Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The group recovery method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the environment shown in fig. 1, and referring to fig. 1, an instant messaging application can be run on a terminal 102, and a group including a group, a discussion group, a multi-person conversation and the like can be created through the instant messaging application. The terminal 102 may operate on the group, such as creating the group, adding members, modifying group announcements, modifying group business cards, and the like, and may also perform operations on transferring, deleting members, or dissembling the group. The terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 through the network, and the operation request of the terminal 102 to the group is sent to the server 104 through the network for processing. The server 104 stores therein group data including, but not limited to, group identification, group member identification, group creation time, group advertisement, and the like. Any operation of the group by the terminal 102 will be updated to the server 104. Specifically, after the terminal 102 performs operations such as dismissal, transfer, or deletion of a member to the group, the server 104 receives the operation request, generates and stores a group operation record. When the terminal 102 needs to restore a group, a group acquisition request is sent to the server 104, the server 104 receives the group acquisition request, a group operation record of a user is acquired according to a user identifier carried in the request, a recoverable group list is returned to the terminal 102 according to the group operation record, the terminal 102 can select the group needing to be restored from the recoverable group list, a group restoration request is sent to the server 104, the group restoration request carries the group identifier which is requested to be restored, the server 104 acquires corresponding group operation record and group data according to the group identifier, and the group is restored according to the group operation record and the group data. For example, a user deletes a member in a group, and the deleted member may be restored to the group.
The terminal 102 includes, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, tablet computers, smart phones, personal digital assistants, portable smart wearable devices, and the like, which can run instant messaging applications. The server 104 includes, but is not limited to, a single server, a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, and the like.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, there is further provided a server including a processor, a non-volatile storage medium, an internal memory, and a network interface, which are linked by a system bus, wherein the non-volatile storage medium stores therein an operating system and a group recovery apparatus for performing a group recovery method. The processor is used for improving the calculation and control capacity and supporting the operation of the whole server. The internal memory is used for providing an environment for the running of the group recovery device in the nonvolatile storage medium. The internal memory may store computer readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform a group recovery method. The network interface is used for performing network communication with the terminal, receiving or sending data, for example, receiving a group acquisition request and a group recovery request sent by the terminal, and sending a recoverable group list and a group recovery result to the terminal.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, a group recovery method is provided, which is exemplified by being applied to the server shown in fig. 1, and includes:
step 302, receiving a group acquisition request, where the group acquisition request carries a user identifier, and acquiring a group operation record of a user according to the user identifier.
The group operation record refers to the pipelining data generated by the group owner, administrator or member operating the group, where the operations include, but are not limited to, operations such as disseminating, transferring, modifying group data, uploading data files, etc. generated by the group owner to the group, operations such as deleting members, modifying group data, uploading data files, etc. generated by the group owner or administrator to the group, and operations such as modifying group business cards, uploading data files, etc. generated by the members in the group.
In this embodiment, the server stores the group operation record of the user. When a user uses the terminal to operate a group, the terminal sends an operation request to the server, the server firstly verifies whether the user identification carried by the operation request has authority, if so, the server performs corresponding logic processing on the group after the verification is passed, and a group operation record is generated. The group operation record records the flow data of the group operation, including the group operation time, the group operation type, the group information, etc. The group operation time refers to a time for operating the group, for example, a time for resolving or transferring the group, a time for deleting a member, and the like. The group operation types include, but are not limited to, operations to dissolve groups, transfer groups, and delete members. The group information includes group owner information, group member information, and the like. Further, the group operation records of the users are stored corresponding to the user identifiers in the server, and when the server receives the group acquisition request, the server can inquire the corresponding group operation records according to the user identifiers carried by the server.
And step 304, returning a recoverable group list according to the group operation record.
