And then judging whether the service request time is less than or equal to a transfer time threshold, if the transfer time threshold is 8 hours, determining that the service request time of 5 hours is less than the transfer time threshold, and determining that the service request time meets the preferential condition of the public transport service.
It can be understood that in practical application, the adopted preferential strategies can be various, for example, nine-fold preferential strategies are adopted for transfer among subways, eight-fold preferential strategies are adopted for transfer among buses, and seven-fold preferential strategies are adopted for transfer among subways and buses. Optionally, in an optional embodiment of the method for processing a service based on public transportation provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the service state information includes position information of a first station and position information of a second station, where the first station is a station that initiated a service request to be processed last time, and the second station is a station that initiated the service request to be processed this time;
after determining the service state information according to the service request to be processed, the method may further include:
judging whether the first station and the second station belong to a transfer line set or not according to the position information of the first station and the position information of the second station;
if the first station and the second station belong to the transferable line set, determining that the service state information meets the preferential condition of the public transport service;
and if the first station and the second station do not belong to the transferable line set, determining that the service state information does not meet the preferential condition of the public transport service.
In the embodiment, whether the preferential condition of the public transportation service is met is judged according to the positions of the stations which initiate the service request to be processed twice. If the line between the first station and the second station belongs to the transferable line set, the preferential condition of the public transport service is satisfied. And if the line between the first station and the second station does not belong to the transferable line set, indicating that the preferential condition of the public transportation service is not met.
Specifically, the situation of the above preferential conditions will be described below with reference to fig. 6, please refer to fig. 6, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of another embodiment of the present invention for adopting transit transfer, and as shown in the figure, it is assumed that a passenger a swipes an electronic code to enter a station at 14 o 25 min 00 s at 9/5 th in 2018, gets on a subway from a station of a subway No. 1 line, then takes a subway No. 2 line at a station B, sits two stations, and then arrives at a station D at 14 o 30 min 00 s at 9/5 th in 2018, and swipes the electronic code to exit the station. The passenger A walks ten minutes after coming out of the station D, gets on the bus at the station E in 2018 at 14 o' clock of 5 th in 9 th in 5 th in 40 min 00 s, and finally gets off the bus by sitting at the station F. At this time, the service processing apparatus needs to acquire the station positions of the station a, the station B, the station D, the station E, and the station F according to the code scanning record, and then determine whether the line from the station D to the station E belongs to the commutable line set. after determining the service state information according to the service request to be processed, the method may further include:
judging whether the transfer times within the transfer time threshold reach a transfer time threshold or not;
if the transfer times in the transfer time threshold value do not reach the transfer time threshold value, determining that the service state information meets the preferential condition of the public traffic service;
and if the transfer times within the transfer time threshold reach the transfer time threshold, determining that the service state information does not meet the preferential condition of the public transport service.
In this embodiment, a third preferential condition for the public transportation service will be introduced, that is, whether the transfer times reaches the threshold of the transfer times is determined according to the transfer times within the threshold of the transfer time, and if not, the preferential condition for the public transportation service is considered to be satisfied. On the contrary, if the transfer times reach the threshold value of the transfer times, the preferential conditions of the public transportation service are not satisfied.
Specifically, the situation of the above preferential conditions will be described below with reference to fig. 7, please refer to fig. 7, and fig. 7 is a schematic view of another embodiment of the present invention for adopting transit transfer, and as shown in the figure, it is assumed that a passenger a swipes an electronic code to enter a station at 14 o 25 min 00 s at 9/5/2018, gets on the subway from the H station of the subway No. 1 line, then transfers to the subway No. 2 line at the B station, sits two stations, and then arrives at the D station at 30 min 00 s at 14 o 30 min 5/9/5/2018 after sitting on the two stations, and swipes the electronic code to exit the station. The passenger A walks ten minutes after coming out of the station D, gets on the bus at the station E at 14 o 'clock 40 min and 00 s at 5 o' clock 9 m in 2018, and finally gets off the bus by sitting at the station G. Assuming that the threshold value of the transfer time is 8 hours, the service processing device inquires the transfer record of the passenger A in the past 8 hours, and can know that the passenger A transfers 2 times in total, and the threshold value of the transfer times is 10 times, which indicates that the preferential condition of the public transportation service is satisfied.

