In summary, with reference to fig. 7 and 8, taking the general anti-transaction method for banks as an example, please refer to fig. 9, which will be described in entirety:
1. the general inverse transaction is initiated, which may be initiated through a menu or initiated through a specific transaction.
2. The teller can inquire the teller transaction details through a medium or three elements of a client through a transaction interface, and after the teller transaction details are inquired, the teller can show the transaction details transacted for the client, for example, fig. 7 is a general inverse transaction screenshot of a certain bank counter;
3. the teller can position a certain transaction needing to be made in a reverse transaction through the detail display, and can check the original transaction voucher image for further confirmation if the transaction is not certain; and after the transaction is confirmed, clicking the reverse transaction link to trigger reverse transaction processing.
4. Processing the reverse transaction after triggering the reverse transaction, wherein the processing comprises money allocation, customer confirmation, networking check and the like; because different services have differences, the in-process processing can call the in-process processing modules of the applications as required for processing by reading the anti-transaction definition parameters.
5. After the transaction is finished, because the reverse transaction belongs to a high-risk service, the reverse transaction service needs to be authorized, and the original transaction certificate image, the influence of the client networking check result and the physical image (such as a card, a bankbook, an authentication medium and the like) need to be submitted during authorization, and a local supervisor or a remote authorized teller receives an authorization application to perform reverse transaction authorization processing; authorization is not via a return query detail interface.
6. And after the authorization is passed, the transaction message is assembled by the universal reverse transaction, and when the message is assembled, the unique serial number of the original transaction service and the original service information are required to be uploaded in the message. The unique serial number of the original service is used for positioning the original transaction log at the background, and the original service information is used for the check of the front-end and back-end service elements.
7. After the message is assembled, the message is sent to a background server, and the background server receives the message and analyzes the message; and querying a background transaction access log through the original unique service number, if the background transaction access log exists, taking out the service information from the log and checking the service information with the service information sent by the front end, further confirming the accuracy of the reverse transaction, and avoiding the reverse transaction error or the attack of an intercepted message.
8. And querying a background transaction log through the original service unique number, and after the background transaction log is obtained, analyzing the transaction log by an anti-transaction background processing component and returning the database data.
9. After the background server finishes processing, a success message is returned to the front end, and the front end feeds back a success result to the teller and the client.
In order to explain the above-mentioned inverse transaction method more clearly, the following takes the operation flow in the actual work as an example, and briefly explains the above-mentioned embodiment, and the following takes the bank personal demand deposit transaction as an example, and introduces the general inverse transaction method implementation flow:
