As shown in fig. 2, the pressure sore patient management method may include:
step 210, the terminal sends a login request to the server, where the login request carries a user account and a password.
Step 220, when the server determines that the user account and the password are valid according to the login request, the server acquires the patient information of at least one patient corresponding to the user account, and sends the patient information of the at least one patient to the terminal.
The specific implementation can be as follows: detecting which one of a first type user account, a second type user account and a third type user account the user account belongs to; if the user account belongs to the first type of user account, acquiring patient information of at least one patient of a department where a nurse is located corresponding to the user account; if the user account belongs to the second type of user account, acquiring patient information of at least one patient of a department managed by a nurse manager corresponding to the user account; if the user account belongs to the third type of user account, patient information of at least one patient of departments (for example, all departments) managed by the department manager corresponding to the user account is acquired.
The patient information comprises basic information of the patient, the name of the patient, the serial number of the patient, the classification of the patient, the bed number of the patient, the department of the patient, and at least one of the sex, the admission time, the admission duration and the patient admission. Wherein, the patient classification of the patient can be any one of pre-hospital pressure sores, in-hospital pressure sores, inevitable pressure sores and common patients.
It should be noted that: the patient information for the patient also includes an identification of an assessment item if the patient of the patient is classified as a pre-hospital pressure sore or an in-hospital pressure sore or an avoidable pressure sore. The evaluation items can include a Barden evaluation sub-item, a sore evaluation sub-item and a return and declaration sub-item.
In step 230, the terminal displays the patient information of the at least one patient after receiving the patient information of the at least one patient.
The specific implementation can be as follows: displaying patient information of each patient; if the patient of any one patient is classified as any one of pre-hospital pressure sores, in-hospital pressure sores, and inevitable pressure sores, an evaluation button is displayed at the display position of the patient information.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, a patient list displayed on the terminal is shown, and the patient list includes patient information of 16 patients. An evaluation button is also displayed at the patient information display position of the preschool pressure sore, the pressure sore in the hospital and the inevitable pressure sore, while the evaluation button is not displayed at the patient information display position of the common patient.
Alternatively, a detailed button is displayed at the patient information display position of each patient. When detecting that a detailed button corresponding to any patient is triggered, the terminal sends a patient detailed information query request to the server, wherein the patient detailed information query request carries a patient identifier, and the patient identifier can be a patient number; when receiving the request for inquiring the detailed information of the patient, the server acquires the detailed information of the patient according to the patient number, wherein the detailed information of the patient can comprise the name of the patient, the number of the patient, the patient classification of the patient, the department of the patient, the sex, the admission time, the admission duration, the hospitalization of the patient and the like; when the terminal receives the detailed information of the patient, the detailed information of the patient is displayed; and if the terminal detects the modification operation of the patient classification of the patient in the patient detailed information, submitting the modified patient classification to the server.
It should be noted that: the patient identifier referred to in the present application may be any one of the basic information of the patient in hospital, or may be a combination of a plurality of kinds of the basic information of the patient.
In one example, a nurse may submit basic patient hospitalization information of a newly admitted patient to the server through a terminal (e.g., a terminal where the first client is located); when the server receives the basic information of the patient in hospital, the server acquires the classification of the patient according to the basic information of the patient in hospital, wherein the classification comprises preschool pressure sores, pressure sores in a hospital, pressure sores which are difficult to avoid and common patients; adding a Barden evaluation sub-item to an evaluation item of the patient when the patient of the patient is classified as a pre-hospital pressure sore or an intra-hospital pressure sore or an unavoidable pressure sore; if the patient of the patient is classified as an in-hospital pressure sore or an in-hospital pressure sore, adding a sore face evaluation sub-item to the evaluation item of the patient upon receiving the Barden evaluation result of the patient; if the patient of the patient is classified as a refractory pressure sore, adding a sub-item of care measures to the evaluation item of the patient when the Barden evaluation result of the patient is received; and adding a nursing measure sub-item in the evaluation item of the patient when the evaluation result of the sore surface of the patient is received.
When detecting that an evaluation button corresponding to any patient is triggered, the terminal sends a sub-item query request carrying a patient identifier of the patient to the server; the server acquires the identifiers of all the sub-items in the corresponding evaluation items of the patient according to the sub-item query request; and the terminal displays the tabs corresponding to all the sub-items according to the identifiers of all the sub-items.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the patient classification of the patient is exemplified as the inevitable pressure sore, and the evaluation items of the patient include a Barden evaluation sub-item and a care measure sub-item. The terminal presents the Barden evaluation tab and the care measure tab corresponding to the Barden evaluation sub-item.