Optionally, in an optional embodiment of the public transportation-based service processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, before acquiring the service request to be processed, the method may further include:
receiving an account opening request sent by a terminal device through a service deduction platform;
and generating a target account according to the account opening request, wherein the target account and the target user have a unique corresponding relation.
In this embodiment, before the target user (i.e., the passenger) uses the electronic code scanning scanner to trigger the pending service request, a target account should be opened first, and the target account and the target user have a unique corresponding relationship, that is, only one target account can be provided for one target user. In the process of opening the target account, information related to the target user, such as an identification number or a bank card number, needs to be input, and the information is also used for identifying the identity of the target user. For ease of understanding, please refer to table 2, where table 2 provides an illustration of opening accounts for different target users.

As shown in table 2, a target user only has one identification number, and the target account opened by the identification number also has uniqueness. It can be understood that, in practical applications, the target account can also be opened by using the bank card number, and one bank card can only open one target account.
Secondly, in the embodiment of the present invention, before acquiring the service request to be processed, the service processing apparatus further needs to receive an account opening request sent by the terminal device through the service deduction platform, and then generates a target account according to the account opening request, where the target account and the target user have a unique corresponding relationship. Through the mode, the user needs to open an account for paying the fare in advance, and each user can only be associated with the only account, so that the phenomenon that multiple users are associated with the same account is avoided, the risk that the account is used maliciously is reduced, the supervision is convenient, and the reliability of the scheme is improved.
Optionally, in an optional embodiment of the public transportation-based service processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the generating of the second deduction information may include:
generating second fee deduction information according to the public transport service discount rule and the first fee deduction information;
after generating the second deduction information, the method further comprises:
generating a second service fee deduction request according to the second fee deduction information;
and sending a second service fee deduction request to the service fee deduction platform so that the service fee deduction platform deducts the amount of money corresponding to the target account according to the second fee deduction information.
In this embodiment, a method for instantly deducting the account amount will be described. Specifically, the service processing device may generate the second fee deduction information according to a public transportation service discount rule and the first fee deduction information, where the public transportation service discount rule is a preset relevant discount mode, for example, transfer between subways all uses nine-fold discount, transfer between buses all uses eight-fold discount, and transfer between subways and buses uses seven-fold discount. The first fee deduction information is the original fare, the passenger can transfer between subways on the assumption that the original fare is 10 yuan, and the original fare needs to be folded nine times according to the preferential rules of public transport services, namely 9 yuan. The service processing device informs the service deduction platform of the amount of money, so that the service deduction platform deducts 9 yuan of the target account immediately.
Secondly, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service processing device generates second deduction information according to the public transportation service discount rule and the first deduction information, then generates a second service deduction request according to the second deduction information, and sends the second service deduction request to the service deduction platform, so that the service deduction platform deducts the amount of money corresponding to the target account according to the second deduction information. Through the mode, the function of instant fee deduction is realized without waiting when the amount of money on the passenger account is deducted, so that the feasibility of the scheme is improved.
Optionally, in an optional embodiment of the public transportation-based service processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the generating of the second deduction information may include:
acquiring third fee deduction information in the target time;
generating second fee deduction information according to the public transport service discount rule, the first fee deduction information and the third fee deduction information;
after generating the second deduction information, the method further comprises:
generating a second service fee deduction request according to the second fee deduction information;
and sending a second service fee deduction request to the service fee deduction platform so that the service fee deduction platform deducts the amount of money corresponding to the target account according to the second fee deduction information.
