Abstract

Claims (10)

1. A second international roaming communication method based on a group service, characterized in that the second international roaming communication method comprises:
responding to a first call request, sending the first call request to a home location register of an initial registration operator to which a first called number belongs, and enabling the home location register receiving the first call request to inquire whether the first called number carries out the number transfer out or not through an interconnection border control function entity of the operator to which the home location register belongs, wherein the first call request is forwarded to an application server of the initial registration operator to which the first called number belongs through a first international roaming communication method;
wherein the first international roaming communication method includes:
responding to a first call request sent by an international gateway of a foreign operator, and inquiring a first called number with a short number in the first call request to obtain a long number of the first called number;
determining an initial registration operator to which the first called number belongs according to the long number of the first called number;
sending a call request to an application server of an initial registration operator to which the first called number belongs so as to control the application server of the initial registration operator to which the first called number belongs to send query information for querying whether the first called number is carried and transferred out to a home location register of the initial registration operator to which the first called number belongs;
and when the query information indicates that the first called number is carried and transferred out, establishing communication with a network element of an operator to which the first called number is transferred.
2. The second international roaming communication method of claim 1, wherein the step of querying the first called number of the first call request whose formal number is a short number includes:
and acquiring the long number of the first called number sent by a service control point application server of an initial registration operator to which the first called number belongs.
3. The second international roaming communication method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of determining an operator to which the first called number belongs according to the long number of the first called number includes:
receiving a session initiation protocol uniform resource identifier of the first called number sent by a call session control function entity of a calling side;
and judging the initial registration operator to which the called number belongs according to the session initiation protocol uniform resource identifier of the first called number.
4. The second international roaming communication method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first international roaming communication method further includes:
and responding to a second call request, and routing the second call request to an international gateway server corresponding to a second calling number in the second call request.

An application server, wherein the application server is configured to send, in response to a first call request, query information for querying whether a first called number is ported out or not to a home location register of an initial registration operator to which the first called number belongs, wherein the first call request is a first call request forwarded through an international gateway server,
the application server is also used for sending the query result corresponding to the query information to an international gateway server which sends the first call request;
wherein, the international gateway server comprises:
the query module is used for responding to a first call request sent by an international gateway of a foreign operator, and querying a first called number with a short number in the first call request to obtain a long number of the first called number;
the operator determining module is used for determining an initial registration operator to which the first called number belongs according to the long number of the first called number;
a call request sending module, configured to send a call request to an application server of an initial registration operator to which the first called number belongs, so as to control the application server of the initial registration operator to which the first called number belongs to send the first call request to a home location register of the initial registration operator to which the first called number belongs, and enable the home location register that receives the first call request to query, through an interconnection border control function entity of the operator to which the home location register belongs, whether the first called number carries a number and is transferred out;
a communication establishing module, configured to establish communication with a network element of an operator to which the first called number is transferred when receiving query information indicating that the first called number has been ported.
6. The application server according to claim 5, wherein the query module is configured to obtain a long number of the first called number sent by a service control point application server of an initial licensed operator to which the first called number belongs.
7. The application server according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the operator determining module is configured to receive a session initiation protocol uniform resource identifier of the first called number sent by a call session control function entity of a calling side, and determine, according to the session initiation protocol uniform resource identifier of the first called number, an initial registration operator to which the called number belongs.
8. The application server according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the call request sending module is further configured to route the second call request to an international gateway server corresponding to the second calling number in the second call request, in response to the second call request.
9. A communication system comprising a plurality of International gateway servers belonging to a plurality of operators in a plurality of countries, respectively, a plurality of Home location registers belonging to a plurality of operators in a plurality of countries, respectively, a plurality of application servers belonging to a plurality of operators in a plurality of countries, respectively, and a plurality of interconnection Border control function entities belonging to a plurality of operators in a plurality of different countries, respectively, wherein the application servers are the application servers according to any one of claims 5 to 8, the Home location registers being adapted to respond to inquiry information sent by the application servers and to send inquiry results to the corresponding application servers,
and the interconnection boundary control function entity is used for routing the received call request to an interconnection boundary control function entity of an operator to which the called number is transferred in the call request after receiving the call request related to the called number portability.

The communication system according to claim 9, wherein the communication system further comprises a plurality of telephone number mapping servers/domain name systems respectively belonging to operators of different countries, a plurality of service control point application servers respectively belonging to a plurality of operators of a plurality of countries, and a plurality of call session control function entities respectively belonging to a plurality of operators of a plurality of countries;
the service control point application server is used for responding to a query request sent by an international gateway server of the country to which the service control point application server belongs, and querying a long number corresponding to the first called number from a telephone number mapping server/domain name system of the same country as the service control point application server;
the call session control function entity is used for receiving a call request, wherein the call request comprises a first call request and a second call request, and the call session control function entity is also used for sending the received call request to an interconnection border control function entity and a home location register which belong to the same operator as the call session control function entity.
