Also, a first feature "on," "over," and "above" a second feature may be directly or diagonally above the second feature, or may simply indicate that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature may be directly under or obliquely under the first feature, or may simply mean that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.
Compared with the mode that touch equipment such as a capacitance pen and the like and a touch panel are designed separately in the existing medical touch operation equipment, the rocker type touch equipment provided by the invention has the advantages that the touch equipment is directly arranged on the surface of the touch panel, so that the problem that an operator directly operates the touch panel by hands and the touch equipment such as the capacitance pen and the like is inconvenient to operate is solved, the operation can be completed by one hand, and the rocker type touch equipment is simple and convenient to use.
Specifically, the rocker-type touch apparatus 100 shown in fig. 1 to 3, 7, and 8 includes: the touch panel comprises a support 200 and a touch assembly 300, wherein the support 200 is fixed on the surface of a touch panel on a host, and the touch assembly 300 is arranged on the support 200 in a penetrating way and can rotate relative to the support 200, so that the touch assembly 300 can deflect at a certain angle around the intersection point of the touch assembly 300 and the support 200; the end of the touch device 300 abuts against the surface of the touch panel. When the touch panel is operated by using the existing touch equipment such as a capacitive pen and the like, the capacitive pen is relatively independent of the touch panel, the capacitive pen needs to be taken up for operation when in use, and the capacitive pen needs to be put back to a specific position after use; in some clinical situations, the capacitance pen is inconvenient to take up and put down, and the capacitance pen is in risk of falling during use, and particularly, the capacitance pen can have serious consequences when falling during an operation. In the rocker-type touch device 100 of the present invention, since the touch member 300 and the touch panel are relatively fixed, the touch member 300 can be directly rotated to perform related operations during use, and the operation is facilitated without picking up, putting down, and holding the touch member 300.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the touch assembly 300 includes a rocking handle 310 and a stylus 320 connected by a first elastic member 330, wherein the stylus 320 is closer to the touch panel than the rocking handle 310. The touch assembly 300 and the bracket 200 can rotate and move with a small range, and the distance between the end of the touch pen 320 and the touch panel changes when the touch assembly 300 rotates because the bracket 200 is kept still. When the rotation angle of the touch pen 320 is small, the touch assembly 300 and the bracket 200 can be complemented by play; the tip of the stylus 320 may be out of contact with the touch panel when the rotation angle is too large. A first elastic member 330 is disposed between the rocking handle 310 and the stylus 320, and when the rotation angle is small, the first elastic member 330 is always in a compressed state; when the rotation angle is larger, the first elastic member 330 is extended, so that the end of the stylus 320 is always in contact with the touch panel.
Further, the rocking handle 310 is provided with a blind mounting hole 311, the touch pen 320 is disposed in the blind mounting hole 311, and the first elastic member 330 connects the end of the touch pen 320 and the bottom surface of the blind mounting hole 311. Generally, the stylus 320 is small in size due to cost issues, while the size of the swing handle 310 is large relative to the stylus 320 for ease of operation. In order to facilitate installation and ensure that the stylus 320 and the rocking handle 310 only slide along a certain direction without rotating, a blind installation hole 311 is formed in the rocking handle 310, the inner diameter of the blind installation hole is equal to or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the stylus 320, the first elastic member 330 is arranged between the end of the stylus 320 and the bottom surface of the blind installation hole 311, and the blind installation hole 311 can limit the movement of the stylus 320 and the first elastic member 330 in the radial direction of the stylus 320.
For the rocking handle 310 provided with the blind mounting hole 311, the stylus pen 320 may not be directly connected to the first elastic member 330, but the stylus pen 320 may be restricted from being removed from the blind mounting hole 311 by providing the pen point fixing sleeve 360 at the opening of the blind mounting hole 311. Only when the first elastic member 330 is compressed, the stylus 320 strongly interacts with the first elastic member 330.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 6 and 8, the rocking handle 310 is provided with a contact portion 313, the support 200 is provided with an accommodating portion 210, the accommodating portion 210 forms an enclosing or semi-enclosing structure, the contact portion 313 is located in the accommodating portion 210, and the accommodating portion 210 and the contact portion 313 are mainly used for limiting the rotation of the touch assembly 300 and limiting the play of the touch assembly 300 to a certain extent. In general, the touch panel faces upward or obliquely upward, and the accommodating portion 210 and the contact portion 313 are both located on a side of the support 200 facing away from the touch panel, so that the touch device 300 always tends to approach the touch panel under the action of gravity; the cross-sectional dimension of the contact portion 313 is larger than the dimension of a through hole for penetrating the touch assembly 300 on the bracket 200, so as to limit the play of the touch assembly 300 relative to the bracket 200; when the rocking component rotates to a certain angle, the accommodating portion 210 contacts and stops the contact portion 313, so that the rocking component cannot rotate continuously, and the end of the touch pen 320 is prevented from being separated from the touch panel when the rotation angle is too large. In order to ensure the smoothness of rotation of the touch assembly 300 and reduce the wear between the components, the outer surface of the contact portion 313 is provided as an arc surface, and the inner surface of the receiving portion 210 is provided as a cylindrical surface.