Detailed Description
The present disclosure will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and embodiments. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not to be construed as limitations of the present disclosure. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only the portions relevant to the present disclosure are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 as an aspect of the present disclosure, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a power control method for a shared appliance in this embodiment, including:
step S1: acquiring total line power capacity, wherein the total line power capacity is the total power capacity distributed to the shared household appliances by a power supply line of a building to be controlled;
step S2: acquiring the operating power of each running shared household appliance in a building seat to be controlled;
step S3: calculating the total operating power of all the running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled according to the operating power of each running shared household appliance in the building to be controlled;
step S4: and when the total operating power exceeds the total line power capacity, determining the household appliances to be processed according to the operating power of each running shared household appliance in the building to be controlled, and sending a first control instruction for controlling the household appliances to be processed to reduce the power.
The method of the embodiment of the disclosure can be executed by a server, and the server can be a cloud, a control center and the like; as one hardware configuration of a server implementing the method of the embodiments of the present disclosure, a computer including a processing unit, a system memory, a fixed non-volatile memory interface, a mobile non-volatile memory interface, a user input interface, a network interface, a video interface, and an output peripheral interface connected via a system bus may be included, it should be noted that the hardware configuration of the server is merely illustrative and in no way implies any limitation of the present invention, its application, or use.
According to the method, when the total operating power exceeds the total line power capacity, the household appliances to be processed are determined according to the operating power, a first control instruction is sent to the household appliances to be processed to control the household appliances to be processed to reduce the power, so that after the power is reduced, the total operating power of all the running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled is lower than the total line power capacity, the total operating power of the shared household appliances cannot continuously exceed the power limit of a power supply line of the building, and the potential safety hazard of the power supply line of the building is reduced.
In step S1, a total line power capacity is obtained, where the total line power capacity is the total power capacity allocated to the shared electrical appliances by the power supply line of the building to be controlled.
In the above steps, the total line power capacity is the total power capacity allocated to the shared household appliances by the power supply line of the building to be controlled, and can be confirmed and obtained by the installer during installation; taking the shared household appliances as air conditioners, the total line power capacity, that is, the capacity allocated to the air conditioner by the power supply line of the building where the air conditioner is located, is shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the building line and the air conditioner architecture, and the power capacity allocated to the air conditioner by the main power supply line of the building air conditioner in fig. 2 is the total line power capacity of the architecture schematic diagram. In FIG. 2, a main power supply line of a building air conditioner is connected with a power supply base i through an air-ground line i, and an air conditioner i is connected with the power supply base i through a power line; the air conditioner i transmits information with a server (a control center or a cloud); and the server transmits the information with the mobile phone app of the user.
In step S2, the operating power of each running shared appliance in the building to be controlled is obtained;
in the above steps, the operation power of each running shared household appliance in the building to be controlled is obtained, which may be the operation power sent by all the shared household appliances, and whether the running shared household appliances are running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled is judged according to the IDs of the shared household appliances sending the operation power and the association relationship between the pre-stored IDs and the building to be controlled; the server only receives the running power sent by the shared household appliances of the building to be controlled; since the power can be calculated from the current, the received operating power can also be replaced by the current.
Step S3: calculating the total operating power of all the running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled according to the operating power of each running shared household appliance in the building to be controlled;
in the above steps, the operating powers of the shared household appliances of the building to be controlled can be added, so as to obtain the total operating power of all the shared household appliances operating in the building to be controlled.
Step S4: and when the total operating power exceeds the total line power capacity, determining the household appliances to be processed according to the operating power of each running shared household appliance in the building to be controlled, and sending a first control instruction for controlling the household appliances to be processed to reduce the power.
In the above steps, the household appliances to be processed are the shared household appliances needing power reduction; when the running power of each running shared household appliance in the building to be controlled determines the household appliance to be processed, the shared household appliance with large running power reduction margin can be selected as the household appliance to be processed according to the running power; some optional solutions for determining the household appliance to be processed according to the operating power of each running shared household appliance in the building to be controlled can be seen in the following embodiments.
In step S1, the identity information of the shared home appliances may be obtained at the same time, and the shared home appliance information and the building line form a corresponding relationship, including: the capacity of the sub-line corresponding to each household appliance is large when the household appliances are equipped in a certain building.
Referring to fig. 3, in an alternative embodiment, the method further comprises:
step S11, obtaining the sub-line power capacity of each running shared household appliance in the building to be controlled;
step S12, judging whether there is a shared household electrical appliance with the operation power larger than the power capacity of the sub-line in the building seat to be controlled; if yes, go to step S13;
and step S13, sending a second control instruction to the shared household appliance with the operating power larger than the power capacity of the sub-line, wherein the second control instruction is used for controlling the shared household appliance to reduce the power below the corresponding power capacity of the sub-line.
