Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for identifying dining positions and a storage medium, and aims to solve the technical problems of low dining efficiency and long waiting time of a user in the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the general idea of the embodiment of the present application is as follows:
the method for identifying the dining position is applied to a mobile dining car and comprises the following steps: acquiring first user characteristic data of a dining user based on first characteristic data acquired by designated equipment; the first characteristic data is data capable of uniquely identifying the dining user, and the appointed equipment is arranged at the dining position of the dining user; establishing a corresponding relation between the first user characteristic data and the equipment identifier of the specified equipment; after the cooking of the meal of the dining user is determined to be finished, acquiring historical user characteristic data corresponding to the ordering information from a database based on the ordering information corresponding to the meal; and comparing whether the historical user characteristic data is the same as the first user characteristic data, if so, determining that the delivery position of the meal is the dining position based on the corresponding relation, and controlling the meal delivery equipment to deliver the meal to the dining position.
According to the scheme, the first user characteristic data of the dining user is obtained through the first characteristic data collected by the appointed equipment at the dining position where the dining user is located; establishing a corresponding relation between the first user characteristic data and the equipment identifier of the specified equipment; after the cooking of the meal of the dining user is determined to be finished, acquiring historical user characteristic data corresponding to the ordering information from a database based on the ordering information corresponding to the meal; and then comparing whether the historical user characteristic data is the same as the first user characteristic data, if so, determining that the delivery position of the meal is the dining position based on the corresponding relation, and controlling the meal delivery equipment to deliver the meal to the dining position. The first characteristic data is data capable of uniquely identifying the dining user. Thereby realizing the technical effect of accurately and timely delivering the meal to the user.
In order to better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed descriptions of the technical solutions of the present invention are provided with the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments, and it should be understood that the specific features in the embodiments and the examples of the present invention are the detailed descriptions of the technical solutions of the present invention, and are not limitations of the technical solutions of the present invention, and the technical features in the embodiments and the examples of the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for identifying a dining position, which is applied to a mobile dining car, and the processing procedure of the method is as follows.
Step 101: acquiring first user characteristic data of a dining user based on first characteristic data acquired by designated equipment; the first characteristic data are data capable of uniquely identifying the dining user, and the appointed equipment is arranged at the dining position of the dining user.
The mobile dining car is equivalent to a mobile dining room, the mobile dining car has the appearance and the running function of an automobile, a kitchen and a dining area are arranged in the mobile dining car, a dining table, a dining chair and the like are arranged in the dining area, when a user places an order (namely ordering) on the mobile dining car at home or in an office or other places through application in a mobile phone, ordering information can be transmitted to the mobile dining car, a chef on the mobile dining car can cook the food ordered by the user according to the requirement in the ordering information, and the mobile dining car reaches a designated position at the appointed time to wait for the user to have a meal before. The specific appointed time and the appointed position can be determined according to the optional time and the optional position provided by the system when the user orders the food, or can be set by the user, and the appointed time and the appointed position are carried in the food ordering information.
When a user arrives at a designated position where the mobile dining car arrives within appointed time, the user acquires first characteristic data or second characteristic data of the user through an image acquisition device such as a camera on the mobile dining car so as to verify the identity of the user, wherein the first characteristic data is data capable of uniquely identifying a dining user, and the second characteristic data is data capable of identifying the dining user according to a set formed by at least two pieces of characteristic data which are not uniquely identifying the user. After the user passes the verification of the first characteristic data, the user can enter the mobile dining car and freely select a sitting dining table.
For example, before a door of the mobile dining car is moved, a user is allowed to enter the mobile dining car only after face recognition, and at the moment, the mobile dining car can also collect head and shoulder data and the like of the user as second feature data, and establish a corresponding relation between the first feature data and the second feature data when the user enters the mobile dining car.
After a user sits down at a dining position in the mobile dining car, the first characteristic data of the user can be collected by the designated equipment arranged at the dining position, and the first user characteristic data of the dining user is obtained.
The following implementation modes can be specifically provided:
in the first mode, if the designated device is an image acquisition device, first user feature data is obtained based on a user face image acquired by the image acquisition device.
And in the second mode, the designated equipment is fingerprint acquisition equipment, and first user characteristic data is acquired based on the user fingerprint acquired by the fingerprint acquisition equipment.
And thirdly, if the designated equipment is iris acquisition equipment, acquiring first user characteristic data based on the user iris acquired by the iris acquisition equipment.
