in a specific implementation, the front-end system may receive first authorization information sent by a user through a client, where the first authorization information may be authorization information that allows an electronic wallet account object to be established, and after receiving the authorization information, generate an electronic wallet creation request, and then send the electronic wallet creation request to a core system, where the electronic wallet account object is created through the core system.
In an embodiment of the present application, before the step of generating the electronic wallet creation request, the method may further include the sub-steps of:
acquiring user identity information and verifying the user identity information; when the user identity information verification passes, the step of generating an electronic wallet creation request is performed.
As an example, verifying the identity information may include:
Facial dynamic information authentication, and/or handwritten signature authentication.
In a specific implementation, after the first authorization information is sent, the client can acquire identity information of the user, and verify the acquired user identity information, for example, call face recognition, and perform living body identification verification on the public security identity verification system; or entering a handwritten signature page, identifying the handwritten signature of the user by using an image identification technology, and if the handwritten signature is consistent with the registered name of the client, passing the verification. If the user identity authentication information passes the verification, a corresponding verification result is reserved as evidence that the client actively establishes the electronic wallet, and the front-end system generates an electronic wallet creation request; if the user identity authentication information cannot pass verification, prompt information can be sent to remind the user to transact by adopting an off-line means, for example, the user is reminded to transact authorization through sales or operators of an insurance company, and paper authorization books are signed by a counter of the insurance company, so that sales or operators can keep verification results through an image part mode of uploading the authorization books.
Step 202, sending the electronic wallet creation request to the core system; the core system is used for creating an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creation request, determining one or more business objects associated with the electronic wallet account object, determining first fund data corresponding to a fund processing event when the fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is detected to be triggered, and adjusting second fund data with fund adjustment authority of the electronic wallet account object by adopting the first fund data.
In a specific implementation, after the user front end generates the e-wallet creating request, the e-wallet creating request may be sent to the core system, so that the core system may create an e-wallet account object, determine one or more associated service objects, and based on this, when the core system detects that a funds processing event for the one or more service objects is triggered, adjust second funds data of the e-wallet account object with funds adjustment authority according to the first funds data corresponding to the funds processing event.
In the embodiment of the application, when the first authorization information sent by the client is received, an electronic wallet creation request is generated, and then the electronic wallet creation request is sent to the core system, the core system creates an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creation request, determines one or more business objects related to the electronic wallet account object, determines first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event when the fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is detected to be triggered, then adjusts second fund data with fund adjustment authority for the electronic wallet account object by adopting the first fund data, thereby realizing reduction of security refund and claim settlement payment failure rate, providing better guarantee for clients, reducing client refund disputes, establishing a threshold-free insurance account, making through the refund, claim payment, insurance product purchase and fund investment channels, increasing engagement of a bank account and product service of an insurance company, reducing delay in the use of the client fund, creating maximum value for clients and improving the experience of the clients.
The present application is described below with reference to fig. 3 and 4 by way of an example applied to insurance services, but it should be understood that embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
1. The applicant logs in an account number of related software of an insurance company through a mobile phone user;
2. the front-end system of the mobile phone of the insurance company displays insurance electronic wallet hook options and service protocols;
3. recording the opening time, reading position and changing state, thereby ensuring that the applicant carefully reads the hooking item and the service protocol;
4. when the applicant sends an authorized instruction of 'consent' through the mobile phone user terminal, recording related authorized information, and entering into setting up an insurance electronic wallet;
5. judging whether the applicant selects a resident identity card to perform identity information verification;
6. if the resident identity card is selected for identity information verification, scanning facial dynamic information of the applicant for face recognition, verifying through a public security department identity information recognition system, and if the resident identity card is verified, setting up an insurance electronic wallet successfully;
7. if the resident identification card is not selected for identity information verification, or if the resident identification card is selected for identity information verification failure, carrying out handwriting signature authentication on a handwriting signature page, identifying the handwriting signature of a user by using an image identification technology, if the authentication is consistent with the registered name of the client, verifying, and setting up an insurance electronic wallet to be successful;
8. If the handwriting verification authentication fails, a prompt message can be sent to remind a user to sign a paper authorization document on a counter of a security company by adopting an off-line means, so that the security electronic wallet is established successfully;
9. after the insurance electronic wallet is successfully established, the associated bank account can be authorized, and the insurance applicant can be further authorized to execute the business objects and business operations allowed to be executed by aiming at the insurance electronic wallet through the setting of a switch;
10. when detecting the event of mutual transfer of the balance of the insurance electronic purse and the bank account, namely the safe refund, the claim deposit, the pension and the insurance product are separated, the renewing of the premium is automatically deducted, the investment product is purchased, and the corresponding funds calling operation is executed, and the insurance electronic purse can receive the safe refund, the claim deposit, the pension and the insurance product separation as shown in figure 4; the method can carry out funds exchange with a universal account and a bank account; when the bank account is insufficient in funds, joint funds deduction can be performed; meanwhile, a shortcut window for purchasing insurance products and proxy fund products can be provided for users to directly purchase; in addition, corresponding demand deposit, steady investment and access investment are carried out according to preset investment rules;
