Abstract
The application discloses a method and a device for determining service information, wherein the method comprises the following steps: receiving service inquiry information, wherein the service inquiry information comprises travel information; inquiring service inventory information related to the travel information according to the travel information; determining available services based on the service inventory information; determining price information for the available services; and returning the available service and the corresponding price information thereof. According to the information determining method and device, when a user inquires service information, the inventory information of each service is firstly inquired, only the service with the inventory quantity not being 0 is subjected to subsequent price calculation and return, so that the user can acquire the accurate available service type and price information, the condition that the follow-up reservation of the service inquired by the user fails due to insufficient inventory is avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.

Technical Field

Additional services (also called value-added services), other additional auxiliary services provided to passengers by the airline, such as seat selection in advance on the flight, special meals, visitors' lounge selection at airports, internet services enjoyed on the plane, etc.

receiving service inquiry information, wherein the service inquiry information comprises travel information;
inquiring service inventory information related to the travel information according to the travel information;
determining available services based on the service inventory information;
determining price information for the available services;
and returning the available service and the corresponding price information thereof.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, before the receiving the service query message:
service price calculation rules and service inventory management rules are configured in advance.
3. The service information determination method according to claim 1, wherein the travel information includes any one or a combination of origin, destination, travel time, slot, leg information, flight information, and passenger information.
4. The method for determining service information according to claim 1, wherein the querying service inventory information related to the travel information according to the travel information includes:
and inquiring the relevant service inventory information of each flight according to the flight information in the travel information.
5. The service information determination method according to claim 1, wherein the trip information includes a service type, and the querying service inventory information related to the trip information according to the trip information includes:
and inquiring service inventory information of the service corresponding to the service type according to the travel information.
6. A service information determination apparatus, comprising:
the information receiving module is used for receiving service inquiry information, wherein the service inquiry information comprises travel information;
the inventory inquiry module is used for inquiring service inventory information related to the travel information according to the travel information;
a service determination module for determining available services based on the service inventory information;
a price determination module for determining price information of the available services;
and the information returning module is used for returning the available service and the corresponding price information thereof.
7. The service information determination apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising:
and the configuration module is used for configuring service price calculation rules and service inventory management rules in advance.
8. The service information determination apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the travel information includes any one or a combination of origin, destination, travel time, slot, leg information, flight information, and passenger information.
9. The service information determination method according to claim 6, wherein the inventory query module is specifically configured to: and inquiring the relevant service inventory information of each flight according to the flight information in the travel information.
10. The service information determination method according to claim 6, wherein the trip information includes a service type, and the inventory query module is specifically configured to: and inquiring service inventory information of the service corresponding to the service type according to the travel information.
