In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present application with unnecessary detail.
It should be understood that the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising," when used in this specification and the appended claims, specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof.
In addition, in the description of the present application and the appended claims, the terms "first," "second," "third," and the like are used merely to distinguish between descriptions and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
The attendance checking method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the intelligent attendance checking terminal, and specifically, the specific type of the attendance checking terminal can be a fingerprint attendance checking terminal. In this embodiment, a fingerprint attendance terminal is taken as an example for explanation.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an implementation of an attendance checking method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes the following steps:
s101, the intelligent attendance terminal identifies the fingerprints acquired at the current moment to obtain a card punching result of the fingerprints.
In an embodiment, when the fingerprint attendance terminal is used for attendance checking of the staff, the identity information, the fingerprint information and the attendance rule of the staff are usually input in the fingerprint attendance terminal at the same time in advance.
In an embodiment, the identity information is used to identify an employee identity. The fingerprint information is used for comparing with the fingerprint collected by the fingerprint attendance terminal by the staff at any moment, and outputting the card punching result of the staff. The attendance rules are used for limiting the attendance time and the attendance place of the staff. Generally, the attendance time of each employee of the same enterprise is the same, and the attendance place is the place of the enterprise. However, for staff needing to go out to visit the client, the attendance rule is the outgoing attendance rule. At this time, the attendance time and the attendance place may be specially set, which is not limited.
In an embodiment, the current time is the time when the fingerprint is collected by the fingerprint attendance terminal, where the technology of identifying the collected fingerprint is the prior art, and will not be described in detail.
In an embodiment, the foregoing card punching result includes a success result and a failure result. For a successful result, the fingerprint attendance terminal should also record the card punching time of the staff. It can be understood that if the identification result of the fingerprint is consistent with any pre-entered fingerprint information, the employee corresponding to the fingerprint information is considered to have performed the card punching, and the card punching result is a successful result. Otherwise, the card punching result is considered to be a failure result.
It should be noted that, the reasons for the failure result may include that the staff has dirt or is stained with water on the finger, so that the fingerprint attendance terminal cannot collect all fingerprint information of the staff finger for identification.
S102, if the card punching result is a failure result and the intelligent attendance terminal has a failure result of continuous preset times of fingerprint card punching failure after the current moment, recording the failure time of the fingerprint card punching failure.
In an embodiment, the continuous preset number of times may be preset by a worker according to actual situations, which is not limited. The preset number of times may be 3 times, for example.
It can be understood that in the practical application scenario, when the fingerprint attendance machine is used for attendance checking, if the fingerprint attendance machine is in the time of the card punching peak and the fingers of the staff punching the card have stains or are stained with water and other emergency conditions, the fingerprint attendance machine cannot quickly and smoothly identify the staff. At this time, the fingerprint attendance terminal generally displays prompt information of fingerprint card punching failure so as to prompt staff. In addition, in general, after hearing the prompt information, the staff will perform fingerprint punching again. However, if the continuous card punching fails, and the staff continuously performs the card punching, the attendance of other staff is delayed.
Under the above circumstances, the staff may have priority to let other staff to check in after the continuous check-in failure, and remove the stains or water drops on their own fingerprints, and then check in again after the other staff check-in is completed. However, this will delay the time of checking in itself, i.e. the time of punching the card again may exceed the preset time of checking in.
Based on the above, when the card punching results obtained by the fingerprint attendance terminal three times continuously are all failure results, the failure time of the card punching failure can be recorded, and then the following steps are executed.
It should be noted that, for each failure result of fingerprint card punching failure, the fingerprint attendance terminal records a first card punching time. Therefore, when the fingerprint card fails in a continuous preset number of times, the first card punching time when the fingerprint card fails for a plurality of times is recorded. However, the fingerprint attendance terminal only records one of the first card time as the failure time.
Specifically, the fingerprint attendance terminal may determine the earliest first card time among the recorded plurality of first card times as the failure time. It can be understood that, since the staff normally performs fingerprint card punching, the card punching is successful once, so that the earliest first card punching time is determined as the failure time, and the first card punching time is more matched with the staff card punching time in the actual scene.
In a specific embodiment, the fingerprint attendance terminal records a failure time of fingerprint card punching failure after having a failure result of continuous preset times of fingerprint card punching failure. Based on this, when the continuous preset number of times is not reached, the failure time is not recorded. Namely, when fingerprint punching is performed for the third time, if the punching result is a successful result, the failure time is not recorded. At this time, the fingerprint attendance terminal can consider that the employee has successfully punched the card. If the fingerprint attendance terminal has four or five continuous failure results, the fingerprint attendance terminal only records one failure time. However, if the number of consecutive times of the failure result is a multiple of the preset number, the recorded failure time will also have a plurality of corresponding times. Illustratively, if the number of consecutive times (six times) of the failure result is twice the preset number (three times), the number of recorded failure times should also be two, and so on.