According to the method, when the running power of the shared household appliances is larger than the power capacity of the sub-line, the power of the corresponding shared household appliances is reduced to be lower than the corresponding power capacity of the sub-line through the second control instruction, and therefore the running power of the shared household appliances is guaranteed not to exceed the corresponding power capacity of the sub-line.
In the above steps, the sub-line power capacity is dedicated for each shared household appliance; referring to fig. 2, a power supply socket i of an air conditioner sub-line i is used for supplying an air conditioner i; the sub-line power capacity of air conditioner sub-line i is the sub-line power capacity of air conditioner i. If the operating power of the air conditioner i exceeds the sub-line power capacity of the air conditioner sub-line i, the fact that the operating power of the shared household appliance (the air conditioner i) is larger than the sub-line power capacity of the shared household appliance can be judged.
The power capacity of the sub-line in the above steps can be confirmed by an installer when the shared household appliance is installed; and storing the sub-line power capacity of the shared household appliance in the server, it can be known that the sub-line power capacity of the shared household appliance stored in the system can be the shared household appliance ID and the sub-line power capacity paired with the shared household appliance ID.
As can be appreciated, the second control command can include a sub-line power capability corresponding to the shared appliance.
The above steps may be performed before step S3, and the advantage of performing before step S3 is that the above steps are relatively fast to calculate, and when the sub-line power capacity is exceeded, belonging to line overload operation, the power must be reduced in time. In the above steps, after the second control command is sent, the process may return to step S2 again to obtain a new operating power, so that steps S3 and S4 are calculated according to the latest operating power.
In an alternative embodiment, the method for controlling the power of the household appliance to be processed comprises the following steps:
calculating a first power weighted average value of the running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled based on the power capacity of each running shared household appliance in the building to be controlled;
determining the shared household appliance with the running power larger than the first power weighted average value as a household appliance to be processed;
generating a power limit value of the household appliance to be processed according to the first power weighted average value of the household appliance to be processed;
a first control instruction is generated based on the power limit.
In the embodiment, the first power weighted average value of the shared household appliances is calculated by taking the power capacity of the shared household appliances as the weight, the larger the power capacity is, the larger the first power weighted average value is, and the running capacity limit value of the shared household appliances can be reasonably distributed based on the power capacity of the shared household appliances through the first power weighted average value; on the premise of reducing the potential safety hazard, the shared household appliances can be ensured to work by proper running power.
In the present application, when the shared household appliance and the household appliance to be processed are shared air conditioners, the power capacities of the shared household appliance and the household appliance to be processed refer to the cooling/heating power capacities of the shared air conditioners.
In the above step, the first control instruction may control the household appliance to be processed to reduce the operating power to its power limit.
In the above steps, the power limit value of the household appliance to be processed may directly adopt the first power weighted average value of the household appliance to be processed; other alternatives may refer to the following embodiments.
Further, calculating a first weighted average of the power of the running shared appliances in the building to be controlled based on the power capacity of each running shared appliance in the building to be controlled, comprising:

and calculating to obtain a first power weighted average value of the running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled according to the power capacity of the running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled and the first power average value of the unit capacity.
In the steps, firstly, the total power capacity of the shared household appliances running in the building to be controlled is calculated; secondly, determining a first power average value of unit capacity according to the total power capacity of the running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled and the total line power capacity of the building to be controlled, namely dividing the total line power capacity of the building to be controlled by the total power capacity of the running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled; a first average power per unit capacity is obtained. And finally, multiplying the power capacity of the running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled by the first power average value of the unit capacity to obtain the first power weighted average value of the running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled.
Determining a first power average value of unit capacity according to the total power capacity of the running shared household appliances in the building to be controlled and the total line power capacity of the building to be controlled; determining a first power weighted average of the shared household appliances based on the first power average of the unit capacity; when the first power weighted average value obtained by the calculation in the above steps is used for calculating the operation capacity limit value of the shared household appliance, the operation capacity limit value of the shared household appliance can be further reasonably distributed, and the shared household appliance can be ensured to work by proper operation power on the premise of reducing the potential safety hazard.
Further, the method for controlling the power of the household appliance to be processed comprises the steps of determining the household appliance to be processed according to the operation power of each running shared household appliance in the building to be controlled, and sending a first control instruction for controlling the power to be reduced to the household appliance to be processed, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

(1) the shared air conditioners have unique identification ID of the ID card, and when the air conditioners are installed, the ID _ i (i is 1,2,3 …) of each air conditioner is confirmed;
(2) confirming the total power capacity P _ limit (total line power capacity) distributed to the air conditioners by the power supply lines of the seats where the air conditioners are located and the special sub-line capacity P _ i _ limit (i is 1,2 and 3 …);
(3) matching the ID _ i of the air conditioner with the special sub-line capacity P _ i _ limit corresponding to the air conditioner to form matching information;
(4) uploading the ID of the air conditioner, the line capacity and pairing information of the air conditioner and the line to a control center or a cloud;
(5) and comparing the power P _ i of each air conditioner in operation with the power capacity P _ i _ limit of the sub-circuit thereof by the control center or the cloud.
