The meaning of "cost" in "cost a message, generate corresponding B message" can be understood as: and generating a corresponding B message according to the A message, marking the state of the A message as a spent state, and establishing an incidence relation representing the expense with the B message. The meaning of "cost" throughout can be understood as above.
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the main process flow of asset compensation by the on-chain pledge asset compensation system for on-chain digital currency settlement according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the main process of asset compensation through the chain pledge asset compensation system for chain digital currency settlement in the first embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S201: and the lender accesses the lender asset application terminal system installed on the lender terminal equipment, submits the identification information according to a preset login identification mode and logs in the lender asset application terminal system. The asset application terminal system is system software which is installed on the terminal equipment and corresponds to the asset ledger system; a user may download and install asset application end system software from an asset hosting system by accessing the asset hosting system. The terminal device may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, and the like. The login identification mode can be a user name and password identification mode, a fingerprint identification mode, a face identification mode and the like, and the corresponding identification information can be: a user name and a password, or an identification code in a preset format corresponding to the user name. The identification code in the preset format may be a password in the form of characters, or may be a biometric identification code, such as a fingerprint, facial information, iris information, etc. of the user.
And after the lender asset application terminal system identifies the user, determining that the lender is the user locally associated with the private key of the specific user. The lender asset application terminal system includes a local security module in which a user private key and a user public key are stored. And the user public key and the user private key are generated by the asset application terminal system locally by adopting an asymmetric encryption algorithm. The user private key can be used for signing data information such as user identity information, user bank card information, user biological identification code information or user identity certificate and the like, and can also be used for signing digital asset information in subsequent asset transaction or financing process so as to confirm ownership of transaction; the user public key can be used for correspondingly verifying the data information signed by the user private key.
It should be noted that during the asset transaction, it may be either a real-name user transaction or an anonymous user transaction. The asset hosting system stores real-name account book records corresponding to the users. The asset hosting system may be a system that hosts registration management of a user to under-link real-name registered assets by designated asset hosting parties and registration management of a process of publishing digital assets on a blockchain by hosted assets, which may be accessed by the user via the Web or otherwise, the process of publishing digital assets including an off-link asset uplink process and an on-link asset downlink process. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a user is managed by an asset management part, and then the asset management system issues digital assets on a chain to an asset account book system based on a block chain; and (4) performing the on-chain asset downgoing, namely, invalidating the digital assets of the user on the blockchain, and returning and transferring the under-chain managed assets corresponding to the digital assets to the user. The real-name account book record comprises: an identity certificate associated with identity information of a user and an asset ledger address associated with identity information of the user, the identity certificate comprising: the identity of the user and the user public key. The assets on the chain correspond to at least one asset ledger address, and the asset ledger address corresponds to the user public key, so that a user holding the user private key corresponding to the user public key can operate the assets on the chain. The identity certificate may be a CA (certificate Authority) certificate provided for information non-repudiation.
Step S202: and the lender asset application terminal system judges whether the borrower is sufficient for repayment according to the pledge asset information. The lender asset application terminal system can calculate the non-repayment amount of the pledge asset according to the repayment transaction information in the pledge asset information on the repayment due date, if the non-repayment amount of the pledge asset is 0, the borrower is proved to have sufficient repayment, and the pledge asset can be directly returned to the borrower; if the non-repayment amount of the pledge asset is more than 0, the borrower is indicated to be not fully repayed within the repayment period.
Step S203: and the lender asset application terminal system generates a first pledge asset compensation command according to the pledge asset information under the condition that the borrower does not pay enough, and then sends the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset book system. The pledge asset compensation command is a compensation command for pledge asset information, which indicates that the borrower can send the pledge asset information to the intelligent contract layer execution module, and the command is used for triggering the execution of an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information (i.e. the pledge asset is changed into an intelligent contract of pledge return asset information and pledge compensation asset information). In an alternative embodiment, the pledge asset redemption instructions include: the system comprises the following steps of pledge asset information, pledge asset subsequent transaction calling parameters, pledge return asset information, pledge clearing asset information and the like. The pledge asset information refers to the information of the chain assets pledged by the borrower to the lender, and may include: the method comprises the following steps of (1) lending an asset account book address of a lender, a pledge asset index identification, an intelligent contract for controlling subsequent transaction of pledge assets, pledge asset quantity and repayment transaction information; the pledge asset subsequent transaction calling parameter refers to a parameter which needs to be called when an intelligent contract contained in pledge asset information is executed, the parameter can be a pledge repayment state of pledge assets at a preset repayment due date, and the repayment due date can be set in the intelligent contract contained in pledge asset information; the pledge returned asset information refers to the digital assets belonging to the borrower and generated by the borrower according to the returned pledge assets which are paid after executing the intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information; the pledge liquidation asset information is digital assets which are generated by the borrower according to the unpaid amount and used for liquidating the debt of the borrower and belong to the lender after the intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information is executed.