However, if the first characteristic data collected by the designated device at the dining position fails, the first user characteristic data can also be obtained by the following methods:
a first failure processing mode, if the first characteristic data acquisition fails, acquiring second characteristic data of the dining user based on designated equipment; the second characteristic data is data capable of identifying the dining user according to a set consisting of at least two pieces of characteristic data of non-uniquely identified users; and comparing the second characteristic data acquired by the appointed equipment with the second characteristic data acquired before the dining user enters the mobile dining car, and if the comparison is successful, acquiring first characteristic data acquired before the user corresponding to the second characteristic data enters the mobile dining car and serving as the first user characteristic data.
For example, after a dining user sits, the image acquisition device of the designated device arranged at the dining position acquires the face image of the first feature data of the dining user, but fails to acquire successfully, and then acquires the second feature data of the dining user: the head and shoulder data and the contour data are compared with second characteristic data acquired when the dining user enters the mobile dining car, if the comparison is successful, first characteristic data corresponding to the second characteristic data acquired when the dining user enters the mobile dining car are acquired, and the first characteristic data acquired when the dining user enters the mobile dining car are used as the first user characteristic data.
In the second failure processing mode, if the first characteristic data acquisition fails, the user is prompted to display the meal ordering two-dimensional code; recognizing the meal ordering two-dimensional code through two-dimensional code recognition equipment to obtain a user identifier; acquiring corresponding first characteristic data from a database based on the user identification to serve as first user characteristic data; the database stores the corresponding relation between the user identification and the first characteristic data as well as the ordering information.
For example, after a dining user sits, the image acquisition device which is a designated device arranged at a dining position acquires a face image of the dining user, after acquisition fails, the user is prompted to display a dining two-dimensional code through a real screen or a broadcasting device on the dining position, the dining two-dimensional code is generated when the dining user orders on a mobile phone APP, the user only needs to open the APP to find out the dining two-dimensional code and aims at a two-dimensional code identification device arranged at the dining position, and the mobile dining car obtains a user identifier of the dining user through the dining two-dimensional code displayed by the dining user. And acquiring corresponding first characteristic data from the database based on the user identification to serve as the first user characteristic data. The first characteristic data can be the first characteristic data collected when the dining user enters the mobile dining car, and also can be the first characteristic data collected when the dining user fills in the registration information.
In the third failure processing mode, if the first characteristic data acquisition fails, the dining user is prompted to scan the two-dimensional code confirmation provided at the dining position through the user equipment, and the user identification is obtained based on the feedback operation executed by the dining user after the two-dimensional code confirmation is scanned; the two-dimensional code is confirmed to be used for acquiring a user identifier; acquiring corresponding first characteristic data from a database based on the user identification to serve as first user characteristic data; the database stores the corresponding relation between the user identification and the first characteristic data as well as the ordering information.
For example, after a dining user sits, a designated device, namely an image acquisition device, arranged at a dining position acquires a face image of the dining user, but after acquisition fails, the dining user is prompted through a display screen or a voice device to scan a confirmation two-dimensional code provided at the dining position through user equipment such as a mobile phone, and the specific confirmation two-dimensional code can be presented to the user through the display screen arranged at the dining position, or can be a two-dimensional code pasted at the dining position in advance, and is not limited specifically. The dining user scans and confirms the two-dimensional code through the mobile phone, corresponding feedback operation is carried out, if a confirmation button appearing after the two-dimensional code is scanned is clicked, the mobile dining car can obtain the user identification and confirm dining position information carried in the two-dimensional code, and then corresponding first characteristic data is obtained from the database according to the user identification and serves as the first user characteristic data.
After obtaining the first user characteristic data of the dining user, steps 102-103 can be executed.
Step 102: and establishing a corresponding relation between the first user characteristic data and the equipment identification of the specified equipment.
After the first user characteristic data of the dining user is obtained, the corresponding relation between the first user characteristic data and the equipment identifier of the specified equipment can be established and stored in the database. So that the dining position of the dining user can be accurately delivered when the dining equipment delivers the food.
It should be noted that, since each dining position is provided with the designated device (that is, the dining positions correspond to the designated devices on the dining positions one by one), the position of the dining user can be accurately known according to the device identifier of the designated device, and if the first user characteristic data is determined by scanning and determining the two-dimensional code, the device identifier of the designated device can be determined according to the corresponding relationship between the dining positions and the designated device and the dining position information, so as to establish the corresponding relationship between the first user characteristic data and the device identifier.