If P _ i is less than or equal to P _ i _ limit, the current situation is kept;
if P _ i > P _ i _ limit, the control center or the cloud sends a command to the air conditioner with the ID _ i number, so that the power of the air conditioner is reduced to be lower than the P _ i _ limit.
(6) And the control center or the cloud calculates the total power P _ sum _ m of m running air conditioners running in the building, and compares the total power P _ sum _ m with the capacity value P _ limit of the power supply line of the building.
If P _ sum _ m is less than or equal to P _ limit, keeping the current state;
if P _ sum _ m > P _ limit, the following steps are performed:
firstly, taking 1 to serve as a basic unit, checking and calculating the capacity coefficients X _ i (taking 1,2 and 3 … as i) of all air conditioners in the building. For example, the coefficient of 0.5 air conditioners is 0.5, the coefficient of 1 air conditioner is 1, and the coefficient of 1.5 air conditioners is 1.5.
And secondly, adding and summing the capacity coefficients of the m running air conditioners to obtain X _ sum _ run _ m as sigma X _ i.
And thirdly, calculating the allowable power average value P _ avg _ allow _ P of each capacity of the m running air conditioners, namely P _ limit/X _ sum _ run _ m.
And fourthly, calculating the power weighted average value P _ i _ avg _ r allowed by each air conditioner, wherein the power weighted average value P _ avg _ allow _ P X _ i is allowed by each air conditioner.
Fifthly, calculating the excess part power P _ over as P _ sum _ m-P _ limit.
And sixthly, adding and summing the capacity coefficients of the n air conditioners which operate when the actual operating power P _ i exceeds the power weighted average value P _ i _ avg _ r allowed by each air conditioner to obtain X _ sum _ over _ n ∑ X _ i.
Seventhly, calculating the power average value P _ over _ avg _ P which exceeds the power weighted average value P _ i _ avg _ r allowed by each air conditioner and exceeds the capacity of each of the n air conditioners
Calculating the weighted average value P _ i _ over _ avg _ r (P _ over _ avg _ P) X _ i of the excess power of each air conditioner of n air conditioners running beyond the power weighted average value P _ i _ avg _ r allowed by each air conditioner
Ninthly, calculating the power limit value P _ i _ limit _ calc of the n air conditioners which are operated beyond the power weighted value P _ i _ avg _ r allowed by each air conditioner, and finally calculating the power limit value P _ i _ limit _ calc as P _ i-P _ i _ over _ avg _ r.
Logic below the R, the control center or the cloud judges whether each air conditioner needs to reduce power or not, and sends the calculated power limit value P _ i _ limit _ calc to the air conditioner needing to reduce power.
(7) And after receiving the information of the calculated power limit value, the air conditioner executes the calculation according to the limit value. The user-set operating parameters must comply with this limit.
In the step (6), the running air conditioners can be changed into all air conditioners to participate in calculation, and the actual power of the air conditioners which are not in operation is marked as 0.
The step (5) may be replaced by: and the control center or the cloud sends the sub-line power capacity P _ i _ limit to each corresponding air conditioner, and each air conditioner controls the power per se not to exceed the sub-line power capacity P _ i _ limit in the running process.
In the step (6) (after the step (iv) is performed), the following steps may be substituted: and taking the power weighted average value P _ i _ avg _ r allowed by each air conditioner as a final power limit value, and sending the final power limit value to the corresponding air conditioner by the control center or the cloud.
In the step (6), the running air conditioners can be changed into all air conditioners to participate in calculation, and the actual power of the air conditioners which are not in operation is marked as 0.
In order to improve energy conservation and emission reduction, the method further comprises the following steps:
the air conditioner uploads information such as self ID, indoor environment temperature, outdoor environment temperature, air humidity, wind speed and cooling/heating set temperature to a control center or a cloud.
And the control center or the cloud calculates a reasonable recommended value of air conditioner operation according to the air conditioner operation condition at a certain frequency, if the current operation power of the household appliance is greater than the calculated recommended value, the recommended value is pushed to the mobile phone app of the user, and if the current operation power of the household appliance is less than the recommended value calculated by the cloud, the recommended value is not pushed.
After receiving the push, the user can select to receive the recommended parameters or keep the current set operation parameters.
The user can set the push frequency and the push time period of the recommended value of the air conditioner operation at the app end.
