Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The visual building intercom system is an equipment integration which is arranged in buildings or building groups such as residential districts, unit buildings, office buildings and the like, identifies visitors by images and sounds, controls door locks and sends help seeking and assistance seeking signals to a management center in case of emergency, and the management center can also issue information to residents.
With the rapid development of the house area industry in China and the continuous improvement of the living level of people, the demand of society on building intercom system products is increasing day by day. In order to enable indoor unit equipment in a building intercom system to be capable of accessing a network to a local area network of a visible intercom system cell, at the current installation stage of a project or before use of the visible intercom indoor unit, a project technician is required to input network access information such as a local area network IP address, a gateway, a subnet mask code, a local calling number and the like of the indoor unit equipment in the equipment, more manual operations are required, and therefore the project efficiency is low, and the manual operations are prone to errors.
In order to solve the above problems, the inventors have long studied and proposed a configuration method, a configuration system, a configuration apparatus, a terminal device, and a storage medium for smart home terminal devices in the embodiments of the present application. The method comprises the steps of establishing network connection with a public network through a first network communication module, responding to a talkback function starting instruction, instructing the first network communication module to send a configuration information acquisition request to a server, acquiring configuration information received by the first network communication module and returned by the server according to the configuration information acquisition request, writing the configuration information into a second network communication module, and instructing the second network communication module to activate the talkback function of the terminal equipment based on the configuration information. The method and the device have the advantages that under the condition that the configuration information is acquired through the first network communication module, the second network communication module is indicated to activate the talkback function of the terminal equipment based on the configuration information, the routing configuration of the terminal equipment is realized, manual operation is not needed, the installation time is saved, and the user experience is improved.
For the convenience of describing the scheme of the present application in detail, the following description will first describe an application environment in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a network system 10 according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the network system 10 includes: the system comprises a server 12 and an intercom system 13, wherein the intercom system 13 comprises a terminal device 11, a switching device 131, a management center machine 132 and a door phone 133. As one mode, the terminal device 11 may be any device having communication and storage functions, for example: indoor unit equipment (such as a MixPad video intercom indoor unit), a smart phone, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer or other intelligent communication equipment with a network connection function. The server 12 may be a network access server, a database server, a cloud server, or the like.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the terminal device 11 is provided with a local area network communication module and a wide area network communication module at the same time, that is, the terminal device 11 supports access to both a local area network and a wide area network. The terminal device 11 is provided with a first network communication module and a second network communication module at the same time, and the first network communication module and the second network communication module may be isolated from each other, and may help the terminal device 11 to support the local area network and the wide area network communication at the same time.
As one mode, the terminal device 11, the management center machine 132, and the door phone 133 may communicate through a local area network, for example, the terminal device 11, the management center machine 132, and the door phone 133 may communicate through ZigBee or bluetooth, so as to implement local control. The terminal device 11 and the server 12 may communicate through a wide area network, for example, the terminal device 11 may establish a network link with the server 12 through 2G/3G/4G/5G or WIFI, so as to obtain data issued by the server 12.
In the intercom system of the cell, the management center 132 may manage the entire cell through the controller. Optionally, a computer may be used as the management center 132 to expand the functions of the intercom system 13, for example, to configure data of each device in the intercom system 13, perform systematic management, and the like. The door phone 133 is used to call the terminal device 11 to call the indoor user, and the door phone 133 may also be used to call the management center machine 132. The terminal apparatus 11 can respond to the call of the door phone 133. It can be understood that when there are many rooms in the home, multiple terminal devices may be set to serve as the second indoor unit, that is, the terminal devices may include one or more terminal devices, and may be set according to specific situations. Alternatively, if there are a plurality of terminal apparatuses, a plurality of terminal apparatuses 11 may be respectively disposed in a plurality of rooms, so that the user can listen to the call of the door phone 133 in any room.
Optionally, a client capable of managing the smart home device (e.g., the smart door lock) is installed in the terminal device 11, where the client may be an application client (e.g., a mobile phone APP) or a web page client, and is not limited herein.
Based on the above-described application environment, a configuration system of the smart home terminal device according to the embodiment of the present application will be briefly described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, a configuration system 100 of a smart home terminal device is provided, which includes a terminal device 11 and a server 12, and the terminal device 11 is in communication connection with the server 12 to implement data interaction.
