Optionally, a plurality of symptoms are provided in the statement, which may include at least one of a need for an obsessive-compulsive position to severely restrict turning, coma, liver failure, heart failure, respiratory failure, hemiplegia/amputation/pelvic fracture/paralysis of the limbs, instability of vital signs, age > 70 years, serum protein <30g/L, extreme wasting, high edema, incontinence, pain, poor compliance, and others. And the terminal marks the symptoms selected by the user in the statement table.
Optionally, when the server establishes the first reviewing task, the server acquires a user account of a nurse manager of a department where the patient is located, and allocates the first reviewing task to the nurse manager; as shown in fig. 1, the terminal (e.g., the terminal at which the second client is located) also displays a claim review button when displaying the patient list; when detecting that the review button is triggered, the terminal sends a review task query request carrying a user account logged in by the terminal to the server; and the server sends a review task corresponding to the user account to the terminal. If the user account logged in the terminal is the account of the nurse manager in the department where the patient is located, the review task corresponding to the user account comprises a first review task.
Optionally, when the server establishes the first reviewing task, the reviewing state of the declaration information is set to be in the long review of the nurse.

The declaration information includes a result of review by the nurse, a signature by the nurse, a review time by the nurse, and the like.
When detecting the rollback operation of the declaration information, the terminal sends a second notification message for notifying that the corresponding review result of the first review task is not approved to the server; the server sends the second notification message to a reporting user account (namely, a reporting nurse) corresponding to the reporting information, and updates the auditing state of the application information to be audited.

When detecting that any one turning-over treatment option is triggered, the terminal sends a turning-over treatment instruction corresponding to the turning-over treatment option and a patient identifier of any patient (namely, the selected patient) to the server; the server sends the turn-over treatment instruction to the pressure sore prevention turn-over mattress corresponding to the patient identification (such as the patient bed number), and the turn-over treatment instruction is executed by the pressure sore prevention turn-over mattress.
The turning-over treatment instruction can comprise at least one of 120-minute 45-degree unilateral cycle left turning, 120-minute 45-degree unilateral cycle right turning, 120-minute 45-degree left cycle turning, 120-minute 30-degree left cycle turning, 5-minute 45-degree left cycle self checking, 30-minute 45-degree left cycle turning, 30-minute 60-degree left cycle turning, 60-minute 30-degree left cycle turning and 60-minute 45-degree left cycle turning.
Optionally, the terminal further sends the user account logged in to the server together with the turn-over treatment instruction.
Optionally, in the process of executing the turn-over treatment instruction, the pressure sore prevention turn-over mattress may report description information of the posture of the pressure sore prevention turn-over mattress to the server, where the description information includes an air cushion direction, an air cushion angle, and the like. For example, when the posture of the pressure sore prevention turn-over mattress changes, a posture change notification is sent to the server, and the posture change notification comprises description information of the current posture of the pressure sore prevention turn-over mattress
When the turning treatment option is triggered, the terminal can also display the description information and simultaneously can also display information of the pressure sore prevention turning mattress, such as the identification and the installation position of the pressure sore prevention turning mattress.
Optionally, when the turnover treatment tab is triggered, the terminal may further display a reset button and a close button; when the terminal detects that the reset button is triggered, a reset instruction is sent to the server, and the server forwards the reset instruction to the sore-preventing turn-over mattress; when the terminal detects that the closing button is triggered, a closing instruction is sent to the server, and the server forwards the closing instruction to the sore-preventing turn-over mattress.
In addition, when receiving the turn-over treatment instruction, the server can also generate turn-over records according to the turn-over treatment instruction, wherein each turn-over record comprises the name of the patient, the information of the sore-preventing turn-over mattress, the turn-over time and the turn-over treatment instruction, the terminal logs in the name of the user (such as the name of a nurse) corresponding to the user account number, and the turn-over records and the patient identification are correspondingly stored. Correspondingly, when the tab corresponding to the turning-over treatment sub-item is selected, the terminal can also display a turning-over record query button; when detecting that the turning record inquiry button is triggered, the terminal sends a turning record inquiry request carrying a patient identifier to a server; the server inquires the turning-over record corresponding to the patient identifier and sends the turning-over record to the terminal; and the terminal displays the turning-over record.
Optionally, the terminal may also display a data statistics button when displaying the patient information; when detecting that the data button is triggered, the terminal can send a data statistics request to the server; the server may send the pressure sore rate and the cure rate to the terminal.
The server can count the pressure sore rate and the cure rate and realize the following steps: when the patient classification of any patient changes, acquiring the current patient classification and the patient classification before the change of any patient; if the current patient is classified as a common patient and the patient before change is classified as a preschool pressure sore or an in-hospital pressure sore, updating the pressure sore cure rate; if the current patient is classified as a hospital pressure sore, and the patient before change is classified as a normal patient or an inevitable pressure sore, the pressure sore rate is updated.
Referring to fig. 7, another embodiment of the present invention provides a method flowchart of a pressure sore evaluation method. The present embodiment is exemplified by the application of the pressure sore evaluation method to a terminal. As shown in fig. 7, the pressure wound evaluation method may include the following steps:
step 710, when detecting that a new evaluation control corresponding to Barden evaluation is triggered, displaying at least one evaluation item and a specific index corresponding to each evaluation item in the at least one evaluation item.
