The method of claim 3, wherein the accessed mobile terminal or base station supports a data transmission format of AMR over VOIP, and the data transmission format supported by the cluster group is AMR over PDCP, then determining that the data transmission format switched by the cluster group is AMR over VOIP, and after switching, notifying the terminals in the cluster group of the data transmission format supported by the cluster group through an air interface.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the accessed mobile terminal or base station supports a data transmission format of AMR over PDCP, and wherein if the data transmission format supported by the cluster group is AMR over VOIP, it is determined that the cluster group does not switch the data transmission format.
6. An apparatus for selecting a data transmission format supported by a cluster group, comprising: a transceiving unit, a storage unit and a determination unit, wherein,
the receiving and sending unit is used for receiving the data transmission format supported by each base station and storing the data transmission format in the storage unit, wherein the data transmission format supported by the base station is determined according to the data transmission format supported by the terminal administered by the base station in the cluster group in which the base station is positioned; notifying the data transmission format supported by the cluster group to the terminals in the cluster group through an air interface;
a storage unit, configured to store a data transmission format supported by each base station;
the determining unit is used for determining all base stations in the cluster group when the cluster group is established, and selecting the data transmission format supported by the cluster group according to the data transmission format supported by all the base stations stored by the storage unit;
the supported data transmission format is a data transmission format of an adaptive multi-rate AMR over PDCP based on a packet data convergence protocol or a data transmission format of an adaptive multi-rate AMR over VOIP based on network voice telephone.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising: and the switching unit is used for determining whether to switch the data transmission format adopted by the cluster group or not according to the stored data transmission format supported by the base station administered by the terminal to be accessed and the data transmission format adopted by the cluster group when identifying that the mobile terminal is accessed or the base station to which the mobile terminal belongs is accessed to the established cluster group, and if so, switching the data transmission format adopted by the cluster group.
8. A system for selecting a data transmission format supported by a cluster group, comprising: a core network side entity and terminals in a cluster group, wherein,
the core network side is used for receiving and storing the data transmission formats supported by each base station, and the data transmission formats supported by the base stations are determined according to the data transmission formats supported by the terminals administered by the base stations in the cluster group where the base stations are located; when a cluster group is established, determining all base stations in the cluster group, and selecting a data transmission format supported by the cluster group according to the stored data transmission formats supported by all the base stations; notifying the data transmission format supported by the cluster group to the terminals in the cluster group through an air interface;
the terminal in the cluster group is used for receiving the data transmission format adopted by the cluster group through an air interface;
the supported data transmission format is a data transmission format of an adaptive multi-rate AMR over PDCP based on a packet data convergence protocol or a data transmission format of an adaptive multi-rate AMR over VOIP based on network voice telephone.
9. The system according to claim 8, wherein the core network side is further configured to, when recognizing that a mobile terminal accesses or a base station to which the mobile terminal belongs accesses an established cluster group, determine whether to switch the data transmission format used by the cluster group according to a stored data transmission format supported by the base station governed by the terminal to be accessed and the data transmission format used by the cluster group, and if so, switch the data transmission format used by the cluster group, and notify the terminal in the cluster group of the data transmission format switched by the cluster group through an air interface;
and the terminal in the cluster group is used for receiving the data transmission format switched by the cluster group through an air interface.