Based on the above-described application environment and system, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a method for configuring an intelligent home terminal device according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the embodiment provides a method for configuring an intelligent home terminal device, and the method includes:
step S110: and the terminal equipment establishes network connection with the public network through the first network communication module.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal device can establish network connection with a public network through the first network communication module, that is, can access the internet through the first network communication module. As one way, the terminal device may configure a WiFi module, and then access the public network through the WiFi module. The terminal device may be an intercom device, or may be other devices configured with an intercom function.
For example, in a specific application scenario, the terminal device may be a MixPad device, in which case, the MixPad device may access a wide area network (i.e., a public network) through an embedded WiFi module, so as to implement data communication with the server.
Step S120: and the terminal equipment responds to the talkback function starting instruction and indicates the first network communication module to send a configuration information acquisition request to the server.
Optionally, for some newly decorated houses or terminal devices newly purchased due to device damage, the corresponding terminal devices do not yet perform network access configuration of the intercom function, and if each terminal device needs to be confirmed by engineering technicians in the network access configuration process, a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed, and misoperation easily occurs in manual operation. Then, in order to improve the efficiency of engineering configuration and reduce errors caused by human factors as much as possible, as a way, the terminal device may monitor the on-state of the intercom function in real time. Optionally, when it is monitored that the intercom function is in the on state, the terminal device may respond to the intercom function on instruction generated when the intercom function is on, and instruct the first network communication module to send the configuration information acquisition request to the server.
The terminal equipment can monitor whether the talkback function of the terminal equipment is in an open state or not in a plurality of modes.
As one mode, the terminal device may be configured with the video intercom function button, and in this mode, the terminal device may determine whether the video intercom function button is in an on state by monitoring a state value corresponding to a touch event of the video intercom function button. Optionally, the state value may represent a touch event of the video intercom function button corresponding to the on-off state of the representation video intercom function button, for example, if the state value is "0", it may be obtained that the on-off state of the video intercom function button is "off", that is, the video intercom function of the terminal device is not in the on state; if the state value is "1", it can be obtained that the on-off state of the video intercom function button is "on", that is, the video intercom function of the terminal device is in the on state.
As another mode, the terminal device may determine whether the video intercom function is in an on state by monitoring whether the voice message for triggering the video intercom function to be on is received. Under the condition, if the corresponding voice information is monitored and received, the visual talkback function is judged to be in an open state; and if the corresponding voice information is not received by monitoring, the visual intercom function can be judged to be in an unopened state.
Optionally, the terminal device may be configured to wake up its visual intercom function through voice. In this way, the terminal device can detect whether a voice message is received, which characterizes the opening of the video intercom function. Optionally, the voice recognition function of the terminal device may automatically recognize whether the voice information of the user includes a keyword for starting the video intercom function, and if so, the video intercom function is started; optionally, if not included, the visual intercom function is not turned on. Optionally, the voice information for starting the video intercom function may also be entered in advance and stored in the terminal device, so that when the terminal device recognizes that the voice information includes the keyword for starting the video intercom function, the first network communication module is instructed to send the configuration information acquisition request to the server in response to the intercom function starting instruction.
Step S130: and the server searches and returns the configuration information corresponding to the configuration information acquisition request.
In the embodiment of the application, the server stores the configuration information of each family in the cell intercom system in advance. Optionally, the routing information configuration template may be used to preset routing configuration information of the video intercom of each family, where the routing configuration information of different families is different, and therefore, the server may search and return the configuration information corresponding to the configuration information obtaining request according to the family account.
The configuration information in the embodiment of the present application may include: the local area network IP address, the subnet mask code, the gateway to be accessed and the equipment number of the terminal equipment. The terminal equipment can be accessed into the cell visual intercom system through the configuration information, and then visual intercom is realized.
In a specific application scenario, the number of the terminal device of a certain family may be set, that is, the local number is "1102-.
In another specific application scenario, the information of each family of the cell may be stored in the server according to the following table format:
cell number Building unit room number Family account Local number
1122321 11 pieces of 2 units 2203 room 18666226789 1102-2203
1122321 11 pieces of 2 units 2204 chamber 18666226780 1102-2204
1122321 11 pieces of 2 units 2205 room 18666226781 1102-2205
1122321 11 pieces of 2 units 2206 chamber 18666226782 1102-2206
In this way, the server may search for and return the configuration information corresponding to the information of the household to which the configuration information acquisition request belongs. The specific content of the configuration information for each cell and each home and the form of the home information list are not limited, and may be set according to actual circumstances.
Step S140: and the terminal equipment acquires the configuration information which is received by the first network communication module and returned by the server according to the configuration information acquisition request.