In this embodiment, a method for deducting the account amount in a delayed manner will be described. Specifically, the service processing device obtains the third deduction information within a target time, where the target time may be a preset period of time, such as 2 hours, and in order to obtain more accurate discount information, the service processing device may wait for all order data related to the passenger, that is, the third deduction information, using the target time, and generate the second deduction information according to the public transportation discount rule by combining the first deduction information and the third deduction information. The preferential rules of the public transport service are related preferential modes which are preset, for example, nine-fold preferential rules are adopted for transfer among subways, eight-fold preferential rules are adopted for transfer among buses, and seven-fold preferential rules are adopted for transfer among subways and buses. The first fee deduction information is the original fare, the third fee deduction information is the fare which is possibly missed, the original fare is 10 yuan, the passenger is obtained in the target time and also takes a subway record, the fare of taking the subway is 2 yuan, the passenger changes the subway, and the fare (including the original fare and the recorded fare obtained subsequently) needs to be folded nine times according to the preferential rule of the public transport service, namely 10.8 yuan. The service processing device informs the service deduction platform of the amount of money, so that the service deduction platform deducts 10.8 yuan of the target account immediately.
Secondly, in the embodiment of the present invention, the service processing device obtains the third deduction information within the target time, then generates the second deduction information according to the public transportation service discount rule, the first deduction information and the third deduction information, and finally generates the second service deduction request according to the second deduction information, and sends the second service deduction request to the service deduction platform, so that the service deduction platform deducts the amount of money corresponding to the target account according to the second deduction information. By the mode, when the amount of money on the passenger account is deducted, a period of time is required to wait, and the function of delaying fee deduction is realized. In consideration of the situation that the transaction may be delayed, in order to ensure the fairness of the benefit, a delay fee deduction mode is adopted to well prevent data errors, so that the reliability of the scheme is improved.
For convenience of introduction, the service processing method provided by the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 8, please refer to fig. 8, where fig. 8 is a charging flow chart of the service processing method based on public transportation in an application scenario of the present invention, and as shown in the figure, specifically:
in step 201, a server receives a to-be-processed order triggered by a passenger A, wherein the to-be-processed order can be an order for taking a bus specifically;
in step 202, the server inquires whether an order of a passenger A exists in 24 hours from a background, if so, the step 203 is carried out, otherwise, the step 205 is carried out;
in step 203, the server continues to determine whether the order belongs to an order that can be preferential, for example, a route passed by the order belongs to a route in a preset route set, if so, the order is regarded as the channel order, and the step 204 is entered, otherwise, the step 205 is skipped;
in step 204, when the order can be preferential, carrying out preferential treatment on the ticket price according to a preferential rule;
in step 205, the server records and stores the order of the passenger a, i.e. updates the order to the background of the server for the subsequent examination. In addition, the server should return the processed amount, if the discounted amount is processed, the discounted amount is returned, and if the discounted amount is not processed, the original price amount is returned.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a service processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the service processing apparatus 30 includes:
an obtaining module 301, configured to obtain a to-be-processed service request, where the to-be-processed service request is initiated by the terminal device through an electronic code corresponding to a target account, and the to-be-processed service request carries first fee deduction information;
a determining module 302, configured to determine service state information according to the to-be-processed service request acquired by the acquiring module 301, where the service state information carries state information related to the to-be-processed service;
a generating module 303, configured to generate second fee deduction information if the service state information determined by the determining module 302 meets a discount condition of a public transportation service, where the second fee deduction information is smaller than the first fee deduction information, and the second fee deduction information is used to indicate an amount to be deducted from the target account.
In this embodiment, an obtaining module 301 obtains a service request to be processed, where the service request to be processed is initiated by the terminal device through an electronic code corresponding to a target account, the service request to be processed carries first deduction information, a determining module 302 determines service state information according to the service request to be processed obtained by the obtaining module 301, where the service state information carries state information related to a service to be processed, and if the service state information determined by the determining module meets a discount condition of a public transportation service, the generating module 303 generates second deduction information, where the second deduction information is smaller than the first deduction information, and the second deduction information is used to indicate an amount to be deducted from the target account.
