the confirmation module 32 is configured to confirm whether the first certificate is established as an independent consensus organization by using a native consensus organization;
the establishing module 33 is configured to establish an independent consensus institution serving the transaction based on the first certificate if the native consensus institution agrees to establish a confirmation consensus on the establishment of the independent consensus institution.
In a specific implementation, the confirmation module 32 is further configured to perform consensus confirmation on whether the first certificate-establishing independent consensus institution is established by using a native consensus institution if a registration request based on the first certificate-establishing independent consensus institution sent by the application development end is received.
In a specific implementation, the confirming module 32 is specifically configured to confirm whether the independent consensus institution is established for the first certificate by using community members according to the following steps:

determining a preset number of members in candidate members applying to become members of the consensus structure according to the voting result of the community members;
and establishing the independent consensus institution serving the determined members with the preset number as the members of the independent consensus institution for providing services for the transaction based on the first certificate.
The system 30 further includes a transaction module 34, configured to receive a transaction request sent by a first user end that uses a first certificate to perform a transaction; according to the stored historical transaction information of the transaction performed by using the first evidence, the member of the independent consensus institution is used for performing validity verification on the evidence-passing transaction corresponding to the transaction request; and if the number of the members of the independent consensus institution verifying the certified transaction as legal reaches a preset value, collecting the first certification as a transaction fee according to the transaction fee collection proportion corresponding to the first certification, and providing transaction service for the first user end.
The system 30 further comprises:
the setting module 35 is configured to receive a setting request for the independent consensus mechanism sent by the application development end; voting the setting content of the setting request by using community members; and if the voting result of the independent consensus mechanism to the setting request is verified to be that the number of the legal members reaches a preset value, setting the independent consensus mechanism according to the setting content of the setting request.

As shown in fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 40 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes: a processor 41, a memory 42, and a bus 43;
the memory 42 stores machine-readable instructions executable by the processor 41, and when the electronic device 40 is operating, the processor 41 communicates with the memory 42 via the bus 43.
The processor 41, when executing the machine readable instructions, implements the following:
generating a first pass certificate requested by an application development end according to a request for generating the first pass certificate sent by the application development end;
confirming whether an independent consensus mechanism is established for the first certificate by utilizing a native consensus mechanism;
and if the native consensus institution agrees with the confirmation consensus on establishing the independent consensus institution, establishing the independent consensus institution for providing service for the transaction based on the first certificate.
Optionally, the instructions executed by the processor 41 further include, after the generating the first pass of the user-side request:
and if a registration request which is sent by an application development end and is based on the first evidence-based independent consensus establishment mechanism is received, executing the step of confirming whether the community members perform consensus on the first evidence-based independent consensus establishment mechanism.
Optionally, the instructions executed by the processor 41, wherein the determining, by using a native consensus mechanism, whether to establish an independent consensus mechanism for the first certificate includes:
voting by using community members for establishing the independent consensus institution;
verifying the voting result of voting on the community members by utilizing a native consensus mechanism;
if the number of the members verified to be legal by the primary consensus institution to the voting result reaches a preset value, determining that the primary consensus institution achieves confirmation consensus on the establishment of the independent consensus institution;
otherwise, determining that the native consensus authority has not reached a confirmed consensus for establishing the independent consensus authority.
Optionally, the instructions executed by processor 41 to establish an independent consensus authority for servicing the transaction based on the first certificate include:
determining a preset number of members in candidate members applying to become members of the consensus structure according to the voting result of the community members;
and establishing the independent consensus institution serving the determined members with the preset number as the members of the independent consensus institution for providing services for the transaction based on the first certificate.
Optionally, the instructions executed by the processor 41, after establishing the independent consensus institution serving the transaction based on the first certificate, further include:
receiving a transaction request sent by a first user end which uses a first certificate to perform transaction;
according to the stored historical transaction information of the transaction performed by using the first evidence, the member of the independent consensus institution is used for performing validity verification on the evidence-passing transaction corresponding to the transaction request;
and if the number of the members of the independent consensus institution verifying the certified transaction as legal reaches a preset value, collecting the first certification as a transaction fee according to the transaction fee collection proportion corresponding to the first certification, and providing transaction service for the first user end.
Optionally, the instructions executed by the processor 41, after establishing the independent consensus institution serving the transaction based on the first certificate, further include:
receiving a setting request aiming at the independent consensus mechanism sent by the application development end;
voting the setting content of the setting request by using community members;
and if the voting result of the independent consensus mechanism to the setting request is verified to be that the number of the legal members reaches a preset value, setting the independent consensus mechanism according to the setting content of the setting request.
The memory 52 includes a memory for temporarily storing the operation data in the processor 51 and data exchanged with an external memory such as a hard disk, and an external memory for exchanging data with the processor 51. The computer program product of the method for passing a certificate provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a computer-readable storage medium storing a program code, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the steps of the method for passing a certificate described in the above method embodiment, which may be referred to in the above method embodiment specifically, and are not described herein again.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the system and the apparatus described above may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again. In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. Claims (9)