In an embodiment, the pledge asset information may include: the pledge asset detail comprises the following components of pledge asset detail, intelligent contracts for controlling subsequent transaction of pledge asset, repayment transaction information and the like, wherein the pledge asset detail comprises: the method comprises the steps of lending an asset account book address of a lender, receiving the quantity of pledges, index identification of pledges and the like, wherein the intelligent contract comprises verification of a trigger condition of subsequent transaction of pledges. The trigger conditions for the subsequent transaction of the pledge asset comprise a pledge asset return trigger condition, a pledge asset compensation trigger condition and the like, and can be specifically set according to the agreement of two parties of the transaction. The pledge return asset information includes: the intelligent contract for the subsequent transaction of the pledge return asset and the return asset of the pledge is controlled, wherein the return asset detail of the pledge comprises the following steps: an asset book address of the borrower, a quantity of return assets received, etc. The pledge liquidation asset information comprises: the intelligent contract for the subsequent transaction of the pledge liquidated asset comprises the following components: an asset ledger address of the lender, a quantity of the received liquidated assets, etc. It should be noted that the pledge asset information and the pledge return asset information both include an intelligent contract for subsequent transactions, and the intelligent contract includes trigger conditions for the subsequent transactions and verification of the trigger conditions.
The triggering condition for the pledge asset compensation can be a query result that after the preset repayment due date, the borrower or lender side asset book system queries transaction information of partial repayment of the pledge asset, the calculated unpaid amount of the pledge amount is larger than 0 according to the repayment total amount and the repayment total amount, and after the unpaid amount is confirmed to be larger than 0, an intelligent contract in the pledge asset information can be triggered to carry out pledge asset compensation operation. For example, if the borrower of both parties of the transaction does not perform the on-chain digital money transfer operation for the pledge asset within the repayment deadline, or the on-chain digital money transfer operation for the pledge asset is initiated within the repayment deadline but the pledge is not paid for the full amount, then when the repayment is due, the borrower or the lender can query the repayment condition of the pledge asset to trigger the intelligent contract therein, perform the pledge asset compensation operation, and complete the generation of the pledge asset with the asset ledger address of the lender as the pledge return asset of the borrower and the pledge compensation asset with the asset ledger address of the lender as the lender.
Step S204: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system verifies the first pledge asset clearing instruction, and executes the first pledge asset clearing instruction after the verification is passed. The verification process comprises the following steps: verifying a signature of the first pledge asset redemption instruction; searching the authorized person address of the pledge asset according to the pledge asset information, and verifying that the searched authorized person address of the pledge asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the lender signature of the first pledge asset clearing instruction; verifying that the quantity of the pledge assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving return assets contained in the pledge return assets information and the quantity of the receiving and clearing assets contained in the pledge clearing assets information; and verifying that the subsequent calling parameters of the first pledge asset meet the pledge asset clearing triggering conditions. The intelligent contract execution process for generating the pledge return asset and the pledge liquidation asset by the pledge asset comprises the following steps: checking whether a first pledge asset subsequent transaction calling parameter contained in the first pledge asset compensation command meets pledge asset compensation triggering conditions specified in the intelligent contract or not by using an intelligent contract contained in pledge asset information; and if the specified pledge asset compensation triggering condition is met, spending the pledge asset, and generating the corresponding pledge return asset and pledge compensation asset according to the first pledge asset compensation command. And after the intelligent contract of the first pledge asset compensation command is executed, returning pledge assets paid by the borrower to the borrower, and compensating pledge assets not paid by the borrower to the borrower.