The group meeting a certain preset condition in the group operation record of the user can be recovered. Specifically, the user identity can be identified according to the user identifier, and the recoverable group list can be obtained according to the user identity. For example, for a group owner or administrator, a group operation record with authority limit may be obtained, and a recoverable group list may be obtained according to the group operation record. After the group operation record of the user is obtained, whether the user has the authority to recover the group is judged according to the user identification and the group operation type, if yes, a recoverable group list is returned according to the group operation record, otherwise, the user is prompted to have no authority to recover the group. For the common group member users, the corresponding group operation records can be obtained, and the recoverable group list can be obtained according to the group operation types. For example, if the group operation type in the obtained group operation record of the user is an exit group, the exit group can be used as a recoverable group.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the server receives the group acquisition request, detects the identity of the user in the group according to the user identifier, and when the identity of the user in the group meets a preset identity condition, the group is a recoverable group. For example, the group owner or administrator may recover the assigned group and the group owner or administrator may recover the deleted members. In this embodiment or another embodiment, the server may further screen the recoverable group according to the group operation time in the group operation record, for example, the group can be recovered only when a certain operation time condition is met, for example, the time for group dismissal does not exceed one month, the time for group transfer does not exceed one month, and the like.
Further, the server acquires a recoverable group list according to the group operation record, returns the recoverable group list to the terminal, and the terminal displays the recoverable group list, including information such as group identification, group operation time, group operation type and the like. Meanwhile, the terminal may provide an interface interactive element for restoring the group, such as a button for requesting to restore the group, in the interface displaying the recoverable group list.
Step 306, receiving a group recovery request, where the group recovery request carries a group identifier requesting recovery, obtaining a corresponding group operation record and group data according to the group identifier, and performing recovery operation on the group according to the group operation record and the group data.
In this embodiment, the server receives the group recovery request sent by the terminal, searches for the corresponding group operation record and group data according to the group identifier carried in the group recovery request, and then recovers the group according to the group operation record and the group data. For example, the group after being dismissed is recovered, the group which is transferred out is recovered, and the deleted members in the group are added to the group again.
Specifically, the group is restored according to the group operation record and the group data, the group data recorded before the group operation time can be acquired according to the group operation time in the group operation record, and the current group data is restored to the group data recorded before the group operation time. The recovered group comprises recovering the disassembled group, recovering the transferred group, adding the deleted members in the group into the group again, recovering group data, recovering member data, recovering group related data files and the like. In a preferred embodiment, the recoverable group is a group subjected to the permission restriction operation, such as recovering a dismissed group, recovering a transferred group, recovering a deleted member in the group, and the like. In another embodiment, the recoverable group may be a group that an ordinary member needs to recover, for example, a member may recover the group that has exited after exiting the group, the group that has exited may be selected in the recoverable group list, and after receiving the group recovery request, the server sends a request of the member to reapply to join the group to the terminals where the group owner and the administrator of the group are located according to the group recovery request, and after being confirmed by the terminals, the member joins the group again.
In this embodiment, a group acquisition request is received, a group operation record of a user is acquired according to a user identifier carried in the group acquisition request, a recoverable group list is returned according to the group operation record, when the group recovery request is received, a corresponding group operation record and group data can be acquired according to the group identifier requested to be recovered, and then a recovery operation is performed on a group according to the group operation record and the group data. Because the group operation record of the user can be acquired and the recovery operation can be carried out on the recoverable group, the group can still be recovered through the recovery operation after the group is disassembled, assigned or deleted and the like.
In one embodiment, the group operation record includes a group operation time and a group operation type; returning a recoverable group list according to the group operation record, comprising: and returning a recoverable group list according to the group operation time and the group operation type, wherein the time difference between the group operation time of the recoverable group contained in the recoverable group list and the current time is within a time threshold range corresponding to the group operation type.
In this embodiment, the group operation record at least includes a group operation time and a group operation type, and the group operation type includes operations of resolving a group, transferring a group, deleting members in a group, and the like. The content of the group operation record saved by different group operations may be different. Specifically, for the disaggregated group operation, the group operation record stored in the server includes a group identifier, a group operation time, a group operation type, group owner information, and the like. For the transfer group operation, the group operation record stored in the server includes a group identifier, a group operation time, a group operation type, original group master information, new group master information, and the like. For the delete member operation, the group operation record saved in the server may include a group identifier, a group operation time, a group operation type, deleted member information, and the like.
Further, different types of group operations may be preset with different time thresholds. And the server acquires the group operation record of the user, further acquires the time difference between the group operation and the current time, and if the time difference does not exceed the corresponding time threshold range, the group operation can be recovered. For example, if the group is not resolved for more than 1 month, the group can be restored; if the transfer period does not exceed 2 months, the group can be restored.
In this embodiment, the group recovery is more humanized because the recoverable operation does not exceed the group within a certain time threshold range, and the waste of server resources caused by more and more data of the group to be recovered is also avoided.