And 720, acquiring the selected specific indexes, and calculating the sum of the corresponding scoring values of all the selected specific indexes.
And step 730, determining the pressure sore risk degree according to the sum.
In summary, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, when it is detected that a new evaluation control corresponding to Barden evaluation is triggered, at least one evaluation item and a specific indicator corresponding to each evaluation item in the at least one evaluation item are displayed; acquiring the selected specific indexes, and calculating the sum of the corresponding score values of all the selected specific indexes; determining the pressure sore risk degree according to the sum; the problem that in the related art, a nurse judges the pressure sore risk degree of a patient according to personal experience, and misjudgment is easy to occur is solved; the effect of improving the evaluation accuracy of the pressure sore risk degree is achieved.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium having one or more instructions stored therein, where the one or more instructions, when executed by a processor in an electronic cigarette, implement the pressure wound assessment method in any of the above embodiments.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides a pressure ulcer evaluation apparatus, wherein the control apparatus includes: a memory and a processor; at least one program instruction is stored in the memory; the processor, by loading and executing the at least one program instruction, implements the pressure wound assessment method as claimed in any of the above embodiments.
The terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying a number of the indicated technical features. Thus, a defined feature of "first", "second", may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A method of pressure wound assessment, the method comprising:
when detecting that a new evaluation control corresponding to the Barden evaluation is triggered, displaying at least one evaluation item and a specific index corresponding to each evaluation item in the at least one evaluation item;
acquiring the selected specific indexes, and calculating the sum of the corresponding score values of all the selected specific indexes;
and determining the pressure sore risk degree according to the sum.
2. The pressure wound evaluation method of claim 1, wherein the at least one evaluation item comprises at least one of a sensory item, a wetness item, an activity item, a mobility item, a nutritional item, a friction and a shear force item.
3. The pressure wound evaluation method according to claim 1,
the specific indexes corresponding to the sensory items comprise at least one of complete limitation, extreme limitation, mild limitation and no injury;
the specific indexes corresponding to the moisture items comprise at least one of lasting moisture, very moisture, occasional moisture and little moisture;
the specific indexes corresponding to the activity items comprise at least one of bedridden, limited to chairs, occasional walking and frequent walking;
the specific indexes corresponding to the moving force item comprise at least one of complete incapability, severe limitation, mild limitation and no limitation;
the specific indexes corresponding to the nutritional items comprise at least one of very poor, possibly insufficient, proper and good;
the specific indexes corresponding to the items of the friction force and the shearing force comprise at least one of problems, potential problems and no obvious problems.
4. The pressure wound assessment method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when an evaluation submission button is detected, submitting an evaluation result and a patient identification to the server, wherein the evaluation result comprises at least one of the sum, the pressure sore risk degree and all the selected specific indexes.
5. The pressure wound assessment method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a turning-over treatment instruction is obtained, the patient identification of the selected patient is obtained;
sending the turning-over treatment instruction and the patient identification to a server, wherein the turning-over treatment instruction is used for triggering the server to determine a pressure sore prevention turning-over mattress where the selected patient is located according to the patient identification, and sending the turning-over treatment instruction to the pressure sore prevention turning-over mattress;
the turning treatment instruction is used for triggering the pressure sore prevention turning mattress to execute the turning treatment instruction.
6. The pressure wound assessment method of claim 5, wherein said turning treatment instructions may comprise at least one of 120 minute 45 degree single-sided cycle left-hand turn, 120 minute 45 degree single-sided cycle right-hand turn, 120 minute 45 degree left-hand cycle turn, 120 minute 30 degree left-hand cycle turn, 5 minute 45 degree left-hand cycle self-check, 30 minute 45 degree left-hand cycle turn, 30 minute 60 degree left-hand cycle turn, 60 minute 30 degree left-hand cycle turn, 60 minute 45 degree left-hand cycle turn.
7. A computer readable storage medium having one or more instructions stored thereon, wherein the one or more instructions, when executed by a processor within a terminal device, implement the pressure wound assessment method of any of claims 1 to 6.
8. A pressure wound assessment device, characterized in that said device comprises:
a memory and a processor;
at least one program instruction is stored in the memory;
the processor, by loading and executing the at least one program instruction, to implement the pressure wound assessment method of any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A pressure sore patient management system, comprising a terminal and a server, wherein:
the method comprises the steps that when the terminal detects that a new evaluation control corresponding to Barden evaluation is triggered, at least one evaluation item and specific indexes corresponding to each evaluation item in the at least one evaluation item are displayed;
the terminal acquires the selected specific indexes and calculates the sum of the corresponding scoring values of all the selected specific indexes;
and the terminal determines the pressure sore risk degree according to the sum.
When the terminal detects a submit button, submitting an evaluation result and a patient identifier to the server, wherein the evaluation result comprises at least one of the sum, the pressure sore risk degree and all the selected specific indexes;
and the server correspondingly stores the evaluation result and the patient identification.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the at least one assessment item comprises at least one of a sensory item, a wetness item, an activity item, a mobility item, a nutritional item, a friction item, and a shear force item.