S103, when receiving first card punching request information sent by a first terminal, the intelligent attendance terminal establishes an association relation between failure time and a first worker according to the first card punching request information; the first card punching request information includes identity information of the first employee.
In an embodiment, the first card punching request information is information sent by a first worker through a first terminal held in a hand. The first terminal includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and other terminal devices, and the type of the first terminal is not limited in this embodiment.
In a specific embodiment, the first terminal is provided with an application program for checking in and checking out a card. When the first employee continuously presets the times of card punching failure on the fingerprint attendance checking terminal, the first employee can log in an application program in the first terminal and send first card punching request information to the fingerprint attendance checking terminal. When logging in an application program, the first terminal needs to authorize login information and user information. The user information is identity information of the first employee.
In an embodiment, the association relationship is a relationship between the failure time and the first worker. Specifically, it may be considered as an association relationship between the failure time and the identity information of the first employee.
It should be noted that, in conjunction with the explanation of the failure time in S102, the fingerprint attendance terminal may include multiple failure times at the same time. However, for the uploaded first card punching request information, the fingerprint attendance terminal cannot accurately determine the identity information in the first card punching request information from a plurality of failure times, and the identity information should be associated with which failure time.
For example, if the fingerprint attendance terminal records a failure time, but does not timely acquire the first card punching request information, the fingerprint attendance terminal may record another failure time in the period. At this time, if the fingerprint attendance terminal receives a first card punching request message, the fingerprint attendance terminal cannot accurately correlate the actual failure time between two employees based on the first card punching request message.
Based on this, when there are a plurality of failure times, in order to accurately correlate the failure times with the corresponding first staff, referring to fig. 2, the intelligent attendance terminal may be implemented by the following sub-steps S1031-S1033:
s1031, the intelligent attendance terminal sends each failure time to the first terminal according to the first card punching request information.
S1032, the intelligent attendance terminal receives the target failure time returned by the first terminal; the target failure time is one of a plurality of failure times.
S1033, the intelligent attendance terminal establishes an association relation between the target failure time and the first worker.
In an embodiment, when receiving the first card punching request information, the intelligent attendance terminal may send each failure time to the first terminal uploading the first card punching request information. And then the first terminal can display the multiple failure times, receive the target failure time selected by the first staff on the first terminal, and upload the target failure time. And finally, the fingerprint attendance terminal can correlate the received target failure time with the identity information of the first employee corresponding to the first terminal.
It should be noted that, after the fingerprint attendance terminal associates the target failure time with the identity information of the first employee, the number of failure times recorded in the fingerprint attendance terminal will be reduced by one.
If the first card punching request information sent by any first terminal is not received after the failure time of card punching failure is recorded, the fingerprint attendance terminal can set the failure time as invalid time. The first employee is indicated to possibly clear the finger in a later time period, the card is directly punched at the fingerprint attendance terminal, and the card punching result is a successful result.
In another specific embodiment, after establishing the association relationship between the failure time and the first employee, the intelligent attendance terminal may further send a reminder to the first terminal; the reminding information is used for reminding the first worker to punch the card by fingerprints within a preset time period.
In an embodiment, the reminding information may be sent to an application program installed on the first terminal through the fingerprint attendance terminal, so as to remind the first employee to punch a card by fingerprints within a preset time period.
In an embodiment, in order to further avoid that the first employee forgets to punch a card due to work, the fingerprint attendance terminal may send the reminding information to the first terminal every other target duration.
And S104, if the card punching result of the first employee is obtained within the preset time after the failure time, setting the failure time as the card punching time of the first employee based on the association relationship by the intelligent attendance terminal when the card punching result is a successful result.
In an embodiment, the preset time period may be set by a worker according to actual situations, which is not limited. The preset duration generally does not exceed the working duration of the first worker on the working day.
In a specific embodiment, the purpose of setting the first preset duration is to: the first worker can punch the card as soon as possible so as to generate the card punching result of the first worker at the time. It can be appreciated that the fingerprint attendance terminal has previously recorded a failure time and associates the failure time with the first employee. If the first employee forgets to punch the card after that, the recorded failure time may conflict with the next attendance time of the first employee.