As a mode, the terminal device may obtain the configuration information received by the first network communication module and returned by the server according to the configuration information obtaining request, and store the configuration information, and optionally, store the configuration information in the memory of the terminal device. In addition, the terminal device may also cache the configuration information to the first network communication module, and call the cached configuration information from the first network communication module when the visual intercom function is required to be used.
Step S150: and the terminal equipment writes the configuration information into a second network communication module and indicates the second network communication module to activate the talkback function of the terminal equipment based on the configuration information.
As one way, the terminal device may directly write the configuration information into the second network communication module, and instruct the second network communication module to activate the talkback function of the terminal device based on the configuration information. Optionally, the second network communication module of the terminal device may activate the video talk back function of the terminal device by loading the configuration information.
As another mode, the terminal device may also instruct the first network communication module to directly write the configuration information into the second network communication module, and instruct the second network communication module to activate the video intercom function of the terminal device based on the configuration information, thereby completing the routing information configuration of the terminal device. Configuration information is remotely issued through the server, manual operation is omitted, and engineering efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, for the above two manners, if the terminal device directly writes the configuration information into the second network communication module, in this manner, the terminal device stores the configuration information into the memory included therein, and further, when the terminal device responds to the talk-back function start instruction, the processor is instructed to forward the configuration information to the second network communication module for storage, that is, to write the configuration information into the second network communication module, so that the second network communication module loads the configuration information to activate the talk-back function of the terminal device.
Optionally, if the terminal device instructs the first network communication module to directly write the configuration information into the second network communication module, as a manner, the terminal device may cache the configuration information into the first network communication module, and when receiving the talk-back function start instruction, instruct the first network communication module to directly forward the cached configuration information to the second network communication module, that is, write the configuration information into the second network communication module, without forwarding the configuration information by the processor, thereby improving the data configuration efficiency.
The configuration method for the intelligent home terminal device provided by the embodiment comprises the following steps: the terminal equipment establishes network connection with a public network through the first network communication module, then responds to a talkback function starting instruction, instructs the first network communication module to send a configuration information acquisition request to the server, searches and returns configuration information corresponding to the configuration information acquisition request, acquires the configuration information received by the first network communication module and returned by the server according to the configuration information acquisition request, writes the configuration information into the second network communication module, and instructs the second network communication module to activate the talkback function of the terminal equipment based on the configuration information.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of a method for configuring an intelligent home terminal device according to another embodiment of the present application is shown, where the embodiment provides a method for configuring an intelligent home terminal device, and the method includes:
step S210: and establishing network connection with the public network through the first network communication module.
Step S220: and responding to the talkback function starting instruction, and indicating the first network communication module to send a configuration information acquisition request to a server.
Step S230: and acquiring the configuration information received by the first network communication module and returned by the server according to the configuration information acquisition request.
Step S240: and writing the configuration information into a second network communication module.
Step S250: and instructing the second network communication module to activate the talkback function of the terminal equipment based on the configuration information.
As an implementation manner, after the terminal device obtains the configuration information received by the first network communication module and returned by the server according to the configuration information obtaining request, the terminal device may activate the video talk-back function of the second network communication module based on the configuration information. In this way, the second network communication module is used for the visual intercom connection of the cell local area network. Optionally, the second network communication module may be a network module that performs communication based on a short-range wireless communication protocol such as ZigBee, bluetooth, near infrared, NFC, and the like, which is not limited herein.
According to the configuration method of the intelligent home terminal device, the first network communication module is used for establishing network connection with a public network, then responding to a talkback function starting instruction, instructing the first network communication module to send a configuration information acquisition request to a server, then acquiring configuration information received by the first network communication module and returned by the server according to the configuration information acquisition request, then writing the configuration information into the second network communication module, and then instructing the second network communication module to activate the talkback function of the terminal device based on the configuration information. According to the mode, under the condition that the configuration information is acquired through the first network communication module, the second network communication module is indicated to activate the talkback function of the terminal equipment based on the configuration information, the routing configuration of the terminal equipment is realized, manual operation is not needed, the installation time is saved, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of a method for configuring an intelligent home terminal device according to another embodiment of the present application is shown, where the embodiment provides a method for configuring an intelligent home terminal device, and the method includes:
step S310: and establishing network connection with the public network through the first network communication module.
Step S320: and acquiring and binding the user account identifier.
