the receiving module 401 is further configured to receive a contract signing request sent by a user system;
the analysis module 402 is further configured to analyze the contract signing request received by the receiving module 401, and obtain signer information of the electronic contract to be signed according to the contract signing request;
the judging module 403 is further configured to judge whether the signing mode corresponding to the current signer is automatic signing;
a sending module 406, configured to send a reminding mail to the terminal device corresponding to the signer when the determining module 403 determines that the signing mode corresponding to the current signer is non-automatic signing, wait for receiving signing data returned by the terminal device, and trigger the signing module 407 when receiving the signing data;
the signing module 407 is configured to execute signing and sealing and modify the state of the signer into signed state when the determining module 403 determines that the signing manner corresponding to the current signer is automatic signing; and is also used for executing signing seal and modifying the state of the signer into signed state when the signing data is received;
the determining module 403 is further configured to determine whether there is an unsigned signer after the signing module 407 performs signing seal and modifies the status of the signer to signed.
Optionally, the determining module 403 specifically includes:
the first judgment submodule is used for judging whether the contract data received by the receiving module meets a first preset condition or not;
and the second judgment submodule is used for judging whether the contract data received by the receiving module meets a second preset condition.

the first judgment sub-module is specifically used for judging whether the contract data format received by the receiving module is correct;
the second judging submodule is specifically configured to judge whether the contract data received by the receiving module meets the service requirement.
Optionally, the obtaining module 405 specifically includes:
the reading sub-module is used for reading the contract document path from the contract data received by the receiving module and acquiring a contract original file according to the contract document path;
the conversion submodule is used for converting the contract original file acquired by the reading module into a PDF format and generating an electronic contract and a corresponding electronic contract identification code;
and a returning module 404, configured to return the electronic contract identifier generated by the converting sub-module to the user application system.
Optionally, the parsing module 402 is specifically configured to parse the contract signing request received by the receiving module 401 to obtain an electronic contract identification code, obtain an electronic contract to be signed according to the electronic contract identification code, and obtain signer information corresponding to the electronic contract to be signed.
Optionally, the determining module 403 is specifically configured to determine a value of a third preset field in the signer information acquired by the analyzing module 402, and if the value of the third preset field is the first preset value, the signer performs automatic signing; and if the value of the third preset field is the second preset value, manually signing.
Optionally, the obtaining module 405 is further configured to obtain at least one of a signing position, a stamp picture, and a signature picture of the signer in the contract data from the database when the determining module 403 determines that the signing mode corresponding to the signer is automatic signing.
Optionally, the obtaining module 405 is further configured to obtain at least one of a signing position of the signer, a stamp picture and a signature picture in the contract data from the database when the receiving module 401 receives the signing data.
Optionally, the sending module 406 is further configured to, when the determining module 403 determines that there is no unsigned signer, archive the electronic contract document, send a signing completion mail to the terminal device corresponding to the signer, and return a signing result to the user application system.
Optionally, the signing module 407 is specifically configured to overlay the stamp image file or/and the signature image on the corresponding coordinates, perform digital signature on the document, store the signed contract file, and modify the status of the signer into signed status.
By the method and the device, a user can more conveniently sign the electronic signature, and experience is enhanced.

Claims (16)

