Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating interaction between a terminal and a server in a method for processing account switching according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, the embodiment includes:
401. and the terminal displays a reduced icon of the account switching window in the application interface.
The user has a plurality of login accounts in the application. The application has a function of supporting fingerprint verification. The application may be of various types, for example, communication application such as WeChat application, social application such as WeChat application, or payment application such as Paibao. In order to facilitate the operation of the application by the user, the display position of the reduced icon of the account switching window may be at the top of the application interface, may be at one side of the application interface, or may be at the bottom of the application interface. The shape of the reduced icon of the account switching window can be a small circle or a rectangular bar.
The application type, the display position of the reduced icon of the account switching window and the shape of the reduced icon of the account switching window are not limited in the embodiment of the application.
In implementation, after the user starts the application, the account switching window is directly displayed on the application interface. After a preset time length, the current account switching window is reduced into a reduced icon, and the reduced icon is displayed in an application interface, namely, the reduced icon is displayed at a position which does not influence the operation of the user on the application.
The reduced icon is used to display information related to an account currently logged in by the user, for example, the information may be an avatar, a nickname, or an account of the currently logged-in account, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. The preset time period may be set to 5 seconds, 8 seconds, 15 seconds, or the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, after the user starts the application by using the account a, an account switching window is directly displayed in an application interface, and within a time period of 5 seconds, the user does not have a requirement for account switching, that is, the account switching window is not triggered. After 5 seconds, the account switching window becomes a reduced icon of the account switching window, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a reduced icon of an account switching window provided in the embodiment of the present application. In the account A main interface, a reduced icon of an account switching window is displayed, the reduced icon can be called as an account shortcut pendant, and an account A currently logged in by a user and a head portrait of the account A can be displayed on the account shortcut pendant.
402. And when the terminal detects a trigger instruction for the reduced icon, displaying the account switching window, wherein at least one account option is displayed in the account switching window.
The account may be an account that the user has logged in historically.
In a possible implementation manner, when a trigger instruction for the zoom-out icon is detected, the terminal acquires a history login account according to prestored history account operation information, displays the account switching window, and displays options of the history login account in the account switching window.
The operation information may include record information such as a session record and a payment record of an account that the user has logged in historically.
For example, the user has A, B, C three accounts for the application, and the user can use A, B and C accounts to complete login on the application, respectively. After login is successful, the application adds A, B, C user operation information corresponding to the three accounts to the "list of logged-in accounts", and at this time, relevant data information of A, B, C three accounts is stored on the terminal. After the user logs in the application by using the account A, when the user needs to perform account switching, the user can trigger the reduced icon of the account switching window, and the account switching window is displayed. As shown in fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating an option that at least one account is displayed in an account switching window according to an embodiment of the present application. And displaying options of the B account and the C account of the user in the account switching window.
403. When a triggering instruction for the reduction icon is detected, the terminal sends an account switching inquiry request to the server, wherein the account switching inquiry request is used for indicating the server to determine at least one account which is bound with the same communication identifier with a second account currently logged in by the terminal based on a pre-stored binding relationship between the account and the communication identifier.
It should be noted that the communication identifier refers to a mobile phone number of the user.
For example, the user has A, B, C three accounts for the application, and after the user logs in the application using the a account, when the user needs to perform account switching, the user may click a zoom-out icon of the account switching window. When the terminal detects a trigger instruction of the reduction icon, an account number switching inquiry request is sent to the server to indicate the server to determine a B account number and a C account number which are bound with the same mobile phone number with the currently logged-in A account number of the terminal according to the pre-stored binding relationship between the A account number and the mobile phone number.
404. When the server receives an account switching inquiry request sent by the terminal, at least one account which is bound with the same communication identifier as the second account currently logged in by the terminal is determined based on the binding relationship between the pre-stored account and the communication identifier.
In implementation, the server searches the account number bound with the mobile phone number in the user information database according to the binding relationship between the pre-stored account number and the communication identifier. If the number of the found account numbers bound with the mobile phone number is larger than 1, the account number bound with the same mobile phone number with the second account number currently logged in by the terminal can be determined. And if the number of the found account numbers bound with the mobile phone number is equal to 1, determining that no account number with the same mobile phone number is bound with a second account number currently logged in by the terminal.
For example, the user has A, B, C three accounts for the application, and when the user logs in the application by using the account a, the user inputs a mobile phone number associated with the account a in a "user information page" of the terminal, clicks "send short message authentication code", fills in and submits the short message authentication code, and completes the binding of the account a and the mobile phone number. Similarly, the account B and the account C can also be bound with the mobile phone number, and the binding relationship between the account A, B and the account C and the mobile phone number of the user is stored in the server, so that the three accounts A, B and C of the user are associated. When the server receives an account switching inquiry request sent by the terminal, B and C accounts which are bound with the same mobile phone number as the currently logged-in A account are determined according to the binding relationship between the prestored A, B and C accounts and the mobile phone number of the user.
