According to the method, the device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium for managing the grouping of the network users, the user type of the first user is determined according to the identification of the first user by receiving the identification of the first user sent by the terminal; determining a service item of a first user according to the user type of the first user; and sending the service item to the terminal to provide the service item to the first user. In the embodiment of the application, the service item of the first user is determined according to the user type of the first user, and the service item is sent to the terminal to provide the service item for the first user, so that different services are provided for different types of network users in a personalized manner.
If the first user is a distributor or a reseller, the website configurator of the server may further enable the reseller or the distributor to create web pages of respective versions, in which the distributor and the distributor may use respective customized brands, contents, and a sub-domain or master Uniform Resource Locator (URL), which is not limited in this embodiment.
Based on this, in one possible implementation manner, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a packet management method for a network user provided by another embodiment of the present application, where the method may be executed by a packet management device for the network user, and the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, for example: the apparatus may include part or all of a terminal device or a server, and the following describes a packet management method for a network user by taking an interaction between the terminal device and the server as an example, as shown in fig. 3, after step S103, the method in this embodiment may further include:
step S201: the server judges whether the user type of the first user is a reseller or a distributor.
After the server determines the user type of the first user according to the identifier of the first user, the server may further determine whether the user type of the first user is a reseller or a wholesaler.
Step S202: and if the user type of the first user is a reseller or a wholesaler, establishing a network page of the first user according to the sub-domain information and the webpage editing information of the first user.
If the user type of the first user is a reseller or a wholesaler, the server establishes the network page of the first user according to the sub-domain information and the webpage editing information of the first user.
In a possible implementation manner, the customized web page is activated according to the sub-domain information of the first user, wherein the sub-domain information of the first user can be a sub-domain predefined by the user or a sub-domain customized by the user, after the web page is created, the user can preview the website on the sub-domain or their real time domain, and can publish or not publish the website at any time, and only needs to input the maintenance mode. And then, inputting webpage editing information through the terminal, and editing the content in the network page.
After the network page of the first user is established, the page content in the network page may also be edited, and in a possible implementation manner, the group management method for network users provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
the terminal sends a page editing request to the server, the server receives the page editing request sent by the terminal, updates the page information of the network page according to the page editing request, finally sends the updated page information of the network page to the terminal, and the terminal receives the updated page information of the network page.
The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific form of the page editing request and the specific page editing content, for example, the user editing request may be used to request to edit information such as a main body, a header, a footer, a homepage, a store introduction, a contact, a language setting, a geographic location, a social link, etc. of the web page, may also edit user permissions such as enabling or disabling available languages of the store, whether a guest user can see a price, enabling and disabling a delivery provider, disabling storage, etc., and may also be used to request to edit information such as product information, a user order, a user invoice, etc., and specifically, for example, triggering of the page editing request may be implemented by receiving different user operations through the terminal. The method and the device for editing and managing the web pages are not limited in the embodiment of the application.
The server updates the page information of the web page according to the page editing request, for example, by editing the body, header, footer, homepage, introduction to the store, contact, language settings, geographical location, social links, etc. of the web page, or by editing user permissions, for example, enabling or disabling the available languages of the store, whether the guest user can see the price, enabling and disabling the delivery provider, disabling storage, etc. of the web page. After the server updates the page information of the network page, the server sends the updated page information of the network page to the terminal, and the terminal receives the updated page information of the network page.
For resellers and wholesalers, a user may query relevant information through a web page, and in one possible implementation, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for packet management of a network user according to another embodiment of the present application, where the method may be executed by a packet management device of the network user, and the device may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, for example: the apparatus may include part or all of a terminal device or a server, and the following describes a packet management method for a network user by taking an interaction between the terminal device and the server as an example, as shown in fig. 4, the method in this embodiment of the present application may include:
step S301: the server receives an inquiry request sent by the terminal.
The terminal sends the query request to the server, and may receive the user operation trigger through the terminal, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific content of the query request, and in a possible implementation manner, the query request may be used to query at least one of the following information: a user list of a second user, an order list of the second user, a product sales data report, and invoice information; the first user is a reseller and the second user is a retail user; or the first user is a wholesaler and the second user is a reseller.
In one possible embodiment, the product information includes at least one of: product price, product preference information, product name, product code, product description, product picture, product category and product inventory; the product sales data report includes at least one of: product sales, product commission; the invoice information includes at least one of: the system comprises an invoice table, order information associated with the invoice and reciprocal invoice information, wherein the reciprocal invoice information is the invoice information after commission payment and rebate payment are proportionally distributed to a reseller and a wholesaler.