1. A method for providing services based on independent certificates is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating a first pass certificate requested by an application development end according to a request for generating the first pass certificate sent by the application development end, wherein the first pass certificate is different from a native pass certificate in block chain circulation;
confirming whether an independent consensus mechanism is established for the first certificate by utilizing a native consensus mechanism;
establishing an independent consensus institution serving the transaction based on the first certificate if the native consensus institution agrees to establish a confirmed consensus on the establishment of the independent consensus institution;
the determining, by the native consensus institution, whether to establish an independent consensus institution for the first pass comprises:
voting by using community members for establishing the independent consensus institution;
verifying the voting result of voting on the community members by utilizing a native consensus mechanism;
if the number of the members verified to be legal by the primary consensus institution to the voting result reaches a preset value, determining that the primary consensus institution achieves confirmation consensus on the establishment of the independent consensus institution;
otherwise, determining that the native consensus authority has not reached a confirmed consensus for establishing the independent consensus authority.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the generating the first pass for the application development end request, further comprising:
and if a registration request which is sent by an application development terminal and is based on the first certificate-establishing independent consensus mechanism is received, executing the step of carrying out consensus confirmation on whether the native consensus mechanism is used for establishing the first certificate-establishing independent consensus mechanism or not by using the native consensus mechanism.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein establishing an independent consensus authority that services transactions conducted based on the first pass comprises:
determining a preset number of members in candidate members applying to become members of the consensus structure according to the voting result of the community members;
and establishing the independent consensus institution serving the determined members with the preset number as the members of the independent consensus institution for providing services for the transaction based on the first certificate.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after establishing the independent consensus authority that services the transaction based on the first pass, further comprising:
receiving a transaction request sent by a first user end which uses a first certificate to perform transaction;
according to the stored historical transaction information of the transaction performed by using the first evidence, the member of the independent consensus institution is used for performing validity verification on the evidence-passing transaction corresponding to the transaction request;
and if the number of the members of the independent consensus institution verifying the certified transaction as legal reaches a preset value, collecting the first certification as a transaction fee according to the transaction fee collection proportion corresponding to the first certification, and providing transaction service for the first user end.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after establishing the independent consensus authority that services the transaction based on the first pass, further comprising:
receiving a setting request aiming at the independent consensus mechanism sent by the application development end;
voting the setting content of the setting request by using community members;
and if the voting result of the independent consensus mechanism to the setting request is verified to be that the number of the legal members reaches a preset value, setting the independent consensus mechanism according to the setting content of the setting request.
6. A system for providing services based on independent certificates, comprising: the device comprises a generating module, a confirming module and an establishing module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

if the number of the members verified to be legal by the primary consensus institution to the voting result reaches a preset value, determining that the primary consensus institution achieves confirmation consensus on the establishment of the independent consensus institution;
otherwise, determining that the native consensus authority has not reached a confirmed consensus for establishing the independent consensus authority.
7. The system of claim 6,
the confirmation module is further configured to, if a registration request sent by the application development end and based on the first certificate-establishing independent consensus institution is received, perform consensus confirmation on whether the first certificate-establishing independent consensus institution is the first certificate-establishing independent consensus institution or not by using the native consensus institution.
8. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a bus;
the memory stores machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the processor and the memory communicate via the bus when the electronic device is operating, and the processor executes the machine-readable instructions to implement the steps of the method for providing services based on independent certification according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program for performing, when being executed by a processor, the steps of the method for providing services based on independent certificates according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
