312 and the suction rake body 20.
It can be understood that, when an obstacle collides with the water absorption rake body 20 during the cleaning task performed by the cleaning robot 1000, the water absorption rake body 20 rotates relative to the mounting bracket 31 to avoid the obstacle because the water absorption rake body 20 is movably connected to the mounting bracket 31. When the body 20 is far away from the obstacle, the obstacle is deviated from the original position. Therefore, the arrangement of the plurality of elastic connecting pieces 34 can restore the wiper body 20. The plurality of elastic connecting pieces 34 are respectively and symmetrically arranged at two sides of the rotating rod 32, one end of each elastic connecting piece 34 is connected with the second connecting part 312, and the other end is connected with the end part of the water absorption rake body 30. In the present application, the resilient connecting element 34 is a spring.
The cleaning robot 1000 provided by the present application includes the wiper assembly 100 of any of the embodiments described above.

Claims (10)
