In an embodiment, the pledge asset information includes: the detailed description of the pledge assets, the intelligent contracts for controlling the follow-up transactions of the pledge assets, and the like, wherein the detailed description of the pledge assets comprises: the lender's asset ledger address, the amount of pledge assets received, etc., and the intelligent contract includes verification of the pledge asset subsequent transaction triggering conditions. The trigger conditions for the subsequent transaction of the pledge asset comprise a pledge asset return trigger condition, a pledge asset compensation trigger condition and the like, and can be specifically set according to the agreement of two parties of the transaction. The pledge return asset information includes: the intelligent contract for the subsequent transaction of the pledge return asset and the return asset of the pledge is controlled, wherein the return asset detail of the pledge comprises the following steps: an asset book address of the borrower, a quantity of return assets received, etc. The pledge liquidation asset information comprises: the intelligent contract for the subsequent transaction of the pledge liquidated asset comprises the following components: an asset ledger address of the lender, a quantity of the received liquidated assets, etc. It should be noted that the pledge asset information and the pledge return asset information both include an intelligent contract for subsequent transactions, and the intelligent contract includes trigger conditions for the subsequent transactions and verification of the trigger conditions.
The pledge asset compensation triggering condition is to verify a payment receipt voucher or a collection receipt voucher paid by the lender from the lender, trigger pledge asset compensation operation if the payment is not in full amount after verification is passed, and remit pledge asset to the lender according to the unpaid amount of the lender. For example, if the borrower of both parties of the transaction does not initiate the offline repayment payment operation within the repayment time limit, or initiates the offline repayment operation but not the full amount repayment within the repayment time limit, the borrower is set to have to provide the payment receipt or the confirmed receipt information with the signature of the lender, or the lender has to provide the received receipt or the confirmed receipt information with the signature of the lender, and then the generation of the mortgage return asset with the asset account book address of the borrower as the asset book address of the borrower and the mortgage liquidation asset with the asset book address of the borrower as the asset book address of the borrower can be finally completed.
Step S204: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system verifies the first pledge asset clearing instruction, and executes the first pledge asset clearing instruction after the verification is passed. Interest is also typically included in the payable total, so the pledge assets typically exceed the payable total. The first pledge asset compensation command actually comprises a subsequent transaction calling parameter required by executing the intelligent contract of the asset transaction, and the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the intelligent contract in the pledge asset compensation command after receiving the first pledge asset compensation command.

The queried on-chain asset information includes the pledge asset information for the lender given by the borrower pledge. The realization principle that the lender inquires the asset information on the chain through the lender asset application terminal system is the same as the realization principle that the borrower inquires the asset information on the chain through the borrower asset application terminal system. The following description will be made in detail with reference to fig. 5, taking an example in which the borrower queries the asset information on the chain through the borrower asset application terminal system.
Step S304: and the lender sends repayment condition query request information to the lender chain lower payment module through the lender asset application terminal system. Wherein, the repayment condition inquiry request information comprises: lender account information, etc. The steps S304 to S306 are used for the lender to obtain the payment of the borrower. In another embodiment, the payment condition of the borrower within the payment deadline can also be sent to the lender asset application terminal system by a linked payment platform, such as a commercial bank service terminal, a third party payment platform, etc., and at this time, steps S304 to S306 can be replaced by the above manner.

At this time, the lender may send a pledge asset clearing instruction to the intelligent contract layer execution module according to the received collection and payment voucher. In addition, the borrower receives payment receipt if it has performed a partial repayment of the pledge asset through the borrower chain lower payment module. The borrower provides a payment receipt certificate, or the lender provides a collection receipt certificate, or the lender provides confirmed receipt information with a self signature, which can be used as a trigger condition for executing the intelligent contract in the pledge asset settlement instruction. The following description will take the lender initiating the pledge asset compensation command as an example.
