The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship.
2. The term "terminal" in the embodiments of the present invention may be used to refer to electronic devices such as a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, and the like.
The application scenario described in the embodiment of the present invention is for more clearly illustrating the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, and does not form a limitation on the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and it can be known by a person skilled in the art that with the occurrence of a new application scenario, the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention is also applicable to similar technical problems. In the description of the present invention, the term "plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a page control method, which includes the following steps:
step S201, when determining that the sub page which is independent of the main page display exists in the terminal interface, acquiring at least one of the following information: pose data of the terminal and facial features of a current user of the terminal.
In a specific implementation, the main page in the terminal interface may be a page (or interface) being browsed by a user, or a page (interface) of a video being viewed, and it may be determined that a sub-page independent from the main page exists in the main page by a request connection source type of the sub-page, a preloading type, or an identifier of whether the sub-page is a popup window.
In a practical application scenario, the sub-page may be an advertisement page (pop-up window), and the sub-page is displayed while being suspended on the main page, that is, the advertisement page may be displayed simultaneously in the form of a suspended page or a suspended window in the interface displaying the main page. For the sake of distinction, the terminal displaying the main page is referred to as a first terminal.
The pose data can be position data and/or attitude data of the terminal, and when the position or the attitude of the terminal changes, the pose data of the terminal changes accordingly. Pose data of the terminal may be acquired by a sensor, for example, acquired by a gyroscope. Through the change of the pose of the terminal, the operation of the user on the terminal can be determined, for example, the terminal is moved, the terminal is shaken and other user gesture operations.
The gesture data may be a rotation angle of the terminal, and the user may change the gesture (motion state) of the first terminal by shaking or rotating the first terminal (also in a process of performing gesture operation on the terminal by the user), and the sensor data of the first terminal is also changed. The gesture operation of the user can be determined through the change of the first terminal sensor data. When the gesture operation of the user comprises shaking or rotating the first terminal for multiple times, multiple groups of sensor data can be collected. The number of times of shaking or rotating the terminal in the gesture operation performed by the user can be determined through the number of groups of sensor data. The rotation angle of the terminal may refer to a rotation angle in a three-dimensional coordinate system. And determining the rotation direction of the terminal according to the rotation angle of the terminal. For example, a rotation angle of the terminal is x-50 °, indicating that the terminal is rotated 50 ° counterclockwise from the positive direction of the x direction, a rotation angle of the terminal is y-50 °, indicating that the terminal is rotated 50 ° clockwise from the positive direction of the y direction, a rotation angle of the terminal is z-50 °, indicating that the terminal is rotated 50 ° counterclockwise from the positive direction of the z direction.
The position data may be a position of the terminal, and the user may change the position of the first terminal by moving the first terminal, and the sensor data of the first terminal is also changed, and the distance that the terminal moves in the gesture operation process of the user may be determined by a change in the sensor data of the first terminal, that is, by comparing the currently acquired sensor data with the sensor data acquired in advance at the previous moment. For example, the user pushes the first terminal 1 cm horizontally to the left.
The facial features of the current user of the terminal can be acquired through the camera or the image acquisition unit of the first terminal, namely a group of facial features (one image) of the user using the first terminal, or the facial features within a preset time length, namely a plurality of groups of facial features (a plurality of images). And, the facial features include at least one of the five sense organ objects. Wherein, the five sense organs object comprises face, eyes, nose, mouth, eyebrows and teeth. According to the practical application scene, the face image of the user can be collected through the camera, the image data of the facial object is extracted from the face image to serve as the facial features according to the preset facial object, and the time spent in the subsequent data processing process can be reduced.
