For example: when the account checking request is obtained, determining an electronic contract corresponding to the account checking request, determining each transaction terminal of the block chain according to the electronic contract, comparing a delivery certificate recorded by a delivery terminal with a receiving certificate recorded by a receiving terminal, and when the delivery quantity in the delivery certificate is consistent with the receiving information in the receiving certificate, determining that the account checking certificates of each transaction terminal are matched. The above list of one or more embodiments for matching and determining a match of reconciliation documents is not intended to represent only this embodiment, and other embodiments similar to the present application are also within the scope of the present application.
It can be understood that after the comparison and matching, the checked information needs to be synchronously updated to the transaction ledger of the check of each transaction terminal. For example: and synchronously updating the account checked information to the delivery terminal and the vending terminal. The synchronization method is the same as the transaction information synchronization method, and is not described here.
In this embodiment, when the transaction information type is a reconciliation request, the transaction terminal and the transaction ledger book which need to be reconciled are determined, the recorded reconciliation certificates are extracted, the reconciliation certificates are compared, and after the reconciliation certificates of the transaction terminals are determined to be matched, the reconciled information is synchronously updated to the transaction ledger book reconciled by the transaction terminals. The account checking processing of the transaction information is realized, and the operation is simple, convenient and quick.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the fourth embodiment of the transaction platform system method based on the blockchain according to the present invention, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 5, after the step of determining that the reconciliation documents of the transaction terminals are matched and synchronously updating the reconciled information to the transaction ledger of the reconciliation of the transaction terminals, the method further includes:
step S33, acquiring the contract period of the electronic contract;
step S34, after the contract period is reached, a payment terminal and a collection terminal are determined, wherein each transaction terminal comprises the payment terminal and the collection terminal;
and step S35, transferring accounts payable agreed by the electronic contract from the account corresponding to the payment terminal to the account corresponding to the collection terminal.
And when the buyer and the seller formulate an electronic contract according to the preset rules, the contract deadline is determined at the same time, and the contract deadline is recorded in the transaction ledger of each transaction terminal. And after confirming that the reconciliation certificates of all transaction terminals are matched and synchronously updating the reconciled information to the transaction ledgers of all transaction terminals, acquiring the contract deadline by initiating an acquisition request.
It is understood that when the contract term is reached, i.e., the electronic contract expires, the payment terminal and the payment receiving terminal may be determined based on the electronic contract. The payment terminal is a buyer, and the collection terminal is a seller. For example: according to the delivery information, the collection terminal can be determined, namely the delivery terminal is the collection terminal. And obtaining the payment terminal according to the determined receiving terminal.
The transaction terminal also records bank information of the user, and the transaction platform can directly use the bank information to pay and collect money under the preset condition. For example: when the buyer and the seller make an electronic contract, the platform can automatically transfer accounts payable of the buyer account into the seller account according to the reserved bank information by appointing when the contract expires.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the electronic contract only contains one reconciliation transaction, which means that the transaction process of the electronic contract is completed by one delivery and receipt. Therefore, after the reconciliation voucher of each transaction terminal is determined to be matched, the transaction is finished. For example: the electronic contract is that a buyer purchases 100 tons of goods to a seller, the seller only sends 100 tons of goods, the buyer also receives 100 tons of goods, and the reconciliation step is completed. It is understood that when the reconciliation certificates of the transaction terminals are determined to be matched and the contract period is reached, the platform can automatically transfer accounts payable of the buyer account to the seller account according to the reserved bank information.
Optionally, after determining that the reconciliation certificates of the transaction terminals are matched and the reconciled information is synchronously updated to the transaction ledger of the reconciled transaction terminals, the receivable accounts can be obtained according to the electronic contract, then, invoice information is automatically generated according to the reconciliation information, the logistics information, the goods acceptance information, the fund information and the like, after the invoice information is generated, a preset invoicing program is called to automatically generate an electronic invoice, and after the electronic invoice and the invoice information are synchronously updated to the transaction ledger corresponding to each transaction terminal of the block chain, the step of obtaining the contract deadline of the electronic contract in this embodiment is executed.