As one way, after accessing the wide area network through the first network communication module, the terminal device may automatically acquire an account identifier of the home account, for example, the account identifier may be the home account information described in the foregoing embodiment, including the home account number information, or the local number information, etc.; optionally, the home subscriber identity may also be an identity id (identity) for uniquely distinguishing different home accounts, and it is understood that although the name of the subscriber may be a duplicate name, the same name for different home accounts is different, and through the home account identity, the home account to which the current terminal device belongs may be quickly distinguished. Optionally, the home account information of different home accounts is different, and the local number information is different. After the home account identifier is obtained, the home account identifier can be bound with the home account identifier, so that the configuration information corresponding to the home account identifier can be more accurately obtained from the server.
Step S330: and responding to a talkback function starting instruction, and indicating the first network communication module to send a configuration information acquisition request carrying the user account identifier to a server.
It should be noted that, a mapping relationship table of the user account identifier and the configuration information is stored in advance in the server, and a specific mapping relationship may refer to table contents in the foregoing embodiment. I.e. different user account identifications are stored in correspondence with different configuration information.
It can be understood that after the terminal device is bound with the home account identifier, when responding to the intercom function opening instruction, the first network communication module may be instructed to send the configuration information acquisition request carrying the user account identifier to the server, so that the server may search according to the user account identifier, thereby increasing the search speed and further improving the accuracy.
Step S340: and acquiring the configuration information received by the first network communication module and returned by the server according to the configuration information acquisition request.
Step S350: detecting whether the configuration information meets a specified condition.
It is understood that although the terminal device may obtain the routing configuration information from the server, the terminal device may activate the video talk function of the terminal device. However, there are some lawbreakers, for example, the related personnel attempting to steal may falsify the routing configuration information of the terminal device by some illegal means to attempt to implement the theft. Then, as a way to improve the security usage performance, the terminal device may configure a security monitoring function for detecting whether the acquired configuration information received by the first network communication module and returned by the server according to the configuration information acquisition request satisfies a specified condition.
The specified condition may include that a parameter format of the configuration information meets a preset rule and/or the configuration information carries a user account identifier. If the parameter format of the configuration information is detected to meet the preset rule, the configuration information can be judged to meet the preset condition; or if the configuration information is detected to carry the user account identifier, the configuration information can be judged to accord with the preset condition; or if the parameter format of the configuration information is detected to meet the preset rule and the configuration information carries the user account identifier, the configuration information can be judged to meet the preset condition. Optionally, the preset rule that the parameter format of the configuration information conforms to may be set according to an actual requirement, for example, what the local area network IP needs to start with, a model number to be satisfied by a gateway to be accessed, a format of a local number, and the like, which is not specifically limited.
As a manner, it may be detected whether the IP Class of the lan IP carried in the configuration information is consistent with the set Class (for example, the IP Class may be set in advance to be in a format dedicated to IPv4, including Class a, Class B, and Class C, where different IP classes correspond to different IP locations, optionally, Class a may correspond to IP location "10.0.0.0-10.255.255.255", Class B may correspond to IP location "172.16.0.0-172.31.255.255", and Class C may correspond to IP location "192.168.0.0-192.168.255.255"); and detecting whether the IP level and the IP position of the local area network IP of the configuration information form a corresponding relation or not, or whether the IP position with abnormal format exists or not. Optionally, whether the model, the main specification and the parameter of the gateway to be accessed in the configuration information are matched with the specification and the parameter which are supported by the intercom system of the cell or not can be detected, and optionally, if the model, the main specification and the parameter are matched, the fact that the model, the main specification and the parameter accord with the preset rule can be judged.
Whether the received configuration information meets the specified conditions or not is judged, and writing is performed again under the condition that the specified conditions are met, so that the visual intercom function of the terminal equipment is activated, the safe use coefficient of the visual intercom function of the terminal equipment can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
Step S360: and if so, writing the configuration information into a second network communication module.
Step S370: and instructing the second network communication module to activate the talkback function of the terminal equipment based on the configuration information.
Step S380: and if not, indicating the first network communication module to send a second configuration information acquisition request to the server.
It can be understood that, if the terminal device detects that the acquired configuration information does not satisfy the specified condition, the acquired configuration information may have a format error or originate from an illegal molecule, and as a way to improve the use safety performance, the terminal device may instruct the first network communication module to send a second configuration information acquisition request to the server to acquire the second configuration information generated by the server until the configuration information satisfying the specified condition is acquired. The second configuration information obtaining request may be understood as sending the configuration information obtaining request carrying the user account identifier to the server one or more times so as to obtain the correct configuration information.
