4. An information collection method, comprising:
the information collection server sends an information template to an application server, wherein the information template comprises preset information categories;
and the information collection server classifies the received feedback information sent by the application server according to the information module and stores the classification result in a database corresponding to the information template, wherein the feedback information is input by a user based on the information template.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein storing the classification result in a database corresponding to the information template comprises:
and when the feedback information comprises a picture, the information server generates an associated link corresponding to the picture, and stores the associated link as feedback information in a database corresponding to the information template.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
when preset information sending conditions are met, the information collection server extracts feedback information stored in each database, wherein the preset information sending conditions comprise preset time points and/or information sending instructions input by a user;
and the information collection server generates an information report based on the feedback information and sends the information report to the user terminal corresponding to each database.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the information collecting server generates an information report based on the feedback information, comprising:
and when the feedback information comprises the associated link, the information collection server acquires the picture corresponding to the associated link and generates an information report based on the picture.
8. An information collection device, which is provided in an application server, comprising:
the information template receiving module is used for receiving an information template sent by the information collecting server, wherein the information template comprises preset information categories;
and the feedback information sending module is used for acquiring feedback information input by a user based on the information template and sending the feedback information to the information collecting server.
9. An information collection device, which is provided in an information collection server, comprising:
the information template sending module is used for sending an information template to the application server, wherein the information template comprises preset information categories;
and the feedback information classification module is used for classifying the received feedback information sent by the application server according to the information module and storing a classification result in a database corresponding to the information template, wherein the feedback information is input by a user based on the information template.
10. An information collection system, comprising an application server and an information collection server;
the application server receives an information template sent by an information collection server, acquires feedback information input by a user based on the information template, and sends the feedback information to the information collection server; and the information collection server classifies the received feedback information sent by the application server according to the information module and stores the classification result in a database corresponding to the information template.
