In the embodiment of the application, when an electronic wallet creating request sent by a front-end system is received, an electronic wallet account object is created according to the electronic wallet creating request, one or more business objects related to the electronic wallet account object are determined, when a fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is detected to be triggered, first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event is determined, then second fund data with fund adjusting authority of the electronic wallet account object is adjusted by adopting the first fund data, so that the reduction of insurance refund fee, the failure rate of settlement of claim money, better guarantee for a client, the reduction of dispute of the client for the insurance claim, the establishment of a threshold-free insurance account, the opening of channels of insurance refund fee, claim payment, insurance product purchase and fund investment, and the increase of the connection between a bank account and insurance company product service, the delay of the capital utilization of the customer is reduced, the maximum value is created for the customer, and the customer experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for data processing based on an electronic wallet according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, and the method is applied to a front-end system, where the front-end system is communicatively connected to a core system and a client, and specifically may include the following steps:
step 201, when first authorization information sent by the client is received, generating an electronic wallet creating request;
in a specific implementation, the front-end system may receive first authorization information sent by a user through a client, where the first authorization information may be authorization information allowing establishment of an electronic wallet account object, and after receiving the authorization information, generate an electronic wallet creation request, and further send the electronic wallet creation request to a core system, where the electronic wallet account object is created through the core system.
In an embodiment of the present application, before the step of generating an electronic wallet creation request, the method may further include the sub-steps of:
acquiring user identity information and verifying the user identity information; the step of generating an electronic wallet creation request is performed when the user identity information is verified.
As an example, verifying identity information may include:
face dynamic information authentication, and/or handwritten signature authentication.
In a specific implementation, after sending the first authorization information, the client may obtain the identity information of the user, and perform verification on the obtained identity information of the user, for example, call face recognition, and perform living body recognition verification on an identity verification system of a public security department; or entering a handwritten signature page, identifying the handwritten signature of the user by using an image identification technology, and if the handwritten signature is consistent with the client registration name, passing the verification. If the user identity authentication information passes the verification, keeping a corresponding verification result as evidence that the customer actively sets up the electronic wallet, and generating an electronic wallet establishing request by the front-end system; if the user identity authentication information cannot pass the verification, prompt information can be sent to remind the user of handling the information by an offline means, for example, the user is reminded of selling the information through an insurance company or handling the authorization by an operator, and the insurance company counter signs a paper authorization, so that the selling or operating personnel can keep the verification result by uploading an authorization image.
Step 202, sending the electronic wallet creating request to the core system; the core system is used for creating an electronic wallet account object according to the electronic wallet creating request, determining one or more business objects associated with the electronic wallet account object, determining first fund data corresponding to fund processing events when detecting that the fund processing events aiming at the one or more business objects are triggered, and adjusting second fund data of the electronic wallet account object with fund adjusting authority by adopting the first fund data.
In a specific implementation, after the user front end generates the electronic wallet creating request, the electronic wallet creating request can be sent to the core system, so that the core system can create an electronic wallet account object and determine one or more associated business objects, and based on this, when the core system detects that a fund processing event for one or more business objects is triggered, second fund data of which the electronic wallet account object has fund adjusting authority can be adjusted according to first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event.
In the embodiment of the application, when first authorization information sent by a client is received, an electronic wallet creating request is generated, the electronic wallet creating request is further sent to a core system, the core system creates an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creating request, one or more business objects related to the electronic wallet account object are determined, when a fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is detected to be triggered, first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event is determined, then second fund data with fund adjusting authority of the electronic wallet account object is adjusted by adopting the first fund data, the reduction of security refund and claim settlement payment failure rate is achieved, better guarantee is provided for a client, the dispute of refund and claim settlement is reduced, a threshold-free insurance account is established, insurance refund and claim payment are opened, The channel of insurance product purchase and fund investment increases the link between the bank account and the product service of insurance companies, reduces the delay of the use of the fund of customers, creates the maximum value for the customers and improves the customer experience.