The number of facial feature changes can be determined by the number of sets of facial features. For example, 10 facial features may be extracted by acquiring facial features (dynamic videos) with a preset time length of 5s, and extracting 5s facial features at a preset sampling interval of 0.5 s. And performing similarity comparison on 2 adjacent facial features of 10 facial features, determining that the facial features with the similarity exceeding a preset threshold value are unchanged in the facial object, reserving 1 facial feature of the facial features until the number of reserved facial features is counted after the last 2 adjacent facial features are subjected to similarity comparison, and determining the change times of the facial object according to the number of the reserved facial features.
In a possible implementation, before step S201, preset information for instructing to close the sub-page may be further acquired, the preset information including at least one of a target pose change (preset pose data), a target facial feature (preset facial feature), and the preset information is stored, wherein the preset pose data is one or more sets of pose data when the preset information is set and when the user shakes or rotates the second terminal, and the preset facial feature is one or more sets of facial features of the user acquired when the preset information is set. The target pose change and the target facial features are used for indicating the closing of the sub-page and can be stored in a local area or a server in advance.
The user can set gesture operation for closing the sub-page, one or more groups of pose data when the user shakes or moves the second terminal when the user sets preset information are recorded, each group of pose data can record the rotation angle and the distance of the user shaking or moving the second terminal, and the number of the groups of the pose data can reflect the change times of the terminal posture.
The user may also set facial features that close the sub-page, where the facial features may be static or dynamic. When the facial features are static, the status of one or more five sense organ subjects is recorded, e.g., eyes open, eyes closed, eyebrows raised, etc. When the facial features are dynamic data (facial feature image data of a preset time length), the states and state change times of one or more facial feature objects are recorded, for example, 3 times of eye closure, 2 times of eyebrow lifting, and the like.
In an actual application scene, the preset information is preset pose data, and when the fact that a sub-page independent of the main page display exists in a terminal interface is determined, sensor data of a first terminal can be obtained; the preset information is preset facial features, and when the fact that a sub-page independent of the main page display exists in the terminal interface is determined, image data of the five sense organs of the first terminal can be obtained. No matter the preset information is preset pose data or facial features, the pose data and the facial features can be acquired simultaneously.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal and the second terminal may be the same terminal or different terminals. When the first terminal and the second terminal are different terminals, the preset information acquired through the second terminal can be uploaded to the server, the server stores the preset information, and the first terminal can request the preset information of the user from the server, so that the first terminal can acquire or store the preset information before determining whether the acquired pose data and/or the facial features of the current user are consistent with the preset information.
In addition, the user in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the user (or user) of the first terminal or the second terminal, and may also be the user (or user) of the account, for example, the account may be logged in and used at a plurality of terminals, and the page control method in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented at the terminal used by the user of the account. For another example, a user a and a user B sharing the same account may implement the page control method in the embodiment of the present invention through the terminal a and the terminal B used respectively.
Step S202, when at least one of the following conditions is determined to be satisfied, closing the sub page:
the method comprises the steps that firstly, pose data of a terminal are obtained, pose change of the terminal is determined based on the pose data of the terminal, and the pose change is consistent with target pose change which is stored in advance and used for indicating to close a sub-page;
and secondly, acquiring the facial features of the current user of the terminal, and determining that the facial features are consistent with the pre-stored target facial features for indicating to close the sub-page.
In specific implementation, if the acquired data is only pose data of the terminal, only whether the condition one is met is judged; if the obtained data is only the facial features of the current user, only judging whether the condition II is met; and if the acquired data is pose data and the facial features of the current user, judging whether any one of a first condition and a second condition is met.
And judging whether the condition one is met, determining whether the pose change corresponding to the acquired pose data is the same as the pose change corresponding to the pre-stored target pose data, for example, determining whether the acquired terminal rotation angle, rotation frequency or position change is the same as the preset terminal rotation angle, rotation frequency or position change, if so, meeting the condition one, otherwise, not meeting the condition one.
And when judging whether the condition two is met, determining that the acquired facial features are the same as the pre-stored target facial features, for example, determining whether the state of the facial feature object and the state change frequency of the facial feature object in the acquired facial features are the same as the state of the facial feature object and the change frequency of the facial feature object in the preset facial features, if so, meeting the condition two, otherwise, not meeting the condition two.
