Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more clearly understood, the present disclosure is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the disclosure and are not intended to limit the disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
The defect that the experience of the staff is poor due to the fact that the real will of the staff is not considered when enterprise WeChat is opened for the staff in the prior art is considered. The method for opening the instant message service provided by the disclosure judges whether the contact has opened the instant message service under the condition that the instant message aiming at the contact is not successfully sent, if not, a contact list collection mechanism is triggered, namely, a contact list collection request is sent to other systems, after the other systems receive the request, a first contact list with changed contact states and/or a second contact list requesting to open the instant message service can be collected, then the system can determine whether to open the instant message service for the contact based on the contact list, for example, if the first contact list does not contain the contact and the second contact list contains the contact, the instant message service can be opened for the contact. The embodiment of the disclosure can determine whether to open the instant message service for the contact person based on the contact person list, fully considers the real will of the contact person, and achieves the effect of improving the use experience of the contact person.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a provisioning method for an instant messaging service according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for opening the instant message service may include steps S101 to S104, wherein:
step S101, monitoring and knowing that the instant message aiming at the contact person is not successfully sent, and judging whether the contact person opens the instant message service.
In embodiments of the present disclosure, in case it is known that the instant message is not successfully sent to the contact, the reason for the failure of sending may be further analyzed. For example, whether the instant message service is opened by the contact person is judged, if the instant message service is opened by the contact person is judged, the message sending may fail due to network interruption, server response failure and the like, and at this time, the instant message may be sent to the contact person again. The instant messaging service may include, among other things, enterprise WeChat.
Step S102, if the contact does not open the instant message service, a contact list collection request is sent to other systems, so that the other systems collect the contact list based on the contact list collection request, wherein the contact list comprises a first contact list with changed contact states and/or a second contact list with a request for opening the instant message service.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the first contact list may include a leave list and/or an identification change list, where the leave list may include contacts who have left their jobs, and the identification change list may include a change in an identification of a contact, such as a change in an identification of a contact from lisan to lisi.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, if it is determined that the instant message service is not opened for the contact, a contact list collection mechanism may be triggered, so as to analyze whether the instant message service is to be opened for the contact according to the contact list. Specifically, if the instant message service is not opened by the contact, the system may send a contact list collection request to other systems, and after receiving the request, the other systems may collect the contact list. Further, other systems, after collecting the contact list, are also configured to return the contact list to the collection service such that the collection service stores the contact list to the contact database. Wherein, the collection service can be pre-registered on hooks (hook) of other systems, and the hooks can include but are not limited to HTTP, in-process communication and the like.
For example, the other system is an OA system, the collection service may be registered in advance on a hook of the OA system, and when the system determines that the instant messaging service is not opened for the contact, the OA system may be triggered to collect a contact list, for example, if the contact lisan leaves, the OA system may identify the leaving status of the user, further, the hook of the OA system may notify the collection service of the contact list, and the collection service may store the contact list in the contact database.
Optionally, other systems may also actively collect the contact list, for example, if the other systems monitor that the state of the contact changes and/or the contact requests to open the instant messaging service, the other systems may collect the contacts, return the collected contact list to the collection service, and return the contact list to the contact database by the collection service.
For example, the other system is an OA system, the collection service may be registered in advance on a hook of the OA system, and the collection service may actively collect the contact list when the OA system learns that the state of the contact is changed and/or the contact requests to open the instant messaging service, and the hook of the OA system may notify the collection service of the contact list, and the collection service may store the contact list in the contact database.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 schematically illustrates a schematic diagram of collecting a contact list according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In fig. 2, the SAGA system may include the collection service in the embodiment of the present disclosure and a system to which the opening method of the instant messaging service of the present disclosure is applied, after the OA system collects the contact list, the contact list may be returned to the collection service of the SAGA system through a hook, the collection service may store the contact list to a contact database, and the system to which the opening method of the instant messaging service of the present disclosure is applied may acquire the contact list from the contact database.
It should be noted that before the collection service stores the contact list in the contact database, a comparison operation may be performed, and only the contact increment is stored in the contact database.
For example, the contact database has stored a second list of contacts as lie three, wang one, and the collection service now receives a second list of contacts that includes lie three, zhao two. The instant message service is opened by repeatedly requesting to find out "Lisan", and only "Zhao Di" can be stored in the user data at this time.
And step S103, acquiring a contact list.
Wherein, obtaining the contact list comprises: a contact list is obtained from a contact database.
Optionally, in order to accelerate the process of the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the OA system collects the contact list, the OA system may return the contact list to the collection service, and may also directly return the contact list to the OA system.
And step S104, determining whether to open the instant message service for the contact person based on the contact person list.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, determining whether to open an instant message service for a contact based on a contact list may include: judging whether the second contact list contains contacts or not; and if the second contact list contains the contact, opening the instant message service for the contact. Before the instant message service is opened for the contact person, in order to fully consider the real will of the contact person, whether the contact person exists in the second contact person list or not can be searched, that is, whether the contact person actively submits a request for opening the instant message service or not is judged, and if the contact person exists, the instant message service can be opened for the contact person.
The determining whether the second contact list includes a contact may include: judging whether the first contact list contains contacts or not; and if the first contact list does not contain the contact, judging whether the second contact list contains the contact. In order to avoid the defect that the instant message service is opened for the contact with the changed state, which causes unnecessary system overhead, the embodiment of the disclosure may first determine whether there is a contact in the first contact list, and if not, may further determine whether the contact is included in the second contact list.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, if the first contact list contains the contact or the second contact list does not contain the contact, the instant message service is not opened for the contact. If the first contact list contains the contact, the state of the contact may be changed, for example, the contact is already out of work, or the identification of the contact is changed, for example, lisan is changed into lisi, and it is not necessary to open the messaging service for the contact. If the contact person does not exist in the second contact person, it indicates that the contact person may not actively request to open the instant messaging service, and at this time, the instant messaging service may not be opened for the contact person in order to fully consider the real will of the contact person.
The embodiment of the disclosure can determine whether to open the instant message service for the contact based on the contact list, fully considers the real will of the contact, realizes the effect of improving the use experience of the contact, and avoids the defect that the staff experience is poor due to the fact that the real will of the staff is not considered when the enterprise WeChat is opened for the staff in the prior art.
Fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a provisioning method for an instant messaging service according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for opening an instant messaging service may further include steps S301 to S306, wherein:
step S301, a code branch merging request is received.
Step S302, sending the message through the IM instant communication system.
Step S303, determining whether the message is successfully sent, if so, performing step S306, otherwise, performing step S304.
Step S304, determining whether to open the instant messaging service, if yes, returning to step S302, and if not, executing step S305.
Step S305, triggering a list collecting mechanism and sending a request for opening the instant communication service.
And step S306, ending.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving a code branch merging request submitted by a programmer, an instant message may be sent to a contact with code branch merging right through an IM instant messaging system. If the sending fails, whether the contact person opens the instant communication service (also called instant message service) can be further judged, and if the contact person opens the instant communication service, the message can be sent to the contact person again. If not, a contact list collection mechanism may be triggered, and whether to open the instant message service for the contact may be analyzed according to the collected contact list, and the specific analysis process is described in the above embodiment and will not be described herein again. Further, if it is analyzed that the instant message service needs to be opened for the contact, the embodiment of the disclosure may automatically open the instant message service for the contact.