405. And the server sends the at least one account to the terminal.
In implementation, the server sends the determined at least one account bound with the same communication identifier with the second account currently logged in by the terminal to the terminal.
For example, the server binds the determined account B and account C, which have the same mobile phone number as the account a currently logged in by the terminal, to the terminal, and sends the account B and the account C to the terminal.
406. And the terminal receives the at least one account sent by the server.
For example, the terminal receives a B account and a C account which are sent by the server and bound with the same mobile phone number as the a account currently logged in by the terminal. And storing the received information of the nickname, the head portrait and the like corresponding to the two account numbers B and C and the account numbers B and C respectively in the local.
407. And the terminal displays the account switching window and displays the option of the at least one account in the account switching window.
The account may be at least one account bound with the same communication identifier as the second account currently logged in by the terminal.
For example, the terminal may display options of B and C accounts bound with the same mobile phone number as the a account in the account switching window.
It should be noted that, if, in step 404, the server only finds that the number of account numbers bound to the mobile phone number is 1, that is, account number a, in the user information database, then the account number switching window will not be displayed on the terminal.
408. And when the terminal receives a selection instruction of the option of the first account, displaying a fingerprint verification prompt.
The first account is an account to which the user wants to switch. The display fingerprint verification prompt can be prompted in the form of a prompt box, and a fingerprint verification induction area and the like are arranged on the prompt box.
For example, after the user successfully logs in the application by using the a account, when the user needs to switch from the a account to the B account, the user may click a reduced icon of the account switching window. And then the reduced icon displays options of B and C accounts which are bound with the same mobile phone number as the A account in a list box mode. When the user selects the account number option B or C, a fingerprint verification prompt box is popped up, so that the user can perform fingerprint verification to improve the security of the account number information.
409. And the terminal acquires the detected fingerprint information, verifies the fingerprint information, and sends an account switching notice carrying the first account and the operation information to the server when the fingerprint information passes the verification.
The account switching notification is used for instructing the server to switch the currently logged account of the terminal to the first account.
In implementation, a user needs to input and store own fingerprint information in the terminal in advance. When the terminal acquires the detected fingerprint information, the fingerprint information is compared with the pre-stored user fingerprint information, if the comparison is successful, the fingerprint verification is passed, and the terminal sends an account switching notice carrying the operation information of the account currently logged in by the user and the first account to the server.
It should be noted that, a user may store one piece of fingerprint information corresponding to one account in advance in a terminal, and may also store a plurality of accounts corresponding to the same piece of fingerprint information, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
For example, after the user successfully logs in the application by using the account a, the user needs to switch from the account a to the account B, and when the fingerprint verification information of the user passes verification, the terminal calls out the operation information corresponding to the account a from the "logged-in account list" and sends an account switching notification carrying the operation information corresponding to the account a and the account B to the server.
410. And the server receives an account switching notification which is sent by the terminal and carries operation information of the first account and a second account currently logged in by the terminal within a preset historical time.
The operation information in the preset historical time length may be operation information of the user in the last two days, or operation information of the user in the last five days. The setting of the preset historical time length is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
For example, the server receives an account switching notification which carries operation information such as session records or payment records of operation information corresponding to the account B and the account a in the last two days and is sent by the terminal.
411. And the server acquires locally stored operation information of the second account within a preset historical time.
The operation information of the second account in the preset historical time is stored by the server in a cloud storage mode so as to be not easy to lose, the information safety is high, multiple copies of the operation information in the preset historical time in the cloud storage can be generated, and the acquisition of the operation information in the preset historical time by the server cannot be influenced in case of loss of the operation information.
For example, the server may obtain operation information, such as session records or payment records of the second account stored locally within two days.
412. And if the operation information carried in the account switching notification is matched with the locally stored operation information of the second account within the preset historical time, switching the login account of the terminal into the first account.
In implementation, after receiving an account switching notification carrying operation information of the first account and a second account currently logged in by the terminal within a preset historical time, the server needs to check whether the operation information carried in the account switching notification is still valid. The specific checking process is as follows: and comparing the received operation information of the second account within the preset historical time with the operation information of the second account within the preset historical time, which is stored in the server in advance. Specifically, the unique identifiers of the two operation information may be compared, and if the two operation information are consistent after the comparison, it is indicated that the operation information of the second account is still valid, that is, the terminal may continue to use the operation information of the second account. If the operation information of the second account is inconsistent after the comparison, the operation information of the second account is invalid, and the user needs to log in again by using the second account and then starts the operation of account switching.
In implementation, after receiving an account switching notification carrying operation information of the first account and a second account currently logged in by the terminal within a preset historical time, the server also needs to check whether the second account is associated with the first account.