The present application is described below with reference to fig. 3 and 4 by an example of an application to insurance services, but it should be understood that the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
1. The insurance applicant logs in an account of the related software of the insurance company through the mobile phone user;
2. the insurance company mobile phone front-end system displays insurance electronic wallet options and service agreements;
3. recording the opening time, reading position and changing state, thereby ensuring that the policyholder carefully reads the check option and the service agreement;
4. when the applicant sends an authorization instruction of 'consent' through the mobile phone user side, recording related authorization information, and entering the establishment of an insurance electronic wallet;
5. judging whether the applicant selects a resident identification card to carry out identification information verification;
6. if the resident identification card is selected for identity information verification, scanning face dynamic information of the insured person for face recognition, and verifying through the identity information recognition system of the public security department, if the verification is passed, establishing the insurance electronic wallet successfully;
7. if the resident identification card is not selected for identity information verification or the resident identification card is selected for identity information verification failure, performing handwritten signature authentication on a handwritten signature page, identifying the handwritten signature of the user by using an image identification technology, and if the handwritten signature is consistent with the registered name of the user, verifying the handwritten signature, and establishing an insurance electronic wallet successfully;
8. if the handwriting verification authentication fails, prompt information can be sent to remind the user to adopt an offline means, a paper authorization book is signed on a counter of an insurance company, and then an insurance electronic wallet is successfully established;
9. when the insurance electronic purse is successfully established, the related bank account can be authorized, and the insurance applicant can be further authorized to execute the business object and business operation allowed by the insurance electronic purse through the setting of the switch;
10. when detecting that the insurance premium, the claim settlement fund, the pension fund and the insurance product are reddened, automatically withholding the premium, purchasing the investment product and mutually transferring the balance of the insurance electronic wallet and the bank account, executing corresponding fund calling operation, specifically as shown in fig. 4, the insurance electronic wallet can receive the insurance premium, the claim settlement fund, the pension fund and the insurance product are reddened; the fund transfer can be carried out with the universal account and the bank account; when the bank account has insufficient funds, the joint fund deduction can be carried out; meanwhile, a quick window for purchasing insurance products and agent fund products can be provided for the user to directly purchase; in addition, corresponding current deposit, steady investment and investment acquisition are carried out according to preset investment rules;
11. the funds data for the insurance wallet is viewed and displayed.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently depending on the embodiments. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required of the embodiments of the application.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus based on an electronic wallet provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the apparatus may be applied to a core system, and the core system may be communicatively connected with a front-end system and a client, and specifically may include the following modules:
an electronic wallet creating module 501, configured to, when receiving an electronic wallet creating request sent by the front-end system, create an electronic wallet account object for the electronic wallet creating request; the electronic wallet creating request is generated by the front-end system when first authorization information sent by the client is received;
a business object determination module 502 for determining one or more business objects associated with the e-wallet account object; the business object comprises: bank account object, universal account object, investment business object, insurance business object;
a fund data determination module 503, configured to determine, when it is detected that a fund processing event for the one or more business objects is triggered, first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event; the funds-handling event comprises: a funds transfer-in event and a funds transfer-out event;
and the fund data adjusting module 504 is configured to adjust, by using the first fund data, second fund data of the electronic wallet account object, which has a fund adjusting authority.
In an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus includes:
the second authorization information module is used for receiving second authorization information which is sent by the client and aims at the electronic wallet account object; the second authorization information comprises a business object identifier;
and the association establishing module is used for establishing the association relationship between the electronic wallet account object and the business object identifier.
In an embodiment of the present application, the fund data determination module 503 further includes:
the third authorization information submodule is used for receiving third authorization information which is sent by the client and aims at the electronic wallet account object; the third authorization information comprises one or more fund transfer-out mode information and sequence information corresponding to each fund transfer-out mode information;
and the fund transfer-out mode object establishing submodule is used for establishing one or more fund transfer-out mode objects of which the electronic wallet account object has fund adjustment authority by adopting the fund transfer-out mode information and storing the sequence information.
A target fund transfer-out mode determining submodule, configured to determine a target fund transfer-out mode object from the one or more fund transfer-out mode objects according to the sequence information;
and the second fund data adjusting submodule is used for adjusting second fund data corresponding to the target fund transfer-out mode object by adopting the first fund data.
In the embodiment of the application, when an electronic wallet creating request sent by a front-end system is received, an electronic wallet account object is created according to the electronic wallet creating request, one or more business objects related to the electronic wallet account object are determined, when a fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is detected to be triggered, first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event is determined, then second fund data with fund adjusting authority of the electronic wallet account object is adjusted by adopting the first fund data, so that the reduction of insurance refund fee, the failure rate of settlement of claim money, better guarantee for a client, the reduction of dispute of the client for the insurance claim, the establishment of a threshold-free insurance account, the opening of channels of insurance refund fee, claim payment, insurance product purchase and fund investment, and the increase of the connection between a bank account and insurance company product service, the delay of the capital utilization of the customer is reduced, the maximum value is created for the customer, and the customer experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for data processing based on an electronic wallet provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, the apparatus is applied to a front-end system, and the front-end system is in communication connection with a core system and a client, and specifically may include the following modules:
a creation request generation module 601, configured to generate an electronic wallet creation request when receiving first authorization information sent by the client;
a creation request sending module 602, configured to send the electronic wallet creation request to the core system; the core system is used for creating an electronic wallet account object according to the electronic wallet creating request, determining one or more business objects associated with the electronic wallet account object, determining first fund data corresponding to fund processing events when detecting that the fund processing events aiming at the one or more business objects are triggered, and adjusting second fund data of the electronic wallet account object with fund adjusting authority by adopting the first fund data.