In one embodiment, performing a recovery operation on the group according to the group operation record and the group data includes: if the group operation type corresponding to the group identifier is a deleted member, returning a deleted group member list according to the group identifier; and acquiring the selected and recovered group members, and adding the selected and recovered group members into the group data corresponding to the group identifier.
In this embodiment, when the terminal initiates an operation request for deleting a member, the operation request is sent to the server, and the server receives the operation request, and first verifies whether the user has permission to initiate the operation according to a user identifier carried in the operation request, for example, it is preset that an administrator user or a group owner can initiate the operation for deleting a member. After the verification is passed, the server can update the group data corresponding to the group identifier, and delete the corresponding member information in the group data. The server records the group operation records of the user, including user identification, group operation type, group operation time, deleted member information and the like.
When a terminal initiates a group recovery request, if the group operation type corresponding to the group identifier is a deleted member, the server queries a group operation record according to the group identifier, acquires the group operation record of which the time difference between the group operation time and the current time does not exceed a preset time threshold, acquires deleted member information in the group operation record to form a recoverable group member list, and returns the recoverable group member list to the terminal for display. The terminal selects the recovered group members through the recoverable group member list, and the server can add the selected recovered group members to the group data of the group.
In one embodiment, performing a recovery operation on the group according to the group operation record and the group data includes: and if the group operation type corresponding to the group identifier is the dismissal group, marking the group data corresponding to the group identifier as available.
In this embodiment, when the terminal initiates an operation request for group splitting, the request is sent to the server, and the server receives the operation request, and first verifies whether the user has permission to initiate the operation according to the user identifier carried in the operation request, for example, an operation that only a group owner can initiate the group splitting is preset. After the verification is passed, the server keeps the stored group data unchanged, marks the group as unavailable, and stores the group data of the group for a certain time, wherein the certain time is the preset time threshold. Meanwhile, the server generates the group operation record of the user, wherein the group operation record comprises user identification, group operation type, group operation time and the like.
When a terminal initiates a group recovery request, if the group operation type corresponding to the group identifier requesting recovery is a dismissal group, the server queries the group operation record according to the group identifier, verifies whether the user has the authority to recover the group according to the user identifier, for example, the group which can be recovered only by the group owner is set. If the group is verified to be available, the server marks the group as available, meanwhile, acquires member information in the group data, and restores the member information to the group.
In one embodiment, performing a recovery operation on the group according to the group operation record and the group data includes: and if the group operation type corresponding to the group identification is an assignment group, restoring the current creator in the group data corresponding to the group identification to the original creator.
In this embodiment, when the terminal initiates an operation request for transferring a group, the request is sent to the server, and the server receives the operation request, and first verifies whether the user has an authority to initiate the operation according to the user identifier carried in the operation request, for example, only a group owner can transfer the group. And after the verification is passed, the server modifies the group data and transfers the original group owner in the group data to the group owner assigned by the user, and usually, the user can only transfer the group to an administrator user of the group. Meanwhile, the server records the group operation record, including a user identifier (an original group master user identifier), a group identifier, a group operation type, a group operation time, a new group master identifier, and the like.
Further, when the terminal initiates a group recovery request, if the group operation type corresponding to the group identifier requesting recovery is an assignment group, the server queries the group operation record according to the group identifier, verifies whether the user number will have the right to withdraw the group according to the user identifier, for example, sets a group which has the right to recover and transfer only the original group master. If the verification is passed, the server can restore the current creator in the group data to the original creator, namely, to the original group owner.
In one embodiment, performing a recovery operation on the group according to the group operation record and the group data includes: if the group operation type corresponding to the group identification is a deleted member or a disassembled group, inquiring a recoverable group member according to the group identification, and returning the time period of the recoverable group member; and acquiring a time period for selecting recovery, adding the group member deleted in the time period for selecting recovery into the group data corresponding to the group identifier if the group operation type corresponding to the group identifier is a deleted member, and identifying the group identifier dissolved in the time period for selecting recovery as available if the group operation type corresponding to the group identifier is a dissolved group.