Step S307: and the lender asset application terminal system generates a first pledge asset compensation command according to the collection information under the condition that the borrower does not pay enough, and then sends the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system. In this embodiment, the parameter for calling the subsequent transaction of the first pledge asset included in the first pledge asset compensation command is a cash-receiving and account-checking certificate provided by the lender or a confirmed account-receiving information with the signature of the lender. After the lender asset application terminal system generates a first pledge asset clearing instruction, the first pledge asset clearing instruction is signed by using a user private key of the lender, and then the first pledge asset clearing instruction with the signature of the user private key of the lender is sent to the intelligent contract layer execution module so as to trigger the intelligent contract layer execution module to execute the intelligent contract in the first pledge asset clearing instruction.
Step S308: an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information of the first pledge asset compensation command to verify the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature, after the verification is passed, the pledge asset information is spent, and pledge return asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the borrower and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the lender are generated. This step is the same as the implementation of step S204.
Step S309: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system records the pledge asset settlement execution result information to a consensus ledger layer execution module. This step is the same as the implementation process of step S205.
Example three: since the borrower provides the payment and account receipt, which can also be used as a trigger condition for the intelligent contract in the pledge asset clearing instruction executed by the intelligent contract execution layer module, the third embodiment of the present invention takes the borrower initiating the pledge asset clearing instruction as an example, and describes the online pledge asset clearing method through offline settlement according to the embodiment of the present invention. The payment information may be used to inform the borrower that the payment amount has been successfully paid to the lender, such as a payment receipt. Step S406: and under the condition that the borrower does not pay enough, the borrower asset application terminal system generates a second pledge asset compensation command according to the received payment information corresponding to the pledge assets, and then sends the second pledge asset compensation command with the borrower signature to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system. If the repayment deadline is over, the repayment amount of the borrower is still smaller than the payable amount, so that the borrower can be determined not to adequately repay within the repayment deadline. The second pledge asset redemption instructions include: the pledge asset information, the second pledge asset subsequent transaction calling parameters, pledge return asset information, pledge liquidation asset information, etc. In this embodiment, the parameters for the subsequent transaction of the second pledge asset included in the second pledge asset compensation command call the payment receipt provided by the borrower.

Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart illustrating the main process of performing on-chain asset query by an on-chain pledge asset clearing system with off-chain settlement according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the main process of performing the on-chain asset query by the on-chain pledge asset clearing system with the off-chain settlement in the second embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S501: the borrower asset application terminal system displays an on-chain asset query function interface to the borrower on the borrower terminal device, generates on-chain asset query request information according to query requirements input and/or selected by the borrower in the on-chain asset query function interface, and then sends the on-chain asset query request information with the borrower signature to a consensus ledger layer execution module of the asset ledger system. The borrower enters an on-chain asset query function interface provided by the borrower asset application terminal system, and the on-chain asset query function interface is used for inputting and/or selecting query requirements by a user and jointly forms on-chain asset query request information initiated by the borrower. The on-chain asset query request information refers to a request that the borrower can initiate digital asset query on the digital assets which are linked up by the borrower. In an alternative embodiment, the on-chain asset query request information includes: and the asset account book address and the query requirement in the real-name account book record corresponding to the borrower.
Query requirements refer to some limiting factors that may be used by a user to perform an on-chain asset query. In an alternative embodiment, the query requirement includes: query conditions and query results. The query condition may be any one or more of the following: asset number, asset class, asset status, etc. Wherein the asset status comprises: active state, frozen state, disabled state, etc.
The query results may be any one or more of the following: the method comprises the following steps of asset quantity, asset details, initial block information, terminal block information, asset transaction history records, managed asset storage information corresponding to the initial block, managed asset storage information corresponding to the terminal block and the like. The initial block information includes: initial block number, asset serial number, managed asset registration index information, managed asset description information, rights holder address, number of asset issuing units, number of valid asset units. The termination block information includes: a list of terminated initial block records corresponding to the terminating block, a terminating block number, and updated hosted asset registration index information with storage service system signature. The managed asset retention information may be considered comprehensive managed asset information stored in the storage service system that is related to the return of the down-link asset hosting up-link or the down-link asset hosting down-link, and that proves that the asset hosting party is the authorized person of the managed asset, and in alternative embodiments, the managed asset retention information includes: the paper document is electronic or purely electronic certificate information (such as an electronic signature archive or a result queried by an asset right registration system).