In an embodiment of the present application, the apparatus further includes:
the user identity information acquisition module is used for acquiring user identity information and verifying the user identity information;
and the identity information verification passing execution module is configured to invoke the creation request generation module 601 when the user identity information verification passes.
In the embodiment of the application, when first authorization information sent by a client is received, an electronic wallet creating request is generated, the electronic wallet creating request is further sent to a core system, the core system creates an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creating request, one or more business objects related to the electronic wallet account object are determined, when a fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is detected to be triggered, first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event is determined, then second fund data with fund adjusting authority of the electronic wallet account object is adjusted by adopting the first fund data, the reduction of security refund and claim settlement payment failure rate is achieved, better guarantee is provided for a client, the dispute of refund and claim settlement is reduced, a threshold-free insurance account is established, insurance refund and claim payment are opened, The channel of insurance product purchase and fund investment increases the link between the bank account and the product service of insurance companies, reduces the delay of the use of the fund of customers, creates the maximum value for the customers and improves the customer experience.
An embodiment of the present application also provides an electronic device, which may include a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, and when executed by the processor, the computer program implements the steps of the method for data processing based on an electronic wallet as described above.
An embodiment of the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, realizes the steps of the method for data processing based on an electronic wallet as above.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A data processing method based on an electronic wallet is applied to a core system, the core system is in communication connection with a front-end system and a client, and the method comprises the following steps:
when an electronic wallet creating request sent by the front-end system is received, creating an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creating request; the electronic wallet creating request is generated by the front-end system when first authorization information sent by the client is received;
determining one or more business objects associated with the e-wallet account object;
when detecting that a fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is triggered, determining first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event;
and adjusting second fund data of the electronic wallet account object with fund adjustment authority by adopting the first fund data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of determining one or more business objects associated with the wallet account object, the method further comprises:
receiving second authorization information which is sent by the client and aims at the electronic wallet account object; the second authorization information comprises a business object identifier;
and establishing an association relation between the electronic wallet account object and the business object identifier.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the funds handling event comprises: a funds transfer-in event and a funds transfer-out event.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving third authorization information which is sent by the client and aims at the electronic wallet account object; the third authorization information comprises one or more fund transfer-out mode information and sequence information corresponding to each fund transfer-out mode information;
and establishing one or more fund transfer-out mode objects of which the electronic wallet account object has fund adjustment authority by adopting the fund transfer-out mode information, and storing the sequence information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein when the funds handling event is a funds transfer-out event, the adjusting second funds data having funds adjustment authority for the e-wallet account object using the first funds data comprises:
determining a target fund transfer-out mode object from the one or more fund transfer-out mode objects according to the sequence information;
and adjusting second fund data corresponding to the target fund transfer-out mode object by adopting the first fund data.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the business object comprises any one of:
bank account object, universal account object, investment business object, insurance business object.
7. A data processing method based on an electronic wallet is applied to a front-end system, the front-end system is in communication connection with a core system and a client, and the method comprises the following steps:
generating an electronic wallet establishing request when first authorization information sent by the client is received;
sending the electronic wallet creation request to the core system; the core system is used for creating an electronic wallet account object according to the electronic wallet creating request, determining one or more business objects associated with the electronic wallet account object, determining first fund data corresponding to fund processing events when detecting that the fund processing events aiming at the one or more business objects are triggered, and adjusting second fund data of the electronic wallet account object with fund adjusting authority by adopting the first fund data.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein prior to the step of generating an electronic wallet creation request, the method further comprises:
acquiring user identity information and verifying the user identity information;
and when the user identity information is verified, executing the step of generating the electronic wallet creating request.
9. The data processing device based on the electronic wallet is applied to a core system, the core system is in communication connection with a front-end system and a client, and the data processing device comprises:
the electronic wallet creating module is used for creating an electronic wallet account object aiming at the electronic wallet creating request when the electronic wallet creating request sent by the front-end system is received; the electronic wallet creating request is generated by the front-end system when first authorization information sent by the client is received;
a business object determination module for determining one or more business objects associated with the e-wallet account object;
the fund data determining module is used for determining first fund data corresponding to the fund processing event when detecting that the fund processing event aiming at the one or more business objects is triggered;
and the fund data adjusting module is used for adjusting second fund data of the electronic wallet account object with fund adjusting authority by adopting the first fund data.
10. An electronic wallet-based data processing device, applied to a front-end system, wherein the front-end system is in communication connection with a core system and a client, and the electronic wallet-based data processing device comprises:
the creation request generation module is used for generating an electronic wallet creation request when first authorization information sent by the client is received;
a creation request sending module for sending the electronic wallet creation request to the core system; the core system is used for creating an electronic wallet account object according to the electronic wallet creating request, determining one or more business objects associated with the electronic wallet account object, determining first fund data corresponding to fund processing events when detecting that the fund processing events aiming at the one or more business objects are triggered, and adjusting second fund data of the electronic wallet account object with fund adjusting authority by adopting the first fund data.