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the rocking assembly further includes a second elastic member 340, and the second elastic member 340 connects the rocking handle 310 and the stand 200. The second elastic member 340 mainly has two functions: one is to limit the rotation and play of the touch assembly 300 relative to the stand 200: the second elastic member 340 is in a relaxed state in an initial state, when the touch assembly 300 rotates or moves under an external force, the second elastic member 340 is stretched or compressed or twisted, which always has a tendency to return to the relaxed state, and the touch assembly 300 returns to the original position after the external force is removed; the greater the external force, the greater the resistance of the second elastic member 340 to the movement, so as to limit the rotation and play of the touch assembly 300 with respect to the stand 200. Secondly, the second elastic member 340 is used to further adjust the contact force between the touch pen 320 and the touch panel, so as to adjust the operation hand feeling during use.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, in order to facilitate the installation and replacement of the second elastic element 340, the touch assembly 300 further includes a first fixing sleeve 350, the first fixing sleeve 350 is disposed between the bracket 200 and the touch assembly 300, the rocking handle 310 is provided with a boss 312, and two ends of the second elastic element 340 are respectively connected to the first fixing sleeve 350 and the boss 312. The first fixing cover 350 is connected to the rocking handle 310 through the second elastic member 340, and can be shifted and rotated with respect to the rocking handle 310; after the rocker-type touch device 100 is assembled, the second elastic member 340 is located between the boss 312 and the first fixing sleeve 350, and the first fixing sleeve 350 is located between the second elastic member 340 and the bracket 200, i.e., the first fixing sleeve 350 is floatingly connected to the rocking handle 310 through the second elastic member 340. When the touch device 300 rotates, the distance from the end of the touch device 300 to the rotation center of the touch device 300 is adjusted by the second elastic member 340, so that the end of the touch device 300 is always abutted against the surface of the touch panel. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the touch assembly 300 of fig. 5 can be considered to be obtained by rotating the touch assembly 300 of fig. 4 by a certain angle, and when rotating, the second elastic member 340 adjusts the relative position of the touch assembly 300 with respect to the bracket by its own elasticity. Specifically, when the touch assembly 300 rotates from the central position to the periphery, the second elastic member 340 is compressed, the elastic force is increased, so that the rocking handle 310 moves towards the touch panel or has a tendency to move towards the touch panel, the distance between the bottom of the installation blind hole 311 and the touch panel and the deformation amount of the first elastic member 330 are reduced, the friction force between the end of the touch pen 320 and the touch panel is kept within a reasonable range, the force required for rotating the touch assembly 300 is adjusted, and the use hand feeling of the rocker-type touch device 100 is improved.
The invention also provides a touch operation device which comprises the rocker type touch device in the embodiment of the host, wherein the touch panel is arranged on the host, and the rocker type touch device is used for touching the touch panel and operating the touch panel.
In one embodiment, the touch-enabled device further includes a trigger device, the trigger device is configured to select a predetermined program in the host, and the predetermined program is configured to control a result generated when the rocker-type touch device performs a touch operation on the touch panel.
In one embodiment, the triggering device further includes a knob and/or a key, and the knob or the key may be disposed on the surface of the touch panel or the bracket, or sleeved on the touch component, or designed at another convenient location on the host. Because the touch pen can only perform operations such as clicking and sliding, in order to increase the functions of the rocker type touch equipment, one or more knobs/keys are additionally arranged on or near the rocker type touch equipment, and the host machine is subjected to various operations by operating the knobs or keys.
In the above embodiments, the touch panel and the touch pen may be a capacitive screen or a capacitive pen. The bracket or the knob may be fixed to the surface of the touch panel by gluing.
The invention also provides a touch device operation method aiming at the touch operation device, which comprises the following steps:
s100, presetting a first program to an Nth program in a host;
s200, operating a trigger device, and selecting and triggering one or more of a first program to an Nth program;
and S300, operating the rocker type touch equipment to enable the rocker type touch equipment to contact and stroke the surface of the touch panel.
Since the operation that the rocker type touch device can perform is relatively simple sliding or pressing, various programs are preset into the main body in order to increase the operability of the touch device. For example, the first program is a brush program, and when the first program is triggered, the rocker-type touch device slides along the surface of the touch panel to display a corresponding cabinet machine on the panel; the second program is a highlighting program, and the sliding of the rocker-type touch device along the surface of the touch panel highlights the stroked text.
Further, in order to conveniently select programs, the trigger device comprises a knob, and the following steps are added adaptively:
s210, dividing a first area to an Nth area according to angles by taking a rotary center of a knob as a reference;
s220, dividing the range into a first angle range to an Nth angle range according to the rotation angle of the knob;
s230, rotating the knob to a designated angle or rotating the knob to a designated area, and triggering any one of the corresponding first program to the Nth program;
wherein, step S210 and step S220 are alternatively performed.
It should be understood that the knob is only one way to select programs, and other ways to select programs, such as a case, a switch, or a region directly marked on the touch panel to correspond to a corresponding program, can be applied to the present invention.
Further, step S230 includes:
s231, after the knob is rotated to a specified area or a specified angle of the knob is rotated, the staying time exceeds the specified time;
s232, after the knob is rotated to the designated area or the knob is rotated to the designated angle, the touch assembly is operated to touch the surface of the touch panel on the host;
wherein, step S231 and step S232 are alternatively performed.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the rocker-type touch device, the touch device operation method and the touch-enabled operation device provided by the invention have at least the following advantages:
1. the touch equipment is fixed relative to the touch panel, can be operated by a single hand, and is simple and convenient to use.