In addition, in another embodiment, if the card punching result of the first employee is not received within a preset time, it indicates that the first employee has forgotten to punch a card. Therefore, in order to avoid that the failure time recorded at this time affects other attendance times of the first employee, the fingerprint attendance terminal may record that the card-punching result of the first employee is not punched, and set the failure time associated with the first employee as an invalid card-punching time.
For example, for the failure time recorded in the on-duty attendance, if the first worker does not punch the card again until the off-duty attendance, the recorded failure time will collide with the on-duty attendance punch time.
It can be appreciated that in an implementation scenario, if the first employee fails to punch the card continuously for a preset number of times, and is at the time of the card punching peak, the first employee will delay the card punching time of the first employee and the card punching time of other employees when cleaning the finger and punching the card again.
Based on this, in this embodiment, when the collected fingerprints are identified under the continuous preset times, after the obtained card punching results are all failure results, the intelligent attendance terminal can record a failure time for performing fingerprint card punching failure. If the first card punching request information sent by the first terminal is received later, the intelligent attendance terminal can establish an association relation between the identity information of the first staff in the first card punching request information and the failure time so as to record the failure time of the first staff card punching failure in advance. Then, within a preset period after the failure time. If the intelligent attendance terminal acquires the card punching result of the first employee again and the card punching result of the first employee is a successful result, the failure time is directly set as the card punching time of the first employee according to the pre-established association relationship. Therefore, when the first staff check-in time is in the check-in peak period and the fingers of the first staff check-in time have stains or are stained with water and other emergency conditions, the attendance of other staff can not be delayed, the attendance time of the first staff is not delayed, and the check-in efficiency is improved.
In an embodiment, after the card punching result is obtained, the fingerprint attendance terminal can upload the card punching result to the server for storage, whether the card punching result is a success result or a failure result. Wherein, for successful results, the card punching time of the first employee should also be uploaded when uploading to the server. The failure result includes the first employee not having the card-punching result, so that only the failure result of the first employee may be uploaded when the failure result is uploaded.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the intelligent attendance terminal may perform attendance checking on enterprise employees of the outgoing visiting client through the following steps S11-S14:
s11, the intelligent attendance checking terminal receives second card punching request information uploaded by a second terminal; the second card punching request information comprises identity information of a second employee, second card punching time and position information.
S12, the intelligent attendance terminal acquires the attendance rule of the second employee according to the identity information of the second employee.
S13, if the attendance rule of the second employee is an outgoing attendance rule, the attendance place of the intelligent attendance terminal in the outgoing attendance rule is consistent with the position information, and when the attendance time in the outgoing attendance rule is later than the second card punching time, the card punching result of the second employee is set to be a successful result.
S14, if not, the intelligent attendance terminal sets the card punching result of the second staff as a failure result.
In an embodiment, the second terminal is a terminal held by an outgoing employee, where the first terminal and the second terminal are only used for distinguishing descriptions, and are not understood to indicate or imply relative importance. That is, when the employee is not going out, the terminal held by the employee can be regarded as the first terminal, and when the employee is going out, the terminal held by the employee is the second terminal.
In an embodiment, the second terminal sends the second card punching request information to the fingerprint attendance checking terminal through an application program. Based on this, when the application is installed in the second terminal, the location authority of the second terminal needs to be acquired to determine the location information of the second terminal. The second punching time is the time of uploading the second punching request information.
In an embodiment, the outgoing attendance rule may be a rule set in advance in the fingerprint attendance terminal by a worker. For example, when an employee a needs to visit a customer on a daily basis, the staff can set the attendance rule of the employee a according to the location of the customer and the contracted visit time. At this time, the set attendance rule is the outgoing attendance rule.
In an embodiment, the fingerprint attendance terminal may set the card punching result of the second employee as a successful result only when the attendance place in the outgoing attendance rule is consistent with the position information and the attendance time in the outgoing attendance rule is later than the second card punching time; otherwise, the card punching result of the second staff is set as a failure result. The attendance checking place and the position information are consistent with each other, which can be that: when the distance between the attendance place and the position information is in a preset range, the attendance place and the position information can be considered to be consistent.
In another embodiment, the second punch request information may further include fingerprint information to be identified of the second employee. The application program for checking work attendance and punching cards can acquire/use the fingerprint acquisition function provided by the second terminal when being installed on the second terminal so as to acquire the fingerprint information to be identified of the second staff. And then, the second terminal can upload the collected fingerprint information to be identified to the fingerprint attendance terminal so that the fingerprint attendance terminal can match the fingerprint attendance terminal with the prestored fingerprint information of the second staff, and the attendance of the second staff is finished, so that the false card punching condition is avoided.
