controlling the intelligent lock to descend;
when the vehicle is parked in the parking space, the ultrasonic sensor detects that the parking space is occupied and sends a message to the payment server through the address;
the payment server records the parking start time.
Ex-warehouse settlement process:
driving the vehicle away from the parking space by the user;
the ultrasonic sensor detects that the parking space is free, and the payment server is informed through an intelligent ground lock;
the payment server records the parking ending time, calculates parking cost according to the parking time and sends the parking cost to the intelligent contract;
the intelligent contract settles according to the information of the payment server, transfers the parking fee to the public key address corresponding to the ground lock, and returns the redundant amount of money to the public key address corresponding to the vehicle;
and the payment server pushes a message according to the mobile phone number or the micro signal corresponding to the unique vehicle number and informs the user of settlement information.
All transactions on the blockchain are public, rules and data of the intelligent contracts are also public and transparent, all people can inquire information, and the data cannot be deleted or tampered. Thus, based on the settlement payments of the blockchain, all historical data can be verified; and the open and transparent parking fee is ensured based on the charging and settlement of the intelligent contract. The scheme combines the technology of the Internet of things, all charging and recognition processes are automatically executed in the background, and the complete noninductivity of the user during parking is realized. And once configuration is carried out automatically, so that the user only needs to configure once through a mobile phone application program initially, and then the parking payment is carried out without any operation. The intelligent ground lock realizes the control of a single parking space and simplifies the planning difficulty of the parking lot.
The invention provides a parking payment method and system based on a block chain, which records the identification information of vehicle-mounted equipment and the identification information of an intelligent ground lock on the block chain system, realizes the vehicle-mounted prepayment function by using an intelligent contract, automatically deducts parking fee based on the intelligent contract when a vehicle leaves a parking space, ensures that the supervision of the parking fee is more transparent because the transactions recorded in the block chain are public and transparent, realizes the control of a single parking space by using the intelligent ground lock, simplifies the planning difficulty of a parking lot, automatically completes all the execution processes in a background, does not need the intervention of a vehicle owner and a worker, improves the experience effect of a user and is convenient to manage the parking space.
In another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a payment server, referring to fig. 5, including:
an obtaining unit 101, configured to obtain vehicle-mounted device identification information of a vehicle and identification information of an intelligent ground lock;
the query unit 102 is configured to query public key addresses of the vehicle and the intelligent ground lock based on the vehicle-mounted device identification information and the identification information of the intelligent ground lock, and issue vehicle stop record information to the block chain;
a first receiving unit 103, configured to receive prepaid information of the vehicle-mounted device in response to payment made to the established intelligent contract address by the vehicle-mounted device;
a notification unit 104, configured to query an intelligent contract state based on the prepaid information, generate a notification instruction after confirming that the prepaid is received, and send the notification instruction to the intelligent lock, where the notification instruction is used to notify that the intelligent lock is down;
and the calculating unit 105 is used for calculating and obtaining the parking fee in response to the fact that the vehicle is driven away from the parking space corresponding to the intelligent lock, and sending the parking fee to the intelligent contract, so that the parking fee is settled based on the intelligent contract.

a first sending unit 202, configured to send the vehicle-mounted device identification information to the intelligent lock, so that the intelligent lock sends the vehicle-mounted device identification information and the identification information of the intelligent lock to the payment server;
a second response unit 203, configured to, in response to receiving the smart contract address and the payment amount sent by the payment server, pay for the smart contract address, and generate a notification message to send to the payment server;
a first receiving unit 204, configured to receive a payment message sent by the payment server when a vehicle drives out of a parking space corresponding to the intelligent lock, where the payment message includes a parking fee.

the intelligent ground lock 303 is used for being in communication connection with a vehicle-mounted device, receiving vehicle-mounted device identification information sent by the vehicle-mounted device after the parking space occupation information and the information that the vehicle arrives at the parking space are obtained, and sending the identification information of the intelligent ground lock to the payment server;
the intelligent ground lock 303 is further configured to receive a notification instruction sent by the payment server, control the intelligent ground lock to fall down based on the notification instruction, and send the received parking space idle information sent by the first sensor to the payment sensor when the vehicle exits the parking space.
Correspondingly, on the basis of the above embodiment, the intelligent lock is further configured to:
generating a public and private key of the intelligent ground lock;
and pairing the public key address of the intelligent ground lock and the identification information of the intelligent ground lock, and sending a pairing address to the payment server.