1. An operating method of an electronic contract signing platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step s 1: the electronic contract signing platform receives and analyzes a contract creating request sent by a user application system to obtain contract data, judges whether the contract data meets preset conditions or not, and if so, executes step s 2; otherwise, returning a contract data error response to the user application system, and ending;
step s 2: the electronic contract signing platform acquires a contract original file according to the contract data to generate an electronic contract;
step s 3: the electronic contract signing platform receives and analyzes a contract signing request sent by the user application system, and acquires signer information of the electronic contract to be signed according to the contract signing request;
step s 4: the electronic contract signing platform judges whether the signing mode corresponding to the current signer is automatic signing, if so, the step s6 is executed; otherwise, go to step s 5;
step s 5: the electronic contract signing platform sends a reminding mail to the terminal equipment corresponding to the signer, waits for receiving the signing data returned by the terminal equipment, and executes the step s6 when receiving the signing data;
step s 6: the electronic contract signing platform executes signing and sealing, modifies the state of the signer into signed state, judges whether an unsigned signer still exists, and returns to the step s4 if yes; otherwise, the contract signing is successful and finished;
the step s1 specifically includes:
step s 1-1: the electronic contract signing platform receives and analyzes the contract creating request to obtain the contract data, judges whether the contract data meets a first preset condition, and if so, executes a step s 1-2; otherwise, returning a contract data error response to the user application system, and ending;
step s 1-2: the electronic contract signing platform inserts the contract data into a database, judges whether the contract data meets a second preset condition, and if so, executes step s 2; otherwise, returning a contract data error response to the user application system, and ending;
the step s1-2 is specifically as follows:
step s 1-2-1: the electronic contract signing platform inserts the contract data into the database, judges whether a creator account exists in the database and judges whether the creator has the contract creating authority, and if so, executes step s 1-2-2; otherwise, the contract data does not meet the second preset condition, and a contract data error response is returned to the user application system, and the process is finished;
step s 1-2-2: the electronic contract signing platform checks whether the original file corresponding to the current contract document path exists, if so, the step s1-2-3 is executed; otherwise, the contract data does not meet the second preset condition, and a contract data error response is returned to the user application system, and the process is finished;
step s 1-2-3: the electronic contract signing platform analyzes the signer information in the contract data, acquires the account name, the signing mode, the seal number and the signing position of each signer, checks whether the signer account exists in the system and whether the seal number is authorized to the current signer, and whether the set signing position is correct, if so, executes the step s 1-2-4; otherwise, the contract data does not meet the second preset condition, and a contract data error response is returned to the user application system, and the process is finished;
step s 1-2-4: the electronic contract signing platform judges whether the current contract number is repeated with the existing contract, if so, the contract data does not accord with the second preset condition, and returns a contract data error response to the user application system, and the process is finished; otherwise, executing step s 1-2-5;
step s 1-2-5: the electronic contract signing platform checks whether the current watermark number exists and whether the set watermark information is correct, if so, the contract data conforms to a second preset condition, and the step s2 is executed; otherwise, the contract data does not meet the second preset condition, and a contract data error response is returned to the user application system, and the process is finished;
the step s3 is specifically as follows:
the electronic contract signing platform receives and analyzes a contract signing request sent by the user application system to obtain an electronic contract identification code, acquires an electronic contract to be signed according to the electronic contract identification code, and acquires signer information corresponding to the electronic contract to be signed.

the electronic contract signing platform covers the seal picture file or/and the signature picture on the corresponding coordinates, simultaneously carries out digital signature on the document, saves the signed contract file, and modifies the signing state of the signer into signed state.
9. An apparatus for operating a method of operating an electronic contract signing platform as recited in claim 1, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a contract creating request sent by a user application system;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the contract creating request received by the receiving module to obtain contract data;
the judging module is used for judging whether the contract data obtained by the analyzing module meets a preset condition;
the return module is used for returning a contract data error response to the user application system when the judgment module judges that the contract data does not meet the preset condition;
the acquiring module is used for acquiring an original contract file according to the contract data and generating an electronic contract when the judging module judges that the contract data meets the preset condition;
the receiving module is further used for receiving a contract signing request sent by the user application system;
the analysis module is also used for analyzing the contract signing request received by the receiving module and acquiring signer information of the electronic contract to be signed according to the contract signing request;
the judging module is also used for judging whether the signing mode corresponding to the current signer is automatic signing;
the sending module is used for sending a reminding mail to the terminal equipment corresponding to the signer when the judging module judges that the signing mode corresponding to the current signer is non-automatic signing, waiting for receiving signing data returned by the terminal equipment, and triggering the signing module when the signing data is received;
the signing module is used for executing signing and sealing and modifying the state of the signer into signed state when the judging module judges that the signing mode corresponding to the current signer is automatic signing; and further for performing signing seals and modifying the signer's status to signed when the signing data is received;
the judging module is also used for judging whether an unsigned signer exists after the signing module executes signing and sealing and modifies the state of the signer into signed state.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the determining module further comprises:
the first judgment submodule is specifically used for judging whether the contract data format is correct or not;
the second judging submodule is specifically configured to judge whether the contract data meets the service requirement.
11. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the obtaining module specifically comprises:
the reading sub-module is used for reading a contract document path from the contract data and acquiring a contract original file according to the contract document path;
the conversion submodule is used for converting the contract original file acquired by the reading submodule into a PDF format and generating an electronic contract and a corresponding electronic contract identification code;
the return module is further configured to return the electronic contract identifier generated by the conversion sub-module to the user application system.

the acquisition module is further used for acquiring at least one of the signing position, the seal picture and the signature picture of the signer in the contract data from a database when the receiving module receives the signing data.

the sending module is also used for filing the electronic contract document, sending a signing completion mail to the terminal equipment corresponding to the signer and returning a signing result to the user application system when the judging module judges that no unsigned signer exists.
