Evaluation of Performance
The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the high-molecular self-adhesive waterproof adhesive tape obtained in the embodiment 1 to 11 is tested, and the test contents comprise peel strength and waterproofness.
1. Peel strength: according to GB/T2792-1998 180-degree peel strength test method of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, 20-30 g/m2The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive obtained in examples 1 to 11 was coated on a PET film to prepare a test piece, and the test piece was tested, wherein the test piece had a width of 25mm ± 1mm and a length of 200mm, the test plate was a PE material, the test piece was rolled back and forth three times on the test piece with a pressure roller at a speed of about 300mm/min before the test, the test apparatus was a tensile testing machine, and the test result was an average value of 3 test pieces, and the results are shown in table 1.
2. Water resistance: according to GB/T2792-1998 180-degree peel strength test method of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, 20-30 g/m2The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive obtained in examples 1 to 11 was coated on a PET film to prepare a test piece, and the test piece was tested, wherein the test piece had a width of 25mm ± 1mm and a length of 200mm, the test plate was a PE material, the test piece was rolled back and forth three times on the test piece with a press roller at a speed of about 300mm/min, the test piece was completely immersed in water for 72 hours, and then taken out, dried and tested, the test apparatus was a tensile testing machine, the test result was a reduction rate of peel strength before and after immersion, and the test result was an average value of 3 test pieces, and the results are shown in table 1.

According to embodiments 1 to 11, the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the high-molecular self-adhesive waterproof tape has high binding force with a PE material, and the peeling strength can still keep a high level after soaking, so that the requirements of wrapping, leakage repairing and the like of a PE pipe can be met, and the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has a wide application prospect.

Claims (10)

The special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the high-molecular self-adhesive waterproof adhesive tape is characterized by comprising the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of modified SIS, 15-25 parts of tackifying resin, 8-12 parts of dispersing agent and 0.05-0.2 part of trimethoxy silane.
2. The special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the self-adhesive waterproof polymer tape of claim 1, wherein the modification method of the modified SIS is blending modification.
3. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the self-adhesive waterproof macromolecule tapes as claimed in claim 2, wherein the modifying agent of the modified SIS is selected from one or a mixture of SBS, SEBS, EPDM and EVA.
4. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the high-molecular self-adhesive waterproof tape according to claim 3, wherein the weight ratio of the SIS to the modifier in the modified SIS is 1: (0.4-0.6).
5. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the self-adhesive waterproof macromolecule tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tackifying resin is natural resin and/or synthetic resin.
6. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the self-adhesive waterproof macromolecule tape as claimed in claim 5, wherein the natural resin is rosin resin and/or terpene resin.

The special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the self-adhesive waterproof polymer tape of claim 5, wherein the synthetic resin is petroleum resin; the petroleum resin is selected from one or more of carbon five petroleum resin, carbon nine petroleum resin, carbon acanthopanax hydrogen petroleum resin and carbon nine hydrogen petroleum resin.
8. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for the self-adhesive waterproof macromolecule tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersant is one or more selected from polyethylene wax, paraffin wax, naphthenic oil and white oil.

The special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the self-adhesive waterproof polymer tape according to claim 1, wherein the trimethoxysilane is one or more selected from 3-glycidylpropyltrimethoxysilane, propyltrimethoxysilane, styrene ethyltrimethoxysilane, 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane and acryloxymethyltrimethoxysilane.

The preparation method of the special hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the high-molecular self-adhesive waterproof tape according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: and (3) stirring and mixing the modified SIS, the tackifying resin and the dispersing agent under a heating condition, cooling and discharging.
