Abstract
The invention discloses a safe venous indwelling needle which comprises a catheter assembly and a needle tube assembly which are connected with each other, wherein the catheter assembly comprises a catheter seat and a catheter, the needle tube assembly at least comprises a needle tube seat and a needle tube, the needle tube seat is fixedly arranged in a needle tube seat sleeve with an opening and a hollow interior, an accommodating space is formed between the needle tube seat and the needle tube seat sleeve, a drawing assembly is arranged in the accommodating space, the drawing assembly is folded in the interior of the needle tube seat sleeve in an initial state, and the far end of the drawing assembly is fixedly connected with the catheter seat; in the use state, the drawing component deforms to enable the axial length of the drawing component to be increased so as to completely wrap the needle tube. The invention has simple and exquisite structure, effectively seals the abandoned needle heads and avoids stabbing medical care personnel; and the tube body of the needle tube is sealed, so that secondary pollution caused by liquid dripping in the needle tube due to improper taking is avoided, and finally, the discarded needle tube is prevented from being broken carelessly and other people are prevented from being stabbed.

Background
In order to reduce pain and fear of injection caused by repeated venipuncture of patients, lighten the dysphoria emotion of family members, facilitate clinical medication, rescue medication of emergency and critical patients, lighten the workload of nurses, reduce the pain of patients and realize wide clinical application of intravenous indwelling needles.
The existing venous indwelling needle is used for retreating the needle, the needle head is polluted by blood of a patient, medical staff is easy to be stabbed by the needle head to easily infect diseases when the indwelling needle is pulled out or cleaned and discarded, and meanwhile, the discarded needle head is exposed in the environment to easily cause environmental pollution, so that serious potential safety hazards exist. Therefore, the existing venous indwelling needle is generally provided with an anti-needling device for the needle head, and the anti-needling device is generally provided with a spring sheet or a movable body to block the needle tube so that the needle tube cannot be penetrated out again. However, the needle-punching prevention device is not a closed structure, and liquid medicine and blood of a patient can remain in the used needle tube, so that the liquid in the needle can flow out when medical staff takes the indwelling needle, thereby causing secondary pollution; and the used remaining needle has a larger part of the needle tube exposed outside, and the needle tube is extremely fine and is easy to break, so that potential safety hazards exist.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the present invention discloses a safety type intravenous indwelling needle, comprising a catheter assembly and a needle tube assembly which are connected with each other, wherein the catheter assembly comprises a catheter seat 1 and a catheter (not shown in the drawings) fixed at the distal end thereof for transfusion, the needle tube assembly at least comprises a needle tube seat 2 and a needle tube 3, the proximal end of the needle tube 3 is inserted into the needle tube seat 2 and fixed with each other, the top end of the catheter seat 1 is provided with a through hole 12 for fixing the catheter, the distal end of the needle tube 3 penetrates through the hollow interior of the catheter and extends out, and one side of the catheter seat 1 is also provided with a branch tube 13 for connecting an injection joint. These are prior art and are not described in detail herein.
The front end of the needle tube seat 2 is provided with a round hole, and a part of the proximal end of the needle tube 3 is inserted into the round hole and fixed in the round hole. The tail end of the needle tube seat 2 is fixedly arranged in a needle tube seat sleeve 24 with an opening and a hollow interior, and an accommodating space is formed between the needle tube seat sleeve and the needle tube seat sleeve. The fixing mode of the two can be bonding or ultrasonic welding or other equivalent modes. Of course, those skilled in the art will recognize that it is also possible to manufacture the two integrally, only by ensuring that there is one receiving space.
In order to prevent the problem of infection caused by improper taking of the indwelling needle and dripping of the residual blood and liquid medicine in the needle tube 3 onto the body of the medical staff, in the specific embodiment of the invention, a drawing component is arranged in the accommodating space, and the drawing component is a device capable of freely changing the axial length of the drawing component. As shown in fig. 3, in the preferred embodiment, a plurality of sections of pipes are spliced to form the drawing assembly, the drawing assembly comprises a first drawing pipe 4 and a second drawing pipe 5, the second drawing pipe 5 is sleeved on the first drawing pipe 4, a boss 41 is arranged at the front end of the first drawing pipe 4, a sliding groove 51 matched with the boss 41 is arranged on the side wall of the second drawing pipe 5, and the second drawing pipe 5 and the first drawing pipe 4 can slide relatively. The tail end of the chute 51 is provided with an elastic claw 52 for clamping the boss 41, and the width of the opening of the elastic claw 52 is smaller than the width of the chute 51. When the boss 41 passes the elastic claw 52, the elastic claw 52 is deformed, and the opening of the elastic claw 52 is expanded to the outside to expand the width so as to pass the boss 41. The needle tube holder 2 includes a shaft portion 21 and a tapered portion 22, and the tapered portion 22 gradually expands in diameter from a first end 221 to a second end 222. The tail end of the second end 222 of the cone-shaped portion 22 is provided with a groove 23, and the diameter of the groove 23 is consistent with the diameter of the rod portion 21. The first drawing tube 4 is sleeved on the needle tube seat 2, a petal-shaped convex claw 42 is arranged at the opening of the tail end of the first drawing tube 4, and the convex claw 42 has certain elasticity. The diameter of the claw 42 which is not deformed is the same as the diameter of the rod 21, when the first drawing tube 4 is drawn outwards and passes through the tapered portion 22, the claw 42 can be deformed to expand the diameter thereof, so that the opening of the first drawing tube 4 passes through the tapered portion 22, and then the end of the claw 42 has a certain radian and is clamped with the groove 23. The diameter of the opening of the claw 42 is reduced under the elastic action of the claw 42, so that the claw 42 cannot slide back and forth after being clamped with the groove 23.
As shown in fig. 4, in the preferred embodiment, the second drawing tube 5 is connected with the catheter seat 1 in a clamping manner, a clamping table 53 is disposed at the front end of the second drawing tube 5, a bayonet 11 matched with the clamping table 53 is disposed on the side wall of the catheter seat 1, the clamping table 53 is buckled with the bayonet 11 to realize the fixed connection between the second drawing tube 5 and the catheter seat 1, the clamping table 53 and the bayonet 11 can be separated, and the clamping table 53 can be pulled out directly outwards. In other embodiments, the second pull tube 5 and the catheter hub 1 may be connected by any suitable connection method, such as a push-type buckle, a downward push, a threaded connection, a rotational separation, etc. Those skilled in the art will recognize that other equivalent means of connection or disconnection are also within the scope of the present invention.
In addition to the implementation of the preferred embodiment, in other embodiments the drawer assembly may be of unitary construction, for example consisting of a single telescopic tube, similar to a bellows construction.