The specific content of the query request in the embodiment of the present application is not limited to this, for example, the query request may also be used to query receipt information, etc. The receipt refers to all the list of payments made by the platform through the credit card. Whenever a payment is made through the platform via a credit card, the system generates a receipt containing the payment amount, details of the payee and associated order, and may provide the user with a form to view and print the receipts generated by the system in connection with their payment, which the user may search and sort through web pages and may print the receipts.
Step S302: and sending the query content to the terminal according to the query request and the user type of the first user.
The query contents of the users are also not exactly the same for different user types, for example, the reseller can view and manage the list of retail users assigned to them, the product price of the retail users, the credit status of the retail users, the orders of the retail users, etc., the wholesaler can view and manage the list of resellers assigned to them, the product price of the reseller, the credit status of the reseller, the orders of the reseller, etc.; the embodiments of the present application are merely examples, and are not limited thereto.
The following are embodiments of the apparatus of the present application that may be used to perform embodiments of the method of the present application. For details which are not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present application, reference is made to the embodiments of the method of the present application.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a packet management device for a network user according to an embodiment of the present application, where the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, for example: the apparatus may be part or all of a server, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus for packet management of a network user provided in this embodiment of the present application may include:
a first receiving module 51, configured to receive an identifier of a first user sent by a terminal;
a determining module 52, configured to determine a user type of the first user according to the identifier of the first user;
the determining module 52 is further configured to determine a service item of the first user according to the user type of the first user;
a first sending module 53, configured to send the service item to the terminal, so as to provide the service item to the first user.
Optionally, the expression of the first user includes at least one of an identity of the first user, an account type of the first user, and a device number of the first user, and the user type of the first user determined according to the identity of the first user includes any one of the following:
log-out user, retail user, reseller, wholesaler, or global administrator;
the service items of the logout user comprise product page display and/or product page printing;
the service items of the retail user comprise product page display, product page printing, product ordering, account detail inquiry, order inquiry and/or receipt inquiry;
the service items of the global administrator include editing access rights by the content management system CMS.
In a possible implementation manner, the packet management device for a network user provided in an embodiment of the present application may further include:
the judging module 54 is configured to judge whether the user type of the first user is a reseller or a wholesaler;
the establishing module 55 is configured to, if the user type of the first user is a reseller or a wholesaler, establish a web page of the first user according to the sub-domain information and the web page editing information of the first user.
In a possible implementation manner, the packet management device for a network user provided in an embodiment of the present application may further include:
a first receiving module 51, configured to receive a page editing request sent by a terminal;
the updating module 56 is configured to update the page information of the web page according to the page editing request;
and a first sending module 53, configured to send the updated page information of the web page to the terminal.
In a possible implementation manner, the first receiving module 51 is further configured to receive an inquiry request sent by the terminal; the first sending module 53 is further configured to send the query content to the terminal according to the query request and the user type of the first user.
In one possible embodiment, the query request is used to query at least one of the following information: a user list of a second user, an order list of the second user, a product sales data report, and invoice information;
the first user is a reseller and the second user is a retail user;
or the first user is a wholesaler and the second user is a reseller.
In a possible embodiment, if the first user is a retail user or a reseller or a distributor, the method comprises:
a first receiving module 51, configured to receive a registration type of a first user, and generate a registration page of the registration type;
an obtaining module 57, configured to obtain registration information of the first user through a registration page, where the registration information includes a second user selected by the first user;
a first sending module 53, configured to send a registration request to a terminal of a second user;
a first receiving module 51, configured to receive an approval registration message of a terminal of a second user to register the first user.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a packet management device for a network user according to another embodiment of the present application, where the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, for example: the apparatus may be part or all of a terminal device, and as shown in fig. 6, the packet management apparatus for a network user provided in the embodiment of the present application may include:
the second sending module 61 is configured to send the identifier of the first user to the server, so that the server determines the user type of the first user according to the identifier of the first user, determines the service item of the first user according to the user type of the first user, and further sends the service item to the terminal;
and a second receiving module 62, configured to receive the service item of the first user and provide the service item to the first user.
Optionally, the second sending module 61 is configured to send a page editing request to the server, where the page editing request is used to enable the server to update page information of a web page according to the page editing request, and send the updated page information of the web page to the terminal, where the web page is established by the server according to the subdomain information of the first user and the web page editing information when the user type of the first user is a reseller or a wholesaler; and a second receiving module 62, configured to receive the page information of the updated web page.
Optionally, the second sending module 61 is configured to send a query request to the server, so that the server sends the query content to the terminal according to the query request and the user type of the first user; and a second receiving module 62, configured to receive the query content sent by the server.