When at least one of the condition one or the condition two is determined to be met, closing the sub-page can be achieved by executing a closing instruction of the sub-page, wherein the closing instruction is generated when the instruction for displaying the sub-page is acquired in advance. In an actual application scenario, the advertisement popup code displayed (run) can be monitored and acquired, a closing code of the advertisement popup is generated, and the advertisement popup can be closed by executing the closing code.
In one possible embodiment, the sub-page continues to be displayed upon determining that neither condition one nor condition two is satisfied.
In specific implementation, when the condition one and the condition two are determined not to be met, the operation of closing the sub-page is not executed, and the sub-page is continuously displayed or the advertisement page (popup) is continuously displayed. The timing for closing the sub-page can be determined subsequently by monitoring whether the user triggers a close button of the sub-page.
The first condition and the second condition are not satisfied, and may be that the gesture operation of the user is wrong (that is, the pose data of the terminal), for example, the gesture operation performed by the user is different from the preset gesture operation, and the obtained facial features of the user are incorrect, that is, the facial features of the user are different from the target facial features. It may also be that the user does not perform an operation or action to close the sub-page, for example, the user does not perform a gesture operation, does not perform an expressive action of a specific facial feature.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a page control method, which includes the following steps:
in step S301, it is determined that a sub page displayed independently of the main page exists in the main page.
In particular, the main page may be a video, a picture, an audio, an instant messaging interface, a game interface, or the like. The home page may refer to the interface that the user is currently viewing or browsing. The sub-page may be a floating frame, an advertisement popup, a prompt message, etc. The sub-page is displayed directly in the main page and may occupy part or all of the interface on which the main page is displayed. The sub-page may or may not have a close button.
When a user is watching or browsing a main page, a sub-page appears and content in the main page is shielded, user experience of the user in watching the main page is reduced, when a closing button of the sub-page is clicked, the user can mistakenly touch or mistakenly click the interface connected with the sub-page, the user also needs to perform returning operation to continue watching the main page, and operation cost for closing the sub-page is increased. If the sub-page does not have a closing button, the sub-page needs to stay for a preset time. For example, after the advertisement pop-up window is played or displayed for 30s, the user needs to wait for 30s to resume normal viewing of the main page, which occupies a large amount of time cost for the user and also reduces user experience.
Step S302, at least one of the pose data of the terminal and the facial features of the current user is collected.
During specific implementation, the pose data of the terminal can be acquired through a sensor of the terminal. The pose data of the terminal can be the rotation angle of the terminal and the position of the terminal. The user can change the posture of the terminal by shaking or moving the terminal (gesture operation), the sensor data of the terminal is changed, and the gesture operation of the user can be determined by the change of the sensor data of the terminal. The gesture operation may be shaking the terminal, rotating the terminal one turn, half rotating the terminal, pushing the terminal one down, etc. The gesture operation that the user carried out includes and shakes or mobile terminal many times, can gather multiunit sensor data, can confirm through multiunit sensor data that the user shakes or the number of times of rotatory terminal in the gesture operation that the user carried out, for example, shake three terminal down, rotatory two circles terminal, push away cubic terminal etc..
The facial features of the current user can be collected by the camera, for example, a group of facial features (one image) or five sense organs image data within a preset time length, or a plurality of groups of facial features (multiple images). The image data of the five sense organs at least comprises one object of the five sense organs, wherein the object of the five sense organs comprises a face, eyes, a nose, a mouth, eyebrows and teeth. The facial image data may be facial expressions, such as frown, blink, open mouth, inclined face, and further, such as blink 3 times, open mouth 2 times, inclined face 4 times, etc.
Step S303, judging that the acquired pose data and/or the facial features of the current user are consistent with preset information which is stored in advance and used for indicating the closing of the sub-page, if so, executing step S304, otherwise, executing step S305.