In this embodiment, because the recovery of the group of deleted members or the group after the dismissal needs to recover the members in the group, the present embodiment can distinguish the time period for recovering the members. Specifically, the server receives the group identifier requesting recovery, finds the corresponding group operation record and group data according to the group identifier, obtains the group operation type in the group operation record, obtains the member information in the group data if the group is a dismissed group, obtains the member information deleted in the group operation record if the group is a deleted member, and further obtains the recoverable group member. For example, if the group is a dismissal group, the member information in the group of which the dismissal time does not exceed the preset time threshold is acquired, and if the group is a deletion member, the member information of which the deletion member time does not exceed the preset time threshold is acquired.
Further, the server returns a time period of the recoverable group member to the terminal, wherein the time period is a time period of a time difference between the group member and the current time when the group operation occurs. For example, group members deleted within 1 week, group members deleted within 2 weeks, and the like. The terminal displays the recoverable group member list in different time periods, the server obtains the time period for the terminal to select and recover the group members, if the group members are deleted, the deleted group members in the time period are added into the group data, if the group members are dismissed, the group members are marked as available, and the group members in the time period are recovered into the group data. In this embodiment, the group members are restored in different time periods, so that the group members are restored more flexibly.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a group recovery method, which is exemplified by being applied to the server shown in fig. 1, and includes:
step 402, receiving a group acquisition request, where the group acquisition request carries a user identifier, and acquiring a group operation record according to the user identifier.
In this embodiment, the server stores the group operation record of the user. When a user uses the terminal to perform operations such as group dismissal, member transfer or member deletion, the terminal sends an operation request to the server, the server firstly verifies whether the user identifier carried by the operation request has authority, if so, the server performs corresponding logic processing on the group after verification is passed, and a group operation record is generated. The group operation record includes group operation time, group operation type, group information, and the like. The group operation types include a disbanded group, a transfer group, a delete member, and the like. The group operation records stored by different group operation types are different. For the disaggregated group, the record saved to the group operation includes group identification, group operation time, group operation type, group owner information, and the like.
And step 404, returning a recoverable group list according to the group operation record.
Specifically, the server may obtain groups satisfying a certain recovery time condition according to the group operation records, where the groups are recoverable groups, generate a recoverable group list, and return the recoverable group list to the terminal for display. Further, different recovery time conditions may be set for different group operation types, for example, the group is not dismissed for more than 1 month, and the group is transferred for less than 1 month.
As shown in fig. 5, the terminal logs in a corresponding website, generates a group acquisition request and sends the group acquisition request to the server, and the server acquires a group operation record according to the group acquisition request, including records generated by operations of group dismissal, group assignment, group member deletion, group exit and the like, and returns a recoverable group list according to the group operation record. Referring to fig. 5, the terminal displays a recoverable group list 502 on a corresponding page, on which a group recovery caption 504 is also displayed, and provides a link 506 for the user to view the group recovery rules. Specifically, the recoverable group list 502 includes recoverable group names, group identifiers, group operation types, group operation times, and the like, and provides a corresponding interface element, such as a button 502a, for each recoverable group for the user to apply for recovering the group. In addition, a quit group list can be displayed in the page, and the quit group list comprises information such as group names, group identifications and quit time.
Step 406, a group recovery request is received, where the group recovery request carries a group identifier requesting recovery.
As shown in fig. 5, the terminal may obtain a group recovery request input by the user through a button 502a, where the group recovery request carries a group identifier requesting recovery, and send the group recovery request to the server.
Step 408, detecting the group operation type, if the group operation type is a dismissal group or a deletion member, entering step 410, and if the group operation type is an assignment group, entering step 414.
In this embodiment, the server obtains the group identifier requesting to be recovered according to the received group recovery request, obtains the corresponding group operation record according to the group identifier, and further obtains the group operation type of the group. If it is a dismissal group or a deletion member, recoverable group members may be returned since recovering members in the group is required for both types of groups. If the group is a transfer group, the group transferred out can be directly recovered.
And step 410, inquiring the recoverable group member according to the group identifier, and returning the time period of the recoverable group member.
Step 412, acquiring the time period for selecting recovery, and recovering the group members in the time period.
In this embodiment, the time period in which the recoverable group member is located refers to a time period in which a time difference from the current time when the group member performs the group operation is located. For example, group members deleted within 1 week, group members deleted within 2 weeks, and the like. And after receiving the group recovery request, the server returns the time period of the recoverable group member according to the group operation record corresponding to the group identifier and the obtained group operation type is the dismissal group or the deletion member. As shown in fig. 6, the terminal may display the group members that can be recovered in different time periods through the corresponding prompt box, and the prompt box further displays the group identifier. The time period for which the user selects recovery is obtained through the prompt box, for example, the user may select the group member deleted within 3 days to be 2 persons.