This step is used to make the borrower asset application terminal system initiate the on-chain asset information query operation. The specific implementation may be the corresponding function of the borrower's access to the borrower asset application terminal system. It should be noted that if the asset query request information on the chain includes the asset class, only the asset on the chain corresponding to the asset class is queried; and if the asset type is not contained in the on-chain asset query request information, querying the on-chain assets corresponding to all the asset types.
Step S502: and the consensus ledger layer execution module of the asset ledger system verifies the on-chain asset query request information, and after the verification is passed, adds a signature to the on-chain asset query result information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the borrower and returns the on-chain asset query result information to the borrower asset application terminal system. The valid initial block information includes: chain hosted asset issuance information, chain hosted asset registration index information, and the like.
Step S503: and the borrower asset application terminal system verifies the signature of the asset query result information on the chain, and displays the asset query result information on the chain to the borrower after the verification is passed.
Example four: after the step S309 and the step S408 are executed in the second and third embodiments, the borrower may query the chain asset information returned by the pledge through the asset application terminal system thereof, and the lender may query the chain asset information for pledge compensation through the asset application terminal system thereof, so as to confirm that the financing compensation is completed. The specific implementation process is as follows:
fig. 6 is a schematic view of a main flow of the pledge return asset and pledge liquidation asset query performed by the chain pledge asset liquidation system for chain settlement in the fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the main process of the pledge return asset and pledge liquidation asset query by the online pledge asset liquidation system for offline settlement in the fourth embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S601: and the lender asset application terminal system generates first pledge liquidation asset query request information according to the query requirements input and/or selected by the lender in the on-chain asset query function interface, and then sends the first pledge liquidation asset query request information with the lender signature to the asset ledger system. The first pledge liquidation asset query request information is a request that the lender can initiate digital asset query on digital assets which are returned by pledges and liquidated by pledges of the lender. Step S603: and the lender asset application terminal system respectively verifies the pledge return asset information and the pledge compensation asset information, and displays financing compensation ending information to the lender after the verification is passed. Step S604: and the borrower asset application terminal system generates second pledge liquidation asset query request information according to the query requirements input and/or selected by the borrower in the on-chain asset query function interface, and then sends the second pledge liquidation asset query request information with the borrower signature to the asset ledger system. The second pledge liquidation asset query request information refers to a request that the borrower can initiate digital asset query on the digital assets which are already pledged and liquidated by the borrower. Fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of a method for online pledge asset compensation through offline settlement according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, a method for clearing an online pledge asset through offline settlement in an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
step S701: the lender asset application terminal system judges whether the borrower is sufficient for payment according to the received collection information corresponding to the pledge assets, generates a first pledge asset compensation command according to the collection information under the condition that the borrower is not sufficient for payment, and then sends the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature to the asset account book system; wherein the first pledge asset compensation command includes pledge asset information. The lender asset application terminal system can actively obtain the repayment condition of the borrower on the quality-guaranteed asset from the lender chain lower payment module, also can passively receive the repayment condition of the externally pushed borrower on the quality-guaranteed asset, and then judges whether the borrower is full-amount repayment or not based on the repayment condition and the payable amount.
Step S702: the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information of the first pledge asset compensation command to verify the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature, costs the pledge asset information after the verification is passed, and generates pledge return asset information corresponding to the borrower's asset ledger address and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the lender's asset ledger address. The intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes verification operation: verifying a signature of the first pledge asset redemption instruction; searching the authorized person address of the pledge asset according to the pledge asset information, and verifying that the searched authorized person address of the pledge asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the lender signature of the first pledge asset clearing instruction; verifying that the sum of the owing amount and the repayment amount in the collection information is equivalent to the total amount of due repayment corresponding to the pledge asset; verifying that the quantity of the pledge assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving return assets contained in the pledge return assets information and the quantity of the receiving and clearing assets contained in the pledge clearing assets information; and verifying that the subsequent calling parameters of the first pledge asset meet the pledge asset clearing triggering conditions. After verification is completed, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the first pledge asset compensation command, costs pledge assets, and generates pledge return assets and pledge compensation assets corresponding to the first pledge asset compensation command.
Fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of a method for online pledge asset compensation through offline settlement according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the method for clearing the online pledge assets through offline settlement in the second embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
step S801: the borrower asset application terminal system generates a second pledge asset compensation command according to the received payment information corresponding to pledge assets under the condition that the borrower does not pay enough, and then sends the second pledge asset compensation command with the borrower signature to the asset account book system; wherein the second pledge asset compensation instruction includes pledge asset information. The second pledge asset redemption instructions include: the pledge asset information, the second pledge asset subsequent transaction calling parameters, pledge return asset information, pledge liquidation asset information, etc. And if the borrower does not pay in the payment deadline, generating a second pledge asset compensation instruction according to the payment information, signing the second pledge asset compensation instruction by using the user private key of the borrower, and sending the second pledge asset compensation instruction with the signature of the user private key of the borrower to the asset account book system. In an embodiment, the payment information is a payment receipt, and the parameters of the subsequent transaction of the second pledge asset included in the corresponding second pledge asset compensation command are used for calling the payment receipt provided by the borrower.
Step S802: the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information of the second pledge asset compensation command to verify the second pledge asset compensation command with the borrower signature, costs the pledge asset information after verification is passed, and generates pledge return asset information corresponding to the borrower asset ledger address and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the lender asset ledger address. In the step, the intelligent contract layer execution module verifies the payment receipt provided by the borrower, judges whether the designated pledge asset compensation triggering condition in the intelligent contract is met, and if the designated pledge asset compensation triggering condition is met, executes the second pledge asset compensation instruction, namely spends pledge assets, and generates pledge return asset information and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the second pledge asset compensation instruction. And after the intelligent contract of the second pledge asset compensation command is executed, returning pledge assets paid by the borrower to the borrower, and compensating pledge assets not paid by the borrower to the borrower.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the lender asset application terminal system generates a first pledge asset clearing instruction according to the collection information under the condition that the borrower is determined to be not paid for enough money, the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract contained in pledge asset information of the first pledge asset clearing instruction to generate pledge returned asset information and pledge cleared asset information, the complete transaction process of clearing pledge assets on the chain is realized through the mode, the clearing and returning processes of pledge assets on the chain are controlled by using the intelligent contract, the rights and interests of both parties of the transaction are ensured, and the transaction risk is reduced; both parties of the transaction can control the execution process of changing the pledge assets into pledge return assets and pledge clearing assets, the realization mode is flexible, and the transaction requirements are met.

the asset ledger system is used for executing an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information of the first pledge asset compensation command so as to verify the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature, and after the verification is passed, the pledge asset information is spent, and the pledge return asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the borrower and the pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the lender are generated.

searching the authorized person address of the pledge asset according to the pledge asset information, and verifying that the searched authorized person address of the pledge asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the lender signature of the first pledge asset clearing instruction;
verifying that the sum of the owing amount and the repayment amount in the collection information is equivalent to the total amount of due repayment corresponding to the pledge asset;
verifying that the quantity of the pledge assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving return assets contained in the pledge return assets information and the quantity of the receiving and clearing assets contained in the pledge clearing assets information; and
verifying that the subsequent calling parameters of the first pledge asset meet the pledge asset clearing triggering conditions.
3. The system of claim 1, further comprising: a lender chain lower payment module;
the lender asset application terminal system is also used for sending repayment condition query request information comprising the lender account information to the lender chain lower payment module;
and the lender lower chain payment module is also used for inquiring the collection information corresponding to the borrower account information according to the repayment condition inquiry request information and then feeding back the collection information to the lender asset application terminal system.
4. The system of claim 1, further comprising: a borrower asset application terminal system;
the borrower asset application terminal system is used for generating a second pledge asset compensation command according to the received payment information corresponding to the pledge asset, and then sending the second pledge asset compensation command with the borrower signature to the asset account book system;
the asset ledger system is further configured to execute an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information of the second pledge asset compensation command to verify the second pledge asset compensation command with the borrower signature, spend the pledge asset information after verification passes, and generate pledge return asset information corresponding to the borrower's asset ledger address and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the lender's asset ledger address.