Step S205: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system records the pledge asset settlement execution result information to a consensus ledger layer execution module. The intelligent contract layer execution module costs the pledge assets, generates pledge return asset information and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the first pledge asset compensation command, and records the execution result to the consensus ledger layer execution module.
Example two: before the transaction, the two parties of the transaction need to do some preparation work, such as logging in the respective asset application terminal systems, inquiring the respective held chain assets, and the like. In the second embodiment, both the borrower and the lender can obtain the pledge asset information corresponding to the borrower's asset account book address through the asset application terminal system of the borrower and obtain the pledge asset repayment condition query result information. The borrower and the lender inquire the pledge asset information of the lender about the pledge of the borrower through respective asset application terminal systems and a common account book layer execution module of the asset account book system, wherein the pledge asset information comprises repayment transaction information of pledge assets.
The following steps S303 to S305 are procedures for the lender user to inquire and obtain the first repayment inquiry request information on the pledge asset:

Step S305: and the lender asset application terminal system verifies the signature of the first repayment condition inquiry result information, and displays the first repayment condition inquiry result information to the lender after the verification is passed. The lender can know the transaction of partial repayment of the pledge asset according to the displayed first repayment condition query result information, triggers pledge asset compensation operation under the condition that the unpaid amount is greater than 0 according to the total amount to be repayed and the total amount to be repayed, and sends pledge asset compensation instructions to the intelligent contract layer execution module.
Similarly, the borrower may also query and obtain the transaction of partial repayment of the pledge asset according to steps S303 to S305, and trigger pledge asset compensation operation and send pledge asset compensation instructions to the intelligent contract layer execution module when the unreleased amount is greater than 0 according to the total amount to be repayed and the total amount to be repayed.
The following description will take the lender initiating the pledge asset compensation command as an example.
Step S306: and the lender asset application terminal system generates a first pledge asset compensation command according to the collection information under the condition that the borrower does not pay enough, and then sends the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system. In this embodiment, the first pledge asset subsequent transaction calling parameter included in the first pledge asset compensation instruction is a pledge repayment state at a repayment due date preset in the intelligent contract included in the pledge asset information. After the lender asset application terminal system generates a first pledge asset clearing instruction, the first pledge asset clearing instruction is signed by using a user private key of the lender, and then the first pledge asset clearing instruction with the signature of the user private key of the lender is sent to the intelligent contract layer execution module so as to trigger the intelligent contract layer execution module to execute the intelligent contract in the first pledge asset clearing instruction.
Step S307: an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information of the first pledge asset compensation command to verify the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature, after the verification is passed, the pledge asset information is spent, and pledge return asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the borrower and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the lender are generated. Wherein the value amount corresponding to the amount of the pledge liquidation assets is equal to the amount of the un-repayment of the lender. This step is the same as the implementation of step S204.
Step S308: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system records the pledge asset settlement execution result information to a consensus ledger layer execution module. This step is the same as the implementation process of step S205.
Example three: since the borrower can also obtain the transaction of partial repayment of the pledge asset by inquiring and under the condition that the calculated unpaid amount is greater than 0 according to the total amount to be repayed and the total amount to be repayed, the pledge asset compensation operation is triggered, so that in the third embodiment, the borrower initiates a pledge asset compensation instruction as an example, and the online pledge asset compensation method for settling accounts through the online digital currency is explained. As shown in fig. 6, a method for clearing an online pledge asset through online digital currency settlement according to a first embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
step S601: the lender asset application terminal system judges whether the borrower is sufficient for repayment according to the pledge asset information in the asset ledger system, generates a first pledge asset compensation command containing pledge asset information according to the pledge asset information under the condition that the borrower is not sufficient for repayment, and sends the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature to the asset ledger system.
The lender asset application terminal system can obtain the non-repayment amount of the pledged asset by inquiring repayment transaction information in the pledged asset information on the repayment due date, further obtain the repayment condition of the borrower on the pledged asset, and judge whether the borrower is full of the repayment based on the repayment condition; in the embodiment, when the unpaid amount is larger than 0, the borrower can be confirmed to be unpaid in the repayment period; and if the borrower does not pay in the payment deadline, generating a first pledge asset compensation command according to pledge asset information, signing the first pledge asset compensation command by using the user private key of the lender, and sending the first pledge asset compensation command with the user private key signature of the lender to the asset account book system.