In specific implementation, when the pre-stored preset information is pose data, whether the collected pose data is the same as pose data in the preset information or not needs to be determined, and whether the terminal rotation angle, the rotation times and the moving distance are the same or not can be determined.
When the pre-stored preset information is a facial feature, whether the collected facial feature is the same as the facial feature in the preset information or not needs to be determined, and whether the state of the five sense organ object in the facial feature and the state change frequency of the five sense organ object are the same or not needs to be determined.
Step S304, the sub-page is closed.
In specific implementation, the sub-page closing can be realized by executing a sub-page closing instruction, wherein the closing instruction is generated when the sub-page displaying instruction is acquired in advance. In an actual application scene, the advertisement popup window code displayed (operated) can be monitored and acquired, and the advertisement page (popup window) can be closed by issuing a closing code (instruction for killing).
Step S305, continue to display the sub page.
In specific implementation, when the acquired pose data and/or the facial features of the current user are inconsistent with the preset information, the operation of closing the sub-page is not executed, namely, the sub-page is continuously displayed.
In an actual application scenario, taking a scenario in which an advertisement pop-up window (or a page) appears in a closed video playing interface as an example, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow diagram of a page control method, which includes the following steps:
step S401, determining that an advertisement popup appears in the video playing process.
In specific implementation, the advertisement popup can be determined by the method of requesting connection source type of the advertisement popup, whether preloading is needed, and sharing the link to the cloud as the identifier of the advertisement popup.
And step S402, acquiring terminal pose data.
In specific implementation, the pose data can be acquired through a sensor of the terminal, the gesture operation of the user can be determined through the pose data, and the sensor data can be the terminal rotation angle, the terminal moving distance and the like, the group number of the sensor data, and the representation terminal rotation times or terminal moving times.
Step S403, determining whether the user performs a preset gesture operation, if so, executing step S404, otherwise, executing step S405.
In specific implementation, the gesture operation of the user is determined by acquiring the sensor data, for example, the terminal is shaken for 3 times, if the preset gesture operation is the shaking of the terminal for 3 times, the user is determined to perform the preset gesture, so that the intention of the user to close the advertisement popup is determined, the step S404 is executed next, and otherwise, the step S405 is executed.
Step S404, closing the advertisement popup window.
During specific implementation, the advertisement popup can be closed by executing the closing code, for example, when the advertisement popup code service is acquired in advance, the closing code for closing the advertisement popup is generated, and when the advertisement popup is closed, the closing code is executed, so that the advertisement popup can be closed, a user does not need to manually click the closing button of the advertisement popup, the phenomenon that the user mistakenly touches the advertisement link when the advertisement popup is closed is avoided, and the operation cost and the time cost of the user are saved.
In step S405, the advertisement popup continues to be displayed.
In an actual application scenario, taking a scenario in which an advertisement pop-up window (or a page) appears in a closed video playing interface as an example, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow diagram of a page control method, which includes the following steps:
step S501, determining that an advertisement popup appears in the video playing process.
In specific implementation, the advertisement popup can be determined by methods of requesting the connection source type, whether preloading is needed, sharing the link to the cloud end to serve as an identifier of the advertisement popup, and the like.
Step S502, the facial features of the current user are acquired.
In specific implementation, the facial features of the current user, namely the facial feature image data (expression data) of the user, are acquired through the terminal camera.
Step S503, determining whether the user performs preset facial expressions, if yes, executing step S504, otherwise, executing step S505.
In particular, the facial features (expression data) may determine the state of the object or the number of changes of the object, such as eye closure, for example, blinking 4 times, etc. For example, the acquired camera data is eye-closed, the preset facial expression is eye-closed, the user is determined to perform the preset facial expression, so that the intention of the user to close the advertisement popup is determined, next, step S504 is executed, otherwise, step S505 is executed.
Step S504, close the advertisement popup.