The system of claim 4, wherein the second pledge asset redemption instructions include: the amount of arrears, the pledge asset information, the pledge return asset information, the pledge clear-out asset information and the subsequent calling parameter of the second pledge asset, the subsequent calling parameter of the second pledge asset is the payment information, the pledge asset information comprises: the method comprises the steps of controlling an intelligent contract and the number of pledges for the subsequent transaction of pledges, wherein the intelligent contract comprises verification of a subsequent transaction triggering condition of pledges, and the subsequent transaction triggering condition of pledges comprises a compensation triggering condition of pledges;
verifying the second pledge asset redemption instruction with the borrower signature, comprising:
verifying a signature of the second pledge asset redemption instruction;
searching for the obligee address of the pre-ordered pledged asset according to the pledged asset information, and verifying that the found obligee address of the pledged asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the borrower signature of the second pledged asset liquidation instruction;
verifying that the sum of the owing amount and the repayment amount in the collection information is equivalent to the total amount of due repayment corresponding to the pledge asset;
verifying that the quantity of the pledge assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving return assets contained in the pledge return assets information and the quantity of the receiving and clearing assets contained in the pledge clearing assets information; and
verifying that the subsequent calling parameters of the second pledge asset meet the pledge asset clearing triggering conditions.
6. The system of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the lender asset application terminal system is further configured to:
generating first pledge liquidation asset query request information according to query requirements input and/or selected by the lender in an asset query function interface on the chain, and then sending the first pledge liquidation asset query request information with the lender signature to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: verifying the first pledge liquidation asset query request information with the lender signature, and after the verification is passed, adding signatures to the pledge returned asset information and the pledge liquidation asset information respectively and returning the pledge returned asset information and the pledge liquidation asset information to the lender asset application terminal system;
the lender asset application terminal system is further configured to: and verifying the pledge return asset information and the pledge compensation asset information respectively, and displaying financing compensation ending information to the lender after the verification is passed.
7. The system of claim 4 or 5, wherein the borrower asset application terminal system is further configured to:
generating second pledge liquidation asset query request information according to the query requirements input and/or selected by the borrower in the on-chain asset query function interface, and then sending the second pledge liquidation asset query request information with the borrower signature to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: verifying the second pledge liquidation asset query request information with the borrower signature, and after the verification is passed, adding signatures to the pledge returned asset information and the pledge liquidation asset information respectively and returning the pledge returned asset information and the pledge liquidation asset information to the borrower asset application terminal system;
the borrower asset application terminal system is further configured to: and verifying the pledge return asset information and the pledge compensation asset information respectively, and displaying financing compensation ending information to the borrower after the verification is passed.
8. An on-chain pledge asset redemption system through off-chain settlement, comprising: a borrower asset application terminal system and an asset ledger system; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the asset ledger system is used for executing an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information of the second pledge asset compensation command so as to verify the second pledge asset compensation command with the borrower signature, and after the verification is passed, the pledge asset information is spent, and the pledge return asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the borrower and the pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the lender are generated.
9. A method for online pledge asset compensation through offline settlement, comprising:
the lender asset application terminal system judges whether the borrower is sufficient for payment according to the received collection information corresponding to the pledge assets, generates a first pledge asset compensation command according to the collection information under the condition that the borrower is not sufficient for payment, and then sends the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature to the asset account book system; wherein the first pledge asset compensation command comprises pledge asset information;
the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information of the first pledge asset compensation command to verify the first pledge asset compensation command with the lender signature, costs the pledge asset information after the verification is passed, and generates pledge return asset information corresponding to the borrower's asset ledger address and pledge compensation asset information corresponding to the lender's asset ledger address.
10. A method for online pledge asset compensation through offline settlement, comprising:
the borrower asset application terminal system generates a second pledge asset compensation command according to the received payment information corresponding to pledge assets under the condition that the borrower does not pay enough, and then sends the second pledge asset compensation command with the borrower signature to the asset account book system; wherein the second pledge asset compensation instruction comprises pledge asset information;
