As shown in fig. 3, the preset encryption algorithm may be a one-way Hash (Hash) algorithm, through which a unique and irreversible digest can be obtained, and other people cannot reversely derive information of the person, the enterprise, and the regulatory organization from the digest of the person, and the obtained digest is different from the digest of any other information, thereby further ensuring the security and privacy of the information.
It should be noted that the enterprise end may establish a communication connection with the block link node through the human resource management system of the enterprise end, and send the personnel information storage request to the block link node.

In one possible design, the endorsement node can acquire the signature of the block chain link point, compare the signature with the signature of the block chain node with the storage authority, judge whether the signature is matched with the signature of the block chain node with the storage authority, and determine that the block chain link point is the disguised node when the signature is not matched with the signature of the block chain node with the storage authority; when the matching is performed, the block link point is determined not to be a masquerading node.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the data storage system may store an index information table, the index information table may store storage paths corresponding to each piece of index information, the block link point may query the storage path corresponding to the index information from the index data table according to the index information, determine the target block chain according to the storage path, and obtain a target block from the target block chain, where the target block is a block that stores an abstract and a storage address of target person information. The storage path may be a block chain identifier of the target block chain and a block identifier of the target block.
It should be noted that the target block is a block that has passed through the endorsement node of the target block chain and is added to the target block chain. The endorsement process and the chaining process are the processes of step 203 and step 206, and are not described herein again.

The process of acquiring the access right of the block link point by the block link point may be: the block chain node sends a data acquisition request to the block chain node, wherein the data acquisition request carries the storage address of the target person and the signature information of the block chain node; when the block chain node receives the signature information, the signature information is verified, and when the signature information is verified, the block chain node determines that the block chain node has the access right. The block link point receives personnel information of the target personnel.
It should be noted that the block link point may acquire the personal information based on the storage address only when the block link point needs to acquire the access right, thereby ensuring the privacy of the enterprise data. And when the block chain node receives the personnel information, the personnel information can be checked, whether the personnel information is the target personnel information or not is judged, and the accuracy of the information is further ensured.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the block chain node receives the query request, the target block is determined based on the index information in the query request, and the personnel information of the target personnel is stored on the target block of the block chain, so that the data can not be tampered randomly, and the reliability of the data source is ensured. In addition, the block chain link points can firstly acquire the abstract of the target person and the storage address of the person information from the target block; after the personnel information of the target personnel is acquired, the personnel information is verified based on the abstract of the target personnel, and the accuracy of the acquired information is guaranteed.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a data storage system according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 7, the data storage system includes a plurality of servers 701 as blockchain nodes in a blockchain network, which provide data storage services for a plurality of institutions, and a server 702 as a billing node in a target blockchain, which is configured with the target blockchain.
The server 701 in the plurality of servers is used for receiving a personnel information storage request, wherein the personnel information storage request carries an abstract of personnel information and a storage address of the personnel information; sending the personnel information storage request to a plurality of servers serving as endorsement nodes in a data storage system, and submitting the received storage responses and the personnel information storage request to the server serving as an accounting node in the target block chain;
and the server 702 serving as an accounting node in the plurality of servers is configured to verify each storage response based on the endorsement policy information of the data storage system, generate a target block based on the personnel information storage request when each storage response meets the endorsement policy information, and add the target block to the target block chain.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, the data storage system further includes a server 703 as a ranking service node in the target block chain,
a server 701 of the plurality of servers, configured to send the respective storage responses and the personal information storage request to the server serving as the ranking service node;
the server 703, which is a sequencing service node in the plurality of servers, is configured to sequence the staff information storage requests when receiving the respective storage responses and the staff information storage requests, and send the sequenced staff information storage requests and the respective storage responses to the server serving as the accounting node.
Optionally, the server 703 serving as the sequencing service node is further configured to send the sequenced staff information storage request and the respective storage responses to the server serving as the accounting node, and then return a processing result of the staff information storage request.
Optionally, the summary of the person information is generated based on the following data:
an identification of the person, an identification of a regulatory authority of the data storage system, and a business identification, a business name, a staff history of the target person, staff performance, and/or staff position of the business in which the person is located.
Optionally, the server 701 in the multiple servers is further configured to receive an inquiry request, where the inquiry request carries index information of a target person, and determine a target block from a target block chain according to the index information;
the server 701 of the plurality of servers is further configured to obtain the digest of the target person and the storage address of the person information from the target block, obtain the person information from the storage address of the person information, verify the person information based on the digest of the target person, and return the person information when the verification passes.