Step 103: after the cooking of the meal of the dining user is determined to be finished, historical user characteristic data corresponding to the ordering information is obtained from the database based on the ordering information corresponding to the meal.
When a cook in the mobile dining car prepares and puts the meal of the dining user into the food delivery device, it is determined that the cooking of the meal of the dining user is completed, and then historical user characteristic data corresponding to the meal ordering information is obtained from the data based on the meal ordering information corresponding to the meal, where the historical user characteristic data may be first characteristic data collected when the dining user enters the mobile dining car, or may be first characteristic data collected when the dining user registers information, and specifically, the first characteristic data collected when the dining user is not limited herein.
In the database, the user identification corresponds to the first characteristic data of the meal ordering information one by one, so that after the meal cooking of the dining user is determined to be finished, the corresponding first characteristic data can be found from the database according to the meal ordering information and can be used as the historical user characteristic data.
After obtaining historical user profile data, step 104 may be performed.
Step 104: and comparing whether the historical user characteristic data is the same as the first user characteristic data, if so, determining that the delivery position of the meal is the dining position based on the corresponding relation, and controlling the meal delivery equipment to deliver the meal to the dining position.
After the historical user characteristic data are obtained, comparing the historical user characteristic data with the first user characteristic data, if the historical user characteristic data are the same as the first user characteristic data, determining that the position where the meal is sent to is the dining position, and then controlling the meal sending to send the meal to the dining position.
Specifically, when the food delivery device delivers the food to the dining location, it can be determined whether the food is delivered to the correct dining location by the following ways:
if the meal delivery equipment has a special meal delivery track, the meal delivery equipment can determine the position according to the position signal on the meal delivery track. For example, a photoelectric sensor is arranged on the meal delivery track corresponding to each meal position, when the meal delivery equipment moves along the meal delivery track, the photoelectric sensor is accumulated once when the meal delivery equipment passes through each track, and when the accumulated value is the same as the value corresponding to the meal position of the meal user, the position to which the meal is delivered is determined.
It is also possible that a corresponding electronic tag is arranged at each dining position, and when the meal delivery device arrives at the dining position, the electronic tag at the dining position is read to determine that the position to which the meal is delivered.
In order to fully understand the present solution for those skilled in the art, a complete example will be described.
Referring to fig. 2, suppose users A, B, C have ordered meals on their respective cell phones, and the corresponding ordering information is meal a, meal B, and meal C in sequence, and they all choose to have meals on the mobile dining car M at 12 am. When the mobile dining car arrives at 12 am, 3 people arrive at the place where the mobile dining car is parked on time, and identity verification is sequentially carried out when entering the mobile dining car, namely, the first feature data (assumed to be facial images) of three people are collected one by one before the door of the mobile dining car, identity verification is carried out, and all the first feature data pass. When the face image (first feature data) of the user is collected, the face image is compared with the existing face image in the registration information, and if the face image is successfully collected, the mobile dining car is allowed to enter the mobile dining car.
After entering the mobile dining car, the user A sits at the dining position 1 of the mobile dining car, and after sitting down, the designated device 1 (camera) arranged at the dining position 1 collects a facial image (first feature data) of the user A to obtain the first user feature data A of the dining user A.
After a user B enters the mobile dining car, the dining position 3 of the mobile dining car sits, after sitting down, a designated device 3 (camera) arranged at the dining position 3 collects a facial image (first feature data) of the user B, but the collection fails, at this moment, a voice device arranged at the dining position 3 prompts the user to display a two-dimensional code for ordering, the user B displays the two-dimensional code for ordering to a two-dimensional code recognition device arranged at the dining position 3, so that a user identification B of the user B is obtained, the facial image (first feature data) collected by the user B when an account is registered is obtained from a database based on the user identification B, and the facial image is used as the first user feature data of the user B.
After a user C enters the mobile dining car, the user C sits at the dining position 6 of the mobile dining car, after the user C sits down, the designated equipment 6 (camera) arranged at the dining position 6 collects face images (first feature data) of the user C, but the collection fails, the designated equipment 6 collects second feature data (head-shoulder data, head contour data and the like) of the user C, the second feature data is compared with second feature data collected when three persons enter the mobile dining car, and the first feature data collected when the successfully compared second feature data enters the mobile dining car is used as the first user feature data of the user C.