The embodiment of the invention provides a service processing device based on public transport, which comprises the steps of firstly obtaining a service request to be processed, wherein the service request to be processed is initiated by a terminal device through an electronic code corresponding to a target account, the service request to be processed carries first fee deduction information, determining service state information according to the service request to be processed, wherein the service state information carries state information related to the service to be processed, and if the service state information meets the preferential condition of the public transport service, generating second fee deduction information, wherein the second fee deduction information is smaller than the first fee deduction information, and the second fee deduction information is used for indicating the amount of money to be deducted by the target account. By the mode, under the condition that the electronic code is adopted to take the public transport, corresponding preferential measures can be carried out, transfer preference among the public transport is realized, the viscosity of a user is effectively improved, and a more effective technical means can be provided for guiding the travel demand of the public transport through a public transport transfer preference mechanism.
Optionally, referring to fig. 10, in an optional embodiment of the service processing apparatus 30 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the service processing apparatus 30 further includes a sending module 304;
the generating module 303 is further configured to, after the determining module 302 determines service state information according to the to-be-processed service request, generate a first service deduction request if the service state information does not satisfy a preferential condition of the public transportation service, where the first service deduction request carries the first deduction information;
the sending module 304 is configured to send the first service deduction request generated by the generating module 303 to the service deduction platform, so that the service deduction platform deducts the amount of money corresponding to the target account according to the first deduction information.
Secondly, in the embodiment of the invention, if the service state information does not meet the preferential condition of the public transport service, a first service fee deduction request is generated, and then the first service fee deduction request is sent to the service fee deduction platform, so that the service fee deduction platform deducts the amount corresponding to the target account according to the first fee deduction information. Through the mode, except the condition that the preferential condition is met, the amount of money on the passenger account is deducted by the original price ticket under other conditions, so that the practical operation condition of the transportation industry can be started, and the practicability and feasibility of the scheme are improved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 11, in an optional embodiment of the service processing apparatus 30 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the service state information includes service request time, where the service request time is a time interval between two adjacent service requests to be processed;
the service processing device 30 further includes a judging module 305;
the determining module 305 is configured to determine whether the service request time is less than or equal to a transfer time threshold;
the determining module 302 is further configured to determine that the service state information does not satisfy the preferential condition of the public transportation service if the service request time determined by the determining module 305 is greater than the transfer time threshold;

Optionally, in an optional embodiment of the service processing apparatus 30 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the service state information includes location information of a first site and location information of a second site, where the first site is a site that initiated a service request to be processed last time, and the second site is a site that initiated the service request to be processed this time;
the determining module 305 is further configured to determine whether the first station and the second station belong to a transfer line set according to the position information of the first station and the position information of the second station;

Optionally, in another embodiment of the service processing apparatus 30 provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the service status information includes a transfer number within a transfer time threshold;
the determining module 305 is further configured to determine whether the transfer times within the transfer time threshold reach a transfer time threshold after the determining module 302 determines the service status information according to the service request to be processed;

Fig. 12 is a schematic diagram of a server structure provided by an embodiment of the present invention, where the server 400 may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 422 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 432, and one or more storage media 430 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) for storing applications 442 or data 444. Wherein the memory 432 and storage medium 430 may be transient or persistent storage. The program stored on the storage medium 430 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations for the server. Still further, the central processor 422 may be arranged to communicate with the storage medium 430, and execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 430 on the server 400.
The server 400 may also include one or more power supplies 426, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 450, one or more input-output interfaces 458, and/or one or more operating systems 441, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, and so forth.
The steps performed by the server in the above embodiment may be based on the server structure shown in fig. 12.

Claims (10)

1. A service processing method based on public transportation is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a service request to be processed, wherein the service request to be processed is initiated by a terminal device through an electronic code corresponding to a target account, and the service request to be processed carries first deduction information;
determining service state information according to the service request to be processed, wherein the service state information carries state information related to the service to be processed;
and if the service state information meets the preferential condition of the public transport service, generating second fee deduction information, wherein the second fee deduction information is smaller than the first fee deduction information, and the second fee deduction information is used for indicating the amount of money to be deducted from the target account.