Optionally, the server 701 in the multiple servers is further configured to send a data obtaining request, where the data obtaining request carries the storage address and the signature information of the block link point, and receive the staff information when the signature information passes verification.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving a personnel information storage request, a block link node firstly sends the personnel information storage request to an endorsement node for endorsement signature, and submits a storage response of each endorsement node and the personnel information storage request to an accounting node; when the storage response of each endorsement node accords with the endorsement policy information, the accounting node adds the target block into the target block chain to ensure that the information source is real and reliable, so that the data in the target block cannot be tampered randomly, and the safety and the correctness of the data are ensured.
Fig. 8 is a structural diagram of a data query apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. The apparatus is applied to a blockchain node of a blockchain, referring to fig. 8, and includes: a receiving module 801, a determining module 802 and an obtaining module 803.
A receiving module 801, configured to receive a query request, where the query request carries index information of a target person;
a determining module 802, configured to determine a target block from the target block chain according to the index information;
an obtaining module 803, configured to obtain, from the target block, the abstract of the target person and a storage address of the person information;
the obtaining module 803 is further configured to obtain the staff information from the storage address of the staff information, verify the staff information based on the digest of the target staff, and return the staff information when the verification is passed.
Optionally, the obtaining module 803 is configured to send a data obtaining request, where the data obtaining request carries the storage address and the signature information of the block link point; and when the signature information passes verification, receiving the personnel information.
Optionally, the summary of the target person is generated based on the following data:
the identification of the target person, the identification of the supervising authority in the blockchain, the enterprise identification of the enterprise where the target person is located, the enterprise name, the employee record of the target person, the employee performance and/or the employee position of the target person.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the receiving module 801 is further configured to receive a personnel information storage request, where the personnel information storage request carries an abstract of the personnel information and a storage address of the personnel information;
the sending module is used for sending the personnel information storage request to a server in the plurality of servers and submitting the received storage response and the personnel information storage request to a server serving as an accounting node in the target block chain;
the verification module is used for verifying each storage response based on endorsement policy information of the data storage system;
and the adding module is used for generating a target block based on the personnel information storage request and adding the target block into the target block chain when each storage response accords with endorsement policy information.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the sending module is further configured to send each storage response and the personnel information storage request to a server serving as a ranking service node in the target block chain;
and the sequencing module is used for sequencing the personnel information storage requests when receiving the storage responses and the personnel information storage requests, and sending the sequenced personnel information storage requests and the storage responses to the server serving as the accounting node.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the returning module is used for sending the sequenced personnel information storage request and each storage response to the server serving as the accounting node and then returning the processing result of the personnel information storage request.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the block chain node receives the query request, the target block is determined based on the index information in the query request, and the personnel information of the target personnel is stored on the target block of the block chain, so that the data can not be tampered randomly, and the reliability of the data source is ensured. In addition, the block chain link points can firstly acquire the abstract of the target person and the storage address of the person information from the target block; after the personnel information of the target personnel is acquired, the personnel information is verified based on the abstract of the target personnel, and the accuracy of the acquired information is guaranteed.
All the above optional technical solutions may be combined arbitrarily to form the optional embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that: the data query apparatus provided in the above embodiment is only illustrated by the division of the above functional modules when data is queried or the data storage system is in data storage, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be completed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the above described functions. In addition, the data query device and the data query method embodiment, and the data storage system and the data storage method embodiment provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the server 900 may generate a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 901 and one or more memories 902, where the memory 902 stores at least one instruction, and the at least one instruction is loaded and executed by the processors 901 to implement the data query method or the data storage method provided by the foregoing method embodiments. Of course, the server may also have components such as a wired or wireless network interface, a keyboard, and an input/output interface, so as to perform input/output, and the server may also include other components for implementing the functions of the device, which are not described herein again.
In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium, such as a memory, including instructions executable by a processor in a terminal to perform a data query method or a data storage method in the embodiments described below. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by a program instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the above-mentioned storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, etc.

