inquiring data to be selected, inquiring downloading time corresponding to the data to be selected, judging whether the current time reaches the downloading time or not;
when the current time reaches the downloading time, inquiring whether the data to be selected reaching the downloading time stores a downloading state log or not;
when the download state log is not stored, inquiring whether the data to be selected reaching the download time carries download information or not;
when the download information is carried, the data to be selected, which carries the arrival download time of the download information, are used as data to be reconciled.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the reconciliation time is reached, reconciling the target reconciliation data to obtain a reconciliation result comprises:

extracting a first serial number contained in the first account to be checked, and matching the first serial number with a serial number to be matched contained in the second account to be checked;

extracting first to-be-checked-out detailed information corresponding to the first serial number, and extracting second to-be-checked-out detailed information corresponding to the second serial number;

3. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the reconciliation time is reached, then reconciling the target reconciliation data to obtain a reconciliation result comprises:
when the reconciliation result shows that the result is abnormal, extracting abnormal data and the associated target reconciliation data;
inquiring a communication address for receiving the reconciliation result;
and confirming whether the communication address is stored in an operation authority library, and when the communication address is stored in the operation authority library, sending the abnormal data and the target reconciliation data to the communication address.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein, when the reconciliation time is reached, checking the target checking data to obtain a checking result, including;
receiving a generation instruction of a reconciliation report, wherein the generation instruction carries a generation mode;
