Similarly, if a server used for storing data uploaded by terminal devices in an enterprise is located in the cellular internet of things, the terminal devices in the enterprise can upload the data to the server in the cellular internet of things cloud platform through the private network channel 1, and correspondingly, the cellular internet of things control device can set the corresponding relationship between the identification information of the terminal devices in the enterprise and the private network channel 1, and pre-configure the corresponding relationship in the cellular internet of things control device.

The data transmission method comprises at least two private network channels, and can determine to adopt a target private network channel of the at least two private network channels for data transmission according to the identification information of the terminal equipment so as to achieve the purpose of transmitting data to a server in a target network.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a data transmission device provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the data transmission apparatus 300 includes: a transceiver module 301 and a processing module 302.
The receiving and sending module 301 is configured to receive, by a routing device of the cellular internet of things, an upload request of a terminal device forwarded by a core network device of a cellular network, where the upload request is used to request to upload data to a server in a target network through a private network channel, where the upload request includes identification information of the terminal device and data to be uploaded, the target network is any one of networks establishing the private network channel with the routing device, and there are at least two networks establishing the private network channel with the routing device, and the identification information is used to represent that the terminal device has a private network access right;
the processing module 302 is configured to determine, by the routing device, a target private network channel having an access right for the terminal device according to the identification information of the terminal device and a corresponding relationship between the identification information of the terminal device and a private network channel having an access right for the terminal device, where the corresponding relationship is configured for the routing device after the cellular internet of things control device accesses the private network in the target network;
the transceiver module 301 is further configured to send, by the routing device, data to be uploaded to a server in the target network through the target private network channel.
Optionally, if the local area network corresponding to the terminal device is pre-connected to the cellular internet of things cloud platform, the target network is the cellular internet of things cloud platform, and if the local area network corresponding to the terminal device is not pre-connected to the cellular internet of things cloud platform, the target network is the local area network.
Optionally, when the target network is a local area network, the local area network is previously accessed to the private network through the customer premises equipment CPE of the cellular internet of things, the cellular internet of things gateway and the target private network access equipment, the target private network access equipment is the private network access equipment closest to the CPE in the private network, and the target private network channel is a channel formed by the routing equipment, the target private network access equipment, the cellular internet of things gateway, the CPE and the local area network.
Optionally, when the target network is a cellular internet of things cloud platform, the cellular internet of things is previously accessed to the private network through a cellular internet of things gateway and a target private network access device, the target private network access device is a private network access device closest to the cellular internet of things gateway in the private network, and the target private network channel is a channel formed by the routing device, the target private network access device, the cellular internet of things gateway and the cellular internet of things cloud platform.
Optionally, the identification information of the terminal device is a virtual private network VPN code.
The principle and technical effect of the data transmission device provided in this embodiment are similar to those of the data transmission method, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device 400 includes: a memory 401 and at least one processor 402.
A memory 401 for storing program instructions.
The processor 402 is configured to implement the data transmission method in this embodiment when the program instructions are executed, and specific implementation principles may be referred to the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again.
The electronic device 400 may also include an input/output interface 403.
The input/output interface 403 may include a separate output interface and input interface, or may be an integrated interface that integrates input and output. The output interface is used for outputting data, the input interface is used for acquiring input data, the output data is a general name output in the method embodiment, and the input data is a general name input in the method embodiment.
The present application further provides a readable storage medium, in which an execution instruction is stored, and when the execution instruction is executed by at least one processor of the electronic device, the data transmission method in the above embodiments is implemented when the computer execution instruction is executed by the processor.
The present application also provides a program product comprising execution instructions stored in a readable storage medium. The at least one processor of the electronic device may read the execution instruction from the readable storage medium, and the execution of the execution instruction by the at least one processor causes the electronic device to implement the data transmission method provided by the various embodiments described above.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be other divisions, for example, multiple modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. Claims (10)

1. A method of data transmission, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a routing device of the cellular Internet of things receives an uploading request of a terminal device forwarded by a core network device of a cellular network, wherein the uploading request is used for requesting to upload data to a server in a target network through a private network channel, the uploading request comprises identification information of the terminal device and data to be uploaded, the target network is any one of networks which establish the private network channel with the routing device, at least two networks which establish the private network channel with the routing device are provided, and the identification information is used for representing that the terminal device has private network access authority;
the routing equipment determines a target private network channel with access authority of the terminal equipment according to the identification information of the terminal equipment and the corresponding relation between the identification information of the terminal equipment and the private network channel with access authority of the terminal equipment, wherein the corresponding relation is configured for the routing equipment after the target network is accessed into a private network by the cellular Internet of things control equipment;
and the routing equipment sends the data to be uploaded to a server in the target network through the target private network channel.
2. The method of claim 1,
if the local area network corresponding to the target private network channel is not communicated with the cellular Internet of things cloud platform in advance, the target network is the local area network.
3. The method of claim 2,
when the target network is the local area network, the local area network is accessed to the private network in advance through Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) of a cellular Internet of things, a cellular Internet of things gateway and target private network access equipment, the target private network access equipment is the private network access equipment which is closest to the CPE in the private network, and the target private network channel is a channel formed by the routing equipment, the target private network access equipment, the cellular Internet of things gateway, the CPE and the local area network.
4. The method of claim 2,
when the target network is the cellular Internet of things cloud platform, the cellular Internet of things cloud platform is accessed to the private network in advance through a cellular Internet of things gateway and target private network access equipment, the target private network access equipment is the private network and the private network access equipment which is closest to the cellular Internet of things gateway, and the target private network channel is the routing equipment, the target private network access equipment, the cellular Internet of things gateway and a channel formed by the cellular Internet of things cloud platform.
5. The method according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the identification information of the terminal device is a virtual private network, VPN, code.
6. A data transmission apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a transceiving module, a routing device and a target network, wherein the transceiving module is used for receiving an uploading request of a terminal device forwarded by a core network device of a cellular network by a routing device of the cellular Internet of things, the uploading request is used for requesting to upload data to a server in the target network through a private network channel, the uploading request comprises identification information of the terminal device and data to be uploaded, the target network is any one of networks establishing the private network channel with the routing device, at least two networks establishing the private network channel with the routing device are provided, and the identification information is used for representing that the terminal device has private network access authority;
the processing module is used for determining a target private network channel with access authority of the terminal equipment by the routing equipment according to the identification information of the terminal equipment and the corresponding relation between the identification information of the terminal equipment and the private network channel with access authority of the terminal equipment, wherein the corresponding relation is configured for the routing equipment after the target network is accessed into a private network by the cellular Internet of things control equipment;
the transceiver module is further configured to send, by the routing device, the data to be uploaded to a server in the target network through the target private network channel.
7. The apparatus of claim 6,
if the local area network corresponding to the target private network channel is not communicated with the cellular Internet of things cloud platform in advance, the target network is the local area network.

The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein when the target network is the local network, the local network accesses the private network in advance through a Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) of a cellular Internet of things, a cellular Internet of things gateway and a target private network access device, the target private network access device is a private network access device closest to the CPE in the private network, and the target private network channel is a channel formed by the routing device, the target private network access device, the cellular Internet of things gateway, the CPE and the local network;
when the target network is the cellular Internet of things cloud platform, the cellular Internet of things cloud platform is accessed to the private network in advance through a cellular Internet of things gateway and target private network access equipment, the target private network access equipment is the private network and the private network access equipment which is closest to the cellular Internet of things gateway, and the target private network channel is the routing equipment, the target private network access equipment, the cellular Internet of things gateway and a channel formed by the cellular Internet of things cloud platform.