In this embodiment, after the reconciliation information is synchronized to the transaction book of the reconciliation of each transaction terminal, the payment terminal and the collection terminal are determined after the contract expires by acquiring the contract term of the electronic contract, so that the accounts payable agreed by the electronic contract is transferred from the account corresponding to the payment terminal to the account corresponding to the collection terminal, the accounting is intelligently and conveniently urged, and the default risk of the enterprise is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 7, the present invention provides a fifth embodiment of a transaction platform system method based on a blockchain, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the steps of the transaction platform system method based on a blockchain include:
step S37, acquiring accounts payable and accounts receivable agreed by the electronic contract;
step S38, sending the determination information of accounts payable to the payment terminal, and sending the determination information of accounts payable to the collection terminal;
and step S35, after receiving the response information of the payment terminal and the collection terminal, executing the transfer of the account corresponding to the payment terminal to the account corresponding to the collection terminal to the payment to be received.
The accounts payable and accounts receivable are transaction amounts recorded by the electronic contract, and the transaction amounts can be directly obtained by the electronic contract or obtained in a transaction book in which account checking information is recorded in a transaction terminal. And sending the determined information of the accounts payable to the payment terminal according to the transaction amount, and sending the determined information of the accounts payable to the collection terminal. Only after the payment terminal and the collection terminal make the determination operation, the payment operation can be triggered, and the platform system can transfer the payment to be received from the account corresponding to the payment terminal to the account corresponding to the collection terminal.
In this embodiment, by acquiring accounts payable and accounts receivable agreed by the electronic contract, sending the determination information of the accounts payable to the payment terminal, sending the determination information of the accounts receivable to the collection terminal, and then executing the transfer of the accounts payable from the account corresponding to the payment terminal to the account corresponding to the collection terminal after receiving the response information of the payment terminal and the collection terminal, the intelligent payment of the electronic contract is realized, the operation is simplified, and the debt risk of an enterprise is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 8, the present invention provides a sixth embodiment of a transaction platform system method based on a blockchain, and based on the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the steps of the transaction platform system method based on a blockchain include:
step S39, after the contract period is reached, judging whether each transaction information agreed by the electronic contract is checked;
step S34, when each transaction information agreed by the electronic contract is checked, the step of determining the payment terminal and the collection terminal is executed;
step S310, determining a current transaction node when partial transaction information is not checked in each transaction information agreed by the electronic contract;
step S311, sending transaction reminding information to the transaction terminal corresponding to the current transaction node.
After the contract period is reached, the condition that the transaction information agreed by the electronic contract is not finished is also existed. For example: the electronic contract is that a buyer purchases 100 tons of goods to a seller, the seller delivers goods for 4 times according to the contract, after the contract is expired, the seller only sends 75 tons of goods, the buyer only receives 75 tons of goods, and then the goods of 25 tons are not transacted, namely, the buyer and the seller complete 3 times of reconciliation, and one time of reconciliation is incomplete. The partial transaction message is the 25 ton item in the above example. Then when some of the transaction information remains unchecked, it is necessary to determine the current transaction node, i.e., whether 25 tons of items in the above example were not delivered at the shipping node or received at the receiving node. When it is determined that 25 tons of items in the above example are not delivered at the shipping node, a transaction reminder message is sent to the shipping terminal.
Optionally, when the transaction information agreed by the electronic contract is checked, the step of determining the payment terminal and the payment receiving terminal is performed. For example: the electronic contract is that a buyer purchases 100 tons of goods to a seller, the seller is specified to deliver goods for 4 times by the contract, after the contract is expired, the 4-time goods receiving and delivery of the buyer and the seller are checked, and then all transaction information appointed by the electronic contract is checked.
In this embodiment, after the contract expires, it is first determined whether each transaction information agreed by the electronic contract has been reconciled, and when each transaction information agreed by the electronic contract has been reconciled, the step of determining the payment terminal and the payment receiving terminal is performed; and when partial transaction information in each transaction information agreed by the electronic contract is not checked, determining a current transaction node, and then sending transaction reminding information to a transaction terminal corresponding to the current transaction node. If the transaction is not completed, the reminding operation is carried out on the responsible party, and the operation is intelligent.
