The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for processing business form state information, an electronic terminal and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of data processing. In the embodiment of the present invention, a target operation request for triggering execution of an operation is configured for each operation on the list, where the target operation request for the list may include, but is not limited to, a type of the operation request, a state of the list before the operation request is executed, and the like. Specifically, the types of operation requests may include issue, generate, pool, dispatch, follow-up, trace request (trace high and trace low), success, close, and the like.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset supportable request in the call system may include, but is not limited to: issue requests, generate requests, pool requests, dispatch requests, follow-up requests, trace requests (trace high and trace low), close requests, etc. Wherein, the supportable request is configured in the Spring interceptor in advance through the Spring tangent plane technology. Specifically, each supportable request in the Spring interceptor has corresponding configuration information, where the configuration information at least includes a corresponding supportable request type and an execution order of the supportable requests.
The specific implementation process of step 104 may include: firstly, determining the type of the target operation request, then traversing all the configuration information stored in the Spring interceptor to search the configuration information corresponding to the type of the target operation request, and thus determining whether the target operation request is a request which can be supported by a calling system according to the search result. If the configuration information corresponding to the type of the target operation request is searched, determining that the target operation request is a request which can be supported by a calling system; and if the configuration information corresponding to the type of the target operation request is not searched, determining that the target operation request is not a request which can be supported by the calling system. In addition, if the configuration information stored in the Spring interceptor defines the execution sequence between the preset supportable requests, after determining that the target operation request is a call system supportable request, it needs to further determine whether the operation request corresponding to the target operation request is executed before the target operation request, and if determining that the operation request corresponding to the target operation request is executed before the target operation request, determining that the target operation request of the list matches with the configuration information of the preset supportable request of the call system; otherwise, a mismatch is determined.

After the list enters the call system, each operation performed on the list causes a change in the state of the list, that is, each operation on the list correspondingly produces a list flow.
For example, when the operation type included in the target operation request is determined to be follow-up by analyzing the target operation request, it is known that the agent provides service for the client in the list, and thus it can be known that the current state of the list is a follow-up state, and the current affiliation of the list is the agent who performs the list dialing operation.

As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus for processing list state information is provided in a calling system, and includes: an acquisition unit 51, a judgment unit 52, a generation unit 53, and a processing unit 54. It should be understood that the application may be an application program (native app) installed on the terminal, or may also be a web program (webApp) of a browser on the terminal, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 6 is a functional block diagram of an electronic terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic terminal includes a memory 61, a processor 62 and a computer program stored in the memory 61 and operable on the processor 62, and when the processor 62 executes the computer program, the processor 62 implements any one of the above list status information processing methods.
It should be noted that the electronic terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention may include, but is not limited to, a Personal Computer (PC), a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a wireless handheld device, a Tablet Computer (Tablet Computer), a mobile phone, and the like.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, where computer-readable instructions are stored thereon, and when the computer-readable instructions are read and executed by a computer, the computer is enabled to implement any one of the above methods for processing the list state information.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions in actual implementation, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a Processor (Processor) to execute some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. Claims (10)
1. A method for processing the status information of a call ticket is applied to a calling system, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a target operation request aiming at a list through an interceptor, wherein the target operation request comprises a list identifier of the list;
judging whether the target operation request is matched with configuration information of a supportable request preset by the calling system by using the interceptor;
if the target operation request is judged to be matched with the configuration information, generating list circulation record information according to the target operation request, wherein the list circulation record information at least comprises the current state of the list and the current affiliation of the list;
and storing the list circulation record information into a list circulation record chain corresponding to the list identification according to the time sequence generated by the list circulation record information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after storing the shortlist circulation record information into the shortlist circulation record chain corresponding to the shortlist identifier according to the time sequence of generation of the shortlist circulation record information, the method further comprises:
receiving a query request of a list circulation record chain, wherein the query request at least comprises a list identifier of the list circulation record chain to be queried and contact information of a querier;
acquiring a target list circulation record chain according to the list identification of the list circulation record chain to be inquired;
and sending the target list circulation record chain to the inquirer through the contact information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after storing the shortlist circulation record information into the shortlist circulation record chain corresponding to the shortlist identifier according to the time sequence of generation of the shortlist circulation record information, the method further comprises:
receiving a query request of a list circulation record chain, wherein the query request at least comprises a target query condition;
and acquiring a target list circulation record chain meeting the target query condition according to the target query condition.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the target query condition comprises: one or more of the list state, the list attribution information or the target time range is/are appointed;
the target time range is used for indicating the generation time of the list circulation record information to be inquired.
5. The method according to any of claims 2 to 4, wherein after receiving a query request for a chain of records of a shortlist stream, the method further comprises:
acquiring a query authority range corresponding to a querier;
and acquiring the target list circulation record chain from the list circulation record chain in the inquiry authority range.
6. A list state information processing apparatus provided in a calling system, the list state information processing apparatus comprising:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain, by an interceptor, a target operation request for a list, where the target operation request includes a list identifier of the list;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the target operation request is matched with the configuration information of the supportable request preset by the calling system by using the interceptor;
a generating unit, configured to generate, according to the target operation request, list circulation record information if it is determined that the target operation request is matched with the configuration information, where the list circulation record information at least includes a current state of the list and a current affiliate of the list;
and the processing unit is used for storing the list circulation record information into the list circulation record chain corresponding to the list identification according to the time sequence generated by the list circulation record information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein after the processing unit is configured to store the list circulation record information into the list circulation record chain corresponding to the list identifier according to the time sequence of the list circulation record information generation, the processing unit is further configured to:
receiving a query request of a list circulation record chain, wherein the query request comprises a list identifier of the list circulation record chain to be queried and contact information of a querier; and (c) a second step of,
acquiring a target list circulation record chain according to the list identification of the list circulation record chain to be inquired; and the number of the first and second groups,
and sending the target list circulation record chain to the inquirer through the contact information.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein after the processing unit is configured to store the list circulation record information into the list circulation record chain corresponding to the list identifier according to the time sequence of the list circulation record information generation, the processing unit is further configured to:
receiving a query request of a list circulation record chain, wherein the query request comprises a target query condition; and the number of the first and second groups,
and acquiring a target list circulation record chain meeting the target query condition according to the target query condition.
9. Electronic terminal comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method for processing roster status information according to any of claims 1-5 when executing the computer program.
10. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable instructions stored thereon, which, when read and executed by a computer, cause the computer to implement the roster state information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