Claims (15)

1. A data signature method is applied to an endorsement node in a block chain system, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a personnel information storage request sent by a block chain node, wherein the personnel information storage request carries an abstract of personnel information and a storage address of the personnel information;
verifying the personnel information storage request based on an intelligent contract;
when the personnel information storage request passes verification, endorsement signature is carried out on the personnel information storage request;
and returning the endorsement signature to the blockchain node as a storage response.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the validating the people information storage request based on the smart contract comprises:
judging whether the personnel information storage request meets a first preset condition or not based on an intelligent contract;
when the personnel information storage request meets a first preset condition, the personnel information storage request is verified to be passed;
and when the personnel information storage request does not meet the first preset condition, the personnel information storage request is not verified.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the first preset condition includes whether the blockchain node has storage right;
the judging whether the personnel information storage request meets a first preset condition comprises the following steps:
and judging whether the node identification of the block chain node is the identification of the block chain node with the storage authority or not based on the node identification of the block chain node.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the first preset condition includes information whether the personal information storage request is legitimate;
the judging whether the personnel information storage request meets a first preset condition comprises the following steps:
judging whether the block chain node sending the personnel information storage request is a disguised node;
when the block chain node is a disguised node which is disguised and has a storage authority, determining that the personnel information storage request is not legal information;
and when the block link node is not a disguised node, determining that the personnel information storage request is legal information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining whether the blockchain node that sends the personnel information storage request is a masquerading node comprises:
and judging whether the block chain node is a disguised node or not according to the signature of the block chain node.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the determining whether the blockchain node is a masquerading node according to the signature of the blockchain node comprises:
acquiring a signature of the block chain node;
comparing the signature with the signature of the block chain node with the storage authority, and judging whether the signature is matched with the signature of the block chain node with the storage authority;
when the node is not matched with the node, determining the block chain node as a disguised node;
when matching, determining that the block link point is not a masquerading node.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to validating the human information storage request based on the smart contract, the method further comprises:
acquiring an intelligent contract installed on the endorsement node; or the like, or, alternatively,
obtaining an intelligent contract for a data storage system, wherein the blockchain system includes the data storage system.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the validating the people information storage request based on the smart contract comprises:
storing the personnel information into parameters of a request intelligent contract, inputting the intelligent contract and operating the intelligent contract;
when the verification of the personnel information storage request is passed, the endorsement signing is carried out on the personnel information storage request, and the endorsement signing comprises the following steps:
when the intelligent contract outputs that the personnel information storage request is legal, the private key of the endorsement node is used for signing the output result;
the returning the endorsement signature as a storage response to the blockchain node comprises:
and returning the signed output result to the block chain node as the storage response.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the summary of the person information is generated based on:
the system comprises an identification of a person, an identification of a supervisory organization of a data storage system, and a business identification, a business name, a staff record, staff performance and/or staff position of a business where the person is located, wherein the blockchain system comprises the data storage system.
10. The method of claim 1, applied to a data storage system comprising a plurality of servers as blockchain nodes in a blockchain network, the plurality of servers providing data storage services for a plurality of organizations, the plurality of servers having target blockchains configured thereon;
after returning the endorsement signature as a store response to the blockchain node, the method further comprises:
and submitting each received storage response and personnel information storage request to a server serving as an accounting node in the target block chain by the block chain node, verifying each storage response by the server serving as the accounting node based on endorsement policy information of the data storage system, generating a target block based on the personnel information storage request when each storage response accords with the endorsement policy information, and adding the target block into the target block chain.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
receiving a query request, wherein the query request carries index information of a target person;
determining a target block from a target block chain according to the index information;
acquiring the abstract of the target person and the storage address of the person information from the target block;
and acquiring the personnel information from the storage address of the personnel information, verifying the personnel information based on the abstract of the target personnel, and returning the personnel information when the verification is passed.
12. A data query apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the system comprises a receiving module, a judging module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a personnel information storage request sent by a block chain node, and the personnel information storage request carries an abstract of personnel information and a storage address of the personnel information;
the verification module is used for verifying the personnel information storage request based on the intelligent contract;
the verification module is further used for endorsing and signing the personnel information storage request when the personnel information storage request passes verification;
and the return module is used for returning the endorsement signature to the blockchain node as a storage response.
13. A blockchain system, wherein the blockchain system comprises a plurality of servers, and wherein the plurality of servers comprises a server as an endorsement node, and wherein the server as the endorsement node is configured to perform the operations performed by the data signature method according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
14. A server, comprising one or more processors and one or more memories having stored therein at least one instruction, which is loaded and executed by the one or more processors to perform operations performed by the data signing method according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
15. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein at least one instruction which is loaded and executed by a processor to perform operations performed by a data signature method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11.