The invention also provides a transaction platform system terminal based on the blockchain, which comprises a memory, a processor and a platform management program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein when the platform management program is executed by the processor, the platform management program realizes the steps of the transaction platform system method based on the blockchain.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a platform management program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and the platform management program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the above-mentioned transaction platform system method based on blockchain.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or system. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) as described above and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A transaction platform system method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after transaction information is acquired, determining an electronic contract corresponding to the transaction information, wherein the electronic contract is signed based on an intelligent contract function;
determining each transaction terminal of the block chain according to the electronic contract, wherein each transaction terminal performs transaction processing and information management;
and synchronously updating the transaction information to the transaction accounts corresponding to the transaction terminals of the block chain.
2. The blockchain based transaction platform system method of claim 1, wherein the transaction terminals signing the electronic contract are on a same blockchain branch, the step of determining blockchain transaction terminals according to the electronic contract comprises:
determining a corresponding block chain branched chain according to the electronic contract;
and determining each transaction terminal according to the block chain branched chain.
3. The blockchain-based transaction platform system method according to claim 1, wherein the step of updating the transaction information synchronously with the transaction ledger corresponding to each transaction terminal of the blockchain includes:
determining a transaction information type according to the transaction information, wherein the transaction information type comprises at least one of a transaction contract and a logistics contract signing, a delivery, a receiving, a logistics handling and information, an import and export mode, a customs request and customs information, an invoice request and invoicing, a tax management request, a fund receipt and payment and an account checking request;
and synchronously updating the transaction information to a transaction book corresponding to the transaction information type of each transaction terminal of the block chain.
4. The blockchain-based transaction platform system method according to claim 3, wherein when the transaction information type is a reconciliation request, the step of synchronously updating the transaction information to the transaction ledger corresponding to the transaction information type of each transaction terminal of the blockchain includes:
comparing the account checking voucher of each transaction terminal of the block chain;
and determining the reconciliation voucher matching of each transaction terminal, and synchronously updating the reconciled information to the transaction ledger of each transaction terminal.
5. The blockchain-based transaction platform system method of claim 4, wherein after the step of determining that the reconciliation documents of the respective transaction terminals match and the reconciliation information is synchronously updated to the transaction ledger of the reconciliation of the respective transaction terminals, further comprising:
acquiring a contract period of the electronic contract;
after the contract period is up, determining a payment terminal and a collection terminal, wherein each transaction terminal comprises the payment terminal and the collection terminal;
and transferring accounts payable agreed by the electronic contract from the account corresponding to the payment terminal to the account corresponding to the collection terminal.
6. The blockchain based trading platform system method of claim 5, wherein the step of the blockchain based trading platform system method further comprises:
acquiring accounts payable and accounts receivable agreed by the electronic contract;
sending the determination information of the accounts payable to the payment terminal, and sending the determination information of the accounts payable to the collection terminal;
and after receiving the response information of the payment terminal and the collection terminal, executing the transfer of the account corresponding to the payment terminal to the account corresponding to the collection terminal to the payment to be received.
7. The blockchain based trading platform system method of claim 5, wherein the step of the blockchain based trading platform system method further comprises:
after the contract deadline is reached, judging whether each transaction information agreed by the electronic contract is checked;
when the transaction information agreed by the electronic contract is checked, executing the step of determining the payment terminal and the collection terminal;
determining a current transaction node when partial transaction information is not checked in each transaction information agreed by the electronic contract;
and sending transaction reminding information to the transaction terminal corresponding to the current transaction node.
8. The blockchain-based transaction platform system method of claim 5, wherein after the step of determining that the reconciliation documents of the respective transaction terminals match and the reconciliation information is synchronously updated to the transaction ledger of the reconciliation of the respective transaction terminals, further comprising:
generating invoice information according to the electronic contract, the account checking information, the logistics information and the fund information;
calling a billing program to generate an electronic invoice according to the invoice information;
and after synchronously updating the electronic invoice and invoice information to the transaction accounts corresponding to the transaction terminals of the blockchain, executing a step of acquiring a contract term of the electronic contract.
9. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal device comprises a memory, a processor and a platform management program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the platform management program of the terminal device, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the blockchain based transaction platform system method of the terminal device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a platform management program of a terminal device, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the blockchain based transaction platform system method of the terminal device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