Further, the terminal sends a recovery request to the server, and if the member is a deleted member, the server adds the deleted member to the corresponding group data. If the group is dismissed, the server marks the group data of the group as available and returns corresponding prompt information to the terminal for displaying. As shown in fig. 7, the server marks the group data as available, and the group data of the group stored in the server is restored to be available. The terminal can display a corresponding prompt box for prompting the group to recover the members, wherein the prompt box comprises group identification, the number of recovered members and the like. As shown in fig. 8, after the group is recovered, the group data of the group stored in the server is recovered to be available, the group data stores the group information, including the group name, the group member information, the chat log, and the like, and the chat interface of the group can be displayed on the terminal, and the member information and the chat log of the group can be recovered in the chat interface. As shown in fig. 8, the historical chat history can still be viewed in the chat interface of the group.
And step 414, recovering the current creator in the group data corresponding to the group identifier as the original creator.
In this embodiment, if the group operation type corresponding to the group identifier carried in the group recovery request received by the server is an assignment group, the server may modify the current creator in the group data of the group to an original creator, that is, recover the user identifier as the group owner of the group. And after the server recovers the group successfully, the server informs the terminal, and the terminal displays successful information of the recovery transfer group. As shown in fig. 9, the terminal may pop up a prompt to indicate that the recovery is successful and the user has become the group owner of the group.
Further, after the group recovery by the server is successful, the generated system message may be sent to the terminal where the original group owner and the new group owner are located, respectively. For example, a group is assigned by user a to user B, and typically, a group can only be assigned to the administrator user of the group. And after receiving the recovery request of the group, the server recovers the group owner from the user B to the user A, generates system messages and respectively sends the system messages to the terminals of the user A and the user B. As shown in fig. 10A, the terminal where the user a is located receives a system message prompting that the group recovery is successful. As shown in fig. 10B, the terminal of the user B receives the system message that the group is returned by the original group owner. As shown in fig. 10C, the terminal where the other administrator users in the group are located receives the system message that the group changes the group owner.

If the group is a dismissal group, the group background server still stores the group data sheet of the group and marks the group data sheet as unavailable; if the group is an assignment group, the group background server modifies the group owner in the group data into a new group; and if the group data is the deleted member, the group background server deletes the corresponding member information in the group data. And after the group background server finishes processing, returning an operation result to the terminal.
2) After the group background server processes the operation request of the terminal, the group operation record is copied to the flow server, after the flow server receives the group operation record, the group operation record is stored in the flow data storage server by taking the group identifier as an index, and the flow data processing server returns a success notice to the flow server after the flow data processing server successfully stores the group operation record.
3) The terminal can request to display a recoverable group list, the recovery server receives the request, the group operation records of the users are read from the stream data storage server according to the user identification carried in the request, and the stream data server returns the group operation records to the recovery server. The recovery server reads the group data from the group background server according to the group operation record, performs service logic processing according to the group operation record and the group data, extracts a recoverable group list, sends the recoverable group list to the terminal for display, and displays the recoverable group list on the terminal, wherein the recoverable group list comprises the group list of members which are scattered, transferred and deleted, and quits, and corresponding operation time points.
4) The user can select a recoverable group through the terminal, the group recovery request is sent to the recovery server, and the number of people that a certain group can recover in a certain time is searched. The recovery server receives the group recovery request, reads the group operation record from the flow data storage server according to the group identification carried by the request, and inquires information such as group resolution state, the number of group members and the like from the group background server according to the group identification to obtain inquired group information. And the recovery server compares the data before and after the operation, performs logic processing and returns the number of the recoverable group members to the terminal.
5) The terminal selects a recovery member, sends a recovery group, a recovery group member and a recovery group request to the recovery server, and the recovery server reads the group operation record from the flow data storage server. And judging whether the user has the authority to restore the group according to the user identification, if so, reading the group data from the group background server, comparing the group data with the group operation record, marking the group data as available for the group after being dismissed, restoring the current creator of the group to the original creator for the group after transfer, and adding deleted member information in the group data for deleting the member, and then returning the operation result to the terminal.