Step S602: the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information to verify the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature, and after the verification is passed, costs the pledge asset information and generates pledge return asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the borrower and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the lender; wherein the value amount corresponding to the amount of the pledge liquidation assets is equal to the amount of the un-repayment of the lender.
The intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes verification operation: verifying a signature of the first pledge asset redemption instruction; searching the authorized person address of the pledge asset according to the pledge asset information, and verifying that the searched authorized person address of the pledge asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the lender signature of the first pledge asset clearing instruction; verifying that the quantity of the pledge assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving return assets contained in the pledge return assets information and the quantity of the receiving and clearing assets contained in the pledge clearing assets information; and verifying that the subsequent calling parameters of the first pledge asset meet the pledge asset clearing triggering conditions. After verification is completed, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the first pledge asset compensation command, costs pledge assets, and generates pledge return assets and pledge compensation assets corresponding to the first pledge asset compensation command.

As shown in fig. 7, the second embodiment of the present invention provides a method for clearing an online pledge asset through online digital currency, which mainly comprises the following steps:

the borrower asset application terminal system can obtain the non-repayment amount of the pledged asset by inquiring repayment transaction information in the pledged asset information on the repayment due date, further obtain the repayment condition of the borrower on the pledged asset, and judge whether the borrower is full of the repayment condition or not; in the embodiment, when the unpaid amount is larger than 0, the borrower can be confirmed to be unpaid in the repayment period; and if the borrower does not pay in the payment deadline, generating a second pledge asset compensation command according to pledge asset information, signing the second pledge asset compensation command by using the user private key of the borrower, and sending the second pledge asset compensation command with the user private key signature of the borrower to the asset account book system.
Step S702: the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information to verify the second pledge asset compensation command with the borrower signature, and after the verification is passed, costs the pledge asset information and generates pledge return asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the borrower and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the lender; wherein the value amount corresponding to the amount of the pledge liquidation assets is equal to the amount of the un-repayment of the lender.
The intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes verification operation: verifying a signature of the second pledge asset redemption instruction; searching for the obligee address of the pre-ordered pledged asset according to the pledged asset information, and verifying that the found obligee address of the pledged asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the borrower signature of the second pledged asset liquidation instruction; verifying that the quantity of the pledge assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving return assets contained in the pledge return assets information and the quantity of the receiving and clearing assets contained in the pledge clearing assets information; and verifying that the subsequent calling parameters of the second pledge asset meet the pledge asset clearing triggering conditions. After verification is completed, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the second pledge asset compensation command, costs pledge assets, and generates pledge return assets and pledge compensation assets corresponding to the second pledge asset compensation command. And after the intelligent contract of the second pledge asset compensation command is executed, returning pledge assets paid by the borrower to the borrower, and compensating pledge assets not paid by the borrower to the borrower.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the lender does not pay enough money, the lender asset application terminal system generates a first pledge asset compensation command containing pledge asset information according to pledge asset information capable of inquiring the payment condition, the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract contained in pledge asset information to generate pledge returned asset information and pledge compensation asset information, the complete transaction process of compensation of pledge assets on the chain is realized through the mode, the compensation and return processes of pledge assets on the chain are controlled by using the intelligent contract, the rights and interests of both parties of the transaction are ensured, and the transaction risk is reduced; both parties of the transaction can control the execution process of changing the pledge assets into pledge return assets and pledge clearing assets, the realization mode is flexible, and the transaction requirements are met.