2. The service processing method according to claim 1, wherein after determining the service status information according to the pending service request, the method further comprises:
if the service state information does not meet the preferential condition of the public transport service, generating a first service fee deduction request, wherein the first service fee deduction request carries the first fee deduction information;
and sending the first service deduction request to the service deduction platform so that the service deduction platform deducts the amount corresponding to the target account according to the first deduction information.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the service status information includes service request time, wherein the service request time is a time interval between two adjacent pending service requests;
after determining the service state information according to the service request to be processed, the method further includes:
judging whether the service request time is less than or equal to a transfer time threshold value;
if the service request time is greater than the transfer time threshold, determining that the service state information does not meet the preferential condition of the public transport service;
and if the service request time is less than or equal to the transfer time threshold, determining that the service state information meets the preferential condition of the public transport service.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the service status information includes location information of a first site and location information of a second site, wherein the first site is a site that initiated the pending service request last time, and the second site is a site that initiated the pending service request this time;
after determining the service state information according to the service request to be processed, the method further includes:
judging whether the first station and the second station belong to a transfer line set or not according to the position information of the first station and the position information of the second station;
if the first station and the second station belong to the transfer line set, determining that the service state information meets the preferential condition of the public transport service;
and if the first station and the second station do not belong to the transferable line set, determining that the service state information does not meet the preferential condition of the public transport service.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the traffic status information comprises a number of transfers within a transfer time threshold;
after determining the service state information according to the service request to be processed, the method further includes:
judging whether the transfer times within the transfer time threshold reach a transfer time threshold or not;
if the transfer times in the transfer time threshold value do not reach the transfer time threshold value, determining that the service state information meets the preferential condition of the public traffic service;
and if the transfer times within the transfer time threshold reach the transfer time threshold, determining that the service state information does not meet the preferential condition of the public transport service.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein generating second deduction information comprises:
generating the second fee deduction information according to public transport service discount rules and the first fee deduction information;
after the generating the second deduction information, the method further comprises:
generating a second service fee deduction request according to the second fee deduction information;
and sending the second service deduction request to the service deduction platform so that the service deduction platform deducts the amount corresponding to the target account according to the second deduction information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein generating second deduction information comprises:
acquiring third fee deduction information in the target time;
generating the second fee deduction information according to public transport service discount rules, the first fee deduction information and the third fee deduction information;
after the generating the second deduction information, the method further comprises:
generating a second service fee deduction request according to the second fee deduction information;
and sending the second service deduction request to the service deduction platform so that the service deduction platform deducts the amount corresponding to the target account according to the second deduction information.
8. A traffic processing apparatus, comprising:
the terminal equipment comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a service request to be processed, the service request to be processed is initiated by the terminal equipment through an electronic code corresponding to a target account, and the service request to be processed carries first fee deduction information;
a determining module, configured to determine service state information according to the to-be-processed service request acquired by the acquiring module, where the service state information carries state information related to the to-be-processed service;
and the generating module is used for generating second fee deduction information if the service state information determined by the determining module meets the preferential condition of the public transport service, wherein the second fee deduction information is smaller than the first fee deduction information, and the second fee deduction information is used for indicating the amount of money to be deducted from the target account.
9. A server, comprising: a memory and a processor;
wherein the memory is used for storing programs;
the processor is configured to execute the program in the memory to implement the steps of:
acquiring a service request to be processed, wherein the service request to be processed is initiated by a terminal device through an electronic code corresponding to a target account, and the service request to be processed carries first deduction information;
determining service state information according to the service request to be processed, wherein the service state information carries state information related to the service to be processed;
and if the service state information meets the preferential condition of the public transport service, generating second fee deduction information, wherein the second fee deduction information is smaller than the first fee deduction information, and the second fee deduction information is used for indicating the amount of money to be deducted from the target account.
10. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
