It should be noted that the terms "first" and "second" in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In order to solve the problems that the service life of the existing vehicle battery is long in use time, the service life of the vehicle battery cannot be detected in the use process of the vehicle battery, and the use experience of a user is poor, on one hand, the invention provides a service life early warning method of the vehicle battery.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating main steps of a life warning method of a vehicle battery according to the present invention. The early warning method of the vehicle battery mainly comprises the following steps:
s100, acquiring a first electric quantity consumed by the output voltage of the vehicle battery to be reduced from a first voltage value to a second voltage value.
And S200, comparing the first electric quantity with the reference electric quantity.
And S300, selectively sending out early warning information according to the comparison result.
The determination process of the reference electric quantity comprises the following steps: in the case where the vehicle battery is in a predetermined state, a second electric quantity by which the output voltage of the vehicle battery decreases from the first voltage value to a second voltage value is acquired, and the reference electric quantity is determined based on the second electric quantity.
The service life early warning method of the vehicle battery can detect the first electric quantity of the output voltage of the vehicle battery reduced from the first voltage value to the second voltage value in the using process of the vehicle battery, compare the first electric quantity with the reference electric quantity and selectively send out early warning information according to the comparison result, the service life of the vehicle battery is detected and early warned conveniently, the normal use of the vehicle is not influenced, the problem that the daily use of the vehicle is influenced because the traditional battery service life detection process and the battery normal use process cannot be carried out simultaneously is solved, and the use experience of a user is optimized.
In existing trucks, the truck is configured with two sets of air conditioning systems. Wherein, a set of air conditioning system comprises a vehicle-mounted integral air conditioner which is driven by an engine so as to adjust the environmental temperature in a cab in the driving process; the other set of air conditioning system comprises a parking air conditioner, wherein the parking air conditioner is powered by a vehicle battery on the truck, and when the truck is in a parking state, the engine is in an idling state or a flameout state, and at the moment, the parking air conditioner is used for adjusting the ambient temperature in the cab. The method for warning the life of the vehicle battery according to the present invention will be described with reference to a parking air conditioner.
Vehicle batteries on trucks are used to power electrical equipment such as parking air conditioners, ignition devices, lighting devices, etc. During the use process of the parking air conditioner, the output voltage of the vehicle battery is detected in real time, timing is started when the output voltage of the vehicle battery is in a first voltage value, the timing is ended along with the continuous power supply of the vehicle battery when the output voltage of the vehicle battery is reduced to a second voltage value, the real-time current value and the real-time voltage value in the process are recorded at the same time, a relation curve of the voltage, the current and the time is obtained after processing, a first electric quantity consumed when the output voltage of the vehicle battery is reduced from the first voltage value to the second voltage value is obtained after integral calculation, and then the first electric quantity is compared with the reference electric quantity. If the first electric quantity is smaller than the reference electric quantity, the early warning information is sent out to prompt the user that the service life of the vehicle battery is shortened to a certain degree, so that the user can timely perform corresponding processing on the vehicle battery. Preferably, n second electric quantities are acquired during n (n-2, 3, 4 …) times of use before the parking of the air conditioner, and an average value of the n second electric quantities is calculated and multiplied by a preset coefficient to obtain a reference electric quantity. Although there may be a situation that the vehicle battery supplies power to other electric devices in the process of acquiring the first electric quantity, the power of the parking air conditioner is large, and the influence of the electric quantity used by the other electric devices on the acquired first electric quantity is small and can be ignored.
In the process that the vehicle battery is used for the first n times (n is 2, 3 and 4 …), the electric quantity values of the n second electric quantities are obtained, the average value of the n second electric quantities is calculated and multiplied by a preset proportionality coefficient to obtain the reference electric quantity, errors can be reduced, the accuracy of the reference electric quantity is improved, and therefore the accuracy of the service life early warning of the vehicle electric vehicle is improved.

Further preferably, the first voltage value is a voltage of the vehicle battery in a full state, and the second voltage value is an ignition protection voltage of the vehicle battery. Through such setting, the difference between the measured first voltage and the second voltage is relatively big, can measure first voltage value and second voltage value comparatively accurately, acquires the first electric quantity that is closer to actual value to further improve life-span early warning's accuracy.

As can be seen from the above description, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a method for warning a life of a vehicle battery includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining first electric quantity consumed by the fact that the output voltage of a vehicle battery is reduced to ignition protection voltage from a voltage value in a full-charge state, comparing the first electric quantity with reference electric quantity, and sending out early warning information when the first electric quantity is smaller than the reference electric quantity. The determination process of the reference electric quantity comprises the following steps: acquiring a second electric quantity consumed by the output voltage of the vehicle battery to be reduced from the first voltage value to the second voltage value under the condition that the vehicle battery is in a preset state; and determining the reference electric quantity according to the second electric quantity.
By adopting the service life early warning method of the vehicle battery, the service life of the vehicle battery can be detected and early warned when the vehicle battery is in a use state, the influence on the normal work of a power utilization device on a vehicle caused by the aggravation of the aging degree of the vehicle battery due to the fact that a user continues to use the vehicle battery under the condition that the service life of the vehicle battery is not shortened to a certain degree is avoided, and meanwhile, the influence on the vehicle demand of the user due to the fact that the vehicle battery cannot be normally used in the service life detection process of the vehicle battery is avoided. In addition, the battery life detection method has the advantages of short time for detecting the battery life, convenience for detection and optimization of the use experience of a user. The first voltage value is the voltage value of the vehicle battery in the full-charge state, the second voltage value is the ignition protection voltage of the vehicle battery, the first electric quantity closer to the actual value can be obtained, and the accuracy of life early warning is improved.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