The device embodiments provided in the present application are merely schematic, and the module division in fig. 5 and fig. 6 is only one logic function division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation. For example, multiple modules may be combined or may be integrated into another system. The coupling of the various modules to each other may be through interfaces that are typically electrical communication interfaces, but mechanical or other forms of interfaces are not excluded. Thus, modules described as separate components may or may not be physically separate, may be located in one place, or may be distributed in different locations on the same or different devices.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 7, the electronic device includes:
a processor 71, a memory 72, a transceiver 73 and a computer program; wherein the transceiver 73 enables data transmission with other devices, a computer program is stored in the memory 72 and configured to be executed by the processor 71, the computer program comprising instructions for performing the above-mentioned packet management method for network users, the content and effects of which refer to the method embodiments.
In addition, embodiments of the present application further provide a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and when at least one processor of the user equipment executes the computer-executable instructions, the user equipment performs the above-mentioned various possible methods.
Computer-readable media includes both computer storage media and communication media including any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer. An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an ASIC. Additionally, the ASIC may reside in user equipment. Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in a communication device.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (14)

1. A method for packet management of a network user, comprising:
receiving an identifier of a first user sent by a terminal;
determining the user type of the first user according to the identifier of the first user;
determining a service item of the first user according to the user type of the first user;
and sending the service item to the terminal so as to provide the service item to the first user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the identification of the first user comprises at least one of: the identity of the first user, the account type of the first user and the equipment number of the first user;
the user type of the first user determined according to the identification of the first user is a logout user, a retail user, a reseller, a wholesaler or a global administrator;
the service items of the logout user comprise product page display and/or product page printing;
the service items of the retail user comprise product page display, product page printing, product ordering, account detail inquiry, order inquiry and/or receipt inquiry;
the global administrator's service items include editorial access rights via a content management system.
3. The method of claim 2, after determining the user type of the first user based on the identity of the first user, further comprising:
judging whether the user type of the first user is the reseller or the wholesaler;
and if the user type of the first user is the reseller or the wholesaler, establishing a network page of the first user according to the subdomain information and the webpage editing information of the first user.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving a page editing request sent by the terminal;
updating the page information of the network page according to the page editing request;
and sending the updated page information of the network page to the terminal.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
receiving a query request sent by the terminal;
and sending query content to the terminal according to the query request and the user type of the first user.
6. The method of claim 5,
the query request is used for querying at least one of the following information: a user list of a second user, an order list of the second user, a product sales data report, and invoice information;
the first user is a reseller and the second user is a retail user; or, the first user is a wholesaler, and the second user is the reseller.
7. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein if the first user is the retail user or the reseller or the wholesaler, before the determining the user type of the first user according to the identification of the first user, the method comprises:
receiving the registration type of the first user, and generating a registration page of the registration type;
acquiring registration information of the first user through a registration page, wherein the registration information comprises a second user selected by the first user;
sending a registration request to the terminal of the second user;
and receiving an approval registration message of the terminal of the second user so as to register the first user.
8. A method for packet management of a network user, comprising:
sending an identifier of a first user to a server, so that the server determines a user type of the first user according to the identifier of the first user, determines a service item of the first user according to the user type of the first user, and further sends the service item to a terminal;
and receiving the service item of the first user, and providing the service item to the first user.
9. The method of claim 8, comprising:
sending a page editing request to the server, wherein the page editing request is used for enabling the server to update page information of a network page according to the page editing request, and sending the updated page information of the network page to the terminal, and the network page is established by the server according to the subdomain information and the webpage editing information of the first user when the user type of the first user is a distributor or a distributor;
and receiving the updated page information of the network page.
10. The method of claim 8 or 9, further comprising:
sending a query request to the server so that the server sends query content to the terminal according to the query request and the user type of the first user;
and receiving the query content sent by the server.
11. A packet management apparatus for a network user, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the identification of the first user sent by the terminal;
the determining module is used for determining the user type of the first user according to the identifier of the first user;
the determining module is further configured to determine a service item of the first user according to the user type of the first user;
and the first sending module is used for sending the service item to the terminal so as to provide the service item for the first user.
12. A packet management apparatus for a network user, comprising:
a second sending module, configured to send an identifier of a first user to a server, so that the server determines a user type of the first user according to the identifier of the first user, determines a service item of the first user according to the user type of the first user, and further sends the service item to a terminal;
and the second receiving module is used for receiving the service item of the first user and providing the service item for the first user.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein
The memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-7 or 8-10.
14. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for causing a computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-7 or 8-10.