Claims (11)

1. An on-chain pledge asset compensation system for settlement via on-chain digital currency, comprising: lender asset application terminal systems and asset ledger systems; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the lender asset application terminal system is used for judging whether a borrower is sufficient for repayment according to the pledge asset information in the asset book system, generating a first pledge asset compensation command containing pledge asset information according to the pledge asset information under the condition that the borrower is not sufficient for repayment, and sending the first pledge asset compensation command with a lender signature to the asset book system;
the asset ledger system is used for executing an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information to verify the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature, spending the pledge asset information after the verification is passed, and generating pledge return asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the borrower and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the lender; wherein the value amount corresponding to the amount of the pledge liquidation assets is equal to the amount of the un-repayment of the lender.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the first pledge asset redemption instructions further comprise: the pledge return asset information, the pledge compensation asset information and a first pledge asset subsequent calling parameter; the first pledge asset subsequent calling parameter is a pledge repayment state at the due date of repayment preset in an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information; the pledge asset information includes: the property book address of the lender, the pledge property index identification, the intelligent contract for controlling the subsequent transaction of pledge property, the pledge property quantity and the repayment transaction information; the intelligent contract comprises verification of a subsequent pledge asset transaction triggering condition, and the subsequent pledge asset transaction triggering condition comprises a pledge asset clearing triggering condition;
verifying the first pledge asset redemption instruction with the lender signature, comprising:
verifying a signature of the first pledge asset redemption instruction;
searching the authorized person address of the pledge asset according to the pledge asset information, and verifying that the searched authorized person address of the pledge asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the lender signature of the first pledge asset clearing instruction;
verifying that the quantity of the pledge assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving return assets contained in the pledge return assets information and the quantity of the receiving and clearing assets contained in the pledge clearing assets information; and the number of the first and second groups,
verifying that the subsequent calling parameters of the first pledge asset meet the pledge asset clearing triggering conditions.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the lender asset application terminal system, prior to generating the first pledge asset redemption instruction including the pledge asset information, is further configured to:
generating first repayment condition query request information comprising lender account information according to query requirements input and/or selected by the lender in an asset query function interface on the chain; sending a first repayment condition query request message with the lending party signature to the asset account book system;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: verifying the first repayment condition inquiry request information with the lender signature; after the verification is passed, determining first repayment condition query result information according to the pledge asset information, adding a signature to the repayment condition query result information, and returning the repayment condition query result information to the lender asset application terminal system;
the lender asset application terminal system is further configured to: and verifying the repayment condition inquiry result information, and displaying the digital currency inquiry result information on the borrower chain to the lender after the verification is passed.
4. The system of claim 2, further comprising: a borrower asset application terminal system;
before the lender asset application terminal system generates a first pledge asset redemption instruction including the pledge asset information, the borrower asset application terminal system is further configured to:
generating second repayment condition query request information comprising borrower account information according to query requirements input and/or selected by the borrower in the asset query function interface on the chain; sending a second repayment condition query request message with the borrower signature to the asset account book system;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: verifying the second repayment inquiry request information with the borrower signature; after the verification is passed, determining second repayment condition query result information according to the pledge asset information, adding a signature to the repayment condition query result information, and returning the repayment condition query result information to the borrower asset application terminal system;
the borrower asset application terminal system is further configured to: and verifying the repayment condition inquiry result information, and displaying the digital currency inquiry result information on the borrower chain to the borrower after the verification is passed.
5. The system of claim 4, further comprising: a borrower asset application terminal system;
the borrower asset application terminal system is used for judging whether a borrower is sufficient for repayment according to the pledge asset information in the asset book system, generating a second pledge asset compensation command containing pledge asset information according to the pledge asset information under the condition that the borrower is not sufficient for repayment, and sending the second pledge asset compensation command with a borrower signature to the asset book system;
the asset ledger system is used for executing an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information to verify the second pledge asset compensation command with the borrower signature, spending the pledge asset information after the verification is passed, and generating pledge return asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the borrower and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the lender; wherein the value amount corresponding to the amount of the pledge liquidation assets is equal to the amount of the un-repayment of the lender.