1. A parking payment method based on a block chain is applied to a payment server and comprises the following steps:
acquiring identification information of vehicle-mounted equipment and identification information of an intelligent ground lock of a vehicle;
based on the identification information of the vehicle-mounted equipment and the identification information of the intelligent ground lock, inquiring public key addresses of the vehicle and the intelligent ground lock, and issuing vehicle parking record information to the block chain;
in response to payment to a specified intelligent contract address by a vehicle-mounted device, receiving prepayment information of the vehicle-mounted device;
inquiring the intelligent contract state based on the prepayment information, generating a notification instruction after confirming that the prepayment is received, and sending the notification instruction to the intelligent lock, wherein the notification instruction is used for notifying the intelligent lock to descend;
responding to the fact that the vehicle leaves a parking space corresponding to the intelligent ground lock, calculating to obtain parking cost, and sending the parking cost to an intelligent contract, so that parking cost settlement is conducted based on the intelligent contract;
wherein, the identification information who acquires the on-vehicle equipment identification information of vehicle and lock intelligently includes: when the vehicle arrives at the parking space, the vehicle triggers a sensor in the parking system, at the moment, the Bluetooth of the intelligent ground lock is opened, the intelligent ground lock is connected with the vehicle-mounted device in a matching mode, the vehicle-mounted device sends identification information of the vehicle-mounted device to the intelligent ground lock, and then the identification information of the vehicle-mounted device and the identification information of the vehicle-mounted device are uploaded to the payment server through the intelligent ground lock.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after the vehicle parking record information is issued to the block chain, sending the intelligent contract address and the prepaid amount to the vehicle-mounted equipment.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
responding to the fact that the vehicle drives into a parking space corresponding to the intelligent ground lock, receiving parking space occupation information sent by the intelligent ground lock, and recording the parking time of the vehicle;
the method comprises the steps of determining a user account corresponding to a vehicle based on identification information of vehicle-mounted equipment, and sending a push message to the user account, wherein the push message comprises a payment message and a parking space free message.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after vehicle stop record information is issued to the block chain, account information corresponding to the vehicle information recorded on the block chain is inquired and obtained based on the vehicle-mounted equipment identification information;
and judging whether the balance of the parking fee in the account meets the current prepaid amount, if not, generating recharging information and sending the recharging information to the vehicle-mounted equipment.
5. A payment server, characterized in that the payment server comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a storage unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring vehicle-mounted equipment identification information of a vehicle and identification information of an intelligent ground lock;
the query unit is used for querying public key addresses of the vehicle and the intelligent ground lock based on the identification information of the vehicle-mounted equipment and the identification information of the intelligent ground lock and releasing vehicle parking record information to the block chain;
the first receiving unit is used for responding to payment made to the established intelligent contract address by the vehicle-mounted equipment and receiving prepayment information of the vehicle-mounted equipment;
the notification unit is used for inquiring the intelligent contract state based on the prepayment information, generating a notification instruction after confirming that the prepayment is received, and sending the notification instruction to the intelligent lock, wherein the notification instruction is used for notifying the intelligent lock to descend;
the calculating unit is used for responding to the fact that the vehicle leaves the parking space corresponding to the intelligent ground lock, calculating and obtaining parking cost, and sending the parking cost to an intelligent contract to enable parking cost settlement to be carried out based on the intelligent contract;
wherein, the identification information who acquires the on-vehicle equipment identification information of vehicle and lock intelligently includes: when the vehicle arrives at the parking space, the vehicle triggers a sensor in the parking system, at the moment, the Bluetooth of the intelligent ground lock is opened, the intelligent ground lock is connected with the vehicle-mounted device in a matching mode, the vehicle-mounted device sends identification information of the vehicle-mounted device to the intelligent ground lock, and then the identification information of the vehicle-mounted device and the identification information of the vehicle-mounted device are uploaded to the payment server through the intelligent ground lock.

sending the identification information of the vehicle-mounted equipment to the intelligent ground lock, so that the intelligent ground lock sends the identification information of the vehicle-mounted equipment and the identification information of the intelligent ground lock to the payment server;
in response to receiving the intelligent contract address and the payment amount sent by the payment server, paying the intelligent contract address and generating a notification message to send to the payment server;
and when the vehicle drives out of the parking space corresponding to the intelligent ground lock, receiving a payment message sent by the payment server, wherein the payment message comprises parking cost.
7. An in-vehicle apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a first response unit, a payment server and a second response unit, wherein the first response unit is used for responding to communication connection with a user mobile terminal, receiving configuration information of an electronic wallet sent by the user mobile terminal, generating pairing information of vehicle-mounted equipment identification information and a public key address of the electronic wallet, and sending the pairing information to the payment server;
the first sending unit is used for sending the identification information of the vehicle-mounted equipment to the intelligent ground lock, so that the intelligent ground lock sends the identification information of the vehicle-mounted equipment and the identification information of the intelligent ground lock to the payment server;
the second response unit is used for responding to the intelligent contract address and the payment amount sent by the payment server, paying the intelligent contract address, generating a notification message and sending the notification message to the payment server;
the first receiving unit is used for receiving a payment message sent by the payment server when a vehicle exits a parking space corresponding to the intelligent ground lock, wherein the payment message comprises parking cost.

generating a public and private key of the intelligent ground lock;
and pairing the public key address of the intelligent ground lock and the identification information of the intelligent ground lock, and sending a pairing address to the payment server.
10. A blockchain based parking payment system, the system comprising:
the payment server of claim 5, the vehicle-mounted device of claim 7, the parking space system of claim 8 and the user mobile terminal,
the user mobile terminal is used for being connected with the vehicle-mounted equipment and configuring the vehicle-mounted equipment, wherein the configuration comprises the configuration of an electronic wallet, payment configuration and connection function configuration.
