Step 200: and storing the bill transaction element of the first anonymous transaction party, and acquiring a second anonymous transaction party matched with the anonymous bill transaction matching request according to the bill transaction element of the first anonymous transaction party, wherein the bill transaction role of the second anonymous transaction party is different from that of the first anonymous transaction party, and the bill transaction role comprises a reverse buyback party and a forward buyback party.
Step 300: and generating a bill transaction order aiming at the first anonymous trading party and the second anonymous trading party, and receiving target bill information sent by the first anonymous trading party or the second anonymous trading party so as to complete bill transaction aiming at the target bill information between the first anonymous trading party and the second anonymous trading party.

Claims (12)

1. An anonymous billing transaction matching data transmission method, comprising:
receiving an anonymous bill transaction matching request of a first anonymous trading party sent by a primary authorization operator, wherein the anonymous bill transaction matching request of the first anonymous trading party is generated by the primary authorization operator and comprises bill transaction elements of the first anonymous trading party;
before or during the generation of an anonymous bill transaction matching request of a first anonymous transaction party, if a transaction confirmation cancelling instruction of the first anonymous transaction is not obtained, the anonymous bill transaction matching request of the first anonymous transaction party is sent to a secondary authorization operation party for confirmation, and after the primary authorization operation party receives a confirmation instruction of the secondary authorization operation party for the anonymous bill transaction matching request, the anonymous bill transaction matching request of the first anonymous transaction party is sent;
storing the bill transaction element of the first anonymous transaction party, and acquiring a second anonymous transaction party matched with the anonymous bill transaction matching request according to the bill transaction element of the first anonymous transaction party, wherein the bill transaction role of the second anonymous transaction party is different from that of the first anonymous transaction party, and comprises a reverse buyback party and a forward buyback party;
generating a bill transaction order for the first anonymous trading party and the second anonymous trading party, sending a target bill submission instruction to one of the first anonymous trading party and the second anonymous trading party according to bill transaction roles of the first anonymous trading party and the second anonymous trading party, receiving target bill information sent by the first anonymous trading party or the second anonymous trading party, and performing transaction inspection on the target bill information corresponding to a target bill based on a preset inspection rule so as to complete bill transaction between the first anonymous trading party and the second anonymous trading party aiming at the target bill information; wherein the transaction verification is used to verify the integrity, risk, and availability of the target instrument for the transaction.
2. The method for transmitting matching data of anonymous bill transaction according to claim 1, wherein said obtaining a second anonymous trading party matched with said matching request of anonymous bill transaction according to bill transaction elements of said first anonymous trading party comprises:
according to the bill transaction element of the first anonymous transaction party, searching the anonymous transaction party with a transaction role different from that of the first anonymous transaction party in the bill transaction system;
and if the anonymous trading party is matched to obtain an anonymous trading party with a different trading role from that of the first anonymous trading party, determining the anonymous trading party as the second anonymous trading party.
3. The method of anonymous instrument transaction match data transmission according to claim 2, further comprising:
and if a plurality of anonymous trading parties with different trading roles from the first anonymous trading party are obtained through matching, selecting one anonymous trading party from the plurality of anonymous trading parties according to a preset rule, and determining the selected anonymous trading party as the second anonymous trading party.
4. The method for transmitting the anonymous billing transaction matching data according to claim 1, further comprising, after the transaction verification of the target billing information corresponding to the target billing based on the preset verification rule:
and if a bill confirmation instruction of the first anonymous trading party or the first anonymous trading party is acquired, the target bill information is sent to a corresponding secondary authorization operator, and the secondary authorization operator performs security check on the target bill information.
5. The method of anonymous instrument transaction match data transmission of claim 4, further comprising:
and if the safety checking passing information of the target bill information is received, supplementing the information in the corresponding bill transaction list according to the target bill information.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising, after supplementing information in the corresponding billing statement according to the target billing information:
sending the target bill and the corresponding bill transaction sheet to a clearing subsystem, so that the clearing subsystem performs capital clearing on the target bill according to the bill transaction sheet, and sends the target bill after the capital clearing to a bill escrow subsystem, so that the bill escrow subsystem performs registration and ownership change processing on the target bill;
receiving a funds cleared message sent by the clearing subsystem for the target instrument, and receiving a registered and ownership changed message sent by the instrument hosting subsystem for the target instrument.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the element of the transaction of the anonymous billing comprises at least one of a transaction role, a service type, a billing medium, a billing type, a term variety, and a credit body type.
8. An anonymous instrument transaction matching subsystem, comprising:
a request receiving module comprising: the system comprises a primary authorization operator receiving unit, a first-level authorization operator receiving unit and a second-level authorization operator receiving unit, wherein the primary authorization operator receives an anonymous bill transaction matching request of a first anonymous trading party, the anonymous bill transaction matching request of the first anonymous trading party is sent by the primary authorization operator, the anonymous bill transaction matching request of the first anonymous trading party is generated by the primary authorization operator and comprises bill transaction elements of the first anonymous trading party;
before or during the generation of an anonymous bill transaction matching request of a first anonymous transaction party, if a transaction confirmation cancelling instruction of the first anonymous transaction is not obtained, the anonymous bill transaction matching request of the first anonymous transaction party is sent to a secondary authorization operation party for confirmation, and after the primary authorization operation party receives a confirmation instruction of the secondary authorization operation party for the anonymous bill transaction matching request, the anonymous bill transaction matching request of the first anonymous transaction party is sent;
the transaction matching module is used for storing the bill transaction element of the first anonymous transaction party and acquiring a second anonymous transaction party matched with the anonymous bill transaction matching request according to the bill transaction element of the first anonymous transaction party, wherein the bill transaction roles of the second anonymous transaction party and the first anonymous transaction party are different, and the bill transaction roles comprise a reverse buyback party and a forward buyback party;
the bill transaction module is used for generating a bill transaction order for the first anonymous trading party and the second anonymous trading party, sending a target bill submission instruction to one of the first anonymous trading party and the second anonymous trading party according to the bill transaction roles of the first anonymous trading party and the first anonymous trading party, receiving target bill information sent by the first anonymous trading party or the second anonymous trading party, and performing transaction verification on the target bill information corresponding to the target bill based on a preset verification rule so as to complete bill transaction between the first anonymous trading party and the second anonymous trading party aiming at the target bill information; wherein the transaction verification is used to verify the integrity, risk, and availability of the target instrument for the transaction.
9. An anonymous instrument trading system, comprising: at least one client, a clearing subsystem, a ticket registration subsystem, and an anonymous ticket transaction matching subsystem as recited in claim 8;
the client, the clearing subsystem and the bill registration subsystem are respectively in communication connection with the anonymous bill transaction matching subsystem.
10. The anonymous instrument trading system of claim 9, further comprising: and the member management subsystem is in communication connection with the anonymous bill transaction matching subsystem.
11. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of the anonymous billing transaction matching data transmission method according to any of claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the anonymous billing transaction matching data transmission method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