The system of claim 5, wherein the second pledge asset redemption instructions further comprise: the pledge return asset information, the pledge liquidation asset information and a second pledge asset subsequent calling parameter; the second pledge asset subsequent calling parameter is a pledge repayment state at the due date of repayment preset in the intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information; the pledge asset information includes: the property book address of the lender, the pledge property index identification, the intelligent contract for controlling the subsequent transaction of pledge property, the pledge property quantity and the repayment transaction information; the intelligent contract comprises verification of a subsequent pledge asset transaction triggering condition, and the subsequent pledge asset transaction triggering condition comprises a pledge asset clearing triggering condition;
verifying the second pledge asset redemption instruction with the lender signature, comprising:
verifying a signature of the second pledge asset redemption instruction;
searching for the obligee address of the pre-ordered pledged asset according to the pledged asset information, and verifying that the found obligee address of the pledged asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the borrower signature of the second pledged asset liquidation instruction;
verifying that the quantity of the pledge assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving return assets contained in the pledge return assets information and the quantity of the receiving and clearing assets contained in the pledge clearing assets information; and the number of the first and second groups,
verifying that the subsequent calling parameters of the second pledge asset meet the pledge asset clearing triggering conditions.
7. The system of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the lender asset application terminal system is further configured to:
generating first pledge liquidation asset query request information according to query requirements input and/or selected by the lender in an asset query function interface on the chain, and then sending the first pledge liquidation asset query request information with the lender signature to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: verifying the first pledge liquidation asset query request information with the lender signature, and after the verification is passed, adding signatures to the pledge returned asset information and the pledge liquidation asset information respectively and returning the pledge returned asset information and the pledge liquidation asset information to the lender asset application terminal system;
the lender asset application terminal system is further configured to: and verifying the pledge return asset information and the pledge compensation asset information respectively, and displaying financing compensation ending information to the lender after the verification is passed.
8. The system of claim 5 or 6, wherein the borrower asset application terminal system is further configured to:
generating second pledge liquidation asset query request information according to the query requirements input and/or selected by the borrower in the on-chain asset query function interface, and then sending the second pledge liquidation asset query request information with the borrower signature to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: verifying the second pledge liquidation asset query request information with the borrower signature, and after the verification is passed, adding signatures to the pledge returned asset information and the pledge liquidation asset information respectively and returning the pledge returned asset information and the pledge liquidation asset information to the borrower asset application terminal system;
the borrower asset application terminal system is further configured to: and verifying the pledge return asset information and the pledge compensation asset information respectively, and displaying financing compensation ending information to the borrower after the verification is passed.
9. An on-chain pledge asset compensation system for settlement via on-chain digital currency, comprising: a borrower asset application terminal system and an asset ledger system; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the borrower asset application terminal system is used for judging whether a borrower is sufficient for repayment according to the pledge asset information in the asset book system, generating a second pledge asset compensation command containing pledge asset information according to the pledge asset information under the condition that the borrower is not sufficient for repayment, and sending the second pledge asset compensation command with a borrower signature to the asset book system;
the asset ledger system is used for executing an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information to verify the second pledge asset compensation command with the borrower signature, spending the pledge asset information after the verification is passed, and generating pledge return asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the borrower and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the lender; wherein the value amount corresponding to the amount of the pledge liquidation assets is equal to the amount of the un-repayment of the lender.
10. A method for online pledge asset compensation through online digital currency settlement, comprising:
the lender asset application terminal system judges whether the borrower is sufficient for repayment according to the pledge asset information in the asset ledger system, generates a first pledge asset compensation instruction containing pledge asset information according to the pledge asset information under the condition that the borrower is not sufficient for repayment, and sends the first pledge asset compensation instruction with the lender signature to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information to verify the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature, and after the verification is passed, costs the pledge asset information and generates pledge return asset information corresponding to the borrower asset ledger address and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the lender asset ledger address; wherein the value amount corresponding to the amount of the pledge liquidation assets is equal to the amount of the un-repayment of the lender.
11. A method for online pledge asset compensation through online digital currency settlement, comprising:
the borrower asset application terminal system judges whether the borrower is sufficient for repayment according to the pledge asset information in the asset book system, generates a second pledge asset compensation command containing pledge asset information according to the pledge asset information under the condition that the borrower is not sufficient for repayment, and sends the second pledge asset compensation command with borrower signature to the asset book system;
the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information to verify the second pledge asset compensation command with the borrower signature, and after the verification is passed, costs the pledge asset information and generates pledge return asset information corresponding to the borrower asset ledger address and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the lender asset ledger address; wherein the value amount corresponding to the amount of the pledge liquidation assets is equal to the amount of the un-repayment of the lender.