11. The funds data of the insurance e-wallet is reviewed and displayed.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are shown as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all preferred embodiments and that the acts referred to are not necessarily required by the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of a data processing device based on an electronic wallet according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the device may be applied to a core system, and the core system may be communicatively connected to a front-end system and a client, and may specifically include the following modules:
an electronic wallet creation module 501, configured to, when receiving an electronic wallet creation request sent by the front-end system, create an electronic wallet account object for the electronic wallet creation request; the electronic wallet creation request is generated by the front-end system when receiving first authorization information sent by the client;
A business object determination module 502 for determining one or more business objects associated with the e-wallet account object; the business object comprises: bank account objects, universal account objects, investment business objects, insurance business objects;
a fund data determining module 503, configured to determine, when it is detected that a fund processing event for the one or more service objects is triggered, first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event; the fund processing event includes: a funds transfer event and a funds transfer out event;
and the fund data adjustment module 504 is configured to adjust second fund data with fund adjustment authority for the electronic wallet account object by using the first fund data.
In one embodiment of the present application, the apparatus includes:
the second authorization information module is used for receiving second authorization information which is sent by the client and aims at the electronic wallet account object; wherein the second authorization information includes a business object identifier;
and the association establishing module establishes an association relation between the electronic wallet account object and the service object identifier.
In an embodiment of the present application, the fund data determining module 503 further includes:
A third authorization information sub-module, configured to receive third authorization information for the electronic wallet account object sent by the client; the third authorization information comprises one or more pieces of fund transfer mode information and sequence information corresponding to each piece of fund transfer mode information;
and the fund transfer mode object establishing sub-module is used for establishing one or more fund transfer mode objects with fund adjustment authority of the electronic wallet account object by adopting the fund transfer mode information and storing the sequence information.
A target funds transfer mode determining sub-module, configured to determine a target funds transfer mode object from the one or more funds transfer mode objects according to the sequence information;
and the second fund data adjustment sub-module is used for adjusting the second fund data corresponding to the target fund transfer-out mode object by adopting the first fund data.
In the embodiment of the application, when the electronic wallet creation request sent by the front-end system is received, the electronic wallet account object is created for the electronic wallet creation request, one or more business objects related to the electronic wallet account object are determined, when the fund processing event for the one or more business objects is detected to be triggered, the first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event is determined, then the first fund data is adopted to adjust the second fund data of the electronic wallet account object with the fund adjustment authority, so that the reduction of the security refund and the payment failure rate of the claim settlement are realized, the better guarantee is provided for the client, the refund, the payment of the claim settlement and the dispute of the client are reduced, the threshold-free insurance account is established, the link between the bank account and the product service of the insurance company is increased, the delay in the fund utilization of the client is reduced, the maximum experience value of the client is created for the client is improved, and the client experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic wallet-based data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the apparatus is applied to a front-end system, and the front-end system is communicatively connected to a core system and a client, and may specifically include the following modules:
a creation request generating module 601, configured to generate an electronic wallet creation request when receiving first authorization information sent by the client;
a creation request sending module 602, configured to send the electronic wallet creation request to the core system; the core system is used for creating an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creation request, determining one or more business objects associated with the electronic wallet account object, determining first fund data corresponding to a fund processing event when the fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is detected to be triggered, and adjusting second fund data with fund adjustment authority of the electronic wallet account object by adopting the first fund data.
In an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes:
the user identity information acquisition module is used for acquiring user identity information and verifying the user identity information;
The authentication pass execution module is configured to invoke the creation request generation module 601 when the authentication pass.
In the embodiment of the application, when the first authorization information sent by the client is received, an electronic wallet creation request is generated, and then the electronic wallet creation request is sent to the core system, the core system creates an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creation request, determines one or more business objects related to the electronic wallet account object, determines first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event when the fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is detected to be triggered, then adjusts second fund data with fund adjustment authority for the electronic wallet account object by adopting the first fund data, thereby realizing reduction of security refund and claim settlement payment failure rate, providing better guarantee for clients, reducing client refund disputes, establishing a threshold-free insurance account, making through the refund, claim payment, insurance product purchase and fund investment channels, increasing engagement of a bank account and product service of an insurance company, reducing delay in the use of the client fund, creating maximum value for clients and improving the experience of the clients.
An embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device that may include a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, the computer program implementing the steps of the method for electronic wallet-based data processing as above when executed by the processor.
An embodiment of the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of e-wallet based data processing as above.
For the device embodiments, since they are substantially similar to the method embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and reference is made to the description of the method embodiments for relevant points.
In this specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment is mainly described by differences from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are all enough to be referred to each other.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present embodiments may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Claims (9)

1. A data processing method based on an electronic wallet, which is applied to a core system, wherein the core system is in communication connection with a front-end system and a client, and the method comprises the following steps:
when receiving an electronic wallet creation request sent by the front-end system, creating an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creation request; the electronic wallet creation request is generated by the front-end system when receiving first authorization information sent by the client;
determining one or more business objects associated with the e-wallet account object; the business object comprises any one of the following: bank account objects, universal account objects, investment business objects, insurance business objects;
Determining first fund data corresponding to a fund processing event when the fund processing event aiming at one or more business objects is detected to be triggered;
adjusting second fund data of the electronic wallet account object with fund adjustment authority by adopting the first fund data; the second funds data includes funds data of the e-wallet account object and funds data in the business object for which the e-wallet account object has funds adjustment authority.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of determining one or more business objects associated with the e-wallet account object, the method further comprises:
receiving second authorization information which is sent by the client and aims at the electronic wallet account object; wherein the second authorization information includes a business object identifier;
and establishing an association relation between the electronic wallet account object and the service object identifier.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the funds processing event comprises: a funds transfer event and a funds transfer out event.
4. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
Receiving third authorization information which is sent by the client and aims at the electronic wallet account object; the third authorization information comprises one or more pieces of fund transfer mode information and sequence information corresponding to each piece of fund transfer mode information;
and establishing one or more funds transfer mode objects with funds adjustment authority of the electronic wallet account object by adopting the funds transfer mode information, and storing the sequence information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of adjusting second funds data of the e-wallet account object having funds adjustment authority using the first funds data when the funds processing event is a funds transfer event comprises:
determining a target funds transfer mode object from the one or more funds transfer mode objects according to the sequence information;
and adjusting second fund data corresponding to the target fund transfer mode object by adopting the first fund data.
6. A data processing method based on an electronic wallet, which is applied to a front-end system, wherein the front-end system is in communication connection with a core system and a client, and the method comprises the following steps:
Generating an electronic wallet creation request when receiving first authorization information sent by the client;
sending the electronic wallet creation request to the core system; the core system is used for creating an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creation request, determining one or more business objects associated with the electronic wallet account object, determining first fund data corresponding to a fund processing event when the fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is detected to be triggered, and adopting the first fund data to adjust second fund data of the electronic wallet account object with fund adjustment authority;
the business object comprises any one of the following: bank account objects, universal account objects, investment business objects, insurance business objects; the second funds data includes funds data of the e-wallet account object and funds data in the business object for which the e-wallet account object has funds adjustment authority.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to the step of generating the e-wallet creation request, the method further comprises:
Acquiring user identity information and verifying the user identity information;
and executing the step of generating an electronic wallet creation request when the user identity information verification passes.
8. A data processing device based on an electronic wallet, which is applied to a core system, wherein the core system is in communication connection with a front-end system and a client, and the data processing device comprises:
the electronic wallet creation module is used for creating an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creation request when receiving the electronic wallet creation request sent by the front-end system; the electronic wallet creation request is generated by the front-end system when receiving first authorization information sent by the client;
a business object determination module for determining one or more business objects associated with the e-wallet account object; the business object comprises any one of the following: bank account objects, universal account objects, investment business objects, insurance business objects;
a fund data determining module, configured to determine, when it is detected that a fund processing event for the one or more business objects is triggered, first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event;
The fund data adjustment module is used for adjusting second fund data with fund adjustment authority of the electronic wallet account object by adopting the first fund data; the second funds data includes funds data of the e-wallet account object and funds data in the business object for which the e-wallet account object has funds adjustment authority.
9. A data processing device based on an electronic wallet, which is applied to a front-end system, wherein the front-end system is in communication connection with a core system and a client, and comprises:
the creation request generation module is used for generating an electronic wallet creation request when receiving the first authorization information sent by the client;
the creation request sending module is used for sending the electronic wallet creation request to the core system; the core system is used for creating an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creation request, determining one or more business objects associated with the electronic wallet account object, determining first fund data corresponding to a fund processing event when the fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is detected to be triggered, and adopting the first fund data to adjust second fund data of the electronic wallet account object with fund adjustment authority;
The business object comprises any one of the following: bank account objects, universal account objects, investment business objects, insurance business objects; the second funds data includes funds data of the e-wallet account object and funds data in the business object for which the e-wallet account object has funds adjustment authority.
